Picking out a brand new car is fun and exciting until you get to the money part of course. But after all the slimy dealerships I've dealt with in the past while purchasing or just shopping around looking to purchase, Space Coast was the best experience I've ever had. Bob Miller was so nice and helpful and I would never go anywhere else. He found me exactly what I wanted with all the features and even the color. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want that costs more, he just showed me what I asked for and worked hard to make sure it was going to be affordable for me. I was so happy when I left and I recommend Bob and Soace Coast Honda to everyone!

AMAZING experience! We were not bombarded by sales people when pulling up. Everyone Listened to what we needed and wanted and made it happen! Came back with numbers and they didn't work for us. We were asked what will work... We told them... 5 minutes later we had a deal! Friendly staff everywhere you turn! Not pushy at all and every decision was made by us and we were not pressured into anything. Usually when buying a car, we walk away feeling like we were robbed some how... Not this time. We truly believe that we have gotten an amazing deal with Space Coasr Honda. I have purchased 4 vehicles at another local dealership, but Space Coast Honda has won me over! VERY pleased with our experience! Not your typical car buying experience!

I was a customer of theirs for over 10 years and I'll never go there again. I brought both of my Honda vehicles there for years for their over-priced maintenance and repairs. Then they "serviced" one of my cars poorly (an Odyssey) so I would have no choice but to replace it. They also added a bunch of "recommended" repairs to force me to make up my mind. The Service Manager himself (Julio Raimundo AKA JR) suggested several times that I talk to Fil Catania from Sales to see what kind of deal I could get for my broken (and now very depreciated) car but I kept telling them both I wasn't interested in buying a new car at that time. When I tried to have the car towed to have it repaired elsewhere, they told the tow truck driver that I did not pay my bill and they could not release the car. This took place several hours after the Service Manager (Julio Raimundo AKA JR) personally walked my bill to the cashier where I paid it in full. I had to return on the following Monday (taking take time off from work) to try and have it towed again, and that's when I found out about their dirty tricks from the tow company dispatcher. When I confronted JR he tried to laugh it off as some beef the towing company had with them. No apologies or nothing. On top of that, both JR and Fil the Salesman came out to watch my car being put on the flatbed. In the end I had the car repaired for half of the cost the Space Coast Honda Service Department wanted and also found out that most of their "recommended" repairs were bogus. I now bring my cars to a local garage for maintenance and repairs, which has saved me thousands of dollars over the past year. The actions of the Space Coast Honda Service Department and their Sales department have caused me a tremendous amount of grief, frustration, and expense. I tried to contact the owner (Scott DeMasso) to inform him of the poor customer service I received from his employees and also sent several letters but I never heard back from him. Space Coast Honda has lost my business PERMANENTLY and I consider myself an "Ex-Customer for Life". In the end they lost out, because I recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester which is an awesome car. I had to learn my lesson the hard way about dealing with this business. I hope you don't have to too. P.S. If you purchased a car from them and they put that tacky "Customer For Life" license plate holder on the back of your car, basically you are giving them potentially thousands of dollars of free advertising that you will never be reimbursed for. They should be paying you to do their advertising.

I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership dealing with salesman Desi. He is a great salesman. I've also sent 2 customers who purchased cars from Desi. I usually deal with Jason Chase, sales manager but on this particular day he was off and I had to deal with Chad. I was very disappointed with Chad. He is not very helpful and couldn't even throw in tint for my daughters 2016 Civic which was as I said before my 4th car i purchased from Honda. If Jason Chase was there I know he would've did it for me.

I normally don't write review, but this is real bad, very disappointed.the salesperson Edgar Ocampo told me that he would give me quote for new car and used cars I asked on second day when he back to work. Soon I call the financing department, told them all the information needed to run my credit. Then on the second day, I texted edgar, and he texted me saying his boss said that I must come in to know the price. That is ridiculous. I have gotten quote with couple other dealers before, never have any problem especially after I gave them all the credit information. What a shame! waste my credit score. be careful everyone if you want to do business with them!

Every time I call to schedule a service appointment I am placed on hold for at least 3-4 minutes and the told no one is available. I have found it is easier to drive back to Winter Park then deal with the poor customer service here

I have always been happy with the sales experience at Space Coast Honda. That is why I bought my last two cars from Space Coast Honda. The excitement of the new car soon wore off when the car finally needed an oil change. No worries......I bought the prepaid option. What they failed to tell me is that the pre-paid oil change routinely takes two hours. But wait, I have an appointment so it should take 15 minutes right.....nope ...still two hours. Let's hope Scott figures out the formula for providing great customer service in the service department.

I was in the market to replace my 14 year old vehicle. My husband & I were not looking forward to the whole car buying process, but decided to start looking at vehicles to get an idea of what I wanted. So on Saturday, July 16, 2016, we made our first stop. It was at Boniface Hiers in Merritt Island, FL. It was a horrible experience, which I will write about under the title: Baldface Liars! Anyway, upon my mother's recommendation & reviews I had read about Honda's CRVs, on Monday, July 18, 2016, I decided to go to Space Coast Honda. I was prepared not to repeat what had happened at Baldface Liars. When I arrived at Space Coast Honda, no salesperson came out to greet me. At first I thought that was odd, and decided to start looking at the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. After about 10 minutes, I came across a CRV I was interested in. I headed towards the showroom doors &, before I got there, a salesman named Drew Elmen came out & greeted me. He was pleasant & I told him I wanted to see the inside of the vehicle. He started to ask me for some personal information & I told him I did not want to supply that until I decided if I wanted the vehicle. He was reluctant & said they typically aren't allowed to show the car until certain information is acquired. I told him about my previous car shopping experience & said I would give him the information only after I knew the price of the vehicle & if I was going to purchase it. He went back into the showroom & returned with keys & a license plate. In stealth mode we drove away. As I drove, Drew described the many interior & exterior features of the CRV. When we arrived back at the dealership we went into the showroom to discuss price. I gave Drew very little personal information & told him I wanted to know the out the door price before I would provide anything further. Once again, Drew expressed his concerns but left to get an out the door price. He returned with Dougie Finwall who gave me a price. I did not like the price, so they offered a different CRV for me to test drive. I drove it but did not like it. I told them I was interested in the first CRV. After several hours we arrived at an agreed upon price. The next person I met was Johnny Harmon, Finance Business Manager. In great detail he went over various optional maintenance programs available. He did a great job answering my ALL of my questions. Drew & Dougie were professional, fun, and patient. Drew is not a typical salesman because he is willing to bend the rules to accommodate a customer's demands. It was such a great experience that, after we told our next door neighbors about my experience, they went to Space Coast Honda the very next day & purchased a new CRV!

