After driving and leasing cars from Honda for 12 years, I was ready for a change & loved the style of the Jeep Renegade. Corporate really needs to step in and do something here. Everybody from the girl who answers the phone to the people in the service Dpt need Customer service and would benefit from reading a John Maxwell book. I called because my 08 Dodge Ram needs a new front diff or it needs rebuilt. Whatever the case we're talking at least a two thousand dollar repair, not under warranty. I talked to nothing but people who were annoyed by my call. And gave me no help at all. Joe in the service Dpt hung up on me when I called back Lisa was very rude by not even letting get my sentence out be saying that the next appointment is two weeks out and then making excuses for everyone when I asked why I was put on hold for 8 min for some one to sch an appointment. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM on West 130th and Brookpark 44142. However it will be the last. I will be posting this on every site I can to sure it gets out there. I've worked in the Customer service industry for years and this is not how you treat a paying Customer.

My experience started with an inquiry through various internet websites. I was contacted quickly from Sid in Customer Service, and was educated on the Spitzer process. I felt very comfortable. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted quickly and was helped by Bob Ott. Coincidentally he and I shared a common backstory, so that was a bonus. The entire process took about 2.5 hours, but would have been done more quickly if Spitzer wasn't helping so many customers purchase vehicles on the same day! I recommend.

Buying your car here is a pretty easy transaction. But trying to get your car serviced is a NIGHTMARE. The staff in the service department are so completely rude and inefficient. They do not get it right the first time or even the second time. Horrible. God forbid there is a recall on your vehicle (and you better believe there will be). Go elsewhere... really. Do yourself a favor.

I had an acceptable experience working with Bob Ott. Showed great enthusiasm about the Dodge product. Knowldedge pertaining to certain models needs work still. A couple of times I had to correct him pertaining to particulars in the vehicle package. While explaining the financial package, a rebate was termed to me as getting a 'check back'. Please avoid using car salesman lingo and simplify your explaination to the customer. As stated, an overall good experience, Bob was very personable and I would likely come back to Spitzer in the future.

I was online browsing and looking at new cars when I spotted a used Cherokee and clicked the link. I put my information in and then I began receiving personal text messages from Shannon, I will admit it made me interested. She assured me that although I might have some negative equity they would be able to work with me and she schedule a late evening appointment at 7 the next day. I arrived that evening thinking Ill just test drive a truck and see what they tell me. I met Ken and Priten, I took a test drive and fell in love. Priten worked with me and brought me back great news...I GOT A NEW 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE. I left the dealership a little after 9pm and was very happy and impressed with the service rendered. Melissa Granke was an awesome sales representative. I'm not a person that enjoys going into car dealers when i have to purchase a new vehicle especially because my credit has some bumps and bruises. She handled all the credit process via texting and got me approved without even having to go into the dealer. I aonly had to go in to test drive and sign the final papers. I just purchased my second Jeep vehicle from Spitzer, both within the past two months. This time it was a 2015 Patriot. I worked with Steve Shear. From the initial greeting on the lot to driving the vehicle away, Steve was nothing short of professional, down to earth, had a great sense of humor and was willing to make as many trips to the front desk as needed to close the deal (Thanks Adib). The overall experience was no different than the first...Excellent!! This includes a great price for the vehicle. When I said back in my May 2 review that they earned all my future business I meant it. Take it from someone who use to avoid salespeople as much as possible and even car shop during off hours, Spitzer's team is second to no one. Life is hard. Car buying at Spitzer is not.

After some preliminary online research I e-mailed and received an appointment with Melissa Granke. I already knew I wanted a 2015 Jeep Patriot but I wanted to know my choices, options and prices before I decided on a purchase. Melissa met me at my scheduled time and we reviewed pricing, rebates and finance options for the model I preferred. She also found me several lower priced options so I could compare and decide. She was well organized and informative. We did not haggle. I explained what I was willing to pay for what I wanted and she found a combination of rebates incentives and very reasonable finance options to help me reach my goal. Everything but the actual exchange of keys and vehicles occurred in two hours. I returned several days later to swap my trade in and pick up the new car. Melissa came in on her day off, met me and had me out in one hour in my new vehicle. This was my second purchase from Spitzer in less than four years and my first time dealing with Melissa. She and the entire staff seemed friendly unhurried and I did not feel heavy pressure to decide. I would absolutely consider Spitzer and Melissa for my next car purchase.

