I'd like to first thank our sales rep Joe Clark. He provided us with a great car buying experience. I've never seen someone go so above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. From the first moment we walked through the door until the last moment when we drove away with our two brand new cars everyone seemed to be helpful and curteous. Joe not only sold me my brand new Dodge Challenger at a price we agreed on but also went the extra mile to get the car my wife wanted from a different dealer( who we had a bad experience with ) at a price we were happy with. The service center people seemed to be pleasant as well and the finance people also were very easy to work with. This by far was our best car buying experience to date.

I previously owned a Chysler 300 that I purchased from Taylor Jeep And Dodge so when it was time to upgrade I knew exactly where to go. I went back to taylor and consulted with my favorite salesman Ray Marko. I told him what i was looking for and the price range i wanted to stay in. He worked really hard and gave me more than what i was asking for. I drove off the lot with a used 2015 Optima that was basically brand new with a payment im comfortable in and very satified with. I've had some very bad experiences buying cars at dealerships and it's probably one of my least favorite things to do. I hate being pressured and being pushed to do something I'm not sure I want to do. I've never bought a vehicle from Taylor so I wasn't sure what to expect. Walking into the dealership I was greeted by the dealer I spoke with on the phone. (Chad). He made my Jeep Wrangler buying experience one to remember. Chad was easy to talk to with no hasseling and he was also straight forward with pricing. Chad also made sure I got the best deal for the car I was interested in. He explained the new car buying process step by step so nothing was a surprise at the end of the deal. Recently were in market for new vehicle do to age of old vehicle. Wife and I agreed on looking at keeps and Taylor is closest dealership to our house so stopped in and looked around. Didn't find exactly what we wanted that's when Sergio introduced himself and we went inside to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. Color options everything. After locating it went over the price a lil bit which was fairly priced after researching it online briefly. He then scheduled delivery of vehicle from another dealership and once it arrived met him back at dealer and went over the paperwork and service packages available. Easily one of the easiest car purchases I've had in my life. Staff was all very friendly, wasn't pushy, and answered all our questions. Will definitely return for another vehicle in which future.

I was working with Bettenhausen in TInley Park on a deal (what would have been my 4th car from there since 2011). The deal I had lined up fell through as they would not give me the same amount for my trade they had offered me 2 weeks earlier, about 1.8K less. After looking to see if anyone in the area had the Pacifica I wanted I was led to Taylor, which is about 30 minutes from me in Frankfort. I called and was put in touch with Joe Clark. I told him what happened with Bettenhausen and exactly where I needed to be OTD, with new plates. Sent me an email back an hour later saying they would be able to get me to within $300 dollars of original deal. I took it. Once I got there he had the vehicle ready and we started the paperwork immediately. He was even able to knock off the extra $300 because I was a teacher, so they got me to exactly where I wanted to be. Joe was awesome. I can't say enough about how easy the process was. If you have an offer somewhere else, call Taylor (ask for Joe). I bet they can beat it!

I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. I bought a used Wrangler off of their lot. I was told it was a clean retail purchase. In less than 7 days I needed to replace the brake pads and fix a leaking rear tire. I couldn't do either of those until I purchased a new key to unlock the tires. Due to being in a bankruptcy I needed clearance from my trustee to purchase the vehicle. The dealership told me that they went ahead and got that clearance because my attorney was taking too long. Shame on me for taking legal advice from a car dealer, but the approval to purchase was never given. After purchasing the Jeep I shopped around to see if I could get a lower interest rate on the loan. I was told by the banks that I had paid $6,000 more than the vehicle was worth and they couldn't finance the amount of the loan.

