Jeff was very timely in calling me back after I left a message about a car on the Sports & Imports lot. He was very detailed in describing any defects he thought were visible with the car I was interested in. I requested additional pictures of a couple of issue he mentioned and they were sent immediately. We were able to come up with a buying agreement on the car I was looking at and my wife and I made arrangements to fly out from NC to Tulsa to pick up the car. Jeff picked us up at the airport in Tulsa, got us to their lot, and the car was ready to go - and the descriptions of the issues we had discussed on the phone were spot on. I did a quick test drive signed our paperwork and my wife and I were on the road back to NC in less than an hour. We had a great ride home (800 miles) with no issues with our newly purchased Mercedes coupe. Jeff was a very accomodating, low pressure salesman, and up front about all of my questions. We are very impressed with how we were treated at Sports and Imports. We have been dreading the day when we had to buy another car. We've put it off for probably two years, knowing it was inevitable. We were headed on a vacation we very badly needed, and without saying a lot had to be towed back home. Hence, now our experience with this dealership. They were very easygoing, relaxed and non-aggressive. All of our questions were answered. We did not buy the first day that we looked. We both needed to think everything thru. We did look at other cars and dealerships, but we were not happy with anything they offered. So, we bought at Sports and Imports. We have no buyers remorse at all!

We just purchased a Honda Odyssey below market value and with a included 3 month 4500 miles warranty with an option to extend it. $30 gas card. My husband and I have been all over Tulsa looking for the perfect SUV for me with zero luck! Let me tell you it was one mistake after the next just trying different dealers blind. We were either neglected completely or given half attention. Best yet: one place had the car I wanted to test drive but the owner of the dealership had taken it home but kindly offered to meet me in an abandoned parking lot fifteen miles from the store! No thanks! Out of desperation I queued up the web and found the most GORGEOUS silver Acura MDX posted at Sports & Imports and gave them a call. Just as all of the other reviews, we had a great experience at Sports and Imports Inc. We found a few vehicles we liked on their website and decided to stop by and take a look at them. We were allowed to look around without being hassled or pressured, which made the experience so much more pleasant. We liked that they were able to provide a detailed maintanence history of the car we liked and not give us the "we just bought it at an auction and don't know anything about it" lines. I will say their way of doing business caught me off guard. No haggle prices, no doc or hidden fees, and you pay what you see it advertised at, not a penny more. Rob the owner told me upfront the price on the window is the price (which was priced spot on) that you pay...nothing more...no negotiating, no let me call my manager...just upfront and honest pricing. You've got to respect that, because he was right. I'm not going to say I didnt try to offer less, but just like he said, if I could find that vehicle anywhere else at that price point, I would be there and not at Sports and Imports, and we both knew the price was spot on (I'd been looking for over a month at these particular models all over the state). If you're looking for a nice vehicle and a hassle free, pressure free, pleasant car buying experience, you need to stop by and see these guys....they were outstanding!

I had been looking for a used car for over two months. In February, I drove a Toyota Highlander. Wasn't blown away. In March, I test drove many cars; Pilot, CRV, Murano, etc. Never once did I feel pressured to buy (like some slimy used car salesmen I have dealt with in the past), and Rob answered every question I had each time - without making me feel as if I was wasting his "sales time". I don't know a lot about cars, and being a female, it is important that a salesman know what they are talking about, and are willing to answer questions. I just bought a white 2006 Toyota Highlander yesterday (3/27) from Sports & Imports and am pleased with my purchase and my experience with Jeff, the lot manager. I had visited a couple of other lots and was not impressed with the service, cars, or both. Here, I had found the Highlander online first on cars.com and wanted to check it out. I filled out a short form, gave my license over to copy, and got the keys handed to me. I never once felt pressured for a sale and was not degraded for not buying "that day." When I called a few days later to make sure it was still available, Jeff double-checked my info and had most of it filled out for me and had my SUV waiting for me by the door. The building was not top notch, but it was kind of nice to know a new building cost wasn't built into my price. There was no haggling over the price and I did not pay one penny more than the price tag in the window. It was nice to hear about Jeff as a person, too, and not feel like I was just a $ to him.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He was straight forward with us. He knew we wanted an MDX, and although he had 6 on the lot, never pushed us to buy a more expensive one. We felt comfortable that we were getting a good deal and appreciated they use a reputable known shop to evaluate the vehicle. All of the cars we looked at were very clean. I have always been leery of some no haggle dealers, but this was not one of those times. All of the cars we considered were at or below NADA values. We have two more children that will be driving in the next couple of years, and this will be the first (and only I fully suspect) dealer we go to.

