Mr. Leonard Stradford was our salesman. He is so professional and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He goes above and beyond what is needed and always does what he says that he will do.Mr. Stradford has maintained contact with us since the sale. We had asked that he "be on the lookout " for a particular truck and he has done this. Leonard is so thoughtful and remembers my husband and me on our birthdays, even though we have no ongoing negotiations with him at the present time.He has never bothered nor aggravated us in any way and we appreciate that. That is a main reason that he is above other salespeople.We will definitely contact Leonard when we are ready to buy again . We were once told that he is "a legend" and we believe that! He is truly an asset to a Toyota. We shall return !'

I purchased a 2015 avalon in January.just getting to 9000 miles on the car I was traveling down old Salem rd near my house doing 45 mph and my back right tire blew out on the side wall. I then contacted toyota to let them know what happened they then told me it wasn't covered in my waurnty. Had to buy brand new tires afraid to ride on the others the tire dealer said that tire was old.being afraid to drive any on the other tires I had to replace them all I think toyota should do the right thing and pay for the replacements. The tires have only have 9000 miles on them . After paying almost 40.000 for a car I think toyota should do the right thing and pay very dissatisfied thank you Mrs s franks

Clarence Hall was my sales consultant and very good, but we still had to play the run back and forth game that everyone hates. I was rushed thru finance and still have not received any paperwork on the extended warranty. I have no idea as to everything it covers. I was told after the sale that the Rav4 only had one smart key, this should have been mentioned before we made it to finance. Replacement key is $400.00. The vehicle is really nice and a pleasure to drive.

We visited Palmers Toyota on Schillingers Rd before we came to Springhill Toyota, which was a huge mistake. The people were rude, so of course when we arrived at Springhill we already had a bad attitude about things. Doug was our salesman and he was very friendly. He helped us in any way he could. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. The entire place was very comforting. Several people asked me if I wanted something to drink or if they could help me with anything.

Received a great deal on our trade. They went out of their way to accomodate us. We were on vacation and wanted to trade from a car to a suv because we are going to have a first grandchild in the family. They offered us the best deal for our vehicle. I was welcomed as a person and not just a number. I had to leave my vehicle and got a ride in the Springhill Toyota service van. The driver, Aaron, was a good driver and we had a good conversation while he took me to work. He said for me to call to arrange for a ride back when my car was ready. One of my co-workers brought me back though. My vehicle was clean when I picked it up and the work was completed as I had asked. Totally, a good experience!! Service was GREAT. Mr John in the service deptment was great to deal with. The only thing that was dishearting was to have a new 2014 Tacoma 4x4 with 5500 miles on it in the shop for a frontend alignment. But I guess it could have been worse. I will say, Toyota never asked any questions they just took the truck on and fixed it. Truck drives better. Thanks to John and gang.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL THAT THE MGR ARRANGED TO HAVE MY BACK UP CAMERA INSTALLED.IT DID TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. HAVING COME DIRECTLY FROM A 12 HR WK SHIFT , THE 6 HR WAIT WAS VERY LONG. IN THE END, JOHN ADVISED THAT THEY HAD NEVER INSTALLED AN AFTER MARKET BACK UP CAMERA BEFORE SO IT WAS NEW TERRITORY FOR THEM. My granddaughter Danielle and I were looking for her a modest priced used car. She is 19 and just getting started in the world as a young adult. After looking most of the day at other lots where she was either ignored or pressured to buy a car of THEIR CHOICE not hers we came to S.H. Toyota tired and weary. We were greeted by Calvin McConnico sales with a smile. Danielle told him of her needs and he took us around and showed us various cars and prices. He was so very patient with all her questions and never once made her feel to young or incapable to know her needs . We then went inside to try to decide what to do. Then I was struck with a fantastic idea, I can give Danielle "Bessie"( my 13 year old Toyota with only 95,000 miles on her, that is barely broken in to a toyota and yes I name my cars doesn't everyone?. ). I bought myself a new car and that was not even planned, I truly hate looking for a car but it was so pain free and easy going at S.H. Toyota that it was actually fun. I trust Springhill Toyota for sales and service. In a pinch I took my Toyota to an oil change chain store and the work was not completed properly. My car had serious problems as a result. I was out of town while the car was malfunctioning and my first thought was that I needed to get to John Moore at Springhill Toyota as soon as possible. I knew that he and the service department would get the car in perfect condition. I also knew that if John said my car was safe to drive that I could trust his word and knowledge and the work of the service department.As expected all issues were resolved quickly, professionally, and exceeded my expectations.