Worked with Tony Hendershot and enjoyed the whole experience. Tony is a great example of what a sales consultant should be, easy to talk with, listens to wants and needs and is responsive. Taylor did not have the exact truck on their lot but they were able to locate it. They had other trucks on their lot that I was able to look at and determine what features I wanted. They immediately told me what the selling price of the located truck would be and then appraised my trade. Although we did not agree on the initial value of my trade they were willing to listen to what I thought it was worth and where we had to be to strike a deal. I feel I was treated fairly well and was satisfied with the final figure. Dealers are in business to make money but when business is conducted the way Taylor Dodge, and Tony Hendershot conduct business it helps you realize there are some honorable dealerships and sales consultants. Finally I must explain that I drove more than 60 miles one way to purchase my truck on a recommendation from my son after the local dealerships were unresponsive to my requests and I was passed from sales person to sales person.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We went into this not knowing exactly what we wanted in a Jeep. However, we quickly met Aaron Hendershot. He walked around with us until we found what we wanted, but not the color we wanted. Aaron showed great patience with us as we had a lot of questions for him. The dealership had to search for the exact color we wanted, and they did just that until they found the perfect one. We were also working with Bryan Davis and they both went above and beyond to get the deal done. While we were waiting for the jeep to be delivered to Taylor, Aaron and Bryan answered every question we had. They helped us figure out the best tires and rims, as well as a soft top. I really can't say enough good things about Aaron. He, specifically, was a really great guy. He laughed with us and was very easy-going. He never pressured us to buy from him. Ed, in finance, was great as well. Craig helped us with a decision we needed to make while Aaron and Bryan were out. He, too, went above and beyond for us. I had thought about getting another vehicle and when the Saturday event came up, I decided that it was time to look. My past experiences with Big John and Tony were great so I knew they were the salesmen that could help me find the perfect vehicle. I was trading in my 2015 Challenger that was sublime green and I just loved it. But, I really felt I needed a 4wd vehicle because of the winters here. A few years back I needed a Handicapped Van and called the people at Taylor to see if they could help me find a reasonably priced van with a ramp. They went above and beyond and found a used luxury Town and Country van with everything I needed at a very good price. After it was no longer needed I traded it in for a 2014 Dodge Durango and was very pleased with the vehicle until I realized that it was much more car than I needed, so in 2016 I returned and downsized into a Jeep Cherokee Sport, which suits my needs perfectly. The experience at Taylor is one of a kind. From the minute you get out of your vehicle you are greeted by an employee asked what brings you in today and then they assist you in finding your sales person or start dealing with you directly. You are treated as if you are their top priority at all times while in the Dealership. As a customer you are offered refreshments and you are never left wondering where you are at in the buying process. I had so many things you g against me. My credit. My new camaro I just bought 7 months ago. A two wheel drive, two door car with a baby on the way.. I am so glad their hours were later than what we thought they were! Kevin Emling was the most helpful car sales person we have ever worked with! Sergio was very professional and personal. He listened to what we wanted and what we would and wouldn't do. He was also the FIRST salesperson to approach us, while others wee sitting outside looking at us and we even had one salesperson walk by us with acknowledging us. Walked into the dealership and it was very busy. Even though all the salespeople were busy, people would stop to let me know on their progress and offered me something to drink. Kevin Emling came over when he finished with a customer. Told him what I wanted, very specific. I knew they would not have one on the lot. We took out one that was similar so I could see how it drove and Kevin covered all of the features. He then searched and found a car out of state. He kept me posted by phone on the progress to get the car here. The car arrived in a couple of days. Kevin again went through all of the features of the car. The paperwork went quick. No pressure sales pitches. I am very happy with the process and with my purchase.