The entire new car buying experience was exceptional thanks to John Albany and the Spitzer team. After a failed attempt to reach a deal at a local competitor, I continued my search to find a vehicle, and this landed me at Spitzer for the first time. From my initial call until I was driving away with a new vehicle John was personable, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, kept a sense of humor and was willing to work with me. None of this was evident at the last place. I walked away with a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that had more options, required less money down at closing and a monthly payment nearly $40 less. Some oil changes and lifetime car washes were thrown in for good measures too. John Albany definitely portrays the image that Spitzer advertises......"Life is hard. Car buying shouldn't be." I knew exactly which car I wanted (2015 Dodge Challenger SXT) and went to two other local Dodge dealerships (based only on proximity to me) before calling Spitzer. The other two dealerships didn't have what I wanted on the lot and were not at all interested in making any effort to get me the car I wanted. The first salesman said he'd locate the car and get in touch with me - that was six days ago and have still not heard from him. The second dealership didn't even say they'd try to find the car - just said they didn't have it and that was it. John Albany is the salesman at Spitzer that called me back RIGHT AWAY to let me know they had exactly what I wanted on the lot and that he'd be happy to let me test drive one that day. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. Spitzer also gave me a great value for the car I was trading in. John made the process very easy and explained everything about the car and paperwork. I couldn't be happier with my new car, my experience at Spitzer where everyone was very friendly and working with John Albany. I will definitely be back to Spitzer!

My 2006 Jeep Liberty had a sudden and major mechanical break down which put me in an unexpected need for a new car. Upon entering the showroom we were approached by John Albany with a big smile and a very warm, friendly welcome. From the very start of our conversation John knew that the Chrysler Employee Purchase Plan was going to be used which I'm sure isn't great for the sales persons commission however he was extremely helpful and did a great job making me feel like I was the most important person in the place. During the entire process he kept repeating that his only concern was to find the "right" car for me, the one that has all the features I wanted/needed and still would work in my budget. John made the process stress free and enjoyable, I highly recommend looking him up if you are in the market for a new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product. Thanks again.

Expectations were completely exceeded throughout the entire shopping and buying process. Honesty on all fronts. I highly recommend buying your next car here. My husband surprised me with a wonderful anniversary gift...a new Jeep (Sahara)! He chose Spitzer. Bill researches everything he buys. Well, I accompanied him to Spitzer on the day of the purchase...and what a great experience. We met John Beaver. John made us feel at "home." I always put car salesmen in the same category...you know, white belt, white shoes, and slicked back hair. Not John! As one of the other customers wrote, he is not only a gentleman, but his personality and character immediately confirmed for us - this was the right place. John made our new car buying experience smooth and easy. (The last car we purchased was in 2009 at another dealership and my husband said we would not go there again.) Not the case with Spitzer. Service - Although I have this beautiful new Jeep, I gave it a "black eye" backing out of our garage. The driver side lamp cover was cracked as well the bulb was broken. I was a nervous wreck. How am I going to explain to my husband how this happened, especially because it was brand new...2015. I made an appointment with the Service Depart., and took the car in. After examining the car, Ed said the part was not in stock. I was ok with that. The next day which was a Friday, the part came in. Wow! I took the car in on Monday. Well let me tell you...Vito, and Sean are my heroes!! They explained the procedure and that it wouldn't take very long. About an half hour later, Sean came and said to me...Mrs. Tufts, you need to come and see your Jeep. No more black eye! They cleaned up the area around the lamp and it looked like it did when I first recieved it. Great job Sean and Vito! I don't know who smiled more, me or Sean o Vito. As a matter of fact, from the young lady at the kiosk, Sean, Vito, Rob, Ed, to the cashier - everyone was wonderful. Customer Service - A+! When Spitzer says Family...they mean it. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Spitzer Brookpark. Paul greetd me at the door with a ahnd shake and smile, which was what I needed after visiting 3 other dealerships with no success and horrible customer service. Paul explained everything thoroughly and then asked me what I was looking for and about how much did I want my car note to be. After I explained evrything to Paul, he and the Spiter team went to work and I ended up with the vehicle that I had came for(2009 Patriot) and a car note that was actually alittle less then what I had stated. The whole team was very friendly and made sure I got what I wanted. I have already recommended Spitzer to friends and family. Thanks Spitzer of Brookpark!

