When things were looking grim for the future of my business and Ford, Dodge and Chevy were just too much to afford, Sam from Toyota gave my hope back with a beautiful TRD 4x4 Tundra. I am in love with this truck. Sam worked with the numbers I brought him and walked me into exactly what I needed and was looking for. We had a great time throughout the entire process, these guys really know what they're doing over there. If Sam can't get you behind the wheel of the Toyota you want for the price you can afford, no one there can. All in all, the only qualm I have is no more Supra, they would be pleasing many of their enthusiasts including me if they brought it or something like it back.... but they are, without doubt, the most affordable and reliable vehicles on the road. Period. You're silly if you don't at least consider a Toyota. Do yourself a favor. Talk to Sam Hong and check 'em out.

After hearing all the negative talk in regards to buying a new vehicle at a dealership. I can truly say my experience at South Bay Toyota was really "GREAT". Never felt any pressure from any of the sales associates at all. I was able to drive off with my new truck. Over all "REALLY GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE". Thank you so much for your help Tom Hong & David Flores...

I have been to five dealer searching for a used car, in one case in the time it took to drive their they sold the car. The next total disrespect the person that I had apt. With never met with me waited two hours. Toyota treated me with respect so I bough a new car.

Frankly, I'm shocked at the negative reviews of this place. My husband and I both think South Bay Toyota is the best car dealership we've ever dealt with -- and we checked out a dozen or so places before we settled on them. Patrick Peters was absolutely phenomenal when we bought our two cars through him. He talked to us honestly and fairly, and there was none of the misogynistic nonsense that so often crops up when a woman buys a car in LA. We'll be buying another car soon, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else.Since we bought, back in 2005-6, we have had all our service work done there, and the service department (Dwayne & Harold are who we've dealt with) has been equally terrific. If I could give them 10 stars, I'd do it. A great place, especially if you're a woman looking to buy a car.

My wife and I have purchased/leased 5 cars here in the past 7 years: Prius (3), Sienna (2). Will never go anywhere else. The deals are solid. The process is easy. And the Service Dept. is great. We've never had any problems, no hassles whatsoever. I can't tell you how nice it is to buy from a car dealership where the salesmen aren't pushy and where they ACTUALLY HAVE THE CAR you want. Buying from South Bay Toyota is as easy as ordering coffee from Starbuck's or buying a shirt at Nordstrom. No worries.

Dealer gave a quote for a specific Tacoma that I requested online. Drove an hour to buy and pick up truck, but left empty handed--they lied about having the truck. I knew they had low rating, but gave them the benefit of doubt--big mistake.

I took my 2009 Corolla for oil change on 10/5/2013 at 11:11 A.M. I was waiting till 2:05 P.M and the service was not even started because the job is the least important for the Adv. I asked before taking the car if I can schedule an appointment and was told that first come first serve.Mr. Bermudez was very rude and pulled the car from the service area without starting the job. He refused to provide me with his Manager information, so I got it from another person. Mr. Bermudez gave me multiple service recommendation on a previous visit that cost over a thousand dollar and another service station checked everything and found out that nothing is required.

I had a great experience dealing with the internet department at this dealership. They delivered what they promised. Highly recommend this dealer for their customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. Don't forget to ask for the Internet dept. when you call or visit!

Very pushy. Wasn't really looking to buy, but wanted to see their lineup. They kept insisting and pushing me. They gave me some decent prices and wanted me to buy now. I wasn't ready and they didn't understand that. After declining their offer, the salesman got upset, said "Have a nice day" and walked away. How about offering your business card instead of being immature? I really liked the car and was planning on coming back, but looks like I'll deal elsewhere.

The job was done quickly and the customer service was friendly and efficient. Although i would love to have my car washed like the other dealers maybe that would be the only negative of the experience

This facility truly focuses on the customer: from their comfortable lounge, to the free coffee, water & donuts (sometimes even fresh fruit), to their capable Service Representatives, having your vehicle maintained at this dealership isn't as painful as another dealership I go to for a different-brand car.

Toyota had an ad for a specific car. I called them, they checked my credict score, and they told me they would honor the deal. They said they had the exact car I wanted. When I went there, they increased the price by 30% and told us that they would not honor the ad which was from the Toyota company.

This dealer quoted me a price by email for a very specific vehicle. When I showed up at the dealership, they told me that they do not have that vehicle, but will check if they can get it.After checking in their computer system they told me that this vehicle is not available anywhere within 400 miles. I went to another dealer (Manhattan Beach Toyota) the next day. They got the vehicle and gave me a good price.Obviously, South Bay Toyota was lying to me. AVOID THEM!
