What an amazing experience. I really didn't think that car dealerships like this existed. Extremely straight forward, transparent, and friendly the entire time. I dealt with both Ashley and Alec and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They listened to what I wanted and when the number made sense I was ready to seal the deal. They really made the process enjoyable instead of stressed. If you are in the market for a new car, please give them a chance. I will definitely be singing their praises whenever I can.

We drove from Valparaiso and were very happy we did. After having a terrible experience at another dealer, I looked at reviews online and found great ones for this dealership. The reviews were correct..... It was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience we’ve ever had. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer with us.

I took my car in for a miss fire in the engine and a fuel filter change to avoid future trouble. I thought the fuel filter price was a bit high but I enjoy my technical ignorance and will presume that all was done fair and honorably. I have always had good service in the past and this worked out well. No more miss fire!

Bought a brand new corvette in Michigan and drove it home to Lowell, the next day my whole house smelled of gas. I took the car to Smith Chevrolet and they replaced the fuel pump, they had to take down the gas tank and remove the rear bumper to get at it, a 12 hour job but a warranty job. My wife picked up the car and the next day I noticed what looked like a big huge zit on the back of my bumper so I brought it back to them and they routed a wire wrong and when they put it back together it pushed out on the bumper and left a big zit on my bumper. Brought it to them they repaired it and the General Manager looked at it and said it was good enough, I showed up with my half blind neighbor and thought they were joking , they heated it up and pushed it back into place and you could see all the poke marks. Now they had to remove the bumper and repaint it, once again I get it home to inspect it and notice to 1 inch sags on the side of the bumper so I brought it back to them again. They had to repaint the right side over again because they left off color smear marks on the car. When I picked it up again the had to resand the other side to match the side the repainted . This time I picked it up and drove 5 miles to my house and then discover theres a ^ inch smear on the side of my car, 3 small scratches and a chip right where you open the driver side door. I contacted them and I brought it back to them and they said they would give me an estimate to fix it because it didnt happen at their shop. 3 times it left their shop and they inspected it and 3 times they missed a zit, 2 sags and now a area with 5 defects on it and now they dont want to take responsibility for it. They missed the zit and the sags but they were sure this wasnt on there before it left their shop. The general manager is very ignorant and Shawn the service manager hid behind him like a mouse. This is a 105K car and they treated it like a used car and didnt fix THEIR mistakes. A joke of a dealership and a joke of a general manager and the service manager.

When it comes to new car dealerships, this one is at the top. They always treat you fairly, never pushy with their sales tactics like some dealers are. If I had to sum up the new car purchase experience in one word, it would be "honest".This dealership's service department goes above and beyond to take care of their customers, keeping them informed of repair work being done and the eventual outcome of it. I would NOT take my vehicles any other place to have service done on them.If I sound like I am an extremely satisfied customer, it is because I am!

Excellent customer service, great price, they were fast but not pushy. Staff was knowledgeable about the vehicles and made buying a new vehicle truly a great experience.

The staff at Smith Chevrolet of Lowell were very informative but personable. Made car shopping a positive experience! The add-ons I ordered for my new truck were on very quickly. I highly recommend Smith Chevrolet!

It took me longer to drive down to Lowell from Highland than it did for my oil change, tire rotation and a recall. I packed my 5 year old and myself up with things to keep us occupied in thoughts we would be there for 2-hours. 35 minutes we were in and out.

Quick and painless service. Been taking my Chevy there for years, never had any problems. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. The service manager Sean was very respectful and listened to my concerns and made sure they were all addressed. I'll be back!

This dealership has serviced my vehicles for many years. I could think of no other place that I would bring my car to for service or to purchase a new vehicle. Their Service Departments listens to your needs, they get the job done correctly - What more could one ask for? Their Sales Team is honest in their approach to the customers needs. To say I am pleased with this dealership would be an understatement! They simply are the BEST!

My old truck broke down and I was desperate. Ken could have taken advantage of my situation, but he helped me out. He got the truck I wanted and the best price. Everyone at the dealership have been the best. I have never had such a good experience. I highly recommend Ken and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
