We could not be happier with our experience at Talbott Motors! The owner was more than fair, courteous, and so easy to work with! His staff managed the paperwork at warp speed, and were also incredibly friendly and professional. It was so nice to work with such down to earth people, who made car buying so easy and seamless! It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Thanks Talbott!! We appreciate you!

Best experience with used car purchase for my son. Greg is trustworthy and serious about the business of helping people to get into the right car. When we were having issues with a former car, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. I will continue to recommend Talbott motors for used car purchases. We bought a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country van! We had a great experience from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. They were very fast and efficient. They made it very easy for me to get everything together to acquire financing from my credit union. No pressure sales and great prices!

This Has to be the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. The only reason we went there because of the great reviews they had. And a couple of cars and trucks in our price range. So we settled on the Lincoln MKS And was assured this was a great running vehicle at a great price. So we put $3000 down and came back the next day with the other 2000. It only took two days to find out that it was shifting improperly and something wrong with the transmission. I drove the car back to them.To see what they can do for me? Well let me tell you something they did absolutely nothing for me. Saying because we did not pay for the extra warranty. He could do nothing for me. He told me to take it to another shop for an appraisal and how much it would cost to fix. Of course coming out of my pocket. I thought there was a 30 day lemon law in Michigan. He tells me there’s not. We have had this vehicle 10 days now it is parked. So now I have a $5000 vehicle sitting in my garage doing absolutely nothing. We are disappointing mad that was the last of our savings. And we still don’t have a vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anybody! I will be taking this man to court this week if it is not resolved.Sincerely Jerry Alan Bowman and Robin Rowe.and I have yet to hear anything from the owner or anyone……... for that matter on my review 🤬🥵😡

Extremely un happy, as soon as we brought the car home the check engine light came on, upon letting them know they told us to take it to their approved mechanic only, that we did. Upon receiving it back with that they " Fixed " the check engine light came on again, and read for the same code. Now here we are 8 months later and in order for it to be able to safely be driven i have to put an additional $4,500 into it to fix the various issues, that they said from the start they "fixed". Never again will i trust the people at that place and neither should you honestly.
