They cannot be trusted. When I became a customer 2 years ago, they treated me with respect and honesty. Now 2 years later, after having a defective sunroof for the ENTIRE TIME I owned the car, they did offer to buy it back from me (nice gesture right, IF ONLY GENUINE). They quoted me a price one day, but it took them 2.5 weeks to locate the vehicle he quoted me (can we say with today's technology that could have been accomplished within at best 30 minutes?) so then not only did that put us into another month, causing me to lose any incentives, but they tried to get me to purchase a vehicle $4,000 more than he quoted me and in a color only my 4 year old grandson would love. I feel betrayed and totally disrespected. Is it because I am a woman, a 64 years old woman, already a customer? Whatever their reason, I was made to feel as if I don't matter. Please do not give this dealership your time or more importantly your hard-earned $$.

I rated my experience a 5 stars. My salesman Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He never tried to "sale" me. He answered my questions and educated me on my purchase. My daughter and her husband recently purchased a vehicle and Kyle was their salesman. Their experience was so awesome they refused to let me go anywhere else. Kyle was friendly, a gentlemen and provided A1 customer service and I'm totally satisfied with the experience at the dealership and with my vehicle. Thank you Kyle!

So I am out of state and was very interested about a WRX that was for sale of which I had a trade in for. When I received my response, from Shira Colish. I'm not sure if I wasn't straight forward enough but my questions were completely ignored. For a company that relies on customer satisfaction I'm not satisfied at all. I think it was greatly influenced by the fact that I was from out of state and they didn't want to entertain my requests. I can only give this dealer a one star rating only based upon the fact that I only got a weak email response and no contact was attempted. Also Suburban Imports Of Troy is not listed on here so hope this gets to the right people. Well I'll take my business elsewhere where I am treated like a customer regardless of my geographic.

Kyle was super welcoming and helpful. We went in to turn in our vehicle for a Nissan Rogue. Kyle helped us meet our budget but found us the right vehicle with the features that were important to us. Wait time is awful. After you buy and have an issue be prepared to be treated like xxxx. No one calls you back regardless of how many messages you leave. "Managers" are useless as well and also never call back. You have to physically go in and even then you will sit and wait atleast an hour before being told they will be with you soon. Never, ever again. Useless staff and Nissan North America was even less helpful with issues. Needless to say my issues are still not resolved 6 months later AND they still owe me money.

Alot of people still have the Stigma about salesmen being pushy and trying to push a purchase on customers but Kyle was the complete opposite.He was attentive to your needs of what type of vehicle you wanted and worked with finance to get pricing that would fit in your budget.Usually I don't like dealing with salesmen but I would (and already have) recommend Kyle to my family members for future, he's easy to talk to yet still professional all at the same time.

I received excellent service when taking my Murano in for an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire check. Was greeted by a very bright professional, Danna Unrue, who was very clear and prompt in describing what service my car needed. She also determined which coupon I had that would give me the best deal. They gave me a bottle of water while I waited and patched up my tire for free. And of course, I love that they wash the car before giving you the keys back. There were a lot of other cars there for service, yet I was in and out in less than one hour.I would highly recommend Suburban Nissan of Troy for service or purchasing a vehicle. I originally bought my 2009 Murano there and had a great experience with that as well (which says a lot!).Thank you!! Since we own two Nissans, we'll see you again soon!!

My husband and I decided to buy a Nissan for our home in AZ so we called the Suburban dealer in Troy. We have purchased all our cars through Suburban Cadillac and had great service. Jermaine and Chad or as I call them The Dream Team were outstanding they took care of every detail including making arrangements to transport our car to AZ for us. I drove thru a pothole and my tire rim and tire was damaged. Thank God I signed up for the insurance which was recommended by Jermaine. I took my car in , Chris Lange called me constantly to tell me the status of the repair and at the end of the day my car was fixed and picked it up. Chris Lange was very helpful, thanks Jermaine for convincing me to sign up for the insurance, I did not pay a single dime. Thanks Nissan for theexcellent service.