For Cars.com/DealerReviews1 Our experiences at Sports and Imports, in Tulsa, Oklahoma were nothing short of very professional. We purchased a car from them at the very first of August There was an imperfection that needed attention. I might add that this imperfection was minor of nature but could have evolved into things possibly more dangerous. The air bags light remained blinking any time the car was running. Dennis and the guys at Sports and Imports sent me to a place that evidently they use quite often and that had an instrument that would negate the problem. After taking it to them, it was evident that their instrument was not current enough to take care of this problem so Sports and Imports sent us to a Toyota and Lexus specialist. There they cured the problem and all was as should be. None of this cost me a single penny. They also went out of their way to obtain another FOB for this car. Of course I paid for that but just the fact that they took on the trouble to order it for me and to install its signals to work for my car is another example of their professionalism. I would recommend Sports and Imports to anyone I know who might be looking for a car. Another notable thing, at least to me, is that ALL of the cars they had for sale were a notch, or two, up from what one would normally see from this type auto dealership. I was buying a car for the first time, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I knew I was looking for a low-milage Prius, and I never felt pressured to look at something else, or something out of my budget. I also appreciated that Dennis let me take time to consider before I actually bought the car, and didn't pressure me to make a decision in the moment. There were a couple small cosmetic things (missing hubcap, surface-level scratches) that they fixed for me before I purchased car. I've had the Prius for about 10 days now, and I absolutely love it! When it finally had to be replaced this year, Sports and Imports was the first place I went. They even remembered me from 11 years ago! Recently purchased a 2003 Toyota Highlander from these guys. Very painless buying experience and the salesman (Dennis) never made me feel pressured. The variety on the lot was good and the vehicles are priced pretty fair. All vehicles come with a warranty, which is very uncommon when purchasing a used car. I've had the best ever car-buying experience at Sports & Imports. Not once did I feel any pressure from Dennis, my sales person. I knew which car I was interested in and he didn't try to steer me to something else. I told Dennis I had financing through my credit union and he didn't try to "get me a better deal" by running my credit through tens of other "finance companies". I appreciated the No-Haggle pricing which also meant no miscellaneous "doc fees" added to the final price. The price IS the price. I had visited 3 other dealerships recently and had those bad experiences and then some, but not at Sports & Imports. Hours were spent at the other dealerships but less than an hour at Sports & Imports. Best of all, I love the '02 Acura I purchased. I feel like I got an amazing car with everything I was looking for, and for a good price. Thank you so much!!

I had been looking for a car for about 2 weeks when my husband and I walked onto the lot. Denis was very helpful. Answered all the questions and was very patient with me. I drove several cars and even drove a couple of them twice. Very friendly to my kids when we came back after school. Worked with us on financing. This is not a high pressure place. The only problem I didn,t care for was that their policy is NOT to negotiate the price AT ALL! when I found a good car, THEY agreed to drive it for me for a pre-puchase workup, at a mechanic to have it gone through. They also had an oil change AND fixed several VERY MINOR repairs that the mechanic suggested. I LOVE MY GOOD car and WILL always go back and HIGHLY recomend EVERYONE looking at this dealership before you go spend MORE and get LESS at ALL the bigger dealerships!! This company has also BEEN a family owned small company for 30 years!(also at the exact SAME location)! Where do you find that anymore?? Go see what they have !! It is well worth it. From my first call, they were very accommodating. There was no sales pressure and they use the single pricing method, the price is the price. I got a great deal on a 2006 Acura MDX. I wasn't offered as much on a trade as I would have liked, but their offer was exactly the same as Carmax on the trade. Would definitely buy here again.

Our car buying experience with Sports and Imports was a pleasant one. The salesmen was friendly, honest and accommodating. Also, there was some issues with the vehicle's alignment and the owner payed for it to be fixed. About one month into driving it, there were a few other minor issues which were troublesome. After we posted a negative review expressing our disappointment, the owner contacted us and expressed his concern. He then worked with us again to fix the problems. We were recommended to Sports and Imports by my uncle(who had bought two vehicles there) and we would definitely recommend this business to family and friends. Overall, we experienced great customer service and an owner who cares about keeping his clients happy.

This is the third car I've purchased from S&I in the past two years. They have all been terrific! I've always found the folks at S&I to be honest and straightforward. I always have a potential purchase inspected by an independent mechanic. The first two were in perfect shape. This last one had a small leak in the rear transfer case. S&I sent the vehicle to their mechanic to verify the problem and they fixed it for free. I've since had it back to my mechanic for maintenance, and they verified the repair was done properly. S&I is always first on my list when in the used car market.

After struggling for a while to find a clean, low mileage car at a decent price, I came to these guys. They shot straight with me, had a CarFax ready, and were honest about their business and their cars. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. There's no comparison between the quality of used cars that I was looking for compared to large dealers. S&I wasn't trying to pass off a damaged and shoddily repaired car for a clean one. At the end of the day I believe I found an amazing car for a bargain. I would buy another car from Sports and Imports without hesitation.

The owner, Rob Bingham, either had answers to all our questions or quickly found them on the internet or by checking his records. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. Rob explained his philosophy of selling cars, which in turn explained why the experience was so pleasant: the product must be ready to sell, i.e. to satisfy the customer, and it must be priced to sell. All the paperwork was handled clearly and efficiently.
