My recent buying experience at Stephen Wade Chrysler/Dodge Dealership was a 'Smooth & easy one'! Although I was there for hours (unavoidable anywhere) the time did not drag on, instead it was informative and enlightening. Everyone there from the salespeople (especially Tim Perry) to the Finance Manager (Jocelyn Glauser) along with the Customer Service and the Service Dept. have been and continue to be very helpful! We are in contact with each other weekly. You can't help feeling like your part of the Stephen Wade family! Stephen A.

Went here to buy a car, got more salesmen then I needed. Put in application for the car I wanted, by the time I got everything done, I was told the banks were closed so then they said we'll put in da information in the next day and they would call me Never heard from them again Call them and found out the person that was supposedly working on the deal went on time off for the next 3 days and they don't know what happened to the paperwork and I would have to do everything again with someone else Never going back to this place again and I suggest everyone else do the same

This dealership attempted to pull the old 'Bait and Switch' on me on 9/28/15. I called twice to ask specific questions about a Jeep listing on their website. I was initially impressed by the price (their SWAG price) and the quality of the car. Both times, the receptionists were friendly but unable to answer my questions (i.e. does this car have the technology group, the luxury group, even unable to tell me if it had a trailer hitch installed). Worse, they were unwilling to let me speak directly to the sales managers. They also could not provide me with an electronic copy of the window sticker - raises question marks. At the end of the second conversation, I was put on hold and then told "Oh, by the way that price on our website is incorrect and will be updated within the next hour." Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Took my Grand Cherokee in to get an intake manifold replacement and it took them 2 weeks to complete the job. They claimed it was because a back order of parts that they didn't know they would need until they completely stripped down the vehicle to the point where they couldn't put it back together. After all was said and done, I had to return the Jeep because diesel fumes were coming through the air vents. They apologized and said it was because they didn't clamp everything down as tightly as they thought they had from the previous service. A few weeks later, all I needed was an oil change. A week after the service, my vehicle was overheating to the maximum point. I couldn't drive it whatsoever. As I checked under the hood, I noticed the coolant cap had not been screwed on completely, leaving the entire system unpressurized. I would do anything possible to be able to avoid this dealership and its service department. I even had to remind them to give me my bill one time, and they asked me all the things they had services because no one put it in the system. Hands down my worst automotive experiences have been at Stiffy Wade.

Get 1500 Pickup, Service took care of all issue now, no outstanding problem to speak of.Nice friendly people to work with. I would have no problem buying a 3rd pickup from them.

Received my new Ram Sept 13, 2014.Still waiting on the detailing, window tinting and tonneau cover to be done.Also payoff doesn't look to be complete on trade-in.This is the 23rd day waiting???

Initial drive with Sales Rep noted windshield noise. Took 3 trips (each time the vehicle was left for two or three days) back to dealership to correct a factory problem. Brian in sales was helpful in correcting this matter, however the service department failed to ensure that the noise problem was corrected. After the second visit, Jerry from the service department finally contacted the factory and found out that this particular model had similar problems. He contacted a different glass company (Safelite) and was able to have the problem repaired. We live 2 hours from St George so every trip to the dealer is a big expense. Brian did give us a free tank of gas to help defray the expense but our time is valuable also. When we picked up the vehicle after the first attempted repair the interior was very dirty. There was a utility knife left on the floorboard of the passenger side. The vehicle had been detailed the day we bought it so it was clean when we dropped it off. Who is responsible for overseeing the qualitly control? Overall, the experience was substandard. I traded in a 2012 model that I purchased from Stephen Wade barely a year ago for this 2013 model. I doubt very seriously that I will be back to Stephen Wade for any other vehicle purchase.