Went in for my first free oil change and 28 point inspection! Everything was smooth, everyone was great! I spent a total of 30 minutes for everything. I did however start to browse another vehicle while I was there for our second car. World recommend this to anyone looking for a car! :-)

Great treatment at the check-in desk from Danna. The shop manager took the time to point out the problems while my car was on the hoist. The repair was expensive but there was NO doubt in my mind after being shown and having the situation explained by George the chief machanic. Good people to deal with.

I did not make an appointment for my service (it's a recall), but I also did my regular maintenance and rotation. It took me probably 40-45 mins of waiting, and they have a private area that I can sit in to do my work (with free wi-fi). Even though I didn't have chance to get a cup of coffee or water (it was out). Generally speaking, I enjoyed the service there.

When I took my Nissan in for an oil change, recall, and tire rotation - I received excellent customer service and they were very quick. One of the salesman (not mine) even remembered me when I was in the waiting room and he remembered what car I purchased! They sell you xxxxxxxx, you get xxxxxxxx service and everybody is looking to squeeze money out of your pocket! I have canceled my extended warranty coverage for the nissan altima (used) and it has been 4 months and nothing is done about giving my money back. I have sold that vehicle and I still pay for the extended warranty. How does it make sense? I have been literally harassed by the dealer. I have made numerous trips down to the dealership but to no avail. They just dont want to give you your money back. No such delay while taking money from me huh?!?! I call from my cell phone and that dealer will not pick up my calls ever, which forces me to make that trip down. I call from a different unknown number and he picks it up on the 2nd ring, only to know that it is me bothering him again! Piece of xxxx, I strongly recommend not to deal with such losers! It is like I have to beg for my own money. Ridiculous treatment of customers!

While looking around for a new vehicle in January 2015, I also considered Nissan Altima as a good choice, so I went to Suburban Nissan dealership in Troy.Steve Growe was very patient (it was a cold day) and found the black Altima I was looking for. We both drove the car around the area and he explained to me all the features, some of them unique, of that car (especially the amazing fuel economy, the awesome front sits and the nice interiors).Steve spent some time with me going in details through the options (buy cash, financing, leasing). He is very competent, professional, friendly and he showed me a genuine will to accommodate my needs.I'd definitely recommend him to whoever is considering a Nissan.

I have had great experience at the Dealership last Saturday. I owned a leased Nissan Rogue was toying with the idea of trading it with a New Sedan. I just went for an enquiry but ended up buying a New Altima! I was greeted by Kevin who got my Car was appraised on the spot and I was offered a great trade in offer. Kevin ran through the new inventory quickly helped me select the new Car within no time. I signed up the deal within a few hours and even got some freebies! After a chat and a test drive with the 2015 Altima, Laith Zelfa won the bet and I drove off in my beautiful new chocolate brown Altima. Laith is wonderful. I brought my Altima "13 in August 2013 and I had rattling issues which never got fixed in spite of working on it for more than a month on multiple issues. During the purchase, the finance manager convinced me to take the "Mechanical service contract" which was around 2200$ for 60 months. After 7 months, I decided to cancel the plan and get the refund. I applied for cancellation of the contract and have been chasing Suburban to get the refund of around 1800$. Its been 4 months and there has been no reply at all. It is so unfair on my part that I have to chase them every week to get my money back. Very unprofessional behavior. Very dissatisfied customer.

People make the difference...oh the horror stories I could tell you about purchasing cars over the years as a woman of color...they would make you cringe. This is my second time dealing with Suburban of Troy. First time was back in 07 with a used vehicle back when they had the Hummer dealership. I was back again the second time but at the Nissan dealership for a 2012 Buick Regal. For starters you can't beat their prices. I traveled all the way from Romulus for this vehicle. Through out the week I had been with 3-4 dealerships and no one really to help. I had been approved with capital one with a blank check and it seemed that all others wanted to run my credit to get me financed elsewhere. I know that with the capital one blank check it has strict guidelines. Luckily this 2012 fit all of them. So anyways Rob Risse was great even though it took most of his day just to deal with me to get me in this car. I can't replace his time spent with just one customer but it meant a lot when no other dealership would!!!! My wife has said that she will definitely comeback to refinance her vehicle with them in Feb 2015. I will refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to these guys if they are willing to drive to Troy, more importantly to Rob Risse. When you can be a human and not just a sales machine. When you can be honest and tell it how it is and not lie or just say things just to get the sale...this is Rob. A great guy and above all a good sales man. I am one not to say that because I hate going to the dealership because people will say anything to get to buy this or get you into a car.

