This is my second update and thus third time I am writing about Superior. You can read my reviews below, or to recap, I bought a van, it began to peel paint shortly after warranty, they said they couldn't do anything about it, the peeling got worse, they saw how bad it got and we made an arrangement for work to be done on the van. Fast forward to today, and my van looks FANTASTIC. Mike saw there was a problem, knew I wasn't happy about it, and because he is a businessman with INTEGRITY (rare these days) he did something about it. I have a 15 1/2 year old, when it comes time to find her first car, I am only going one place-Superior Used Cars. I couldn't be more pleased.

So this is an update from the review I wrote in February. You can read it below. I have set up an appointment to have Superior address the peeling paint. So I am optimistic that all will go well, because they are standing by their work. I will update once the paint is taken care of. They have been great through this process, as soon as they saw how bad it really had become. They didn't have to be great, they could have ignored my feelings on this. But they didn't.

I bought a used Honda Civic from Superior back in November of 2015. I had a whole list of places that I wanted to visit, but, after going to Superior, I did not want to go anywhere else. Dave, Mike, and the rest of the staff are amazing and really care about doing what is right for their customers. I have been recommending Superior to everyone I know.

Put simply, I am thoroughly loving the experience. Dave and Mike not only put me in the car I wanted, but managed to do it in a friendly and awesome way. The vehicle is amazing and was exactly as described. The professionalism was also through the roof. Not once did I feel like a burden or a dollar sign. I can not recommend this place enough. They also do the management for their inventory on-site, so anything that might be coming up for a vehicle's regular maintenance is taken care of before they sell the vehicle. I've already recommended Superior to several people in the past 17 hours.

/This was my second time back to Superior and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a quality used car. The staff was very helpful and they give you all the info on cars so there is no mystery. Not over priced like every other place I have gone to . The entire car buying process was smooth and enjoyable. I am so happy with my car and its such a well taken care of used vehicle, I plan on having it for many years. If your in search of a used vehicle def. add Superior used cars to the top of your list.

This is tough to write because I have to admit up until my problem began I had nothing but positives to say about the place. Dave was awesome when I went to purchase the car, and I met Mike when I had some warranty repair work done. I even sat with Mike and discussed a trip to Italy I had taken. Felt like family. All these reviews that say that and say they are nice--they are correct. So to back-track- I was looking for a used Honda Odyssey with low miles on it. Superior had one. First time I went to look at it Dave told me it was out getting painted, as there were some problems with paint peeling. He pointed out on one of the photos that they had taken when they first got the vehicle the spots-mainly the roof, but a bit under the windows and such as well. When it came back in, he called me, I went to test drive it and fell in love with it. Ran great, in good shape, even had my mechanic take a look at it. Paint job looked fine. Bought the car. As I said earlier had a little problem with the brakes under warranty, that's when I met Mike and he was great to work with too. Fast forward about 9 months and I am noticing that the paint that they had just had done was peeling. I live about 40 minutes from the shop, so I waited until I was heading down that way to go see them. I knew that my 6 month warranty was over, I was hoping that they would have their own warranty with the person who painted the van. Seems a paint job would have a warranty, at least a year. I made it down there a few weeks later, saw Mike and reminded him of who I was and of our conversation about Italy. He remembered me and the vehicle. We went out to take a look, and essentially Mike told me that they wouldn't really have any recourse, and that nothing would be under warranty. Since then, the peeling has become worse. I went to two different places today to get an estimate on what it would cost me to have the vehicle painted, as it looks a little ridiculous. The lower of the two estimates was for a third of what I paid for the car, and the higher of the two was for more than I paid for the car. Both suggested I not paint it-it's that bad. So I'm driving around town in a pig that had cheap lipstick put on it, only that lipstick is coming off. And to fix it, it is going to be several thousand dollars. I have an Odyssey with a beautiful interior, that runs pretty well, with less than 100K miles on it, that looks like a dalmatian because of the spots of peeling paint. A little frustrating, seeing as Superior seemingly just had someone make it look nice, just to get it off the lot. A year ago I would have told the world to go there, now I'm not so sure I can bring myself to go back. Sad, I love their inventory every time I look them up online. But with today's news, I'm not sure I can do it.

