Originally I had a great experience, the customer service is great . Until I noticed a leak in my driveway. I went in for one issue and came out with another, I’ve since then went back to repair this issue twice and it’s still present.

My husband and I received the upmost respect and care while buying our new truck. From the moment we arrived at Suburban Infinity of Troy to the time we drove off the lot, we were treated with respect and kindness. Even though we were late to our appointment and the dealership was closing for the night, our salesman (Oleg Kouton), sales manager (Tom Sicheneder), and business manager (Rick Szeptowski) were nothing but professional! My mom always told me to walk away if we didn't trust our car salesman, however that was not the case here. We absolutely loved Oleg, Rick and Tom! They were so personable and so trustworthy. I highly recommend them. We love our new truck just as much as we did when we got it a few weeks ago. And thanks to those 3 men my husband was able to get the truck of his dreams. So thank you again for taking the time to help a newlywed couple who showed up at closing time and made you late for dinner at home. We appreciate you!

The courtesy and respect we were treated with, coupled with their helpful attitudes and vast knowledgebase regarding purchasing options, car types and financing made the entire experience very enjoyable. I had previously leased a new Infiniti from another dealership where my customer experience was less than optimal. The team at Suburban made my purchase of a pre-owned non luxury class vehicle feel like a luxury experience. On Aug 26, 2016 I learned that my 2007 Subaru Legacy had been moved from Suburban Imports of Troy Nissan to Suburban Imports of Troy Infinity. Where I meet with Bill Anger about the warranty on my vehicle and the service needing to be done. I was told the part would be in by the latest Monday and I would have my car back Tuesday. I called Bill Anger early Tuesday and left a voicemail and then another Wednesday morning. Then I tried to call the service department several times and got no answer but voicemails. So, I went into the dealership and meet with Mr. Anger whom only could give me half xxx answers to why he did not answer my calls. I feel like I could have been kept in the loop on what was or was not going on with my car.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Terrible management. I'll keep this review short. There were multiple opportunities for the dealership to not waste my time but chose to play games to get me to come to their showroom in hopes of selling me off on another vehicle. It's a cheap tactic and very transparent. Basically, they had a vehicle listed as new and nine miles when it turns out the car was a demo with 16,000 miles. They had the gall to ask if that was a deal breaker? Yes. Yes it is. I spent a full morning driving to their location, after calling the night before to make sure I'd have no surprises. I even went as so far as to ask they send me the window sticker. Then they tried to see if I'd like to buy another vehicle for $4K MORE.UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I will certainly not recommend this location to others. I should have been contacted by a manager at a minimum for an apology. You'll have to make your own determination as you shop, but my experience was very bad. BEWARE. I've had great customer service with Beamers.

I purchased a 2013 Infiniti from Duane, from the start he was excellent to work with. He give me the time and attention I was looking for. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle or pre-owned. It didn't seem to matter to him whether I was buying the a new or pre-owned vehicle What I loved is that he give me the same amount of care regardless. He was patient through the whole process. He called when he said that he would with updates, he walked me through all of my options and he even rolled-up his sleeves to ensure that my car was properly detailed before delivery. He did this all with a smile. After I purchased my new vehicle, he sat in my new vehicle with me and walked me through how all of the "bells and whistles" worked. Duane called the very next day to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I must say I am over the moon pleased with the level of service, time, and attention that Duane give to me. You owe it to yourself to work with Duane. He is a pro's pro!