Hello all, my wife and I made an appointment to see a couple of Town and Country minivans, we arrived there and was greeted with open arms by Mr. Paul Lascola a sales consultant, he took the time to shake our hands, introduce himself, and let us know he was there for us for any questions or concerns that we may have. We have purchased new vehicles before but this by far was the best experience we have had with a dealership ever. Paul showed us five different Town and Country minivans and at the same time gave us a little history lesson behind the Chrysler name which just made the experience that more personal. (The Butterfinger Latte was outstanding as well). Overall we were very impressed with their whole team and truly look forward to going back for our next vehicle purchase. After 3 months of deciding on a make and model for our next family vehicle, my wife and I found a match at Spitzer Motor City. We drove in to look at a used vehicle we found on-line. Went in just to see if they would be willing to do a deal with me in a few months for my Chevy Silverado and maybe look at the new Ram Trucks. Paul Lasloa was my sales guy and he was nice, he wasn't pushy, we took a Big Horn Quad Cab for a test drive, i fell in love, but needed a day or so to think. That was a Saturday, I came back on Monday, traded in my Chevy, and now I love my RAM. There wasn't any pressure, Paul didn't bug me, he wasn't a jerk when I left and said I needed to think, he just gave me his card and said give him a call. Great experience, actual trade in took about an hour, had to figure out what to do with the chevy (trade in value wasn't great on a 2012 Silverado, which is why I wanted out of it) and after that they prepped it, put gas in it, and I was off!.

I've always had good buying experience with this dealership, no complaints there at all always an easy pleasant experience. The service department is another story since they've gotten their dealership back a couple years ago. The last 3 times I've been in for service I had excessive wait times. A few months ago I went in for an oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection which is supposed to include checking the tire pressure. HOURS after I left the low tire pressure light comes on, I check and sure enough the tires are low , so I'm thinking I got hosed on the multi point inspection. My most recent visit I had one rotor worn so I asked them to check it out (I had already checked myself that's how I know it was only one, the other three were fine) and I asked for an oil change. They called and told me the repair cost (double what others were charging) I said just change the oil I'll take care of the breaks. They said they were just about done I could pick it up within the hour. I show up 90 minutes later my car is still on the lift with no tires on it. I tell them to just forget the oil change I'll go somewhere else just give me my car, they say they can't because the tech. drained the oil and went to lunch . So I waited another 40 minutes. They didn't charge me for the oil change because I was so mad , BUT it gets better. I filed a complaint with Chrysler about the one rotor going bad because I have low mileage and one break should not wear faster than the others. Only to have Spitzer tell them both rear brakes were worn evenly due to normal wear and tear. When they were not I had all 4 wheels off 3 were in good shape 1 was down to nothing. Chrysler denied my claim. I've been going to Spitzer for new cars and service since 2003 and I have refered many others to them. I don't know if I'll be back. I definitely won't go back to the service department. Very very very disappointed .

