Don't buy a car here. It's been a nightmare for months. I sold them my Ram truck and then bought a Nissan in April then they took my truck plates from me and put a dealer plate on the Nissan. It's impossible to get an email or phone call back from them when I ask for updates and when I'll be getting my plates back. Been driving around with their dealer plate for almost 4 months now and the only response I get is that there's a registration issue. No one tells me what the actual issue is or how to fix it but it's on them and I'm never doing business there again.

Overall I had a good experience. I got a great deal on the car I wanted. Our sales rep Saeid was really nice , very quick to respond, and easy to work with. I felt very rushed through the financial portion as the gentleman I was working with had to leave early for an appointment. It was my first time buying a car and in hindsight I would have liked to have spent more time combing through the paperwork and asking the financial guy some questions. Otherwise, it was a very smooth process. The showroom was clean, the car was ready and clean when I arrived and a few weeks later the car is running great with no problems. Thank you for a great car.

We already own a 2010 Prius we bought new from Stephen Toyota and didn't have any problems with the car. It's reliable, efficient and safe. We wanted to add another Prius to our family 'fleet' and were looking for a 2016 Prius in Blizzard Pearl. So we went to Stephen Toyota, met with sales professional Ron DeLeito and got a very good deal on a 2016 Prius in Blizzard Pearl. The car had to be delivered from another dealership, but we waited only a few days and drove the car home the same week. We want to thank Ron for doing a great job, he is an outstanding professional and people person. He made our buying experience a real pleasure. When it's time to buy the next car we will definitely go to Stephen Toyota and ask for him.

We purchased a New Toyota Avalon. In the current market Customer Care is key to sucess. We came here as a last resort after visiting several car dealers in the surrounding area. Frustrated with the whole car purchase experience we really didn't expect anything positive. I must say our experience here was both positive and refreshing. Every step along the way the staff was very helpful and more than willing to let us take vehicles home overnight or all day. We did this on three different occasions with different vehicle types. I was looking for a good used Cadillac, using my older model Caddy for a trade. I met James Chiodo, in Sales, and he was a pleasure to work with and talk to . He assisted me throughout the entire process and I liked that he never put any pressure on me to make a purchase. I eventually purchased a used Cadillac CTS sedan and he stayed in close contact with me from beginning to end, including a phone call to check in on me after a couple of days. It's nice to see young people so engaging, and working so hard. It is obvious that he is truly concerned about his customers! I would highly recommend going to Stephen Automall and ask for James if you are looking to purchase a car.

I was looking for a specific Terrain SLT package and Stephen's had it along with their competitor in Watertown CT. They did the right thing 2 times with their incentives and discounts therefore I drove the extra 20mins from NYC to give the sale to Mike Collins. I had a great experience buying my 2015 SRX last month! I called ahead and confirmed that the specific car I wanted was still there and it was. I drove to the dealership and met with Michael Collins to take a test drive. I loved the vehicle, so we went inside to discuss making a purchase. My research had indicated that the price they had was pretty reasonable. They initially offered me less for my trade-in, but when I asked for more, they ended up coming up in price and meeting me in the middle. We came back the next day to take delivery of the SRX and were assisted by another salesperson-I believe his name was Frank. (Michael had notified us the night before that he was unable to do the delivery because he was going to be off work for a personal event he had to attend, so that was no problem at all.) I completed financing-no issues. Frank delivered the car to us and spent probably about an hour showing us how to use all the features of the SRX, so that was very helpful and appreciated. Unfortunately, right after I bought the car and took it home, it was discovered that the AC wasn't working right. Somebody drove out to my house (about an hour), picked up my SRX and left me a loaner car so they could check the AC out. There ended up being a break in a hose and they kept my SRX overnight and fixed it the next day and someone came to my work and dropped off my car and got the loaner back. So overall, I had a great experience with sales, financing and service. I would recommend this dealership to others and I would also return in the future.

I was so nervous to car shop, I've heard such horror stories! I knew what I could afford and wasn't going to budge or feel bullied into anything. We spent a lot of time shopping around for cars and realized that Stephens Toyota is by far the best choice. They had a great selection of cars, the service from Saeid was outstanding. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the right car for us. Every step of the way he was there to help us and advise us. Instead of being a salesman and just trying to make the best sale for himself he tried to find us the perfect car. And he succeeded! I purchased a 2007 GMC Sierra truck from Yusef Rodiquez, Sales Professional. I highly recomend dealing with Yousef. I was very pleased with the efficiency, speed of the process, and helpfulness of Yousef. The other staff I dealt with Bryan and Marion were also very professional and helpful. I went to Stephen Automall to look at a truck I had seen online. At Stephens I saw the GMC I bought and did not look at the truck I'd seen online. I arrived at their location at around 11:00a am looked at the Sierra took a test drive, took another drive to show my wife, stopped at my bank and agreed to purchase the truck. By 3:00pm I was driving home in my new, to me, pickup.