Let me begin this review by stating that I am a single woman who came to the Suburban Collection to buy a vehicle from a dealership for the very first time; with that said, I will say that I could not have asked for a better experience. Steve Elich, the gentleman who worked with me, was not only genuinely friendly and honest, but had gone out of his way days prior to my arrival to research and compile possible vehicle options. Never once did I feel pressured, manipulated or like I was being taken "for a ride" (no pun intended) regarding the quality, price and performance of the different vehicles. The same could also be said about the history and mechanical specs of the vehicles; everything was transparent and legit. Steve patiently answered all of my questions and after four long hours of poring over the options (sorry Steve) I went home with a car that I absolutely and completely love (a used 2012 Volkswagen Sportwagen TDI!) I left there feeling totally satisfied with my experience, and incredibly excited with my purchase! Thank you Steve!However it does not end there. Steve was wonderful to work with in the vehicle department, and then the finance department made what I assumed would be the most painful portion of the experience a walk in the park. Che Shaydak was equally as friendly and honest (and funny too:-)) and made the purchasing part a stress free and positive experience, which is typically unheard of. He went over every single detail of my purchase right down to the penny. Not only did I spend less money on the car than anticipated, I got more for my trade in than I had hoped! I was also able to get great warranties on the vehicle, again without going over my budget. Simply awesome. I STRONGLY recommend anyone who wants a great car buying experience to go in and see these guys, men and women alike!! They will go above and beyond for you and enjoy it while they do. I was on tight timing to buy a car for my son, and I was trying to do it remotely from another state. I was working with a dealer closer to my son's apartment, as I didn't want him to have to drive too far. The dealers were in the same Suburban family, so I thought they could leverage used cars from other Suburban metro dealers. However that didn't turn out to be too practical, given the time to shuttle vehicles. So I decided to work with their local stock and the local dealers wouldn't find cars to meet my price point, no matter how hard I tried. So with basically only days to go on my son's authorized rental, I decided to go direct to the Suburban Troy group direct. I found several cars right away that met my needs, and had my son drive them all in the same trip. Shira at Suburban Imports was very helpful, very responsive to my questions, and worked with me to get a test drive scheduled for when my son could be out there. Then Steve offered to pick my son up at the local rental car office ( didn't end up being necessary, but was nice), supplied extra pictures on the car, gave me wire transfer information, and did the whole transaction remotely. He also let me know what was serviced on the car. The sale went off without a hitch and I got the exact kind of car I wanted. Kudos to both Shira and Steve.

