Bought a used vehicle and the sales staff was great. Fran, Ed and Don made for a wonderful buying experience. My issue is that the vehicle should have had its tires replaced. As shown in the photo the majority of useable tread life is gone! It is unacceptable to me that a reputable dealership would sell a car with borderline tires. Bottom-line: Would I buy another vehicle from Tasca..YES, their sales staff is great, just inspect the vehicle first.

Great experience!! No pushy salesman trying to convince me to buy a car. I found one I liked so they ran the numbers, did the paperwork and I got the car that day. Top dollar for my trade in and couldn’t beat the price for the new car anywhere else. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

8/20/21 Customer service in auto repair should make known of the sales and coupons that are available on Tasca Ford's website to customers before the pricing of auto repair is disclosed. This way the customer can make an informed decision to have their vehicle repaired, use the coupon offered on their website for the same repair but with "on sale" parts, or take it somewhere else for repair. If a customer sees a coupon that he/she can use (like myself) and brings it to the attention of the individual (Nelly?) handling the cost transactions, this person should not tell the customer the reason Tasca offers such a deal is because the break pads offered are a cheaper brand and will not last. This is what I went through and I should not had to pay 1200. in rotors, new brake pads, miscellaneous fees, and labor when you have a coupon on your website for new rotors and brake pads for 179.00 including labor. This was horrific, very poor customer service, and wanted to warn potential customers. Update 8/21/21: Went on Tasco Ford's website and the coupon was MYSTERIOUSLY gone. Hmmm.... SHADY!! Probably because I brought it to the person's (I believe her name was Nelly's) attention and instead of honoring the 179.00 deal, chose to charge me the 1200.00 instead. Lucky for all of you, I had the coupon saved in my mobile photos (see below). BEWARE!

I had a good experience with the person who actually showed me the car I inquired about but after we left his desk and the finance man came over to “pitch us the warranties” it was straight down hill. After kindly declining all his offers and “inspirational” speech about my credit score he said I just had to sign my paperwork and I’d be out of there. After driving three hours there for my appointment time and spending there for six hours, I still had a three hour drive back to Maine. I signed my paperwork and the finance man went to get my temp plate and a copy of my paperwork. An hour later I see him coming in from a smoke break and I still was waiting on plate and paperwork. Finally we pressured to hurry up because it was dark and we still had a long way home, the finance man’s print “wasn’t working” and he was going to email me everything I needed. I wish it all ended there. After believing in the best in people, I waited a week before calling and emailing to inquire about my registration and got crickets. After a month emailing back and forth with a lady I never saw when I was at the dealer, she said they were sending my information to some outside party that was going to take up to three month to get my registration. I asked for the tax and reg free back since I had purposely put it in my down payment and then heard crickets. After calling and emailing another week I finally received a copy of my paperwork and my money. I seriously do not suggest this dealership. The only nice person was Luis. Personally I wish to send a 🖕🏼 To the finance man.

f there was less than 1 star that would be my rating. Brought truck in Sunday to be fixed Monday, "wrong" part was ordered, but truck was in too late for the part to be delivered first thing Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon - part arrived late, and did not want to rush the repair - had to get a rental car (which they paid for). Wednesday afternoon truck is finished, but now with a scratch on the door that was through the paint. Had to leave the truck for the auto body team to fix (I will say Tom in Autobody was great and true to his word), which is not what I can say about their service delivery team. Overall its great that the lobby is nice and comfortable, because you may be there for a while...

I've been a Ford owner for years. I've been through several different dealerships as an F150 owner. Visited Tasca when they opened their doors in 2014 and have not needed to go anywhere else. Rick Miller and his group found the truck I wanted, set up a deal and stuck with it. No surprises prior to purchasing. It made the experience much easier than what I had dealt with at other Ct dealerships. If you are serious about buying, or just beginning to look, look here first. You won't have to go anywhere else.

