bought the car in 08/14 not only was the service great but they really helped facilitate my travel after my trade in gave me trouble a lot reviews people complain about being ignored or not getting response fast enough we are not their only customers with a little patience and kindness this dealership satisfied all my request thank you for product

Be aware that what you see online is not entirely true. First of all the 2015 white Altima that has only 9815 miles on it VIN#IN4AL3AP7FN302864 STOCK#Y552905AA has been online for over three months and it's nonexistent to reel you in. My 1st Mistake! Second, I found most of the salesmen are so desperate to meet their "monthly quota" they'll basically corner you where you feel like you could either scream, cry, about to be kidnapped if you don't buy before you leave because after telling them numerous times in a nonchalant way (back off) today I'm only looking. I will never return. Thinking about going back makes me cringe.

I wrote a previous review for Superior Nissan because I was dissatisfied. I'm also one who doesn't give up easily, and yet I love to give someone a second chance (I'm not perfect either and like for people to give me a break). Once I reached the correct person, they really went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I ended up purchasing a 2nd car with this dealership and they took really good care of us this time. In fact, I felt they went above and beyond what was expected of them. They made the buying experience very pleasant and really went out of their way to accommodate us. The saleslady even went so far as to deliver the vehicle to our residence (approx. 25 mile round trip), on snowy roads because our driving help was stranded out of town. I've bought from various dealerships in the area and have never received customer service that great!

Salesman took advantage of the fact that my husband has poor eyesight and that I was busy trying to help him. Pulled a fast one on us. I made the mistake of trusting him. Then I made the 2nd mistake of returning to this dealership for service. Service department is no more customer oriented than the salesmen. Talked to the manager and now see why the employees are the way they are. Go on down the road to Landers McClarty if you can. I've never been to Landers McClarty Nissan but would certainly hope they aren't near as bad as Superior Nissan.

Vehicle listed on the Internet was not "available"......SCAM. Drove in from 150 miles away!......STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER......buy somewhere else! Bought at another dealership. They advertise "Superior" service....what a JOKE! Chris Kostner was the MGR who helped us.

No high pressure! We found a used Altima online but were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a brand new Altima at a comparable price. We walked in at 6:00 (our appointment time) and left by 8:00 with the perfect vehicle. A few days later, our paper tag was lost in a storm. i called and had a replacement in the mail the next day! The dealership is super friendly and not pushy. They were extremely busy the night we were there but did everything they could to make us comfortable.

I only have good things today about the sales experience at Superior Nissan. After online searching Nissan's homepage, I contacted local dealers. Crystal responded to me and scheduled an appointment for me to speak to Michael Watson. So I went in that day alone, at another dealership that rhymes with "Foyota" I was not treated kindly. I was treated like a college girl who knew nothing about cars and who wasn't a serious. Yes I was in gym clothes but does that really matter? Both Crystal Lewis and Michael Watson were as nice as could be. I also met the manager while I was there and was treated with respect. I ultimately, had to wait on my dad to make the final decision. I don't know why but over the weekend I decided to go back again to both places with my dad. Yes, I was treated better but the "Foyota" dealership but he still wouldn't commit to a price on my trade or total price, I just wanted to write a check and be finished but they made it difficult on me and the guy even had the nerve to say, "if I don't sell this car to you I'll sell it to someone else!" He was horrible but I seriously doubt he still works there.At Superior, after test driving we got a proposal and enumeration of the entire sale. It was professional and they even told me to sleep on it if I wanted. I had done my homework, so I knew this quote was fair...and Michael let me pull up Kelley Blue Book online in his office. He gave us time to think about it and I knew this was exactly what I wanted. Then I told him I wanted to go ahead and get the car. I went to Crystal's office and she helped me get the exact payoff on my trade. We figured everything up while Dad and Michael worked on the details. We went into financing and it was so great, I think his name was Chris Foyer. He was super nice and explained everything to us. I got my dream car and I felt totally comfortable and at ease with everyone there! By the time my paperwork was signed, Michael had everything ready to go! I've had my car about 5 weeks and I'd totally recommend them!

Bought a new Nissan Sentra 2.0S on March 20th. It was raining heavily. Dealer sold me a car with paint damage on the Front Bender and spots on the windshield. VERY-VERY BAD DEAL. Found it after reaching home. Dealer is blaming me for this responsibility.