Darnell is a great example of how a car salesman should be. These kind of people are hard to find in this industry and we really lucked out with Darnell. My husband and I found the car online at night , sent an email, and heard back from Darnell fist thing in the morning. We told him what we wanted, and he made it happen. He was not pushy, nor did he try to sell us on anything we did not want. The whole team was great and made the experience pleasant, which was the opposite of what we experienced at the dealership we visited the day prior. Johnny Harman in the financial department was awesome and made the financial aspect a breeze and very stress/pressure free. Darnell really went above and beyond to not only make sure he was there for the entire transaction, but to make sure all our needs where met. He offered us the best price we could find, and did so without hours of negotiating. We will defiantly be recommending Darnell, and all of Space Coast Honda to our friends/family.

Drew Elmen took lots of time explaining features and took us on a lengthy road trip to check out a CR-V. Didn't have the color we wanted but found one at another dealership which was delivered following morning. Dougie Finwall explained leasing options and how they worked. Chad Reed went over the contract and answered all our questions. All were extremely courteous and professional. Additionally, Drew setup many of the features for us and explained the how-tos carefully, as well as, going with us on another test drive.

Internet Buyers beware! I went on the internet to find a 2017 Ridgeline RTL and I found them at many auto dealers. I clicked on each ones internet pricing quotes and only Space coast responded back with the pricing, everyone else responding said I need to come in to see the sales person. So I thought I finally found an auto dealer that is upfront and wont play games. So I called Will the internet manager and told him I am ready to come see the truck. He was very pleasant and showed my wife and I the truck and let us take a test drive. Everything was great. It was the exact truck I had asked for pricing. The same Vin #, color and accessories etc... So then started the price explanation that the truck cost more than the price that was sent over the internet. Will said because of the extra accessories that this price was few thousand more then quoted. I still had the email with the price showing the exact truck with 62 photos with which you can see the accessories on the truck as well as them listed in the info. This was exactly the truck I asked for the internet pricing. Will began to explain that in the email at the bottom it states that the truck quote would not necessarily be the same because of additional accessories. Yes there is a statement about colors, vehicle trim, options etc.. could change the price. I would understand if they had put the basic truck without the extras on the site. I believe it be misleading and deceiving to their potential clients to advertise a truck with more options and then tell you a price for that vehicle that they have no intentions of honoring. Needless to say they did honor the price they quoted me. It is a shame that they feel the need to deceive their potential clients. So again I say buyer beware! If they had quoted the price they offered after I got there when they sent the pricing, I am sure I would have bought the truck. Honesty and Integrity will get my business not deception!

I heard that Space Coast Honda was the best around and now I know why. I was having some issues with my car and was ready for a new one. I saw they had a good inventory of used Civics, which is what I was looking for, so on a whim stopped by on Sunday before going to the beach to check it out. I met Bill Miles, which is funny cause my name is also Bill, and he gave me great service and listened to what I wanted and didn't want. Found a great Certified Used 2015 Civic EX-L that just fit what I wanted perfectly. We talked a bit but I never felt pressured which is much different than my experience in other dealerships in the past. What was great is that I work a 9-5 job so it's tough to get things done like this. I was able to easily contact Bill with the method I preferred, texting cause that's what we do these days plus it's hard for me to make phone calls when at work, and we ironed out detailed and figures. We set a time after work to meet to finalize numbers and I appreciated they were upfront and easy to deal with. None of that horrible back and forth and waiting around for hours experience and hassle this process can take. Next thing I know I'm done and driving away with my new car. Done and done. Thanks Bill and Space Coast Honda!!!

I knew my 2007 Accord with 200,000+ miles was about to pack it in, but I wasn't prepared to need a new car on busy Saturday morning! I literally limped into Space Coast Honda from Melbourne and prayed I could get a good deal and get back to work. Don't walk, run, from this dealers service department. They don't diagnose issues and provide cost effective fixes. Poor Communication verbally and written. Verbally they don't call back and explain issues, actually they just don't call back. Their written action plan doesn't describe issue in any detail and recommends services to the consumer that won't really benefit them. Example ticking noise on acceleration was the issue, mileage on car 80,000, CPO warranty in effect. Recommendation replace engine with used 70,000 mile engine, cost 5000.00 dollars, also recommended, front end alignment (might be okay with this one). Flush and replace power steering fluid, Replace Transmission fluid, replace cabin air filter, preform front differential service, replace rear differential fluid, fuel induction service. So instead of diagnosing where the noise was coming from and fixing the root cause of the issue they want to replace the engine with a used engine.Like I said, don't walk, run from this service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off I came in looking for a used Honda Civic. Drew Elman and Edgar Campo helped us find the best car that fit my needs. It all started when I received a letter from a different Honda dealer who offered to buy my car for couple thousand dollars over the Kelly's Blue Book price. My car was still functional perfectly fine, but the value will keep going down eventually, so I figured why not checking out with different dealerships from different makes and see if any of them will honor this offer. Long story short, one day I went to Space Coast Honda to check out what Honda currently offered this year since it's closer to my house. I met with Edgar Ocampo and told him upfront that we wouldn't buy the car on that day and just wanted to look at different models and see which one would be suitable for us. Edgar was more than happy to bring in different models into the area next to the show room to review the looks both exterior and interior. Based on our description of what we need, Edgar was able to provide some assessment on what trim of the car would be most cost-effective to us. Despite showing an intent of not buying a car on that day, I was able to do the test drive some cars that would be the contenders for my new car with no problem. At the end of the day, Edgar said that they might be able to match up the special offer by another dealership depending on my car condition.After that, we went to couple more dealers to see if they could match up with that deal. Unfortunately, none of them could do that. So we went back to Space Coast Honda over the weekend after that with the car I wanted to trade in and see if we could work out some deal. Edgar was able to get my wife and I to try the test drive on the car we want to buy again. This time on highway without any sales rep, so that my wife, I, and the kids can all get on the car at the same time. When decided to have to negotiate the terms, we found out that the offer letter we received had a catch disclaimer at the bottom of the letter stating the bonus value will be less if the car had above 12K miles (mine was 50K+), so if I were to go to that dealer that sent me the letter, I would probably walk out for feeling tricked by that sneaky dealer.After the negotiation with Edgar and his boss Doug, we were able to get the good price where it was lower than the "up to" amount that the "tricky" letter from the other dealer offered to us. While it's not the exact amount, but it's still much more than Kelly's Blue Book would offer and that would likely be the price that other dealers would give us should we go elsewhere. My wife and I were happy with the car and also the amount we ended up paying.Once we agreed on the deal, we talked to Jacob the business manager, who figured out the payment options. He did run some numbers and give us some recommendation on what type of payments we should go with and how much difference it would be for the others (considering down payments, total months, monthly payment, etc). He was able to clearly pointing out what extra services they offering on top of the car purchase and did not try to confuse us with the numbers. The overall experience was pleasant. The showroom atmosphere was comfortable enough that my toddler and infant were barely fussing. The toddler was able to safely roam around and play in the kids room while my wife and I were waiting to do the test drive and negotiate the deal. I'm looking forward to try out their service as well since I will be taking my car in auto butler and leather coating in the next couple weeks.