My husband and I stopped in "just to look" and we were greeted by John Beaver .. This man is an outstanding gentleman .. From the word hello he was very knowledgeable .. polite and funny .. we shared many laughs together during the purchase of our new Jeep Wrangler .. He didn't try to blow smoke he was honest and upfront about everything and he made the stressful process of buying a new vehicle fun .. He was able to answer all of our questions and he walked us through the process step by step .. He didn't rush us through to move onto the next person .. he took his time to make sure we were comfortable and he made sure we understood all of the details before he moved onto the next step .. John is a genuine great person and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing a new car to see him to be taken care of like your a member of the family ! The Jeep we were interested they didn't have on their lot but within minutes they found one and arranged for it to be delivered .. John Went to pick it up himself so we wouldn't have to wait any additional days .. That kind of customer service goes above and beyond anything we could have expected !! The whole process from start to finish was handled with such respect from John and the entire staff .. I wouldn't go anywhere else ! We are more than happy with the service we received from John Beaver and staff !!

I bought my brand new Ram a few months ago. The sales staff treated me very fairly and I got exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my new truck! When I brought the truck in for my first service appt oil change, etc. I expected the same great service. I didn't get great, I got fantastic service! Not only did I have a great sales person and service advisor but I also met with Adib, the sales manager and Mitch the service manager! I take my Dodge Durango here for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection and maintenance every few months because the staff is very helpful , friendly and honest. The services are always prompt and done efficiently, I usually just wait for it. The service manager Mitch is who I look for everytime, He is experienced , knowledgeable and very helpful. I will only buy my cars here because I know he will take good care of me when I need service on my vehicles.

Joel helped me out a lot! They were able to get me out of my vehicle that I just bought 4 months ago and get me into a very nice truck. I wasn't hassled or pressured to buy. I walked in expecting that a deal would not be done, but they worked their butts off and gave me the deal I was looking for. Great job. I will be back.

I just want to say of the 10 new cars I have boughten since I was 20yrs old this is the first time I really enjoyed the buying process. It was always like gettinmg a root canal with out novacane. When shopping for used car for my trade in. I went to Spitzer to see Guy, to get a lower car payment. Not only did I get a brand new car, but my car payment got lowered almost $ 100.00 and a great saleperson that guided me and my father through each step to where we were pleased with the service at Spitzer! Enjoyed my experience buying my 2000 Chevy Blazer. had some problems with the car at the begining but Joel Wilson[ my salesman} was very helpful to straighten out the minor problems. he cared!! They are very honest and easy to deal with. I will recomend and be back in the future for more purchases

My experience with Spitzer and the staff was fantastic. I really did not want to deal with another dealership after past experiences. Found a car I wanted so I went to check it out and met Joel Wilson and staff, from the getgo they worked with me in everyway possible to get me my car of my dreams and they did. They went above and beyond and renewed my faith in Spitzer. Joel couldn't of been more professional and caring about the customer and their satisfaction. Also Amy stepped up with any issues I had and addressed them with no hesitation. Needless to say I will recommend and always go back to this Spitzer when I am ready for my next vehicle, I feel I found a whole new group of friends. This is the second time I purchased a car from Spitzer. My first car was a used car and the second was a brand new car. I have told many people about Spitzer and my satisfaction with them. Dawn was my sales person this time and she was wonderful. She is a very helpful and polite person. She was very helpful in helping me explore my differnt options. I have never had a bad experience with Spiters sales staff or repair staff. I have recommened Spitzer and Dawn to many people I know. It was a great pleasure working with Spitzer and Dawn.

Guy Seagro was a great use of information about the vehicle and made the buying process very easy. there was a problem with the water pump and he had no issues getting it fixed right away before i purchused the car!

I think this was my fourth time buying a vehicle and would have to say it was the easiest, most stress-free, and believe it or not, fun experience I've been a part of. My salesperson, Dawn, was great. She was experienced and informative as well as being personable. I would recommend anyone to this particular dealership and to my new go-to salesperson Dawn. The team that helped me buy my minivan was amazing. I walked in and was greeted like every other dealership but there was something different, i was talked to like an adult, not like some woman who didn't know what a car was. They made me a great offer on my car and i got a chakc for the car! i didn't have to use all of the money for my trade it was unbelievable. a couple hours later i left in my new minivan. Now the real reason I took the time to write this review is because of the service. Over a year later i brought my car in for maintenance, and my sales person and the general manager remembered my name. I enjoyed some decent coffee while i waited and they washed my car for me when they were done. i will only go to spitzer from now on for anything car related. Oh and Mau was the most relaxing salesperson I had ever worked with. No rush no stress and made the process super easy for me!!!

