Had an amazing experience. Kevin was so helpful even offered to pick me up as I didn't have a ride. He explained everything during the whole process and checked to see if I was loving my vehicle, which I am. Kevin was also great explaining the finance options available ensuring I got the best rate. They both made this a smooth and seamless transaction. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car and great people to help them.

This dealer treats you like family. Since I don't live in or around the St Louis Area, Kevin gave me lots of suggestions on where to stay and eat. He consistently and quickly gave feedback on the purchase process and ensured that I was well informed. When purchasing my new car, Kevin and James were very thorough when going over the details of the purchase and the car's features. After my purchase, several members of the Schmitt team, including Kevin, contacted me to ensure everything was right and that I was happy with my purchase. If I could leave a 0 I would. The service advisors are rude and terrible at communication. Every time I have an issue with my car I cringe because I hate this service dealership. They are unprofessional. I brought my car in a few months ago and I got the run away for a whole day, just to tell me they don’t have the part in stock. They wouldn’t call back and got attitudes when I told them about how terrible their lack of communication was. I now have another car issue and again I called and again was talked to very unprofessionally and rudely. I found another auto repair place this is so much professional and kind and half the price! If you need your car repaired DO NOT GO HERE. There are better options. I promise