Worst customer service ever!!! I bought used Honda and decided that it would be best serviced at Honda dealership, boy was I wrong. I needed an extra key, oil change tire rotation and balance and the gas gauge on it was not working properly. I was told to come back next day to pick up my car. I paid close to 700 dollars for above services and got a "need to do list" from them that quoted me another $2500 in parts and labor, as soon as I left the dealership, I got to a gas station to check on my newly fixed gas gauge, to my complete dismay the gas gauge still was not working and the newly programmed key failed to open the car. I called the dealership and was told to bring car back and leave it there for another day(!) when I came back again I was told that the receiving unit for a gas gauge that was "faulty" and changed by the dealership for almost $400, is only part of the problem as now the control unit was the one to blame for the malfunctioning gas gauge. I was quoted another $1000 dollars in parts and labor for the control unit, making total bill of what needed to be done well over $4000 dollars, and when I said that I can't pay as much right away was urged to do it ASAP as "broken" control unit will burn my newly changed receiving unit and I will need to pay more. Completely devastated I brought my new car to my own mechanic, who fixed the whole list for little over $300 dollars and calibrated the receiving unit of gas gauge for free, saying that whoever put a new receiving unit there forgot to calibrate it. So the gas gauge is now working surprisingly without me paying over $1000 dollars to fix yet another thing that didn't need to be fixed. And I will never set my foot back to this rip off and totally incompetent dealership.

Bobby Miller greeted us at the door and from then on, helped us with selecting the right car for us. He answered all of our questions. He went over all the safety features of the car and pointed out and explained all the do-dads of the car and how to use them...from the key less entry to the sunroof and everything in between. Purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma in December 2015. Agreed to a final total cash price which included the Tag. A month later after a number of calls I found the Tag was sitting at their dealership and they extorted another $225 before they would release it to me. Additionally, when they sold the Truck I asked the Salesman about a rattle I heard under the truck. He said it was nothing, probably something loose. Taking his word for it, which I should have known better, I made the purchase and found out a week later from the Local Toyota Dealer that the Catalytic Converter was bad and the replacement and labor cost me $2100.

Over the past few years, I have bought three cars from Space Coast Honda (SCH). My most recent purchase was a Honda Civic EX-L/navi. I had a very good buying experience and could not be more pleased with the car that I bought. I am very busy and decided to try using the Internet Sales office. I did my research and knew the price I wanted to pay. Unfortunately, SCH did not have the exact car I was looking for but Will (Internet sales) was very responsive, patient, and provided me with a no-nonsense deal for a better equipped car at a fair price. My wife and I Drove to Florida from Michigan to take a 7 day cruise. On the way to Florida our 2008 Honda Fit started missing and the check engine light came on...we called Space Coast Honda and they told us to bring it right in. They got us right in, took us to the cruise terminal and before we even sailed, they had diagnosed the problem. When we returned...the car was fixed and runs like a champ. They even picked us up from the cruise terminal. I was so impressed with every aspect! Great job! The only complaint I have is I don't live there and can't use them for all my Honda needs! :-)

I am a professional artist and loved my old Honda CR-V EX so much, that when I went to buy a new 2015, my only concern was the color. But Mountain Air Metallic blue, with navigation wasn't available on the lot. Thankfully, our salesman, Bob Miller, understood how important color was for me and he went out of his way to scour the state and found exactly what I wanted. Salesman, Matt Cole, met us at the door and was very personable and helpful. We knew we wanted a CRV but had never driven or owned one before. He was able to answer all of our questions and showed us several before we test drove the one we ended up purchasing. We never felt pressured or rushed by Matt. He was also very organized and took care of all of the paperwork in a very efficient manner. Purchased a Honda Civic today at Space Coast Honda, and it was one of of more pleasant car buying experiences. From the start, Drew, our salesman made the experienced as relaxed as possible. John in Finance did a great job making sure everything was set and well explained before we sat down for all the final signatures. I wish I could remember all the names of the folks we spent time speaking with as the deal took shape, but we never felt overwhelmed or manipulated by any of the car buying games we had experienced over the years. We have purchased many new cars and have seen every type of dealer and almost every maneuver a sales team may try to use to increase their profits, but with these folks we felt comfortable both with the process and the results. The true test of a car buying experience is how you feel after you drive away. In this case we felt that we received a good deal resulting from the efforts of a professional team looking to be as open and friendly as possible. Well done Drew and the entire team. I read reviews on this site prior to choosing Space Coast Honda - I was slightly trepidatious because of some of the negative comments, but even amongst the bad it seemed that people were praising Bob Miller. My husband and I immediately asked for Bob when we walked in and, let me tell you, he was just as fantastic as everyone said. He immediately put us at ease and didn't give off that stereotypical car salesman vibe. He was patient and personable, and took his time figuring out what we had in mind. Best of all, there was ZERO pressure. Once we had decided upon a vehicle, we began to deal with Chad in finance. Once again it was an excellent experience. Chad was absolutely great, and even though it was an hour past closing, he took his time and was incredibly patient while explaining each and every document and all of the different options we could choose. I can't say enough about these two men - they made what could have been a super stressful day into an A+ experience.

