I have had a Jeep for three years and was rarely happy with the service until now. I had my Jeep at the dealer in Bryan College Station three times for the same problem and they repeatedly said it was fixed. I even went on line and diagnosed the situation and told them what was wrong and they still couldn't get it right. I decided to drive the extra 20 minutes to give Sterling a try and they got it right. David Hebb repaired my jeep and now it is working as it should. He provided great service and got my vehicle back to me quickly. I highly recommend Sterling.

This morning while on the way to a wedding in Magnolia from College Station (we’d been there helping my Aggie move) our Dodge truck started shaking and making a god awful loud clacking noise. We pulled over and called the Dodge dealership in Navasota to see if they were open. My husband spoke with David who said to bring it in. We “limped” back 5 miles and they said there was no way we would make it anywhere else much less the wedding and home. So, the service manager named Paul helped us find a rental car in College Station and then drove us all the way back there to pick it up. We then drove the rental car back to the dealership to get all of our things out of our truck. We made it to the wedding an hour late in time for the reception. Bright side, we were able to make it back to the dealership, the service manager was so nice in helping us out, we didn’t get caught in the rain, no one was hurt, and we still got the chance to celebrate a new married couple. There’s always a bright side my friends. I can’t say enough good things about Paul and David at Sterling Dodge in Navasota as well as Ryan at Enterprise Rental Car in College Station.

Very welcoming group. The car we were interested in was ready to go and waiting for us out front. The salesman did his research about the car and was knowledgeable even though this was not one of their flagship brands. The negotiation process was fair, they allowed us time to think and did not pressure us. Very professional and all wore masks. The test drive was long enough. We were escorted and well respected during the financial aspect of the sale. The dealership also found us a very competitive auto loan with an unbeatable interest rate. It was a pleasure doing business with Sterling Navasota.

Went to buy a vehicle with parameters in mind, knowing I might have to compromise some. They were enjoyable to work with & there was no pressure. Jacoby us an outstanding young man.