I was used to dealing with Ed in the service department and found that he was no longer there. It was obvious that new employees were learning their way around. My problem was resolved satisfactorily. I have used this service department since 2006 and have always been pleased with the service.There were sandwiches and a cooler of drinks in the waiting area but it was never offered to me. I didn't necessarily care for any, but it just didn't seem very hospitable to have the refreshments and not to at least offer them while I was waiting.

I brought my car in on a Saturday without a reservation. He said it was the busiest Saturday he had even seen, but they were able to squeeze me in and did it with a smile. The did the normal service but advised us that we needed new tires, which I already knew because of a slow steady leak in thte back two. He gave us advice and even checked our spare which is the same type tire only brand new. So he said we would be fine with putting that one on and only ordering two new ones. At $400 each, I appreciated him giving us good sound advice rather than just trying to make the sale. Thanks John! (By the way, this is our third car from this dealership! No problems at all. We continue to give them our business because we see how much they give back to the community by supporting schools and other non-profit organizations. Great company!)

I was extremely pleased working with Springhill Toyota, we were in contact through the web with Tina when searching for a new Avalon Hybrid along with other dealerships in the area of Mississippi and Alabama. I live in Pennsylvania and explained exactly what we were in the market for and what options were required. Tina was prompt on all her replies and soon located the exact car with the options we required. We didn't want all the add ons that seem to be included in the Southeast Toyota dealerships vehicles, so that was a pleasant surprise. Then when we sent them the info for the trade they came back with a very reasonable offer for the trade and a very nice offer on the Avalon. Tina notified us when the Avalon arrived and had it waiting for my arrival for Pa. When we got to the dealership we dealt with Tim Wooten and he had the car waiting for us and prepped. They advertise a quick transaction time and they were right. They did not change anything from the original offer and it was very pleasant and smooth. Tina came out to greet us and thanked us for everything. This is the first time we have searched and purchased a vehicle on the web and we have been very impressed with this experience dealing with Tina. Tim Wooten was a pleasure to work with very friendly and professional and highly recommended. We would like to thank them both for the experience and highly recommend Springhill Toyota.

I was impressed with my salesman, Clarence Hall, and Tal Vickers, Sales Manager, who listened to what I needed in a vehicle and showed me the vehicles that fit. When I arrived, they had several vehicles ready for me to look at and drive. When it was time for our car replacement, we went back to Springhill Toyota and worked with randy to select a new car from my wife. Then looking round and after the great experience we discussed upgrading my truck. As with the first purchase, the negotiations went very smoothly and we got a great trade in offer. the second deal was struck. Our follow up from the dealership can only be described as superb. My truck had its first covered service yesterday and the process went very smoothly. We both love our Tacoma and RAV4. The facilities are excellent and the overall experience of our buying and post purchase support have been superb. We will be back fro service as needed and when it comes time for replacement again. Customer service was real nice and very informative about anything that was going on with our suv. The work was quality and done in a timely maner. Everyone we talked to and even ones we didn't talk to would speak to us with a smile which made us fill very comfortable at the store. We liked the stores layout and all of the people were great. An uncommon problem of a fuel filter continued to arise in my 2009 Camary. It took more than four trips to the dealer for them to detect the cause of the problem. They call technicians in to evaluate and clear up the problem. I was treated courteously at all times and was overwhelmed at the concern of John Moore and Walter Hammock to solve this issue.