I purchased a used Honda from Steve Ledesma a few weeks ago. We noticed several scratches and some other minor issues. Steve Ledesma promised to call me to set up a date to fix these issues. I have called and left messages on his cell phone numerous times. I called and left message at the dealership for him. I am beginning to think he lied to us just to sell us a car. We have purchased several cars from Space Coast Honda for the past 10 years. This has been the worst experience by far. A business is just as good as it employees are.

As we are in the market for a new vehicle we went to this dealership to show us a new CRV. We are not new to this dealership as we have our current CRV serviced there many times. Now when we showed up we met the initial salesman and discussed our needs and that we would like to see the new 2014 that showed on their internet inventory. He was taking a bit that there was a 2014 on the lot we assured him that as of the evening prior it was on the inventory. He went to his desk as we waited in the showroom for him to figure it out. He came back with a piece of paper waiting our personal information. I inquired why he need this and his response was so that he could show his boss. I am not one to give ANY one personal information that is not needed, does one show Walmart this information to buy a TV? Our purpose was 1) to see that this 2014 was still available and 2) see the vehicle and what options it had on it as the internet site does not show that information. Needless to say we are already off on the wrong foot! Again he was not sure what to do since we would NOT give him any information. He went back to his bosses bullpen(?) (or whatever they want to call it these days). He came back and sat down at his desk and searched the dealers internet site and presto we have a new 2014 CRV showing on the inventory! Hard to believe I know more than this bozo! He went back to find the key to this car. We waited and waited we could see the sales peeps trying to figure it out in the back. On his return he now has a manager with him, yes the one with the white shirt and tie! This managers spill was that this vehicle was no longer for sale and they would show another but that he needed personal information to do that, since when does a dealership need personal information to SHOW a car? So needless to say we went back and forth on this in great detail with neither one budging. Needless to say we left this dealership and will not be back to buy or even service the Honda that is owned now!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Space Coast Honda. As had been my experience from several visits over the years as a service customer, I found the sales staff friendly, helpful and non-aggressive. Matt Cole was the Product Specialist who sat down with me. He was friendly, polite, funny and completely put me at ease. He started by asking me what I was looking for and what was important to me and then set about finding me the vehicle of my choice. He brought a vehicle around that was the closest to what I had specified and gave me a thorough overview of the features. It was a V6 and I preferred a 4 cylinder. He indicated that they also had a 4 cylinder with everything I wanted except for the navigation system, so I asked what features I'd lose if I didn't get the navi system. He was immediately able to tell me and when I decided the navigation system wasn't that important to me and the 4 cylinder was, he promptly brought me the second vehicle. On the test drive, he relayed more information and answered questions without a hitch. At no point did he try to up-sell me to go back to the more expensive vehicle with navigation or pressure me in any way. After the test drive when I'd decided I was going to buy, I mentioned a couple of accessories that I'd like to add, he brought over the book of accessories and--once again--didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. After the financing paperwork was all completed, Matt had my vehicle ready and waiting and he sat with me and talked me through every button, switch, lever, knob, gauge, and menu option and helped me link my phone, set up my first speed dial, and try out voice commands. He was patient and funny throughout the process and definitely knew the vehicle and all its technology. The financing staff was similarly friendly and receptive to my straightforward, reasonable request for price and financing terms. While the paperwork did take quite some time, Matt Cole and others did their best to make sure I was comfortable during the wait. Once it was time to finalize the deal along with warranty options, finance manager Chad Reed made the process as straightforward as possible and worked the numbers to ensure I stayed with the payments I wanted without upping the interest expense. He briefly summarized each document that had to be signed and pointed out the most pertinent sections. Overall, I felt like I drove away with what I wanted under terms that I could handle. Everyone I dealt with was polite, respectful, helpful and non-aggressive. I'd definitely recommend Space Coast Honda!

I wanted a new model, HR-V, that was not out yet. My salesman, Bobby Miller was able to tell me what was coming in on the their first shipment and reserve the trim level and color I wanted. On roll out day he called me that my car was in. We worked out the details easily and to my satisfaction. Both my wife and I appreciated the time he spent with us explained out to operate all the new features in this car. After the sale he quickly responded to my calls when I needed more information.

First I want to praise David for getting me in fast without an appointment. I told him all I wanted was an oil change, and signed the paperwork. He came back a few moments later and asked it I had a couple of hours for a transmission / brake flush, I told him I did not as I had somewhere I needed to be. David walked away and came back a few moments later lets do the brake flush. At this point I felt a bit trapped, as if I said no I'd be pushed to the end of the line. He mentioned several times lots of people were showing up for their appointments and he would try and push me in first. I did not want the brake flush, but ended up paying over $100 for the service when all I wanted and needed was an oil change. Will NOT go back, will drive to another dealer.

This is the condensed version My fiance and I purchased a certified used Crosstour with a "we owe' from the dealership of cosmetic corrections they promised to make to the vehicle for us; we delayed delivery of the vehicle for five days so that they could make the corrections. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the corrections had not been made which is when we met sales manager Doug Finwall. Doug blamed the sales person for the car not being done, told us the repair person was out of town for three weeks (which they should have told us prior to us leaving the vehicle for the five additional days) and insulted us by trying to convince us that all dark colored cars have swirl marks in the paint... Three weeks later after contacting Doug numerous times via phone and email (he claimed that we had an incorrect email address for him - the email address had been provided to us by the finance manager Jason Chase and confirmed by the receptionist Marissa) they took the car back to make the corrections. Another four days later we got the car back still not fixed. When we tried to refuse delivery of the vehicle Doug yelled at my fiance telling him we are being unreasonable for expecting them to actually come through with the 'we owe' they had promised and threatened us that we "better give back their loaner car or else". Additionally he insulted us again by trying to convince us that they don't paint or dye leather when it is cold outside and told me to call him back in a few weeks when it wasn't so cold outside... I'm not sure if Dougs behavior and actions toward us were due to us being young, that I am pregnant, that my fiance is in the military or if he just really hoped we were completely ignorant and wouldnt notice or say anything to anyone about being insulted and threatened but in any case he was absolutely appalling. At that point, almost a month later and also after discovering they had still not paid off the trade in we had given them, (which translates to us being charged a months worth of interest on a car loan for a car we had not owned in a month), we got the GM Fil Catania involved. It took a month of fighting, being insulted and threatened by the sales manager Doug and getting the GM involved to get what we had been promised. If this is how they treat their customers I am shocked how they have ever won an award. We will never go to this dealership again nor promote it in any way.