Dave Igleheart was great he talked to me like we were on the same level,and when i had a concern with the brakes he took care of it replacing brakes and rotors on front of the car, Dave has changed my opionion of car dealers for the good he made my purchase of my 98 honda civic much easier. For months, I had been searching for a 04-05 Buick Lesabre Limited. These cars run forever with little problems. A very comfortable ride. I commute 128 miles a day, to & from work. I finally found what I was looking for at Superior Used Cars. She is perfect! Under $5000 and loaded, I mean LOADED! Leather heated seats, Rain Sensing wipers, Heads up display, Moon roof, Chrome wheels...the works! With a little over 100,000 miles, she rides and handles like a dream. In the 2 months that we have had her, I am averaging a solid 27 mpg!!! Under the hood, she's clean as a whistle, very little wear. Superior had already mounted new tires. They are very nice with aggressive grip. There was a crack in the windshield when we bought her and Superior sent a reputable window replacement specialist to our home to relace at our convenience. Enough about the car, though I could go on & on. Dave Ingleheart met us the day we wanted to take her out for a test drive. Dave isn't your typical used car salesman. He's a very personable, genuinely nice, family guy. Told us to take her out as long as we needed and if we want, take our dog along with us. And we did. We had it for well over an hour, driving the highway, city streets, uneven pavement. Even put it up on a rack. This car was solid! We went back and had Dave draw up the paper work. He provided a list of everything they had done to the car, so we know and give peace of mind. I am very pleased with our purchase and with the service and attention we received from Dave, Emily and John at Superior Used Cars. I recommend visiting Superior Used Cars and meet Dave. Thank you all for making this a terrfic experience.

My teenage daughter and I went to Superior Used Cars to find her first car. Dave did an awesome job in helping us select a good reliable car. We really felt Dave was an honest person and the dealership itself seemed to be trustworthy. We did not feel at all pressured, in fact we felt that they truly wanted to help us get the best vehicle for our daughter. We will definitely be back when our younger daughter is ready to drive!

My husband and I have been in search of a van now that our family has grown. Dave was extremely prompt in his response to my inquiry about a van and set up a time for us to come check it out. He let us take it to our mechanic for inspection and really simplified the whole process for us. Moreover, he made sure the car was thoroughly cleaned and ready for me to drive home despite the fact that we were going to have it detailed ourselves. He and his crew really made the process enjoyable and now we have a van we love! Thank you everyone, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car.

We found a few things wrong with the Buick Terraza that I was looking to buy when I went to take it for a test drive. They were very attentive apologetic about the problems figured out what needed done to it and fixed it for me. They were so Awesome and Dave is a Great salesman he even held the van for me while we were on our way to go look at it and test drive it.

I will never go to any other dealership again. I am so glad i found this place. Dave actually listened to my needs and got me into a new truck and got a great deal on it, with a great monthly rate. Couldn't of asked for a better car buying experience! after 2 exhausting days to local dealerships, i stumbled across Superior auto in C. falls. I was very impressed with Dave, he was so knowledgeable , helpful and understanding of my needs. I got a great deal on vehicle and left feeling very good about everything. I was searching around online for a nice used car to purchase. I came across Superior and saw a few cars online that I had interest in. When I went in, Dave was so much help and made the process enjoyable and easy. I got a great car at an even better price. Dave is so friendly and does not make you feel pressured to buy the car. Unlike a few other places that I went, he did not make me feel like I was being forced to buy a car from there and I really appreciated that. I was helping my Daughter look for a used car on the Internet ,we notice that all cars at "superior used cars " was very well priced and very clean. My Daughter called Dave and set up a time that was good for us,I believe he stayed extra for us. He took his time after we found the car she wanted and explain everything to us .We was very pleased because we was not rushed into making decision on the spot, he saved the car for us, 2 days later we call him and she got the car. I started looking for a car for my son after he got his permit. I wanted something safe and reliable, and we were leaning towards a Jeep. I saw this one advertised online and I was interested in the dealership because they offered a 6 month/6000 mile warranty on most of their cars. The Jeep sounded a little rough when I first started it, but they hooked it up to the computer and said they would replace the O2 sensors. They also repaired several other things. Even after I decided to purchase it, they did a full inspection and found a small leak at the water pump. David told me that I wouldn't have a problem with it for a year or more, but they went ahead and repaired it. They didn't have to do that and certainly didn't have to tell me about a problem I didn't even know about- especially after I already put down a deposit. I thought that was a really classy move that showed their integrity. I definitely recommend Superior to anyone looking for a car. My son got a good deal and a safe vehicle.