This was my first time purchasing a car. Having previously known little about car buying (or cars in general), I did research to prepare. I had been looking at other dealers and ended up at Stephen's Toyota. Upon arriving, a sales associate, Victor Ortiz, was waiting with information from another individual I had spoken with on the phone and print outs of the cars I had looked at on Edmunds and TrueCar. He reviewed the 2016 Toyota Corolla I was looking to purchase and scheduled to test drive. When another associate had pulled the car, he spoke about the scheduled drive and was able to get the car. After test driving, he was able to get all information together and worked with the finance department/manager. The entire team worked to get a good deal. I am still impressed with how helpful everyone was, especially Victor.

Was looking for a top model truck at a great price and Stephen had a great selection. They gave top dollar for my trade, bringing my payments just about where I needed to be. Although dealership was about 100 miles and two states away, my salesman Michael did all the legwork for me, making the experience worth the trip. Want to write a comment about sales person Jason Rivera. He did an exceptionally fine job of introducing us to the cars in which we were interested. We are unfortunately all too familiar with the "car salesman" pressure tactics that many of us have come to expect when we go to any dealership to "look around." Jason was a breath of fresh air. Instead of applying the pressure, Jason sold us with his thorough knowledge of the cars, and a warm, welcoming personality. We actually had fun driving around and talking about the car we were test driving. At the close of our time with Jason, we found ourselves focusing serious attention on the car of our choice, and deciding to buy it on the spot. We had not intended to buy a car that day; but because of Jason's thorough introduction to the car and ability to answer all questions, we indeed found ourselves prepared to make that move. Drove it home, and have been enjoying it ever since! Thanks, Jason...!!!

We have bought cars in the past from Stephens. Always a great experience. First lease in 2012. I was not contacted by Stephens throughout my lease or close to the end. Therefore after hearing from every other dealership and car maker wanting to take my lease in and get me in their car, my lease ended, and still nothing from Stephens. I called Stephens, and asked why I had never been contacted, and what were my options. I spoke to Joshua Terry over the phone who was most apologetic and made an appointment for me to come in and meet with him. He was upbeat and positive. I wanted to downsize, but wasn't sold on a RAV 4. Josh changed my mindset and after spending time with me and working thru to get me the car I was most excited about. Having the RAV 4 for a few days, I can honestly say I made a great choice in vehicle and was happy to stay in the Toyota family. A salesperson can make or break a deal. Josh has the people skills and respect for customers to want to work with him!!

Our salesman was Frank Martorana. What a great guy! The day we purchased our Terrain we did not have the vehicle we were trading in with us. I had a problem when my brake caliper froze when trying to drive out of my driveway. I called Sue, the service associate at Stephen's, and she not only told me what it might be, she also arranged for my Highlander to be serviced the next day (once I had it towed there). She called me and explained what would need to be done, and told me that it could be done the same day! The service at Stephen's is really great. I've never had any issue with any maintenance/repairs, and the staff is wonderful. Thanks for taking care of me! Andrea

We have bought from Stephen's Toyota for many years now. Always going back because they have given us great deals and great service - when needed - for our cars. Andy - the sales manager has gone out of his way to give us the best deals around. Barbara - the costumer consultant in the sale's dept has always been a great help. Brian Betancourt the Service Manager has gone out of his way many times helping us with the few problems we have had over the years. He has worked to save us money and has gotten the job done right! This dealership certainly gets a 5 star rating from us........the one thing we wish is that Toyota would come back out with a convertible.....we have held on to our 2008 Solara - it still looks good - gets frequent compliments and runs great!

When I deal with professionals, or in this case accompany a friend that was buying a car. We went to a few dealerships and it's annoying when you enter a show room with cash in hand and nobody even greets you. Josh Terry greeted us warmly and guided my friend through a more red tape than usual transaction and she drove off with a licensed legal car that would have taken about seven hours if done privately at the MVD. I was surprised that other people that have met Josh before me mentioned his body double dead ringer got it totally down resemblance to Charlie Day in It's always Sunny in Philadelphia. It took three visits to get up the nerve to ask him. I was very thankful he even heard of the show. It's offbeat to the point of cult like and I hate having to explain the show to people that have never seen it. It's still being produced and they're running new episodes this season.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Toyota Highlander from Stephen AutoMall Centre, and particularly with Peter Urbanski who sold us our vehicle. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Peter greeted my wife and me in a personal, welcoming and non-pressuring manner that made us feel like we were dealing with a friend. Everyone else we met with were also very friendly. We were attracted to Stephen's trade-in offer and extended service plan that doubled the manufacturer's offer. As far as Stephen's Automall's repair and serice department goes - there is no way any other service department can top them. Thea is the most courtious and knowledgeable service rep I've ever come across. She goes above and beyond what you would ever think a service representative would do to help the customer. Service itself is always quick and reliable. There are never any hidden costs associate with repairs and they don't ask you to change your air filter everytime you are there. This team always goes past my expectations when I bring my GMC in for service.