We are writing this to you not to receive anything extra, but rather to ensure you know how your staff (a few in particular) treated us during our car buying experience. We went to your dealership on the 26th of Jan to look at a certified pre-own 2012 Crosstour, where we came across Steve Ledesma. We in turned purchase the vehicle with the indent a few cosmetic issues corrected. We delayed delivery of said vehicle until Friday the 30th of Jan so that the issues which Steve promised us he could fix, may be resolved. Upon arriving to take delivery of the vehicle, only two of the agreed upon issued were corrected, and new damage (a gash) that was on the vehicle that was not there before purchase. When Steve was ask what had happen, he replied let me get my manager. This is where we met Doug. We reviewed with Doug all the issues agreed upon with Steven, and he apologized for everything NOT being completed, and told us his body repair guy was out of town for a couple of weeks. He tried to convince us that all dark color cars have swirls in their paint jobs which incredibly insulting and a complete lie. Which we proved by comparing another dark color car in delivery area to the Crosstour. However, we took delivery of the vehicle and Doug ensured us that he would contact us in the next week or so to schedule the agreed upon issues. Doug never contacted us, so we reached out to him via phone and via email which was provided by Jason Chase and confirmed by Marissa (dfinwallatspacecoasthonda.com). Doug did not respond to the email, although the second phone call we placed, Doug did answer and told us his repair man would be out for 5 weeks which was on the 9th of Feb. And this nightmare continues. Do yourself the favor and do not go here.

He diligently took down all my information about my trade and the vehicle I was interested in. We negotiated for 2 days and put the deal together. The GM, Phil even got involved. Positive Experience. Jake Kelly stuck to what he knew best---sales and Jason did what he does bestnegotiate. Both were very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. There was none of the sales guy taking your offer to some unknown manager in the back room and then trying to beat you down. At Space coast you dealt with the decision maker. He is trying to make a profit and you are trying to get them to give you the vehicle. If you have done your homework and know what you want this is a very fair and effective way to purchase a car. I purchased a 2014 Odyssey and do not feel that I left a lot of money on the table. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend Space Coast to a friend.

Here are my comments: 1. The oil change coupon had very small (fine) print saying "filter extra". If you are gonna advertise, just dont put OIL CHANGE $9.99 and in print 1/3 of that size you say the filter is extra. Who in this world changes oil and not the filter?? That is stupid! Price ended up being $21. Double the advertised price. 2. It took them an hour to change my oil. I could have gone to one of those small places and been on my way in 20 minutes! 3. I didn't notice but the next day my wife noticed oil marks on three different areas inside the car.I was waiting for them to send me an email for my opinion on the visit - I'm still waiting. 4. To wrap it up: I was duped by the ad. I took 2-3 times as long to get an oil change. The maint guy had the stones to say "some people don't change the filter" and they left oil residue INSIDE my wifes car!!

In regards to the vehicle purchase, It has been the worst experience. Unfortunately we visited the dealership out of convenience as the location is close to our home. We negotiated a fair deal and then they changed all the paperwork when in the finance dept. When the statement came for the payment, it was 25 dollars more a month than is on our contract. Honda Finance said it has to be handled at the dealer and we have made multiple trips, calls, left five (5) messages for Jacob the finance manager but no one ever returns the call. We are now speaking with Honda Corporate to intervene on our behalf. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I will never visit this dealer, service department, or even buy a HONDA at all because of this experience. This is my third accord and we also have an Odyssey. It's unfortunate that they conduct business this way.

I took my car in for an oil change and started looking around to kill time. I ended up seeing a car I really liked and went forward to test drive it. Not really sold on buying it since I had a paid off Honda, I made some pretty low ball estimates for payment. They ended up meeting what I wanted and I ended up driving home with it. We came in looking for 2 vehicles. John and Mike showed us exactly what we were looking for. Our main concern was getting the best gas mileage and the best price. After a few test drives we decided on purchasing 2 Honda Civic's. I was given a very fair trade-in value for our SUV and Honda offered us two very loan interest rates for financing. Even beat our own bank. Of course purchasing 2 vehicles there was a lot of paperwork to be signed. The finance representative, Johnny, stayed until the job was done (past their closing hours) and answered all of our answers along the way. We were very impressed with the warranty programs that were offered, especially the Auto Butler living here in Florida with the salt air. We are very impressed with the great gas mileage that we are getting with the Civic. My husband has driven roundtrip 3 times from Cocoa Beach to Orlando for work and barely used a quarter of a tank of gas. WOW.

I liked several things about Space Coast Honda, and that's why I travelled over fifty miles from my home to get my Civic there. First, Will Laurent, who was my sales rep at Space Coast Honda, is a highly knowledgeable and experienced pro. Will did a great job answering all my questions (there were a lot of them), and explaining the impressive technology that the 2014 Civic XE has to offer. Will also spent a lot of time with me explaining leasing, and I decided to lease my Civic EX as a result. Second, there were a lot of different 2014 Civic EX's to choose from on Space Coast Honda's lot.more than the other dealers I visited. Third, unlike some car dealers I visited, Space Coast Honda did not pre-load most of their vehicles with large dollar amounts of dealer-installed accessories, such as window etching, window tinting, door guards, paint protection, mud guards, etc., etc., etc. Also, Space Coast Hondas dealer fee was less than the other dealers I visited. The deal started off a little clunky, but when we finally got back to the business office our Finance Manager Jacob was VERY helpful. At first we were going to use our credit union, but he was able to get us a little better deal. Kudos to him for being so patient, and taking the time to explain everything to us. I also want to say how HAPPY we are with the AUTO BUTLER treatment program! Our car looks amazing! You can really tell how well it works after it rains in a parking lot with other cars. I've never been much of a fan of car dealers, but Space Coast Honda has definitely made me a "customer for life".

We have been Space Coast Honda customers since 2006, with this month's purchase being our 4th SCH vehicle. The service department is why we keep coming back, especially Ron Mecca, our service rep. His honesty and professionalism is refreshing. Unlike other reviews, we have never had a bad experience with SCH's service; however, I too have noticed more "stress" in the service department in the last one, or maybe two years. I have verbally noted this to the SCH management a couple of times. Again, to be clear, we have always had excellent service, yet hopefully, SCH management will take notice and remedy the issues that may be causing the "stress."As mentioned, this month's purchase of a CR-V is our 4th Honda vehicle from SCH. Buying a car is one of our least desired endeavors, ranking somewhere in the vicinity of a root-canal. Although SCH does use the negotiation process like all other dealers, their sales team has always been very friendly and professional. Especially salesmen Anthony Andrews and John (Desi) DeSimone, and sales manager Doug Finwall. As with all car purchases, being up-to-date is essential, even with the SCH sales team.The bottom line is that we will continue to be SCH customers and recommend family, friends, and others.