I am 20 years old and it is difficult to find somebody to finance someone at a young age, but Dave did and I could not be more happy with his service. I had been looking for a BMW online. After searching all over for a while and not finding what I wanted locally I was happy to see Superior listed one. They just got it in so there was no picture but I looked at the other reviews and decided I would go give it a look. I was very happy to see that it was what I wanted. Dave was our salesman and he was fantastic !! While we were there we also saw a Dodge Durango that we really liked. I decided to make an offer for both cars with two trade-ins. I made what I thought was a fair offer and Dave made it work !! There were a couple of small issues I found with the cars and Dave promised to fix them. And they did !! Before we finished business I sincerely felt they did their reasonable best to ensure my satisfaction. When my Daughter needs a car soon Superior will be the first place I look !!!!

Just another hole in the wall used car lot looking to find ways to rip people like me off. I was very naive when I came to Dave and i feel he took advantage of that. We agreed on $4500 for my trade in but I was only given $4000, and the email I sent Dave the day after I picked up my car seemed to have went by "unnoticed". So now I'm out $500 for a car that hasn't started in 2 weeks and has been a nightmare owning it. They didn't even put any gas in my car when I picked it up or give it a wax, like any other decent place would have. I still haven't heard the progress they're making on finding me a center console lid for my car, which is something that they agreed to do on paper. The service is just as bad. I asked Dave to give my car a front end alignment twice now and he claimed both times that it has been fixed, but never was. Folks, you're better off going down the street to World Auto Net, Marhofer, any place but here. This place is nothing but a joke.

We just bought a car yesterday. It was everything I was looking for and the price was good. But when we got there, we did not have the right paper work. They were understanding and that process was annoying but we worked it out. But the problem wasn't until we got home. We got home and realized they only gave us 3 of the total 5 floor mats. I don't even know if one of them goes to the car. Also there was not a manual with the car. The car was a 2011 lease vehicle, so the manual should always be in it. The final thing was that they did not change the oil and it was low. I am aggravated that all of these things are not here because it was the owners son in law's car.

So far i am indifferent. Right off the bat i noticed a pulsating in the brake pedal turned out rotors were shot. not sure how this got by a safety inspection even during residential driving. to their credit tho superior fixed them at no cost to me. buying experience was kind of a headache but overall they worked hard to help me.( for that I am Grateful) 8 days after driving off the lot exhaust starts getting very loud. several very rusted spots and leaks all over the exhaust. now i should have inspected the underneath of the car better before i bought it but considering they have a full service center and mechanics i would think they would at least look under the car before selling it to make sure there are no major issues that the customer would have to incur . then i was told the exhaust wasn't covered under the 50/50 warranty. there are a few other things i am unhappy ( i. e. wheels warranty issue ) about and there are some things i am happy about. so i will call it indifferent. i know w a used car there are gonna be pitfalls, just didn't expect to be dumping money into it so soon after i bought it. and one other note. going on about how clean the engine is and interior and such is aggravating to me . I detailed for years i can make a bad looking engine shine in a few hours. overall happy and disappointed at the same time. Mike and Dave are Nice people tho.

Pros about shopping here was price of the car, the condition of exterior and interior of the car and how fast they were able to help with financing. We were a liitle disappointed when the engine light came on almost as soon as we drove it off the lot and by using a code checker, found it to be a sensor. It doesn't seem like it was inspected that well. The rear wiper motor had to be replaced and now the tailgate glass door won't latch the right way. I have only had it two weeks and they carged a diagnosis fee for something that should have been inspected before selling the car. We were hoping to continue bringing business here when my son needs a car.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience at Superior Used Cars. Dave, our salesman, greeted me promptly and courteously, and took the time necessary to understand what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend. Dave showed me a car that had just come out of detailing and inspection (price sticker was not yet in the window and the car had not yet made it to their web site or Cars.com). The car was PERFECT for our needs, was within our price range and we bought it that night after Dave allowed me to take it home to show the family.The car we bought was VERY clean inside and out. I have since looked at quite a few cars on the lot since our initial purchase (we are in need of two more cars) and all of them were VERY clean inside and out. The staff at Superior seems to go the extra mile to make sure the cars they are offering don't look, smell and/or feel like someone else's 'used' car. Our car has a brand-new look and feel and so do the others I looked at on the lot.The buying process went very smoothly. The office staff and Mike the owner were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. This was my first purchase of a used car and it went MUCH better than I expected. Again, we are very happy with our 'new' used car and will definitely look to Superior Used Cars to fill our used car needs in the future where possible. Thank you Dave, Mike and staff!