I went in expecting the worst, but Mr. Demas was friendly without being overbearing, informative without being pushy, and actually *listened* to what *I* wanted. My son is a graduate student and had a car accident that totaled his car. We had to replace his car quickly. We came into the Suburban dealership because it was recommended by a friend. We came in looking for a very inexpensive lease. The night we arrived all the salespeople were very busy but we were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Steve Elich, from the used car department. He was very kind but could not help us with the new vehicles. After waiting around for awhile, we gave Steve our information and left. We asked if he would have the manager send us a quote for a lease. He followed up with multiple emails later that evening and said they would make the lease work for us. We arrived to get the lease, the next morning, and when we got there Steve had also found a used car option for us. He had listened very intently the previous evening to my son, who expressed a lot of interest in a manual transmission vehicle. The used vehicle was actually a better option for us and we purchased that instead of leasing. You know what I mean? That old friend of your dad's that you've always called Uncle. He's not really an uncle but your family has always called him that. That's how I felt about Steve. The short story is that the Nissan service lied about a part being broken when in reality it wasn't. They tried to sell me on approx $1150 of work, when all I really needed was a 68 cent seal. Continue reading for a true account of how my friend saved me all that money, and the guys at Nissan got caught in a lie. They tried to scam me - BEWARE!I have a Xterra and I noticed it was leaking coolant. I took it to Nissan for service and showed them where I saw it lightly spraying, which was by the throttle body. This is where I met Brett Einheuser. He called me the next day and informed me the throttle body needed to be replaced and the cost would be approx $1150. At this point I reached out a friend of mine who had worked on cars in the past to see if this was a common problem. He informed me that it could be a couple different things and to find out exactly what was wrong with the part. I called Brett back and he informed me that the hose was disconnected and they couldn't connect it due to corrosion which had caused a break on the part the hose connected to. When I asked if the hose could be connected, he said something about plastic and metal and how 9 times out of 10 when fixed would need to be replaced anyway. When I explained this to my friend, he had a plan to reconnect the hose so I picked up the car, went to my friend's garage and popped the hood. In just a couple of minutes, we found out that all the hoses were still connected and the leak actually was coming from the bottom of the throttle body. 20 minutes later we had the part out and found out an o-ring had become brittle and was the cause of the leak. We bought a new o-ring for 68 cents and had the part back together and the car fixed in less than an hour. I felt like not only did the guys at Nissan lie about the part and the hoses, they didn't disclose the seal was the simple fix but rather tried to scam me for $1050. The next day I went back and confronted the manager Jeff, as Brett didn't seem to be in. I explained my story and he said he would take it up the ladder to refund my diagnosis fee. A couple minutes later he returned with Brett who had just come in and said they wouldn't refund my fee. When I started to argue with them, Brett started to lie about how he told me the day before that they wouldn't fix the seal because a screw typically breaks. No such conversation happened the day before I assure you. Jeff agreed to refund me half of the fee should I sign a contract not to slander online.WHO DOES THAT? I declined his offer and said the truth needs to be told. Absolutely horrible customer service.P.S. I did get my refund from Chris Lange. However even he didn't apologize, which is why I am here telling my story. These guys didn't have any remorse and never apologized on how they tried to take advantage of me. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY WILL SELL YOU PARTS YOU DO NOT NEED!!!