Our new 2016 Ford Explorer was the second vehicle we bought from Tasca in two years. From the time we walked in the door and our sales associate, Edgar, popped right up to help us, to the time less than 24 hours when we drove our new Explorer off the lot, everyone was not only helpful and knowledgable, but more than willing to go the extra mile to make the deal work for everyone. Our finance guy, Jeff, even found us an extra $1,000 in incentives on his own, without our knowledge, which was a very pleasant surprise when we came in to pick up the vehicle. There was never any pressure from anyone in the Sales Department to make the sale (the thing that makes me dread walking into a car dealership the most is the old "what do we gotta do to put you in this beautiful vehicle today" schtick), and both Edgar and our Sales Manager Gary were more than happy to accommodate my ridiculous asks (installing running boards and an armrest safe, yes like where you store your valuables).Overall, another excellent experience, I highly recommend Tasca Ford to anyone in the market for a new Ford who wants a great vehicle at a great price.

Searched for a couple of weeks for a used truck. Found an amazing 2014 GMC Sierra SLE at our price. It was in perfect condition. Called to talk to a sales guy but that guy had to leave for an emergency...... so Adrian took over. It was a very easy sale for him because we had cash and wanted this truck. He was very professional..and let us tske this big rig out for a drive. Being as it is a Ford dealership he didnt know a whole lot about GMC's. Which is fine because we were originally looking at Fords. But Adrian spent the weekend doing some research and showing us all we needed to know about the truck. They have a 7 day hassle free return policy, 90 day bumper to pumper policy...and we also were still able to get the GMC warranty. All in all it was a good buying experiance. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The 3yr. warranty on my 2013 vehicle was ending shortly so getting a free alignment check was high on the list for maintaining my Ford. Unfortunately for me, the alignment was off, so Tasca gave me a $25 discount on-the-spot for the service which they did right away. Experienced Drivers know through vehicle feedback, when the alignment is off, as the last time I drove on the highway the car was not tracking properly(pulling) around a high speed curve. I just needed it to be checked and verified which it was. Tasca is an outfit that doesn't beat around the bush and neither do they try to sell you something you don't need. My experience with Tasca Service is that they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, and honest, which is a rarity in car dealerships these days. I recommend them Highly!

My car broke completely so i was in need of a new car fast! My sales person Kevin was great he went through many of the cars for me explaining about them what has what and so on! We ended up picking a used 2012 Honda Accord! We were a little worried since we've been trying to repair our credit that we'd actually get approved! But we did he was great when we were signing all the paper work making sure to explain everything for us since it was my first time buying a car! Even when Kevin wasn't there Jen was happy to help us making sure the car got cleaned and was ready for us the next day since I needed a car quickly! Everyone there were great and friendly! Even after I purchased my car John came out to make sure he thanked us for his service! They just have great customer service and when my husbands jeep finally goes we will be back at tasca ford!

I went in to look at the ford fusion. I was greeted by customer service agent who directed me to Dennis Asfalg. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The test drive was informative and I left with a good feeling. I test drove a few other brands of cars but in the end decided on the Fusion Hybrid Energi. I went back to Dennis and ordered the car I wanted. This was on Friday. The exact car I wanted was at their other location in Cranston,RI and it was picked up the next day and delivered to me on Monday. The thoroughness of the walk through of the car was great. Especially since so much more advanced than my previous car. In Addition, I was taken on a tour of the facility which was a nice touch. The Financial aspect was quick and painless, even being a little less than was discussed previously because of rebates. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially Dennis. It was actually a very pleasant experience.

I knew I have wanted a Ford Fusion for over a year. I have done the research and when I was ready I contacted Tasca. When I arrived at the Dealership, the vehicles that met my criteria were in the front of the Dealer, waiting for me. It had been snowing and it was cold, so to have them right by the door was wonderful. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I was highly impressed on the entire process. My experience at Tasca Ford was great. Jim was awesome working with when purchasing my vehicle: he was very friendly, very helpful, comfortable to be around. I couldn't ask for a better sales guy!!! Also, when I needed service done to my vehicle, the experience was a breeze from setting the appointment to getting the service that I needed done. The service guy by the name of Brian was very friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The owner was helpful in regards to my experience as well. Overall, I had a great experience at Tasca Ford and I would like to say enclosing that Jim and Brian went above and beyond, two great guys!!! Also, I would like to add that my experience with Tasca Ford is better then the experience that I had with Honda of Groton, CT.