I went in to Space Coast Honda two nights ago to look at the Honda Civic. I was leasing a Civic (2011), and while my lease was ending, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do....buy my car, or lease another.I met with a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman, Bob Miller, and he made the process very easy for me. While I sat at his desk, we went over a few key points regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle, then Bob went and pulled around the perfect car for me to test drive. Bob didn't push any options that I didn't need or want, he simply gave me exactly what I asked for.The General Sales Manager was very personable and helpful. We had the whole deal completed in around an hour (test drive included). After that I worked with the finance department, who were also as quickly paced as they could be, considering the amount of paperwork they have to go over with you.All in all I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. The people were kind, helpful and knew what they were doing. I look forward to working with them in the future.

This is what was found by the multi; point inspection done at 85K miles,2 Engine mounts worn, rear brake linings 3mm; or less, power steering fluid contaminated, brake fluid contaminated, hoses soft spongy, engine oil seep, transmission oil seep, all tires abnormally worn. Now mind You I had My timing belt replaced at 68K miles that includes water pump.drive belts,cam&crankshaft seals,new coolant. also had brake fluid flushed & changed, also 2 new tires,mount and balanced under tires for life warranty, that cost me $276.00, because i used Goodyear instead of falcon. At my 80k service the multi point inspection found a weak battery that I replaced.So in 5K miles all this was found in the reliable Honda line, estimated AT $2158.85.

Jason told me I could hold a car with credit card and he would put it on another lot so it would be not be sold until I could get there on the weekend. I gave him my credit card number. I then sent the original salesperson Chad an email detailing the agreement and asked that he email me back to confirm the agreement. When Chad did not answer my email, I called his cell phone. He didn't answer that call either or a later call to him thru the dealership. I then called Jason who assured me the car was in another lot and safe and was waiting for me for out 10 a.m. Sat appointment. I was still suspicious because I had read multiple reviews about this dealership telling people they had a car but when the person arrived there was no car. I immediately called the sales manager Doug Fenwall and asked that he get involved. Within minutes he told me they had sold the car earlier that day. Doug Fenwall promised me he would find me another car and call me on Monday. I never heard from him on Monday and called him on Tuesday. I have never heard from back from him. Please avoid this dealership as there appears to be a systematic problem with lying.

I requested more information on the vehicle and received a email within the hour about my inquiry. Later in the evening I received a call from Will Kempton asking if I would like to test drive the vehicle. From 500 miles away we made the deal - worked with sales person Chad Reed. Wire Transfer was sent - Chad Reed arranged for car to be shipped to me - and car arrived just as promised. All sounds great, right? Wrong. The car did not arrive with the title! My family needed this car immediately but was unable to drive it because the car DID NOT ARRIVE WITH THE TITLE! It wasn't until after I received the car - and began making immediate plans for it that Chad Reed told me that they were not able to send the title until the wire transfer cleared - and NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WHY IT WAS OK TO SHIP A CAR BEFORE THE WIRE TRANSER CLEARED - BUT NOT A TITLE. Title was promised to be overnighted to me the next day - DIDN'T HAPPEN! My family went out of town for a week without this new car we wanted to take - arrived back home - STILL NO TITLE! The dealership chose to blame their HUGE MONTH OF JULY! - and that they were just so amazingly busy - they appear to be very happy for themselves - that's great - but we still have NO TITLE! Then the dealership chose to blame some back office person named Chris - who is probably overworked and underpaid. Then Chad Reed told me that his manager Alfred Cala wanted to speak to me - but Mr. Cala chose not to return my calls. My family was quite stressed - and I began to believe that I was going to have drive 500 miles south just to personally see these people. Finally the title arrived - 10 days after they received the wire transfer - during that time the car I purchased sat and was unable to be used. "Let's hurry up and get this sale counted within the July quota - and then let's completely forget about finalizing it on the customer's end." - seems to be their motto.

When I purchased my new Honda CRV in 2005 from Space Coast, it was my first time buying a new car. I was apprehensive in the purchase because the maintenance department has the ability to take you to the cleaners, so to speak. My service manager at that time I never really got to know because he wasn't there long and Ron Mecca took over for him. I don't know anybody that likes going to the service department of their car dealership, but Ron makes it easier to tolerate with his easy to talk to personality. Ron has taken very good care of me and has made me feel as though I am getting what I paid for and only paying for what I need. Working the midnight shift in Melbourne, Ron has made my appointments accommodating and has gotten me in and out in a timely manner. A couple of times I needed a rental car, on the house, and he took care of it making the transition easy. Should I decide to purchase a vehicle in the future from Space Coast it will come with the stipulation that Ron Mecca is my service manager.

I will never go here again, we stopped at the dealership to look at a truck we saw by the road. It was newer than we thought so it was out of our price range. One salesman came to us and couldn't even get us a price so he went in for his boss Phil. This guy walked us around the dealership and showed us what was in our price range. He wasn't very polite, as if us not going inside was bothering him. He rudely told a salesman to fetch him a key to a truck we didn't even wanna buy. The manager left us by the truck for over 15 minutes for the salesman to return with the keys. Another salesman had the keys in his pocket and was gone on a test drive. The salesman returned with the key to the truck and was very nice and did try to show it to us but we were ready to leave at this point. We would not advise dealing with this dealership while under this new management.

I've just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. This adventure started 2 days ago when i decided to treat myself to a little gift. Bob Miller was the lucky salesman to greet me and get the ball rolling. I've visited this dealership on several occasions and are always treated in a courteous manner. I was won over with Bob's professionalism and great attitude. He made my buying experience easy, so did you Dustin Dickson lol. Space Coast Honda has great employees and fantastic service. I've been doing business with Space Coast for years and the service they provide me with is the main reason I keep my business with them. From the receptionist in the showroom to the techs in the service/parts department I have always been treated with respect and A1 service. In 2006 I bought my first Honda and was assigned to Ron Mecca as my service advisor. Ron Mecca ( and Honda) has provided excellent service and advise for my retirement/travel /golf schedule that keeps us going ( 90,000 miles on the the Odyssey) and now into a 2012 Pilot , with a 4000 mile trip (with golf) to Texas and back. With the "Pilot" I do not anticipate any "problems", as Ron has checked the Pilot out for the trip, and I know that if something happens, I can call Ron Mecca and get professional advise to take care of any situation that confronts us on the trip. I have been living in Brevard County since the 1950's, and have dealt with all the car dealers in the area, and I rate "Space Coast Honda" the "Best" with Sales and Service,which directly relates to their employees , like Ron Mecca, who "make a difference" with their Customers !!

