From the moment you walk in to Sterling Motorcars, you feel completely at ease. All of the staff are welcoming, lovely and make you feel right at home. The autos they have are beyond compare. Tina Grossman was my sales person and she is extraordinary! She takes such good care of you - she is professional, honest, thoughtful, insightful, straightforward and goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are not only met, but exceeded in every way. She was very accessible by text and email -- I always felt that she was there for me. In addition, the auto I purchased was detailed beyond all of my expectations when I picked it up (so big shout out to the detailing team!). This has been the most pleasant and pleasurable (and shortest!) car buying experience we have ever experienced. Look no further! You have found a GEM in Tina and Sterling Motorcars should be named PALLADIUM Motorcars!

Marco provided outstanding customer service throughout my service visit on July 25, 2021! He warmly and courteously greeted my upon my arrival; and registered my service request. I went in for an early oil change (unscheduled), and Marco advised that I could take advantage of the regular, included maintenance since I was within the time horizon for included services. He kept me informed while I waited. I also appreciated the feedback from the technician and his excellent service. Robert Harrell was courteous, professional, and provided excellent customer service in my interaction with him. Robert answered all of my questions during the check in process and inspection of my wife's MINI. If Robert did not know the answer, he found someone who did and relayed it back to me. Robert explained the repair process and provided a break down of what parts were needed, the order/receiving times of the parts, and giving me an estimated time for repairs. I highly recommend Robert Harrell as an Advisor at Sterling Motorcars.

It was excellent working with Matt, who did everything he could to make sure my purchase went well and I was fully satisfied with the car. He showed well-merited confidence in the vehicle, which received high marks from an independent mechanic when I had it inspected. He was immediately responsive throughout the process, from when I first reached out to the dealer (even though it was after hours) until the sale was finalized. He was flexible with me as we worked to ensure I was getting the best deal, and he also helped navigate the purchase across state lines, making it just as easy as if I had bought it in my home state.