I have been to a lot of used car dealers over my lifetime and this one did not impress me. I did buy a used truck from them and I am not disappointed, however I am not impressed either. They did not really know about the car they were selling and and even though it had a CarFax report, they could not figure it out. It showed one accident yet they listed it as "Clean History" and they could not figure out what the accident involved. The truck was listed as "Extra Clean" and it was in nice shape but after the purchase I realized that the "extra clean" was simply a good reconditioning job and not indicative of the care given to the truck during it's past life. It had a lot of little issues that I found out after the purchase. I called the salesperson to talk about some of these but he was "on the road" and said he would call back. He never did. Several other attempts were not returned either. It's been almost a month and I still do not have the title to get my regular plates. My recommendation to you is, if you know enough about cars to decide if they have one for you ...fine. But don't rely on them to really care about you and your purchase. They are simply car salesmen, not counselors.

My son wanted me to go buy this truck if it was decent because he's in Afghanistan,called about it,talked to Mike on friday said to come check it out,told him I'll be saturday was coming from PA,got there talked to Rob gave me keys to go check it out,came back in talked to Rob,Asked the best he would do for cash,he said he'll get 2200.at auction,I said I'd take it for that price,than he said he had to add $284.00 for title fees because it's going to PA.So called today to go buy it {son was on my case}Rob told me he's has a guy coming friday that's paying a few hundred more,Can't have it for OUR DEAL.Just seems funny Mike told me on the phone they don't hold vehicles,but they will call and let you know,and he did before i went the first time.Things needed fixed /Broken windshield/Brakes/All tires/Both bedsides rusted out/Both rockers front to back rusted out/Driver seat locking track broke/heater blows cold air after truck warmed up/Short in gauges/So long story short Rob didn't seem to interested in selling the truck to begin with,Maybe because he's not making any money on the deal sence the truck belongs to SUPERIORS mechanic. DEAL IS A DEAL WHERE I COME FROM, When you give a PRICE that's it

Well not quite, but we drive past this dealership daily as it is close to our home. My daughter saw 2 Mustangs that she wanted to look and and buy...same time my husband was looking for another "beater" to get him back and forth to work. Long story short, 3 days before Christmas Rob stayed PAST closing, was late to his staff Christmas party...we bought a Mustang for my daughter and a Toyota Corolla for my husband...paid cash for most part, easy finance for the remainder balance.

The 30 minute drive was well worth it !! Great experience working with Rob Franks at Superior Used Cars in Cuyahoga Falls. Stopped in to look at a car for my son, and walked away more than happy with the whole deal ! My wife and I were made to feel a ease, with no pressure to buy. Came away extremely satisfied, and would recommend them to all !

No pressure, no haggling. Prices on the cars are what you pay. Small selection but it seems there are always some nice cars on the lot.

I've been dealing with Superior for years and always receive top notch service. Whether buying a car or having service work performed, I've always been satisfied. I've never had a problem that Mike and his staff couldn't solve. I've never hesitated to highly recommend Superior to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I've bought 7 cars from Superior over the last 10 years or so... for myself, my wife, and my daughters. What I like is (1) they always have a good selection of "affordable" cars - $3000 to $7000; and (2) their used cars are sound... they have their own shop, and they pre-work their cars. I've never had any mechanical trouble with any of the 7 cars. In fact, I now use them for all my maintenance.

I've bought probably 5 cars over the years for myself, my wife and my daughter. What I like is (1) lots of cars in the "affordable" range, i.e. 3000 to 7000 dollars; and (2) cars are all solid - they have their own shop and they go over them before they sell them. I've never had mechanical problems with any of the cars I've bought there, and in fact I now get all my service done there too.

We were shopping for several months for my son's first car - he was very specific about what he wanted. We looked at so many cars but when we went to Superior they had exactly what he wanted! The price was the best we'd seen and we had the truck in our driveway that night - their sales staff were patient,courteous and took care of all the paperwork for us that day! it was great - we'll definitely be back =)

My 2005 Volvo wouldn't start - they got my car to their dealership, worked on it immediately, kept me informed as they tested and found issues and they fixed the problem. They were great - they explained everything and gave me options that would fit my budget - they're just a great group of people to work with - I'll definitely be back!

I'm glad I went to this dealer. They had great customer service. All the people were very helpful and nice. They have great prices and will help you in anyway that they can. The car I got is great and I got it at a good price. Im very pleased with it all. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.