Steve was very consistent during the entire process. He made me feel like he was truly doing his best to find me the car I wanted and would fit my needs. He was friendly and personable. He showed me cars that would keep me in my price range. That has not been my experience with other dealers. That is why I bought my car from him. I didn't feel "worked over" by the salesman. Salesman, Jeff told me that a vehicle I was interested in on their lot was NOT sold, as I was driving 1 1/2 hrs to see specific vehicle. When I there, the vehicle had long been sold!! Long story short, don't buy from Suburban Nissan. Read on if you want the long story.My wife and I were looking to lease an SUV. We have owned both Nissan and Infiniti vehicles in the past and were very interested in the 2013 Pathfinder. Hunter Cross was the sales person assigned to me. Hunter was helpful, providing me information and prices as requested. Hunter was friendly and provided good customer service initially, but very green to sales and the professional world. Based on the information Hunter provided and the prices quoted, we agreed on Pathfinder that was to be delivered the second or third week in December. I had planned on selling my car versus trading it in, but prior to doing so I contacted Hunter to see if it was possible to get a loaner until the Pathfinder arrived. Hunter stated it would not be an issue as long as I was willing to put a down payment down on the Pathfinder OR sign the lease documents. I informed Hunter I was willing to give him a down payment and promptly supplied him with my cc #. Hunter stated with the down payment I was now considered a customer of Suburban Nissan. The day I was meeting the gentlemen to sell my vehicle, I contacted Hunter to confirm everything was in order with the loaner and he mentioned everything was in order. After selling my car, I went directly to Nissan to pickup the loaner as promised. That is when the deal went south. When I arrived at Suburban Nissan, Hunter, my wife, and myself looked over a Pathfinder that was to be identical to the one we were to lease. The fist thing that popped out at me was there was no tow package. Hunter confirmed the vehicle we were receiving did have the tow package. We then went inside to start the paper work. Shortly time later Hunter informed us the Pathfinder we were to lease actually did not have to tow package. This was an issue necessity since I have an ATV I have to tow. Hunter and the sales manager initially were unwilling to adjust the price based on the fact the vehicle did not meat the specifications issued to us by Hunter in an email. Finally they agreed to wave some "exterior protection plan (up sell #1 of 4 - $699 or $820 when rolled into the lease)" if I agreed to pay for the tow package (~$400). At this point I was frustrated, but still willing to go through with the deal.Next Hunter informed us, contrary to our original agreement; I MUST sign the lease if I wanted a loaner. Hunter stated his sales manager told him this was required (good cop bad cop). I asked Hunter when the lease term started; when I signed to contract or when I received the vehicle. Hunter and the finance manager stated when I sign the contract. I promptly stated I would not sign the contract for two reasons: 1) He already was mistaken about the options on the vehicle when he said it would have a the tow package and 2)I did not want to pay on the lease when I don't have a vehicle or have been given a loaner that was a lower class vehicle than the vehicle to be leased (i.e. Pay for a 2013 Pathfinder, but drive a 2012 Altima). I mentioned our agreement about the down payment and Hunter brushed that off stating it wasn't him, but his sales manager. Hunter left to talk to the sales manager and discuss options for obtaining the loaner as promised. Hunter returned and offered two options: 1) Sign a postdated lease, so payments will not begin until after the vehicle was received and receive a loaner or 2) don't sign and don't receive a loaner. We agreed to sign the postdated lease agreement.The finance manager returned with the paper work and asked if we were ready. I stated yes and requested confirmation that we were postdating the lease agreement. The finance manager said NO, it was illegal to postdate the contract. I mentioned Hunter stated a few seconds earlier the contract could be postdated. The finance manger repeated that it was illegal to postdate a contract.After over two hours of getting misleading information about the lease terms and loaner vehicle, along the bait and switch with the Pathfinder, we informed Hunter that we had enough and walked out. Throughout this whole ordeal, the sales manager did not once stop to introduce himself to us or apologize for the confusion. (I'm assuming he was too busy with the other costumers there...oh wait there were no other costumers there at that time.)The next day we did not hear from Hunter or the sales manager to apologizing for the misleading information provided. After not hearing from Hunter, I took a long look at the equipment he indicated (in an email) was to be on the 2013 Pathfinder SL we were to lease. Hunter had stated a number of items that were only available on the Platinum and not the SL. This further strengthened my opinion they were attempting to pull a bait and switch with us. We took this as an indication our business was not appreciated and honesty and customer service was not important to Suburban Nissan. At 5 o'clock the following day we walked into Jeffrey Nissan and within 20 minutes agreed on the same terms for the vehicle Suburban initial specified. Less than an hour later we were on our way home with our new Pathfinder. Thank you John Tocco and Jeffrey Nissan!!!

Tom is an excellent salesman. My husband, my son and I came in looking to cut our car debt in half. When we visited, we currently owed about 14,000 for My 2011 Chevy Cruze. I was upfront in telling Tom that I wanted a fairly inexpensive car. He didn't treat me with disgust or roll his eyes or anything like that because I was purchasing a used, inexpensive car. He just smiled and said alright let's see what we can do. I purchased a used 2004 Malibu Maxx and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It just about cut my car debt in half. The loan I previously had was only for six years and the Maxx was only four years. The purchase of the Maxx also helped to lower our monthly payments by almost $150 between insurance and car payments, which is awesome.We came in on a Saturday and Tom literally spent hours just sitting there with us trying to crunch numbers and figure out what cars were available and which ones were most suitable to my family. We came back on Monday, traded in the cruze and drove away with our new (used) Malibu Maxx. Not only did Tom work quickly, but he was extremely kind and always had a smile on his face. Tom and his manager worked some magic with my trade to get me the payment-per-month I needed. Throughout the process, he never seemed bothered by my calls or questions before we traded in for the Maxx. Our family will most definitely come back to this dealership and work with Tom again if we need another car (hopefully next time we can afford a bigger purchase). We are also proud to recommend this dealership to anybody who is in need a new or used car. Thank you for such a positive experience at your dealership.