During purchase of My 2004 element, I did experience undue pressure from sales and finance. When it it necessary to have 4 men trying to sell me something I told them I was buying? But I don't regret my purchase at all. Now the service department, mainly Ron Mecca, has been great in taking care of my 9 year old vehicle. I always feel like my family is taking care of me. According to Ron, his goal is for me to get 500 000 miles out of it. And when I do, I hope Ron Mecca is there to service it and receive an award for outstanding customer service. I like his way of thinking. Keep up the awesome work Ron!

DO NOT BOTHER! We just drove TEN HOURS to purchase a used car. When we arrived, it had been sold by another salesperson. We told them we were coming. We were in contact with the salesman the entire way. And he didn't even BOTHER to check if the car was still there. Their policy is that they can be negotiating on the same vehicle with two different customers at the same time. You will not even know until the car is sold. They didn't have the courtesy to inform us that we might get here and the car might be gone. The salesman didn't even check for the car until we walked into the place. And when we told them how upset we were, they claimed that even if we had put down a deposit, there would be no guarantee the car wouldn't be sold before we got there. WHAT'S THE POINT IN TRYING TO BUY A USED FAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. They're looking for the first person to put down money. That's it. They don't care about your business and your interest. They want to make the first deal they can get. The salesmen don't even talk to each other. I have never been so angry in my life. Please be prepared to be disappointed with this dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Space Coast Honda. I was pleased with everyone expect my sales person Anthony Andrews. He greeted us on the lot as we were looking at cars. I thought it was odd that the first words out of his mouth were "Are you buying a car today"? How do you know if you are going to buy a car before you look at it? Mr. Andrews did not tell us anything about the Honda Accord we were looking at. All he did was hand us the keys so we could take a test drive of the car. Once we returned to the lot he took us inside the dealership and handed us over to Salesmanager Doug Finwall. Everyone else we encounter at the dealership were very kind and helpful. But Anthony was really rather rude. I was hoping we would have received a survey from Honda but we never did. Because if I had I would have told whoever about Mr. Andrews behavior. I wish we would have left in the beginning after Mr. Andrews greeted us. Something about him made the hair stand up on the back of my neck. We have called several times getting to try and set up appointments to have work done on the car. Mr. Andrews does not return our calls. If you are buying a car at Space Coast Honda I hope you get a different sales person. If you get Mr. Andrews you will see what I mean. I just can't get over how he spoke to us. If I acted like that at my place of employment I would have been fired.

I had a good sales person, named Jason. No lies, no high pressure at all. The problem is in the Finance Dept. The sales staff pushed Honda due to their great warranties; lifetime this and 100K mile that. Next I was introduced to The Finance Mgr, Jacob. He said I really needed all sorts of additional extended warranties, and other expensive extras because "Honda's warranties are lousy." So contradictory. The staff should really compare notes and get on the same page. They had me in their office for more than six hours! Total waste of my time. I believe Honda makes a good product, but would definitely not go to this dealership again. I could go on and on, but Space Coast Honda Employees have a total lack of honesty and integrity.

My wife and I went to this dealer to purchase a car in the name of our company. Our first question was "Will you finance a car purchase for a company instead of an individual?". We were assured that it would not be a problem at all. That was lie #1. The dealership is not the lender and can make no financing decisions on its own. The second thing to watch for is the hard sell for extended warranty, road hazard coverage, 'gap' insurance and the 'Road Butler'. Keep in mind that the person trying to sell these things gets a comission on each product. If you believe in the quality of Honda cars then don't be pushed into buying this additional fluff. We wasted about 2 hours with Jake, the finance manager, fending off his pressure. With the assurance that we could back out of these additional items we signed on the dotted line. When we returned a few days later to sign the 'final' papers and told Jake that we were not going to buy any additional stuff, the interest rate suddenly went back to his original number after he 'bought down' the interest rate using incentives given to the dealership for selling these add ons. Don't give in to the pressure to buy additional and unnecessary items. Four days after being handed the keys to the car with smiles and promises that everything was fine, Space Coast Honda told us that the promised deal was not approved. Remember what I said about the dealership not being able to make the financing decisions. Our company has absolutely perfect credit and has been in existence for almost 15 years. Finally, after they informed us that they wanted the car back, they would not step up to the plate and take responsibility for the mistakes and misrepresentations that they had made. When we pointed out the disconnect between what they had told us and what is in the huge amount of paperwork their response was something like 'we have your signature so too bad for you'. We had made costly changes to our travel plans but SCH would not even consider stepping up to the plate and making things right. In conclusion, we feel that SCH management misrepresents many aspects of the transaction, pressures customers to add unnecessary products, and has a rude and insulting side that comes out when their false promises are exposed. If SCH had integrity then they would have taken responsibility for the situation and tried to make things right. Find another dealer.

First of all let me tell you that I am a loyal Honda owner. I saw on space coast Honda website they had great Internet special on a 2010 Pilot. So I went down to check it out and salesman Will Kempton assisted me with demo. It was in excellent condition and everything I've come to love about Honda. We spent about 5 min discussing price and they came back with price less than what I had planned on spending. Imagine my excitemt. We set up delivery for a Wednesday and now the pain begins right???? Or so I thought... The finance director, John assisted me with a number of bank and interest rate options. Of course I'm watching every penny in these trying times. I took the best rate he had to offer and oh btw I did check with my own bank to see what was available. Anyways the entire experience was really great and I would strongly recommend Space Coast Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda. Last but not least I got a phone call this morning from John the finance guy. He told me that he got me a better interest rate than I originally signed up for. I told him I would be down after work to sign the new papers. Woohoo...