When I brought my 2012 GMC Yukon in for service I expected a typical response of I needed service on my brakes due to the mileage but I was informed of the thickness of the discs and that they did not need service. Found a car on the web and went to see it and test drive it. We liked the car and it appeared to be priced right; however we were disappointed in the offer made for our trade in. We did buy the car but opted to sell our old car ourselves. We liked our salesperson - Glenn- and he was personable, easy to talk with, and great at showing us the various options and getting us set up with On-Star etc. This was the first car we ever bought and did not have a full tank of gas in it when we picked it up. In fact they put less than half a tank. With the price of cars now that seems rather "cheap".

I bought my truck from Lawanda at New Millennium Auto Sales (the used care division of Stephens Auto Mall). She greeted me right away and she even stayed late, after closing because I showed up so late. She showed me the truck and even let me take it for a test drive. I came back to make a deal with her and Stan (Sales Manager) a few days later. We talked price and came to an agreement. Note! NO high pressure sale! I picked it up on Saturday. After driving it for a few days, I had a few concerns on the truck for Stan to address and he did. I dropped it off this morning and ALL of the concerns were addressed. They called me when it was ready and I picked it up later in the afternoon. Lawanda has a dynamite personality, knows her job, and is easy to work with. Stan gets right to the point and knows his job well. I like people like that! I'm enjoying my new truck and I would highly recommend stopping in and asking for Lawanda Perry. You won't be sorry.

I see reviews do vary, but my experience was a good one. Boris patiently helped us as we selected the color for our Avalon Hybrid. They had no Avalon Hybrid on the lot so he took us out in a Camry Hybrid as we were concerned with acceleration. Boris seemed quite knowledgeable re hybrids and assured we could get the 39mpg on the Avalon. He also came into work on his time off to go over the car that had just arrived ... so far we like the performance and at 1800 miles we are getting 39.8 mpg. We are a little disappointed in the size and luxury features that were in our 2006 Avalon, but overall we are satisfied ... more than double the savings on gas .. I am a hybrid convert .. gets great pickup and good response on hwys and less money to OPEC

From the first day arriving at Stephen Pontiac we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy from the entire sales staff. Our primary salesperson (Frank) was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the buying process. After purchasing the car (2014 CTS) Frank spent almost 2 hours explaining and demonstrating all the features of the car. Overall the buying experience was excellent!

We initially came to Stephen Toyota to look at a left-over 2013 4Runner. Truthfully, we did not intend to buy a new car for another 2-3 months. We eneded buying a 2014 4Runner because the intial offer Andy made us was very good. Andy was very honest and did not pressure us. We also rolled some accessories into the deal and even two months later we are very happy and feel we made the right decision. I would recommend Stephen Toyota to any one in the market for a car.

This place is horrible! If you ever buy a car here (which I recommend that you do not), once you leave, you are on your own! I was directed to speak to Stan Dopart, who is a manager, an unprofessional, obnoxious one! He is very nice to until after you buy the car and have a problem. Ray gave us a low ball figure on our trade-in because he said that they bring ALL of their trade-ins to the auction, that's not true either. Our trade-in was on their website being sold for a lot more than he gave us for it, that's so dishonest. We ended up also incurring a late fee and a strike on our credit for the payoff of our trade-in. Harry, who handles sending in the payoffs, didn't feel like sending it in until almost 4 weeks after we bought the car! When I called to inquire about this, of course, he wasn't available and when I left him two messages, he never called me back. I even tried to call the owner and, I wasn't surprised, he wasn't available either. I spoke to a woman that worked in the owner's office and she was rude and sarcastic also. They need customer service training bad! STAY AWAY!!

