It's hard to express just how refreshing this place is to do business with! Parker is an absolute top notch professional and has the integrity, work ethic and value system to put even the most cynical of minds at ease. :) He's a wonderful communicator and was just an absolute pleasure to work with all-around. The vehicle was also way more than I expected for the price! Above and beyond all the way~

Station 45 has always been my go to location for anything with my vehicle! They always provide me with speedy service and amazing customer service. Parker is the best shop manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Accommodating, friendly, transparent, and provides a world class experience. I've been here a few times and have always had great service with honest and polite technicians that I feel comfortable asking all my nerdy car questions to. They always have quick service and a clean, relaxing environment inside. Prices are comparable to competitors, in this instance they were $7 cheaper than Muffler Man for the same "Walker" brand parts and they were able to get me in the day following my call, whereas MM (not to rag on them, I like them too) needed a few days in advance to order them. During my repair, an unexpected part shattered and they didn't have the replacement on hand. Unbeknownst to me, they ordered it, had it delivered and installed it - all while only going about 25-30 minutes over the estimated time of completion. The part that shattered only cost me an extra $15 and I walked out the door a happy little camper knowing my little Honda no longer sounded like a drunk mosquito going down M45.

I’ve been to Station 45 I believe three times for separate issues on my car and each time there have been zero complaints. Every staff member is very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I usually work on my own cars which makes for easy discussion on what is happening in terms of diagnosis, but since I do not have time or tools, I have nothing but full trust in the Station 45 crew!

I had a great experience buying my first vehicle with Station 45. I worked with Parker who helped walk me through the buying process. The F-150 I purchased had a good price for the current market, and Parker worked with me to address all questions I had about the truck to ensure I felt comfortable before my final purchase.