I did not purchase my Infinity from Suburban Infinity but you'd never know it by the way I have been treated. Their attentiveness and professionalism is absolutely first class. I love this place. And I bet you will as well. This is the only service department that has advised me not to do something that would only cost money but not add true value. That's why I trust them. I took my Infiniti in for service at Suburban Infiniti of Troy and Gjon was Awesome. There wasn't a long wait and Gjon advised me of what I needed and what could wait. He didn't try and oversell services. As a women, this is extremely important. He listened to my concerns and conveyed everything to the mechanic. I was new to the Infiniti brand and was not sure what it was all about. I was in to select a SUV for my wife. After submitting an internet request, I was contacted the next day (Monday) and set an appointment where I met Duane Hill in sales. He explained a lot about the brand, took me on a guided test drive with QX50 and was very responsive to my questions. Returned later that night with my wife, Duane repeated the process and after very little negotiation, we agreed to terms and took delivery. Process could not have been smoother. I would definitely recommend Suburban Infiniti of Troy to do business and especially Duane Hill in the sales department.

I spoke to Jesus over the phone with a goal in mind and within a few days he had helped me achieve that and much more. Jesus was incredibly helpful and honest throughout the entire process and did everything he could to make the transaction and smooth as possible. I was able to get a brand new 2015 Infiniti Q50 for an incredible price with no time or money wasted utilizing a "sign and drive" event paying $0 out of pocket. Jesus was incredibly friendly and had a thorough understanding of his brand and the vehicles they were selling; he was happy to sit inside the car and take the time to explain all of the new features and how to use them. All though the car search parameters on cars.com and the dealer site proved inconsistent and gave inaccurate results, the sales representative, Dan Stroinski of suburban Infiniti of troy, was vary focused on trying to find me a vehicle according to my specifications. He was friendly and attentive and although I did not find exactly what I was looking for, I did find a suitable vehicle at a reasonable price.

Found my 4 Runner on line via Suburban's website. The site is well organized. Contacted the dealership via email and was promptly contacted, and professionally treated. Our QX56/2013 is covered under warranty that includes pick & drop of our vehicle. Our vehicle was in for service 2 months ago since the service light lit up. Car was picked up but according to ur service dept : Lisa 248-731-3324 they could not figure out what was wrong & finally after 4-5 weeks we got our QX56 back. Right after 3 days the service light lit up again & Lisa was out on a vacation & left Jeffrey to deal with. It has been more than 3 weeks & Jeffrey was not able to arrange a pick up. Last time we spoke to them was on Feb,4,2015 & the excuse is that the service center has no driver & we are looking forward to hire one soon......That is ridiculous that a company that big can give a lame excuse like that....Hoping some one would help....Hopefully this would be our last infinity buy....We certainly do regret switching from Lexus.

I would say I you ever want to buy a car at any Subarban parking lot go to Subarban ifiniti. I bought a used 2006 Acura TL in 2013. Dan was the employee who helped me. He is the best guy very honest. They couldn't find the car at 1st that i came to test drive, but due diligence by my salesperson and the car was found. In October 2014 I had a great experience at Suburban Infinity of Troy, from the sales guide to the Manager Marc and financer Rick. I was referred to sales guide Pat McCaw and he worked very hard to help me select a great vehicle. He first provided me with a list of 10 different certified vehicles and we worked the list down to 3. Even though the 3 vehicles were located at their other dealerships, Pat took me to the other dealership and was concerned about getting me the right car. He spent the time going over each car and the options each had and he made sure I was happy with the one I bought. Each time I went into the Infinity of Troy dealership, everyone greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Even though the vehicle I bought had a warranty, I purchase an additional warranty because the price and coverage was great and the best deal. I checked around on the pricing and I couldn't beat it and the best thing about it was, the warranty is transferable and prorated if I don't use all of it, I get a refund! If you need a vehicle and you want someone who is dedicated in getting you the vehicle you need at a good price and no games, Pat at Infinity is your guy !!! Thanks for your help, Pat I will be back! I resently inquiered about a car I pulled up on the internet. It was a 2006 BMW 6-SERIES 650CI 2dr Cpe., for $24,075 with 62,454 miles, not bad. for a used car. My sales person (Nick) was really trying to work with me, but everytime he had to ask his manager for permission for any requests, it wasn't favorable. I felt that his manager did not want to sale the car. I was pre-approved by my Credit Union, but after informing them of what happen. The Credit union informed me that I may have been profile by the dealership. So now I feel like they don't want me to have the car, that I really liked, its OK. The internet has lost of BMW cars to look at.

