This place is awesome! Sam and Chris at the service desk give 5 star customer service. Nearly the same price for an oil change as that quick lube place in down but South Lake vacuums your car!! So impressed. They have my business. Well done.

Everyone there was AMAZING! (Especially Chris in the service department, who was my main point of contact) I had originally brought my Jeep to a dealership in Chippewa Valley that sat on my vehicle for 6 weeks and only managed to lie to me and break parts and glue them back together before I got fed up and went and got my vehicle. I brought it to South Lake and they got everything done and my Jeep was ready to be pick up in 3 DAYS! They communicated with me, they worked with me and most importantly they never lied to me! Amazing crew there - my vehicle will be going there from now on! I only wish I had originally bought my Jeep from there! Huge thank you to the team at South Lake - you guys rock!!

Great Service Department. I was on my way home from vacation 400 Miles to go and ran into an issue with my Jeep. Their service team (Chris & Pete) went above and beyond to help me out even though they were booked solid. While several other dealerships wouldn't even bother to take a quick look to see if it was a simple fix, which thank goodness it was. Very friendly sales team here as well.