Thanks Bill Macadam :) Outstanding Service at Spitzer !!! I never got a car from them before, but for sure will go back and will tell everyone I know to go there !!!! I walked in picked out the car I wanted and walked out with my New Car :) I was by myself and my husband was working so I was going to have to wait until my husband got home for me to come back and pick up my car.....Bill didn't think twice about following me home with my New car so I can enjoy it and drive it right away !!! Now to me it's the little things like that !!! that go a long way with people :) If you are looking for a Car, You need to go to spitzer on Brookpark Road and Ask for Bill :)

I came to order a brand new jeep. All they had to do is give close to trade in marketplace for my trade, they were 4500 less than a price they were suppose to honor! Poorly ran stealership. Don't waste your time here.

I tried to buy a car listed online at a realy low price. I questioned it so i went to the closest dealer to me and asked about the gaurantee and the price. I talked to Tom williamson sales proffessional . he said he would sell me the car at any price because he gets paid the same.I asked to put a deposit on it and he said the dealer its located at was not open sunday so he would call first thing monday and see if available and take my deposit if it was.. he didnt call first thing i had to call him then the lies started. he said it was in the process of being sold lie #1. then he said that hackers changed the price ( of only one car right) lie #2. . repeated atempts to buy the car failed talked to larry ward and he said there was no way he would sell the car at the advertised price . I did place a deposit on car at location it is at in pa. but due to the price problem they removed my deposit from holding the vehicle. and said i could have it back when I contact them. I am consulting an attorney hopefully i have a case . if not I will never buy a vehicle from any spitzer dealership ever.

I drove home with my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited last night and I couldn't be happier. Bob Ott was fantastic to work with. He went the extra mile by driving a jeep to my home to make sure the vehicle would fit in my garage. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and helpful....shout out to Priten and Pat! We bought a new Jeep Patriot in late January, 2013. The buying process was facilitated by Bob Ott--what a gentleman, and a great ambassador for Spitzer and Chrysler. Randy Barger was equally friendly,competent, and pleasant with the financing/paperwork. Today, I returned for the first of my 'lifetime free car washes,' after having picked up my permanent license plates at the BMV. "Mike" from Service noticed them on my passenger seat and offered to put them on the vehicle for me after washing it. I gratefully accepted his offer to do it indoors and with a power screwdriver, as opposed to me, as always with a January birthday, having to do it outside in the cold with manual tools. What a nice touch that really didn't cost anybody anything, but reinforced my already warm feeling about the Spitzer organization.

I found the vehicle I was looking for. Not sure I got that great of a deal. Should have looked the vehicle over more closely. Found the cabin air filter to be filthy which was where the "wet dog" smell was coming from. Had to wait way to long to finish the paperwork part of the deal.

Found the car on line through Cars.com Contacted sales person named. Went through the same old buying process and agreeded on a price. I am an out of state buyer and had concerns of the condition of thr vehicle. They sent photos and told me their service department goes through the car and does the needed repairs. On their check list they sent me, it claimed everything worked and a service manual was with the car. When I got the car there was no service manual and the rear wiper fluid pump did not work. I contact Bruce and asked for the part and manual. He asked the GM who said NO. I asked him to ask the owner and he never answered. I paid over 9K for the car and was assured that EVERYTHING worked. I trusted them and for under $50.00 I got them and that is why I am giving them a POOR review.They will give me free car washes for life but not a service manual and a $15.00 pump from NAPA. It is always the small things that make people upset.

I shipped around for a new truck and want to north Olmsted Dodge and gave me low money for my trade and liad about my trucks carfax and they where trying to sell me a overpriced truck and they preassured me and my sister to buy and sign a contract. I decided to go to spritzer and they we're the best. I will refer people to spritzer!!!!