Regarding the response from Suburban Infiniti. The sales department staff that I had contact with did not respond in this matter described in their reply of May 27. The response of May 27 is an attempt to spin and reimage the actual events. No sales department staff contacted me to disclose the removal of CPO status even after I had told them that I'd be driving 140 miles to their dealership the next day. As I stated in my review of May 24, I found the change myself and contacted them and pointed out the change. Both staff members behaved as if that was news to them and didn't know the status had changed nor who had changed it. To state as they did in their May 27 reply that "we quickly corrected and then advised you of shortly after your inquiry." is an complete fabrication and further diminishes the credibility of Suburban Infiniti.

I found a used CPO vehicle Suburban Infiniti of Troy was marketing on cars.com. I confirmed with one of their sales personnel during two separate phone conversations that it was in fact being sold as a CPO. I made it clear that I was only looking for a CPO vehicle, the salesman acknowledged that requirement. I planned to drive about 280 miles (round trip) the next day to look at and very likely purchase the car. The evening before I re-checked their advertisement to review it with my wife, at that point I noticed that during the previous 6 hours the "sellers notes" had been completely changed, their little story about the car was totally different and the CPO status had been completely removed, however the price had not been lowered. The following conversation with two different members of their sales department ended with neither admitting responsibility or even acknowledging what had taken place. This would have been a massive issue had their little game been sprung on me after I had drove to their showroom only have to turn around and drive back home. Clearly a very disappointing throw-back to some old school auto sales tactics.

My long and protracted journey on the in internet to locate and purchase a SAAB finally came to a very exciting and successful climax at the hands of Suburban Infinity in Troy Michigan. Searching nationally often increases your odds of finding your perfect auto. But, being unable to test drive or sit in your selected auto can be a tricky part of your purchase. You need to rely on the Dealership to be honest and depict the condition of the vehicle accurately.My experience with Suburban Infinity was more than satisfying. I found their salespeople to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to "go the extra mile" to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase.Being a large and multi-locational dealership was a big factor in my feeling comfortable with buying an auto I could not see from them.They indicated all their previously owned vehicles are put through an extensive series of tests to check on the relative condition of the vehicle. Hearing a significant number of vehicles do not pass and are shipped away was reassuring. Also, when I asked how this vehicle faired, I was sent the actual report detailing the dealerships assessment and indicating the repairs that were completed prior to its being placed out on their lot for sale. I saw that they actually invested over $500 dollars into the vehicle to fix or repair these items. I was impressed...All of their descriptions and facts were verified as accurate when my vehicle arrived and I could take a closer look myself.I found buying a pre-owned vehicle in Michigan and having it shipped to my home in Connecticut was very easy to accomplish, thanks to the seasoned pros at Suburban. My salesman Dan Syroinski and his colleague Lakya Turner were really a pleasure to work with.