2 stories.1. My parents bought a new car here (a Forester). They asked for it in green they were told it's not made in green. They purchased a grey one only to discover their "new" car had 200 miles on it and had several scratches and spots that had been touched up. They tried to look past that but after a week of ownership the car would not start up on cold starts. When they brought it back to the dealership they had a nice new GREEN forester sitting there for sale. They are still working this out with the dealer.2. Today i went and looked at a used Mazda that was priced at 2000 over the BB value.I offered the Blue Book value. I was told "I have to check with my sales manager" so i knew what was coming. Sales Manager comes and says "so i heard you are interested in the mazda" and i reply yes at xxx price out the door. He stands up and says "well i guess you arent interested" and basically throws us out and follows us out the door.Here's a tip word to the sales manager at suburban imports of troy. How you say things matters. Word of mouth matters. You can bet that i will be telling everyone i know that the sales people there are useless and aggressive. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU INCLUDING LYING TO YOUR FACE.

Michael literally went to the ends of the earth for us! We wanted a specific model and color of a Nissan Cube, at a time when 2011 supply was exhausted and 2012 production hadn't yet started. Michael searched for a few days and found just two candidate cars on their way to delivery elsewhere in the country. He talked Nissan Corporate into reassigning one to his dealership so we could have it. Dante Davis provided good quality service without pressure. The dealership itself seemed iffy as they attempted to jack the price as they transfered the car from a sister store in Farmington. Only with the original ad did they honor the first advertised price. Furthermore it seems to be the customers responsibility to ensure that they get all the advertised benefits of purchasing a preowned car from this dealership.I got a great deal with the financing I wanted on the car I wanted - however I worked hard to get what I wanted and had to ensure I fought for myself.I would recommend this dealership because of the location, size, overall quality and fairness but as always when making a large purchase, take your time and look out for your best interest.Dante Davis is a good salesman and I would recommend him to without condition. Suburban Imports of Troy provided me with a pleasant and satisfactory experience when I purchased a vehicle from them. I worked with Dante Davis as my sales consultant and Matt Vendittelli for financing. When I arrived at the dealership I was primarily just looking at vehicles, and was unsure of exactly what I wanted to purchase. Dante was happy so show me different options, and was very patient with finding a car that I would like. He listened well, made me feel at ease, provided many options from what I stated I like to have in a car, and in the price range/payment that suited my budget. The dealership overall was friendly and professional, and at no time was there pressure to look at, drive, or purchase a vehicle that I was not interested in. Since my intentions was to just look at vehicles I had arrived late in the afternoon, but both Matt and Dante stayed after hours on a Saturday to complete all the paperwork and allowed me to walk out with a new to me vehicle which I was very thankful! I highly recommend Dante Davis to those in search of an outstanding salesman for a Pre-Owned vehicle, and am thankful for the patience and exceptional customer service from Matt Vendittelli. I have wanted a Beetle ever since I could drive. Recently my husband and I purchased a preowned VW Bug and the experience was everything I'd hoped for and more. Rob, our salesman, was very helpful and friendly. It felt as if we were buying a car from an old friend, rather than a total stranger at a dealership we had never been to before. My only negative critizism would be the wait time. But I have to say, it was all worth it, in the end. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I found a car that I liked on my own and decided to go back to Dante because my initial impression of him was laid back and respectful. My first impression couldn't have been farther off. As the sale went on he got exceedingly aggressive with me and the situation became very unprofessional to say the least. He hassled me for choosing my personal credit union for financing, even after the check was presented. This lead to more arguing (with my friend and myself) while waiting for the finance associate. We had to excuse ourselves to the waiting room until it was time to sign the paperwork. I almost withdrew my sale with Dante and gave it to the more polite salesman. The used car manager seemed to dismiss his negative actions. By the end of it I was just happy to have my car and get out of that building. I would NOT recommend doing business with Mr. Davis. -Tanda