We really enjoyed our experience at Springhill Toyota. The salesman Greg McGlaskey did an excellent job and was very pleasant. Mr. Wilson one of the managers was very helpful and pleasant as well. I really appreciated how they tried to understand us and our needs. We have purchased several Toyotas over the years from another dealer. We shopped around and no-one was as respectful and pleasant as your staff. We would recommend Springhill to anyone!!!!

Although I was negotiating contemporaneously with several dealerships, which I know is not their preferred way to do business, the folks at Spring Hill could not have been easier to deal with. I had no idea purchasing a new vehicle could be so painless! There was no pressure or drama like I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. Jeff was very knowlegable about the vehicle's features and he was very patient. Maragret was very friendly and helpful with Toyota interior/exterior color options and Thomas was wonderful to do business with! I've only bought GM products in the past and I can't believe I've been missing out on Toyotas all this time! I LOVE my Rav4! Thank you Springhill Toyota!

These people were easy to deal with. Jeff, the salesman, was very helpful, polite, not pushy, did not hound us with phone calls, honest & forthright, and willing to listen. He did an excellent job and treated us well, taking plenty of time with us. Overall, the sales experience here was better than any other we can recall.There was a slight misunderstanding after the final sale, about the trade-in price of our car. The staff here may have blamed themselves. but my husband really blames only himself for not communicating better. Neither he nor I hold the dealership at fault for this. He just wishes he had bargained a little better for us.The price of the car was reasonable. The costs of the service/maintenance agreement seemed somewhat high, adding $6K to the 5-year payment plan for the car. But it is a hybrid car, so we were advised we really should have these protections in place.It is a beautiful, complex vehicle. We are still learning about it, have only had it a few days now.

I am extremely satified with my sales person, "Wade." He was very respectful and provided me with some vaulable information prior to the purchase of my new Camry. I did not come in to purchase another car. I was in for my routine maintenance services on my 2011 Camry and to pass a little time, I decided to just look at the new selection. Wade approached me as salesmen do; and offered to show me around. He began to tell me the wonderful deals Toyota had and how other customer had "traded up," to another vehicle. So at that point, I thought why not; and we know how the story ends. I am satisfied and happy with my purchase. Wade was excellent!! I gave an excellent on quality of repairs because this are has been a great experience for me as well. My first Camry was an excellent car and I know this one will be as well.

John was a very good & also friendly & courteous. I came in for first maintenance on my car. A problem was found that was not covered by warranty. John explained & showed me what had happened & told me price of replacing--It was done in a timely manner. Everyone I had contact with on my first visit was friendly & helpful. I was pleased with my experience. I will recommend the dealership because of my first-hand experience. I am glad I chose your dealership for purchase of my toyota. I had dealt with another dealership for 10 years. These are the reasons I gave such a high rating.

This was a very good car buying experience. Tina answered all of my questions on the phone before I got to the dealership. This was important because I live in Brewton which is an hour and a half from Mobile. When I got to the dealership, Doug let me drive the car and was very helpful as far as explaining all of the features of the Camry LE. I felt very good about the deal and I love the car!

I bought a used camry and paid cash for the car. They charged me 5 points on my credit report for this. I called talked to the manager and also left several messages for the Corp Mgr. They would not reverse this on my credit report for me. Paid cash that cost me even more in credit! Will never shop there again!!!

I apologize for.not remembering names, but our "team" (salesman,sales manager,finance guy) were among the best my wife and I have dealt with in years. We have purchased 16 autos in the last 6 years, so needless to say we have had experiences, good and bad. The team at Springhill Toyota sold us a brand new 2011 Sienna XLE. I actually enjoyed the process from beginning to end. They provided my wife and I with everything we requested quickly. They didn't beat around the bush, or try to talk us into any thing extra that we didn't want. The price was great and they were fast. I would recommend this dealership to family, friends, anyone. I can't say enough about how well this car buying experience went!!