We purchased our new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Stephen Wade after visiting Jeep dealers as far away as Las Vegas. We found the staff very professional, customer oriented and very knowledgeable. Tony, Brian and Matt Muir went out of their way to make us very comfortable with our purchase. On delivery, Tony provided an extensive hands on demo of the working of the Limited and as a result of that we were able to use all the accessories of the vehicle from the moment we drove it off the lot. I felt we were treated very fairly with our trade ins and the whole process from beginning to end was very easy. I have no reservations in recommending Stephen Wade to my friends. I am from Mesquite, NV and I was interested in 2 vehicles prior to the one that I actually bought. A pacifica and an Explorer that I saw online. I had been talking online with a rep to set me up with a test drive on both the vehicles and scheduled a date. When I arrived the rep was busy with someone else and handed me off to another rep. The Pacifica was in such poor condition that even the sales rep was scared to take it on the freeway for fear of safety, which left me thinking how it got past the vehicle inspection at Stephen Wade because everytime I applied the brakes there was a huge clunk and a jerk. The inside of the car had rust stains everywhere and looked like it might have been pulled from a flood. Personally I thought the car was an embarassment to your company. To my surprise I still saw it advertised on your website 2 weeks later and for the same asking price. The Explorer was in mint condition and was actually my preferred buy when I made the test drive appointment. To my disappointment I was immeadiately notified that the Explorer had no gas so we couldn't drive it that far and that they had to run and get the license plates to put them on so that we could take it out. The representative should have taken to the gas station and filled it up immeadiately and the tags should have already been on the vehicle. That agitated me because I had made the test drive appoinment and expected both cars to be ready for me to try out, especially since the Explorer was my preferred vehicle. I loved the Explorer but it ended up being just out of my price range by 500.00. and you guys couldn't budge on the price. About 3 weeks to a month later I became interested in the Dodge Caliber that I saw online. I came in for a test drive and everything this visit was as it should have been. The rep was ready, the car was ready, it was filled with gas and the tags were on the car. The rep was really friendly and I decided that I wanted the vehicle. The sale process was as expected but there was some confusion towards the end. The rep told me that he could get me a discount since I was a returning buyer and had bought my 2001 Pontiac there, which was also my trade in, but that somehow got forgotten in the shuffle. I was also told that I was to get 200.00 for my trade in, but when I got to the finance guy he was under the impression that I was only to get 100.00 and ended up having to change the paperwork. Other than that things were smooth and I loved the staff. :) They brought my car to me in Mesquite since they had to pick up some vehicles at the Motocross race, which I think is frigging fantastic! Thank you Stephen Wade, you guys rock, even with your little mistakes! ;)

During this past weekend, my car buying experience (actually my truck buying experience) changed my perception of buying from a dealer. Because of past experiences with other dealers, I dreaded the thought of going through the car buying processes. The salesman (Nate Casper) was very accommodating. He listened to what I had to say, and he when out of his way to help me find the best deal on a vehicle that fit my needs. There was absolutely no pressure, and I feel I was treated fairly and honestly. The finance guy (Adrian Perez) explained a lot of valuable information about the purchase that I found very helpful. Between the two of them, several options were presented until we found a deal that was best for me. Excellent people and service!!!

We had been talking about a jeep for awhile and so we got pricing and then came to salt lake and checked out their pricing and found we could make a better deal with Stephen Wade. I spent a great deal of time trying to decide whether or not to buy a stock jeep and pay a company to do an aftermarket lift or buy a jeep lifted from the dealership. My sales rep at Stephen Wade explained a relationship they had with Moab Industries and they had a bran new Wrangler on the lot that had all suspension modifications done by Moab Industries. I was told that there is no better warrant combination than the one I would receive from the relationship Moab Industries has with Stephen Wade. Every time there has been an issue, trephen Wade and Moab Industries has stood behind the work. Don't buy a jeep elsewhere! Highly recommend!

I was on my way home from St. George and just happened to stop by the Stephen Wade Jeep dealership to check out the new Jeep as my husband had been talking about getting one. I wanted to see what they looked like and how it was to sit in one. I met Brian at that time and we went out and I sat in a black jeep and fell in love with it. On my way home to Paragonah I called my husband and told him all about the Jeep but then the next morning we had to leave on a trip to Colorado so he wasn't able to go look at the Jeep. We talked about it all the way to Colorado and was about half way to our destination when Clark decided to call Brian on the phone and talk about purchasing the Jeep. We were able to go thru the entire process of the purchase and trade in of our 2008 Jeep for the new Jeep. I was actually astounded that my husband would do this entire transaction for a new (site unseen) Jeep but Brian made the entire proscess easy and took care of all the details for us over the telephone. It was a wonderfully pleasant experience! We would always highly recommend this "JEEP" dealership to anyone if they are serious about getting the best in service and sales!

When I entered the dealership I did not know whether I wanted a used or new minivan. Claudett clearly explained each option and the differences between dodge and chrysler products. Cost issues were easily addressed using the Costco buying program. This no hassle process made the whole process of buying a vehicle much more pleasant. She explained the controls for the van, facilitated a modification I desired to the seat configuration, and I was on my way with my new Dodge minivan.
