Lisa & Sammy really gave us their undivided attention in making our car search and purchase satisfying. I love the fact that their are still family-owned businesses providing good customer service and a good product at a fair price all without the politics and overhead of a large dealership. They were very fair by working with us on the price and repair of the trunk on the vehicle we purchased. They didn't just post a non-negotiable price on the internet but actually made it a 'hassle-free' car purchase. It took 3 months of vehicle searching and visits to dealers all around metro Atanta before finding a gem at Sobh. I would recommend Sobh Automotive to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Made my first buying experience unforgettable . I bought my Lexus IS 250 from them and couldn't be more happier . Everyone was so nice to me when I walked in . They even worked on the price for me and gave me a warranty . Absolutely will be coming back to buy my sisters car here . Great car , great service and great people !

David, Sam and Lisa are the best of the best. This is my 2nd car purchased from them in a 3mos period. If something is wrong, they fix it. I shopped for months before finding them. I hesitated but in the end, was the best experience. Family owned, impeccable customer service and no hassle to buy. The price was also affordable. Financing was easy as writing a check! Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to buy here. If they don't have it, give them time to buy it. 1st car was BMW 530i, 2nd car was Inifity M35.

Lisa and her team were great! We came from out of town after finding the vehicle online. She complied with my request to hold the car for me until l was able to visit the dealership the next day to view/drive the vehicle. She answered all the questions asked and had her service team assist when needed. Lisa was easy to work with and allowed us plenty of time to discuss before deciding to purchase the vehicle. She was even willing to allow us to return home with the vehicle to have it inspected by our mechanic prior to committing to purchase.

I was looking for a specific vehicle, and they had it at Sobh Automotive. I used their website to make sure they had the type of car I was searching for, and then when I went to visit, it could not have worked out any better. Lisa handled me with top notch customer service, answered all my questions, and delivered on every item I asked for. It was so easy, without the usual 'hassle' of purchasing a car. It truly was the right car, at the right place at the right time. I will recommend Sobh Automotive to anyone looking for a quality used car and will be sending all my friends and family to see Lisa and Sammy.

Being a devoted fan of consumer advocate Clark Howard, I always buy used cars and over the years Ive never had a better pre-owned experience than the one I just had at Sobh Automotive, thanks to the brother and sister team of Lisa and Sammy, who seemed like old friends by the time I struck a deal with them at their family-owned business in Suwanee. Most used car dealers Ive dealt with dont hide the fact that theyre trying to make as much money from your purchase and/or trade as possible. Whereas, Lisa and Sammy were clearly interested in making me happy. The Mazda van I wanted to buy looked and drove beautifully. But given its age, I needed to have it evaluated at an authorized Mazda dealer. Sammy said, Thats fine, but I can already tell you that were going to replace the front brake pads which I wasnt even aware needed replacing. By the time Lisa and I were ready to shake hands on a deal, Sobh Automotive had also replaced a leaky front gasket, replaced a shabby-looking front bumper with a brand new one (which they painted), and made several other minor improvements that I asked for . . . and all at no charge. Lisa has 27 years of sales experiences, having learned the trade from her uncle, Lou Sobh, whose automobile business spans both the east and west coasts. So dont let this modest little brick house dealership fool you. It may be small, but it has a big heart!

I contacted the dealer Friday and said that the vehicle was still available. I emailed about the condition of the truck and didn't get a response but was advised to fill out a credit application in the original email so I did and made note in the additional information section that I would be in Atlanta Tuesday and would come by after my service school let out. went to the lot and the truck was gone and was advised that it had been taken to auction 2 hours or less before. it was an hour drive from where I was in Atlanta in 5 o'clock traffic and took me 2 and a half hours or more to get home after having to get up and gone by 630 in the morning. was never emailed anything back and left home and cell phone and got no call. extremely irritated about the situation. be very tentative and pushy about knowing if the vehicle is there before making any special trips and don't expect responses back.

Sammy was super helpful and easy to work with. No high pressure games like some car dealers attempt to do. I found a 2005 Honda CR-V with low miles and a clean car fax at IAL. So clean - Hard to believe it was 10 years old. I would buy a car here again if Sammy has the car that I'm looking for. Check these guys out - very nice!

It is not the nicest looking place, but that is the ONLY down side. We just bought a used car for my son to take to college, and I could not be happier. Usually it's "buyer beware," when buying a used car, but they let me take it to an independent mechanic to get it checked. They fixed everything that was wrong, and didn't charge me for the repairs. They also have a mechanic on site. If I need any future repairs, I can take it there for service. Now I am excited about the possibilities. I have a used suburban and have always sold my cars directly. I am pretty sure that I will buy a nice used suburban from them, and trade in my car against it. These people are very honest, and a pleasure to deal with. You don't hear that very often any more, and I want these people to succeed wildly! They deserve it.