We have been in the market for two different cars, and after doing extensive research, we had pretty much decided on getting the Infiniti FX-35 as well as the Infiniti G-37 sedan. Having already driven the first one, I came in to test-drive the G-sedan. I'm sorry to say, but I was TURNED OFF COMPLETELY by the following experience of dealing with Nick Kroll, a "salesman" with all the charm of a hammerhead shark. When I came in (late afternoon on a weekday), I looked around the showroom and saw that there were only 2 salespeople on the sales floor. No big deal, because they have offices on the 2nd floor (it's actually a very nice looking showroom) so I figured the rest of the staff were upstairs or something. One salesperson was busy in his office with a young couple, but the other was just sitting at his computer doing nothing in particular. He saw me, yet still did nothing. After about a minute of me standing there looking around (and periodically into his office in particular), he finally got up and I thought he was finally coming out to greet me. Instead, when he came out of his office, he just started walked the other way. About a minute later, he came back with a paper in his hand. Again, as he returned to his office, we made eye contact and by this point, it was abundantly clear that I was standing out there on my own and that there was no other salesperson out there. He didn't approach to help. He didn't acknowledge me. He didn't even smile. He just went back into his office and sat at his desk. He could have made me happy even by simply telling me something to the effect of being busy in the middle of something but that if I waited a moment, someone else could come out and help me. Nothing of the sort. By this point, I was fairly shocked by how brazenly I was being ignored. After about 2 more minutes standing there all alone, I walked over to his office and asked if he might be able to please help me. Mr Kroll then rolled his eyes, and let out an intentionally audible sigh before reluctantly talking to me. He didn't introduce himself (I only learned his name by looking at his business cards ... which he did not offer me!). He didn't ask my name or shake my hand. What a first impression!!!I won't go into details about the rest of my encounter with Mr Kroll, but needlessly to say, the remainder of our interaction was entirely in keeping with the first impression that he made. He was rude, belittling, and dismissive. I honestly believe that he felt he was doing me a huge favour by talking to me. I want to let the dealership and everyone know that my experience was SOOOO bad, that I ABSOLUTELY refuse to buy a car from this dealership. Moreover, I know that the Infiniti dealership in Novi is also under the same ownership, and so on principle, I will refuse to buy from them also. Listen, I acknowledge that Nick Kroll may be just one bad apple in the bunch, and I honestly can't say that I had any interactions with anyone else. Some might say that it's not fair that I punish the entire dealership because of Mr Kroll's poor actions & attitude. On the other hand, I'm sending a clear message that I refuse to do business with an organization that would hire such a person. I came in later to complain to the manager, but he wasn't there. The other salesperson told me that this was not the first time Nick has been overtly rude to a customer, and that he's known for that. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. When you sell cars, you work in the sales and service industry. Note the word 'service'. That is especially true when you work for a company like Infiniti that charges premium prices for their products. If it was common knowledge that Mr Kroll behaves like that repeatedly with customers, I believe that he should be let go. It would be one thing if he was a stellar employee who was just having a 'bad day'. As consumers, we vote with our dollars, and I am making my voice heard. If ANYONE who works with/for the Suburban Infiniti group reads this, know that YOUR COMPANY LOST OUT ON THE SALE OF 2 PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES because of Nick Kroll. FURTHERMORE, you lost the chance of forming a relationship with someone who would very likely have become a life-long customer and advocate of the dealership, had my experience been positive. As with everything in life, I do my best to find a silver-lining. This came during the moment when Mr Kroll left the room. It was at that point that I looked across his desk, and there next to his computer, was a large notebook. It was open to a page in the middle with only 2 things written. I can't remember what the 2nd thing was, but the first item was "Treat everyone like a human." The word "everyone" was underlined twice. I actually started laughing out loud. I don't know what's funnier (yet so sad at the same time). The fact that he was acting in the complete opposite way of this sentiment, or the fact that someone actually needs to be reminded to treat other people like .. well, people.

I had a warning light show up on the dashboard. Low tire pressure so I stopped in without an appointment. They took care of it within 20 minutes. I had a screw imbedded in the tire they removed it and patched it. They also washed my car. The best part they didn't even charge me for it. It was professional and friendly.I love my Infiniti!

My man at Suburban is Mike Hanlon. From the moment I walked into the dealership he was attentive to my needs, and showed a great deal of patience in assisting me in my selection. I got the feeling from talking with Mike that he was a "straight shooter" and his advice appeared sound and credible to me. My interactions with the other people-Bob, the used car manager, and Mike Smith also was consistently professional and very helpful. I assured them that I would be sending people to buy a car from them with no reservations whatsoever. I feel that if the people I refer are treated as I was, it will make the process very satisfying and easy. Good job fellas, I'll likely be buying my next car from you as well!