We have purchased 3 cars from what was Morande Ford, now Tasca Ford through Bill St Hilaire and had all of them serviced through Bill for at least 12 years now. When the dealership was sold, I was very concerned as we buy tires, brakes, oil changes, general maintenance reglarly scheduled through Bill! He is the only reason we have not gone elsewhere. He is very knowledgeable about all cars, parts, et. He is trust worthy, and a man of honor, courteous, and a great human being! We would not trust our vehicles to any one but Bill!

Being a woman I am always a little apprehensive about buying a car alone, but that changed when I first started communicating about a used SUV over the internet with Pete. His responses were timely, not pushy and he knew what I wanted and didn't try to push me into something that I didn't want. When the right vehicle was there, he confirmed it with me and made an appointment to come in to drive it. The next real pleasant surprise was I wasn't dumped off to some other person, I was able to meet Pete and countinue work with him to finish the process and I bought the car!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who didn't like to be told what they need and pushed into a car because that's what they have on the lot. Joe in finance was also great getting me a better finance rate than I could from my bank and a great extended service plan. Pete and this dealership truly rock!!

Traveling on vacation from out of state to Berlin Ct., My F150 began to act up and the steering got real tight. I called TASCA service, cery cheerfully they said come on down. It was about 3pm, I thought that was great. A gentleman looked at my truck and said it was the power steering pump. With that, I began to provide the info to the service writer to get the repair done. As I was going through this process, the service writer said that in ADDITION to any parts and labor to repair my truck, there was a $115 "Evaluation Fee" A $115.00 Evaluation Fee....I've never heard of that unless it was a hookup to a computer for diagnosis. . I began to speak to the service writer, asking why> His response was: This fee is charged so we can evaluate the repair. I have no issue with the Dealer's standard labor rate or price of the parts to repair a vehicle, I understand that everyone needs to make a profit. BUT, a $115 "Evaluation Fee" was not acceptable. With that comment, the service writer immediately cut the $115.00 fee in half. Well, my response was I can ELIMINATE this "Fee: and with that, I took my truck to Schaeller Mitsubishi in New Britain Ct. Chris the service manager did not charge an "evaluation fee" but they did fix the truck, charging parts and labor at an acceptable rate.

When this was Morande, there was people there for years, now I don't understand how this new dealer thinks it can take care of my needs, when in a 1 month period of time, I dealt with 3 different sales people and 2 different managers, you want my business, try and keep your people around. Buying a truck is a big purchase and you want someone the same to talk to time after time.

A great place to buy a car. The staff was extremely friendly, patient and did whatever was needed to help me find the car I was looking for. I am from Virginia and was in CT visiting family for the weekend and my goal was to find a car, sign and ride! I only had 2 days to make this happen. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and drove it out of the parking lot by Friday evening. My salesperson was Thomas, who was very patient with me as I was so indecisive about what I wanted. The Sales manager, George was very nice and finance manager, Danny was great and rushed my paperwork thru to make sure this sale was final before I made my trip back to Virginia. Bought a New Ford F-350 Pick-up from Morande Ford Four months ago, my truck has 4k/Miles still new in my eyes. One day driving down the road my radio antenna had a wire hanging off it, when I looked at it looked like someone cut off the top part, or it was defective and broke off while driving. Decided to return to the dealership, at that time realized it wasn't Morande Ford anymore it was Tasca Ford, went in to the Service Department to show them what i had, with a quick SNAP of the Service Advisor's RUDE Attitude telling me " O Well it didn't leave here that way, The parts counter is right around the corner and you can buy yourself another one" with shock I spoke to the Service Manager and he responded with the same answer " Its not our problem you have to buy a new one at our Parts Counter..........Now people this is a New Truck under warranty and the part costs only $20........ Morande Ford would have put a new one on and sent me on my way..........After buying many Vechicles from Morande this will be the last and all my service will be going to Glastonbury where its still Family owned..... AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY..... This is BIG Business bringing down the good Ford Reputation........ Not Happy in Portland, CT

If you need a car, go see him! And try to get the mustang from his desk... he won't give it up even though he really should send me one!