Stephens Automall has been wonderful to our family. We bought a Solstice (Pontiac) 06, and a Pontiac G5 both brand new. The buying process was smooth, convenient and attentive to us. What really amazes us and keeps us coming back is the AMAZING customer service you receive in the service department. Donald Basil the service manager is the prime example of what Stephens truly is. They genuinely care, and Mr. Basil specifically has gone out of his way to attend to our service needs. Although we've gotten rid of the Solstice, the G5 now has about 139,000 miles and running just as good as the day we bought it, we have been exceptionally satisfied with this vehicle. We have always had it serviced at Stephens, and it certainly goes to show that. We are appreciative and grateful to have the wonderful experience with Stephens and look forward to the years to come on new vehicles and the G5. Mr. Basil is the guy to go to ! He is the absolute finest service manager of Connecticut! You are in wonderful, reliable and trustworthy hands by doing so.

Larry Brophy is very knowledgeable, patient and responsive to all questions as well as following up on phone calls even on his day off. I definitely would recommend Larry to my friends and family. The best part of our experience was meeting the owner, the sales manager, the sales consultant and the office personnel. They all were extremly helpful. My husband and I went to test drive the 2004 Chevy Malibu that I was interested in. Between all the help I received from Laura in the email customer service & Konrad in the sales department I cannot say enough about the great experience we had. Absolutely no pressure and they were very helpful. Friendly, not the typical type of salesperson I had expected. They are even driving my new car to my mechanic for a safety check before I give them a check. This is after they do their safety check on it! I'm very happy to buy from this company!!

On January 14 2014 I looked at a 2007 pickup located at Stephens auto-mall / New millennium auto sales in Bristol CtI met with sales consultant Abe Thomas. After a test drive and my own inspection they drove this truck to an independent garage, of my choice and at my own expense, for a safety inspection. With paper work in hand I sat down with Abe and negotiated a deal, all items found during safety inspection were repaired beyond my expectations. I had my GMC serviced at Stephens for 12 years and every experience was a positive one! All the people in the service department are efficient, professional and friendly. I am also very impressed with the renovations in the waiting area. My parents bought several Cadillacs here and are very pleased with their service experiences as well. they said they fixed my car but all they did was make it worse they removed the radio and the glove department. they messed up my car and they have horrible service, they wouldn't let me see the car and I had to pay for the tow truck from my own money. I hope people realize that they have the worst service and I am trying to help you.

I wish it were possible to give Stephen AutoMall zero stars because I have had horrible experiences with them. It all started when I took my Chevy Cavalier in for repairs in November 2012. I was told that I needed a new engine and heater core, which ended up costing nearly $3,000. When I went to pick up my car, I was told that they had let the receptionist take it for the final test drive and she had accidentally taken my keys home with her. After waiting 45-60 minutes for her to drop off my keys, I was given a coupon for a free oil change as an apology for the wait. Two months later, I went in for my "free" oil change. I was told that my car needed new front and rear brakes, which Stephens estimated at about $900. The next day I took my car to Midas and was told that my rear brakes were fine for another 10,000 miles. They recommended that I get new front brake pads, which cost less than $100. Then in early July 2013 the engine started rattling. I took my car to two different mechanics who both said that Stephen AutoMall had not tightened the flywheel bolts properly when they replaced the engine, which is what was causing the noise. I took the car back to Stephens and they denied that they had made a mistake when they replaced the engine less than seven months prior. They were going to charge me $1,100 to fix something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place! (Also, two other mechanics estimated the repairs at $800-850.) Nothing infuriates me more than a company that doesn't stand by its work. Don't waste your time and money at this establishment.

I leased a Cadillac CTS two years ago and had a great experience. I recently decided to upgrade to a new 2013 and started with Paula Esposito, who was helping me with another matter. She was so accomodating and pleasant and led me to an excellent, customer oriented General Sales Manager Marty Hall. After learning of my needs and negotiating the process, he connected me to a really great Salesperson, Bryan Bernardo. This entire process took all of about three hours and I drove out with my new car that same day! I have had great experiences with the "paperwork", which is never my favorite thing - Harry Pilver goes out of his way to make the experience expedient and pleasant. I have had the best service experienceas well and have to say that there are two people who stand out as exceptional - Service Manager Randy Lehoux and Thea Berger, who gets every thing set up so proficiently. I plan to continue this relationship for a long time and have recommended Stephen's without hesitation to a number of people. Even the owner takes the time to personally acknowledge one's patronage. In today's fast-paced environment, it is such a pleasure to be treated like an individual and not a number. Clearly, I can say I am totally satisfied -without reservation. At some point I may decide to purchase if leasing is no longer as convenient. Right now leasing works for me.

2010 Acadia broke down on highway and my wife called for advice on what to do. She was told that they are too busy and her problem would have to wait and that all GM dealers would say the same thing I then called gallager Buick/gmc and they took care of everything I needed even though I didn't purchase the car from them. Poor attitude from the service dept of Stephens automall.once they sell a car they don't want to know you!!!