Last month I went to Space Coast Honda to test drive a car. I was approached by a salesman, Anthony Andrews. The first thing he asked me if I was going to buy a car today. I told him I would like to test drive something before committing to purchase. Mr. Andrews looked at me and told me he was busy. I could not believe what I had just heard. Mr. Andrews just turned and went to grab another customer. My family has purchased cars from Space Coast Honda through the years. Mr. Andrews did not want to give me the time of day unless he thought I was going to purchase a car that day. I want to purchase a Honda but I don't know if I will go back to Space Coast Honda. I know for sure I would never buy anything from Mr. Andrews.

Tried to buy a car from space coast Honda today. Walked past sales guys on the lot...nope didn't get acknowledged. Hit the inside of the dealership...didn't get acknowledged. The kiosk lady took like 5 min after staring to me to ask why I was there. I said I want to look at a car. No one would come help me. After even longer one guy walked up introduced himself so I shook his hand and told him my name. He just stared. So I repeated it. Told him I wanted to look at a car. And he still continued to stare. I said I want a car. He said (I swear to god) "I'm gonna be busy later." I was like wow this guy is not busy at this moment but he can't be bothered to help me or find someone who can. So I tried to sit there and wait it out but my temper got the best of me and I told them all that it was fine I would go buy a car from another dealership and I walked out highly upset. And (crickets) they just stared at me as I stormed out to my car and left. I thought they sold cars. I thought they would want my business. I have always had hondas they are my fave car and I would have kept buying hondas till I got my license revoked for senility. Now I'm not sure what to buy.

We then happened upon nearly the identical van at Space Coast Honda, in the "just received lot." We had an excellent experience negotiating with the sales and finance management; and Mr. Miller was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, patient, and respectful. After 5 months of test driving vehicles and listening to the usual sales pitch I had resigned myself to the fact it was not time to buy a new car. I then heard someone tell me about their experience with Honda and what a great vehicle they found. I did some research, asked co-workers and found Honda is NOT out of my price range. I didn't even think of trying them for that reason. I went to Space Coast Honda and was greeted by Bob Miller. First impression was that he is a nice honest person. I was right. The experience from start to finish was comfortable, relaxed, not pressured, satisfying and fun. Three days later I had the car I had been looking for in the color I wanted with all the options, and more, that I had hoped for and all for less than I was expecting to pay. I highly recommend Space Coast Honda! If you want the most pleasurable purchasing experience, ask for Bob Miller. They don't come any better than Bob. I also dealt with Justin in finance and Doug the sales manager. All super honest, friendly, fun and totally willing to do what it takes to make you the next "Honda customer for life". They got another lifetime customer in me and whoever I can send their way. The best car buying experience EVER! God Bless Space Coast Honda.

During the summer we were looking for a new Honda Civic. We knew we wanted to stay in our area rather than going over to Orlando. We ended up with salesman Mack Skinner. We started looking at cars. During this time Mack Skinner keep looking at his watch. He was very distracted. Then he announced that he needed to leave to go and pick up his daughter. We have children so we understood. We decided to go and eat lunch and come back.When we got back Mack Skinner had his daughter with him. We were trying to work out some details and his daughter keep interrupting. We felt like we were not getting anywhere. I am sure that a salesman could afford a babysitter or day care. I am sure that Mack Skinner's child would be happier there too. But she was left to run around a car dealership. We told Mack Skinner we wanted to think things over. But that was not the truth. We felt like we were not getting our salesman's undivided attention. We also found out that he picked his child up everyday and brought her to work with him. When you are making a major purchase such as a car it would be nice if you could ask questions. I felt like Mack Skinner just wanted us to hand him the money and go. I had heard good things about Space Coast Honda from friends. But I guess we just did not get the right salesman. We ended up buying a car from another Honda dealer in Brevard County.

I had a horrible experience at Space Coast this past weekend. Believe it or not, I had done business with them in the past....I have had 2 Hondas and now I was wanting to get my next one. WELL THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was treated as if I had not researched what I wanted, what the price would be, and I was definitely not valued as a former Space Coast customer. The sales manager was utterly ridiculous with his offers and must have thought I was dumb single woman who knew no better. I LEFT IN TEARS AND FELT DRAINED.I ended up driving quite a distance to Southeastern Honda where I was approached by Michael Denmark. He worked with me and after talking to his sales manager, we agreed on a price after 20 minutes. NEVER ONCE DID THEY TREAT ME WITH DISRESPECT OR MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER. I am a single mom, and I will tell all of my friends to go to Southeastern Honda for their new car needs. No one, especially a single woman, should have to go thru what I did at Space Coast. Thank you Southeastern Honda and Michael Denmark for helping me get the Honda Civic Coupe EX I had my heart set on......... :-) :-)

This was my worsy experience ever and I have purchased over 10 vehicles in the past 12 years. They wasted 2 days of my wife's and my time. I was quoted on the phone by the general manager an out the door price. When we came in to sign the deal they just happen to add $1800 to the price for dealers fees and some other bs fees. The mamanger stated that I was mistaken about the quoted price and was as arrogant as you can get. Rude all the way around and told me than this was not the vehicle for me. Please don't waste your time with this place!

I am giving this business a bad rating because their service department is deplorable. Representatives of the service department are frequently obnoxious, conniving. and incompetent. They are more professional when they know sales representatives are watching them, but not much. Unbelievably rude and smug.On a $200 service (in which I had waited at least four hours) they missed that I had a dead battery causing me to get stuck and miss an important appointment. I suspected this was the problem and called for assistance. The dealership told me I would have to schedule an appointment in a few days as they were booked! Another Honda dealership found the dead battery immediately, and replaced it the same day.Employees at McDonald's exhibit more common sense and professional courtesy than the service representatives at this dealership. You can count on being ignored and having to wait all day for a $34 service, even if you scheduled well in advance.

I've always wanted an Element.Finally got up enough nerve to hit the delership and I chose Space Coast as when I lived in Viera, I constantly saw their commercials on TV.As I negotiatre for a living, I did not relish the idea of now having to negotaite for a vehicle.I arrived and it was about 10 minutes of walking around and looking at what tyhey had on the lost, that the sales rep came up. Normally they're right on you as you get out of your car. I appreciated them letting me look on my own before they approached.I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Of course there was negotiating back and forth but ultimately within about 2 hours I was driving home in my 2006 Honda Element EP.I love it and have it serviced (oil changes etc) at Space Coast even though I nowe live in Clermont.Great experienceGreat serviceVery nice surrondings