My experience at SUBURBAN Imports of Troy was a no hassle, no pressure, and no problem venture. I went in for a used vehicle with very specific criteria in mind Donta was honest, professional, prepared, patient, and he did not try to give a sells pitch to me. He was always courteous; greeting me with a firm handshake and kept me in supply of free drinks from the onsite vending machines as we literally combed over every available used car. We test drove every vehicle I told him I might be interested in and every car was very clean. After 12 days of product comparing and online research when we found my vehicle he gave me the complete carfax for that vehicle all other carfaxes we viewed on his desk computer. Che Shaydak was golden as well. Che stayed late to put together a payment package that I was willing to work with addressing challenges that were unique to this sale do to my own needs. Che like Danta did not try to push any sales or service packages on me. A week later I returned for my permanent tags and Danta asked if I wanted a free car wash or vehicle check up. I thought he was kidding, I told him a car wash would be nice and tossed him my keys in jest and within five minutes my car was returned to me free of dust and bird droppings. I am so impressed with the treatment and experience I received from this dealership and these gentlemen; THANK YOU SUBURBAN Imports of Troy, Dante, and Che for my sweet ride- by the way all my friends and coworker are very impressed with my new ride its low pricetag and low payments.

They were very nice and helpfulthat is until I signed my name to buy it. They said I could pick it up the next day (being that I was there near closing timewhich was expected). They (Brandon, my salesman) called to let me know that the paperwork was ready and wanted to know when I could pick it up. I told them the time I would be there. We showed up and sat there for over 3 hours! The paperwork could not have been ready. And we sat alone for most of the time. Brandon would come back from time to time, but then get up and leave for an extended period of time. Never telling us what was taking so long. He really didnt seem to care. He got the sale and he was fine with not talking to us or anything. Once we got the car home, I was taking out the paper dealer mats to find out that the floor mats were not there. When we test drove the car, I know they were in the rear part of the SUV. But they were no longer in the car at all. We called to see if they have them, and they said they did and that we could pick them up. Well we live an hour away from the dealer, and that just wasnt really possible for us. And it was their mistake, so we asked if they could mail them to us. Brandon said no because it would cost too much money, and that it would be cheaper if we just went out and bought our own. Never offered to reimburse us, he simply just told us to go buy our own mats. Well that was not ok with us; they left them out when they were there at one point. So we did speak to the manager who did say that he would send them out to us.

Although I gave 2 ratings of great, I rated the overall experience at good because of a couple of things:1. The car was not totally clean when I went to review it the first time. It had water spots and the inside of the doors at the bottom was not totally clean.2. I received a call stating that they had good news for me and told me to call back but when I did I was told Mr. Demas was not in the office that day. He actually had come in and made some calls but no one knew that, not even the operator.3. The sales team was very friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable and worked with me to get a nice deal on the car.

I had a great visit and business experience at suburban Nissan. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle but didnt know exactly what vehicle I wanted. I told Mr. Demas exactly what my car would need and he showed me a few different cars and I chose a Nissan Altima. It had everything I was looking for in a car and I also was told by him that Nissan was offering a 0% interest rate on the Altima and I was excepted for that offer which I loved! I am happy with my new car and I have dealt with alot of different car salesman before but Mr.Demas was a great person to deal with and he was very friendly, made me feel relaxed, played with my son, explained the car details to me very well. I will definitely go back to him in the future to buy more vehicles.

Michael Demas was wonderful! For me, the anxiety I feel about going to any dealership is rivaled only by my nervousness in seeing the dentist. With dealers, I typically feel pressured, and that I'm getting myself into something I don't want. I've stayed away from dealerships for over 7 years just because of that. None of this happened with Michael, however! He was super friendly, funny, informative, and knowledgeable about what we wanted, and didn't try to pressure us at all. He walked us through our options, and while we were not able to buy this time due to other circumstances, when we are able to buy something, we're coming back to see Michael!!