I normally do not deal with dealerships, but this was a special case. Suburban Infiniti of Troy had the car I had been looking for, a 2006 Pontiac GTO. I hit the button on the website to inquire about the vehicle. In less than 24 hours I had almost all of my questions answered and my mind at rest. I called Mike Hanlon and asked about financing, I let him know that this would be the my first car ever purchased from a dealership and he was more than happy to make my time worth while. I filled out the online form for financing and in a couple of hours he called back and said I was approved. Next came the hard part, I live in Huntsville, Alabama. Michigan is over a 600 mile trip one way. I asked about what would need to happen for the vehicle and Mike Hanlon gladly told me 500$ would hold the car for 24 hours, but I needed longer. I put 1000$ down for the vehicle and Mike gladly told me that the vehicle would be held until I got there. The trip was planned and a week later me and my fiance hit the road for Michigan, weary of what to expect from a dealer made it a nervous trip. 11 hours later and we were there, I parked next to the GTO and a smile went from ear to ear. We went inside and asked for Mike and there he was asking each and every one of my many questions. I inspected the car for well over 45 minutes, gave Mike some "fun facts" for his next GTO sale and he handed me the keys for a test drive. Came back and we headed inside to fill out the paperwork, I was leaving with that car. Sat down and everything that I had questions for Mike had answers. They even gave me a copy of the work that was done on the car prior to them selling it to me. Mike left and another guy helped us out with filling out the financing paperwork. Within an hour we were in and out in the car I had waited forever on. When dealing with sales Mike Hanlon is the guy to go to. He reminds me fondly of Chris Farley.. Strange. Mike Hanlon had all of my paperwork ready to do and all together when we arrived. All we had to do is listen to the financing guy and sign some papers and we were out of there. Thanks Mike! You made my experience with a dealer more than enjoyable.

Mike Hanlon was very professional, wonderful to get to know and deal with. Both he and Bob White are "good people" and very knowledgeable. Mike sold my son a vehicle first. He treated us like family from the very beginning. Mike doesn't hard sell you. He genuinely cares about placing you in the right vehicle to suit your needs. The experience with the entire Suburban Infiniti staff was so refreshing with my son's purchase, I returned a couple of weeks later and purchased a vehicle for myself. I had no clue as to what type of vehicle I wanted. Having already developed a relationship with Mike and Bob, Mike picked out a vehicle for me. He said, "you'll love it". He was right. I did and still do love it! These guys are great! Their cars are clean and dependable. I will return to them for all of my future purchases. I am happy to tell anyone shopping for a vehicle to go visit Mike and Bob at Suburban Infiniti in Troy, and tell them the "Juice Lady" sent you.

I leased a 2011 Infiniti G37x Coupe from this dealership in March. Included as part of the monthly payment in the lease is a fee for shipping the car to Los Angeles, CA. I was told this is no problem, and to just call the salesperson when I was ready to ship the car. Now that I am trying to move, the staff has been useless. I called on Monday of this week to let them know my move date and that I needed the car picked up June 1. I called again Thursday after not hearing anything back, and was put straight into voicemail. I left a message for Devin Adams. No return call. I then called Marc Sturm on Friday morning to make him aware of my situation. I noticed 5pm rolled around and I still hadn't gotten a call back, so I called again. Straight to voice mail. Called back again and asked the receptionist to go find Marc. Now it is memorial day weekend, and I still have no confirmation of when the car will be picked up for shipping. The exact position I did not want to be in: trying to get something done over a holiday weekend. The bottom line is these guys are focused on SELLING cars, but don't expect much out of them beyond that. They are worthless.

The experience of buying our first chrysler vehicle was great! I couldn't of asked for any better customer service and care. I would definitly come back to this dealership again. The only thing I would of changed was we were never asked how long of financing we wanted before the paperwork was processed at time of delievery. Now we are stuck with a 5 year loan when we only wanted 3 year loan.
