UPDATE FROM 1 year ago to Dec 2020. It is rare to find the kind of customer service that Kevin Bayer offers at Sterling McCall Lexus! It is exceptional especially in today’s world. This is the easiest review I have ever written and also the most deserving. Go see Kevin Bayer at Sterling McCall Lexus for all of your car needs! He is simply the best - kind, professional, friendly and very customer oriented!! You won’t be disappointed. Our whole family loves him!!

Service is not bad, but that would be expected when your vehicles cost the price they do. My problem with Sterling McCall is the service prices on THEIR website NEVER match the pricing when you go in for the service. They like to add "shop charges" when you get there. I do not understand why they can't just be transparent and put the correct price for their service on line just like any other auto service place would. Brake flush for example is $144 online and then $176 when I get there. Then on top of that I drop off my car after being frustrated that none of the prices match. My new estimate for my 3 services is $310, including tax and "shop charges". I then go to pick up the car and my total is magically $325. I have to sit there and ask why my total changed in the 4 hours they were doing the services. Then they take almost 30 minutes doing an adjustment and can't explain the price discrepancy. Lesson: get an EXACT total before you let them touch your car, otherwise a few extra dollars always seem to get added on. Love my car so I am stuck with Lexus for now, but will probably go to a different dealership for my next Lexus purchase

What a wonderful experience! When I bought my car it was exceptional service. I have always dreaded going back for service. No more now! The service department is top notch and everyone works so well with each other. Kevin was excellent and everything went so smoothly. Thank you for a great experience!!

As always, Kevin made me feel very confident that this is the best place to bring my car for service. In addition to his being knowledgeable and very respectful of my time, he listened to my several questions and thoughtfully answered with not just yes or no but with additional information about policies at this facility that clearly give priority to the customers interests and cost. In addition, other employees were clearly there to help me find where to go to get what I needed, were positive and friendly, and added to the smoothness of the entire procedure. And as always really enjoy how well the car has been cleaned!woul June 16, 2021. Addendum: I have had my car serviced many times since I wrote the comments above. I continue to have the same exceptional service I described above and would give Kevin 10 stars if I could. It is wonderful to feel so completely confident and comfortable taking my car in for service with Kevin as my agent.