Michael Demas was a great salesman, and worked very hard to get me the best deal he could. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me all the features like the fold-down seats, keyless entry and push-button start, etc. Even though he is normally a new sales representative, when we decided to go with a used car he stayed with us and did everything necessary to get the job done, including staying an hour and a half after closing. Best of all, he was very open and friendly and did not appear pushy or use pressure at all. This dealership will definitely get my repeat business.

I was very impressed, as was my daughter, with the attention Dante Davis gave to us. Kendal did some research on the computer, and the 2008 FORD Escape was her wish. It was our first stop and our last. Dante knew who was paying and who was going to be Happy. He asked the right questions, and was quick to respond. 4-days on the Job, and he got his tie clipped by Kendal. His Manger, Yancy Cobb, was also very helpful. But, he let Dante do his Job.I think Kendal and myself were a good experience for Dante. The three of us made this an enjoyable experience.Kendal is very very Happy. Just need to know how to get that SMILE off her face. I Took my daughter In to look for a good used car and to teach her one of life's lessons on buying a vehicle. And of course I expected the Ole sales pitch. well I have to say that I was highly Impressed On how well we were treated. They were very kind and respectful, They were very patient with us and took the time to show us what they had. We were treated as If we were family, We decided on a 2000 Hyundai but they wouldn't let us take it till after they did a 100 point inspection on it. They fixed the things they weren't satisfied with and made sure it was safe for my daughter. That also Impressed me!! I beleive in giving credit where and when it's due. I had problems with the Volvo I purchased here, and was vocal about my dissatisfaction. To his credit, Bob White, when informed of this contacted me in a timly fashion, and offered a trade for a comparable vehicle. THIS is customer service, and I writing this to show my appreciation. We were able to reach an agreement, and I drove out with a new vehicle in approximately two and one half hours after entering the dealership. Mike was the BEST sales person I ever had. He assured me that he would help me. I had already been to the Nissan Dealership in Southfield and left there not feeling valued as a customer. I had already purchased 2 Maximum from Southfield in the past. He took his time explained everything and delivered the car the same day. I was not prepared for that!!!!! My trade in went very smooth he went with me to the Toyota dealership across the street and assisted me with trading my old vehicle in. When I came into the dealership it was to get information about the cost of leasing a new vehicle and saving money. Little did I know I would be leaving that day with a new vehicle. I am sure the management was pleased that happened. Michael was very friendly and very thorough. He was helpful after I purchased my car when I was having bluetooth problems. Was all set to trade in my car(owned) for a leased vehicle - I was given one trade-in price for an outright purchase of my car - and a higher price if I bought something else - well, after I thought about it - two weeks later I went back to trade in my care and purchase another car and they dropped my trade-in price by $1,500 -- NO DEAL HERE!LOOK ELSEWARE - A Nissan dealership - and they did not even have 1 350z used or new on the lot!

You better stay away from this dealership, go look for deal somewhere else.If you decide to buy vehicle from them be especially careful when you purchasing certified used car 99% of those vehicles were rental vehicles , and some of them were involved in accident .Of course they not going to tell you about and they will not tell you a lot of things .Same happened to me ,I thought I had got a good deal but turn out that car was involved in collision ,and with ton of scratches After two days wanted to exchange car but they (manager Bob, and sales person name Ziad)made even worse deal almost rip me of for $3000.SO AVOID SUBURBAN NISSAN OF TROY MICHIGAN !!!!!!!!!

I went to this dealer to purchase a 350z, no one was available on the floor, so I walked around to find some one. I spoke with Bart the General Manager of the import center. I let him know I'm interested in driving this car and buying it today. He proceeds to tell me that there have been allot of inquires on this vehicle and he wanted to pull my credit before I drove the car and worked on a deal. I felt he was being very racist, I can under stand because of the type of vehicle maybe we can come to terms on price and go from there. So I left and went to Jeffery Nissan, and was treated fairly.
