Just purchased a Cadillac from Sunset Cadillac of Venice. The car is fantastic, but beyond that the interactions we had with sales, finance, and service made us realize how special this dealership is. They worked to determine what we wanted and then provided the right solution for us, both in a vehicle and the financing. Just a great experience overall!!

I really appreciated how much time John spent making sure I was going to be completely satisfied with my purchase. We are quite fortunate to have Lyndsay Skully as our salesperson. We had gone there to see a used Cadillac they had advertised. She was very accommodating and patient in showing us that car and there was no pressure when we said we’d think about it. After deciding that was not the one I asked her to find us a new car rather than used and gave her a list of three we might like. She was able to get one from one of their other locations and offered me a fair price so I bought it over the phone. We picked it up two days later and were pleased to find the man handling the paperwork was Devyn who we knew from a previous purchase a year earlier at a different dealership. He and Lyndsay coordinated the delivery process very well and in no time we were on our way home with our new Cadillac. We could not ask Lyndsay one thing about the new car that she couldn’t answer. It was a good experience for us.

Trying to find my parents a DTS it's the only car to fit them. Getting up in age it's very hard for them to get around. My dad is retired from being president of the Minor League BaseBall and has made great accomplishments. Very proud of them both. I called Lindsey at Sunset Cadillac, she was very nice and told me she would call me back. I offered to pay cash for the car my parents want and I awaited her call. I left her more messages and my call was never returned. She said she had to ask Rusty Wolff. So I called and asked for Rusty Wolff. I agreed to pay the over price and asked for him to deliver the car to my father. He would not and became very rude. Mr Wolf is not the person I would have dealing with the public he is snobbish and rude. He has refused to sell me the car for cash and Lindsey doesn't have the courage to return a phone call. I would not trust these people with your business. Crappy way to treat people.

Crest is an outstanding dealership to buy or trade autos. Our most recent trade was for a pickup truck. Scott Foster was our sales person and we highly recommend him to deal with as he is very good to work with you to get the best possible price and deal that he can. He also has a great personality and is just a great person to be around. The financial department also works very hard to arrange the best interest rates and give the best advice on extended warranties and anything else that you may need. The service department is also top notch and the waiting area is great. Keep it up Crest you are doing great!!

Our salesman left this sales center right after we bought but Scott Foster has treated us wonderfully and has gone above and beyond in helping us learn all the features of our new (used) SRX. He has demonstrated true professionalism in following up on a sale that didn't benefit his sales numbers. This is an example of true customer service! We highly commend and recommend Scott!

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Crest Cadillac with the purchase of our 2012 chevy tahoe here recently. Internet Manager Scott Foster was outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle and it's background and remaining warranty. Scott and the finance department were very easy to work with and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with our vehicle! We even got on-star and Sirius radio setup for us without even asking. HAVE NOT TAKEN DELIVERY ON MY 2011 DTS PREMIUM CAR BUT HAVE HAD SUCH A POSITIVE FEELING SINCE I MADE THE PURCHASE ON THE PHONE WITH BOB DIAZ THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT TO TAKE DELIVERY BEFORE I RESPONDED. I HAVE SENT THE CHECK AND THEY ARE STORING THE CAR AS WELL AS HAVING SOME ADDITONAL WORK DONE AT MY REQUEST, AT A MORE THAN FAIR PRICE. This dealer makes shopping for a new/used car a true pleasure. Never have we ever been treated so royally! They truly appreciated our business by their care and concern and making the purchase of a used car as simple and as pleasureable as possible. Linda Mackey was pleasant, professional and extra helpful during the process. They introduced us to members of the dealership and service department as if we were friends, not customers. We basically purchased the car over the telephone. My husband had been searching the internet for a certified used car. We were perusing several. Then we were at the Crest dealership over the weekend and selected this vehicle due the to miles and condition. On Monday my husband called the internet salesperson, Ty, and after several calls back and forth negotiating our trade and the bottom line price, we drove up to Venice and took delivery of the vehicle.

My husband and I were driving by and decided to stop in to check out some of the cars in the lot. From the moment we pulled in everyone was very accommodating - especially our sales person, Ty Lowery. We did not feel pressured at all. The staff were friendly - we even had fresh baked cookies! We definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone who was looking for a car. I was able to drive our car home that very afternoon.

Today I shopped for a car for my elderly mother. Our salesman, Ty Lowery, was outstanding. He was patient, reasurring and he answered all of her questions. When we had to wait for financial processing he made arrangements for us to have lunch at a local cafe. Ty was outstanding and Crest Cadillac did a great job. My mother is very pleased with the car we bought and I think it was an excellent choice for her. I would be very glad to go back to Crest in the future and to especially work with Ty again- it was a pleasure.

I purchase a used car from Ty Lowery, the Internet salesperson. Ty was respectful a courteous from the minute I walked in the door. The whole process took under 3 hours from in the dealership to out the door with the car. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager may this experience extremely easy. This was by far my best experience purchasing a car.

My husband (a retired car salesman) and I were trying to decide if we wanted to buy a used car or lease a new one?? We visited several dealerships, none compared with Crest Cadillac. We had seen an ad for an Impala but saw another car we liked. Ty was very Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and persuaded us to just take the car for a drive, which sealed the deal for me. Of course, the car salesman husband had to work the numbers!! Right Ty, hope he wasn't too hard on you. The dealership was friendly, clean, and we thank Ty, Mike and Sandy for making this a speedy, great car buying experience with everyone working as a proficient team. We love the car... On a whim we went to check out a 2008 Solara. There were some issues with the car,being 4 years old, and we lost interest. Our salesman,Ty,persuaded us,in a friendly and not typical car salesman way, to see if there was anything they could do.Long story short, they agreed to eliminate our issues and reduce the price. We felt very comfortable with the deal, the Dealer, and especially our salesman, Ty.

In addition to the fine building, all personnel were professional and courteous. (I worked with Ty Lowery.) The closing paperwork was efficient with everything completed. All in all, it was about as good as it gets. The car was very fairly described and pictured on the website.

I have bought new and used cars for the past 60 years. It was done with a great sense of anxiety. However, this is the first time that I actually enjoyed the experience. Our salesman Mr. Ty Lowery was professional, pleasant and cooperative. It was because of his attitude that we closed the deal. I think this was a win win situation for us, Mr. Lowery and the dealership. Crest has a salesman that should make the dealership proud.

Perhaps the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Salesman Ty Lowery, although new, bent over backwards to accomodate us and to have us fully understand everything about the car and its various systems. Helped by the sales manager when it came to the numbers, he could not have been better. Mike McEntee, sales manager was the most personal individual I ever dealt with when buying a car. Excellant personal skills and all in all a great dealership. Some extremely nice thank you gifts after the fact too.They are 20 miles away from home, but we would not think of going anywhere else. This is the real deal for expert customer care.

Ty Lowery did an outstanding job of helping us review new vs. used cars and gave us no pressure to purchase.