My wife and I were looking for a new 2016 Dodge Challenger and we heard good things about this dealership and its salespeople. We stopped in the showroom on a Saturday in late April just to see what they had available. After finding that they didn't have a car in stock meeting our spec's, our salesman, Kevin Emling, worked hard to locate a car at another dealer in the region that would match up with our needs. When he had no luck, we decided to special order a Challenger built exactly as we wanted it. We experienced no sales pressure at all throughout the whole process with Kevin and General Manager Bryan Davis working together with us to provide us with a car we wanted at truly the lowest price possible. Not only were Kevin and Bryan great folks, everyone else there at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable too. Once our car arrived Kevin Emling spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with the features of our new Challenger and Ed Maisonneuve in the Taylor Finance Dept. took expert care of the financial aspects of our deal. In conclusion, we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone for their new or used vehicle needs. Let me begin by just saying The dealership was worth the drive! And that's coming from people that live in Chicago. Sergio is an excellent salesman that comes off very professional swift and easy. My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle for her to replace her 1993 Plymouth Voyager. Now granted, the Voyager is in nearly new condition with just over 69,000 miles on it. The van was purchased new by her brother and was used to transport his band equipment. It is truly amazing how much cargo that Plymouth could hold. The van was always parked in the brothers climate controlled garage when not in use and was professionally detailed twice annually. So this part of the story is merely a backdrop to what brought us to Taylor. That and the fact that we were a repeat customer and have been treated quite well and fairly in the past by Taylor. Taylor has been in the Kankakee area for a long time and I often have to correct myself from saying Taylor Chrysler Plymouth since Plymouth is no more. The van we were looking to replace is in good enough shape that it would be at home on a new car dealer's floor. We merely wanted newer and more modern safety equippment in a van for my wife as she often has several of our 9 grandchilderen with her. We had been looking at mini vans on line and at other dealer brands without finding one to drive home. Based on my online search and our past experience with Taylor, Taylor seemed to be a logical choice for a new 7 passenger vehicle for her. I am a car collector and a member of the Florida MOPAR Association and Citrus MOPAR Car Club. I have been anticipating the release by Dodge of the 2017 Challenger convertible and have done a lot of "Googling" on this anticipated release. Recently I asked my MOPAR service rep in Florida if he had any knowledge of a release date for the Challenger convertible. His response was that as a Service Rep he would be one of the first to know as he would require training on any new vehicle offerings by Dodge and he had no knowledge that a Challenger convertible would be produced. So now we get to the part about the guy walking into a dealership to buy a mini van. We were greeted by Ian Nemeth soon after we entered the building. We discussed with Ian what we were looking for and our vehicle requirements. Ian talked about the vehicle options offered by his dealership. There was no pressure, more like chatting. Ian showed us some vehicle options, had us take a drive in my wife's choice and explained the benefits of leasing versus buying in order to keep abreast of the latest in safety equipment. Throughout this experience Ian was continually a complete professional. When I expressed an interest in the Dodge Challenger convertible sitting on the floor he answered our many questions accurately and professionally. The entire staff presented itself in a warm friendly manner reminiscent of a neighborhood store of days gone by. My experience of purchasing a car at Taylor was friendly and warm. Ian was helpful and more of a guide to my purchase than a "car sales man".

One area of concern however is communication with the owner by the service department. This needs to be addressed! However, in the end, this dealership bent over backwards to fix the problem. I went in for a diagnosis of a brake problem another mechanic had failed to find and fix, and they were pleasant about the lack of loyalty and STILL spent time explaining to me what problems I had and what the solutions might be. Then they spent extra time during the "Spring Cleanup Oil Change" special doing things that might have cost at least double and maybe more than that almost anywhere else. PLUS, I bet a Dodge dealer sees more Durangos with issues than any other shop, so I think they were able to give me the best advice fastest, and in this case, cheapest. Impressed with all 4 service writers I dealt with as well as the mechanic Pat.....................................

Due to unfortunate accident, we had to replace Challenger so we decided to use Big John again for new replacement. He was extremely polite and totally respectable especially dealing with mom being local and son being out of state. He kept us up to date with manufacturing updates and delivery status. Last week was the first time I had ever visited Taylor Dodge, an event where I never intended on purchasing a vehicle but to assist a family member. I briefly spoke with Ray Marko about what I currently was driving and my desire to trade up but it was certainly something out of my reach I imagined. From that first day, Ray's patience, knowledge, willingness to help, and most importantly his non-aggressive manner persuaded me to revisit the possibility. I returned at least a half a dozen times over the next week, each time receiving the same high-level assistance from Ray with each visit. When I finally landed on a vehicle I wanted to explore late in the evening, Ray stayed to nearly midnight, hours after the dealership had closed and everyone else had left, to help explore every viable financial option concerning my trade in, payment, interest rates, and negotiable pricing on the new vehicle. At a few minutes to midnight, we sealed the deal and I went home that night with my new car, and no feeling of resentment or emotion of having been pressured into the sale. I wanted the vehicle I wasn't sure if I could have, he made it possible. I returned that next morning at open, expecting to find Ray having a late start after our business finished only several hours earlier, but there he was, back at it helping as many people as he could. He is a testament to what car dealerships should seek out in their salesman. If I am ever looking for another vehicle, or someone I know is, I will be sending them directly to Ray Marko at Taylor Dodge full well knowing, they will be in good hands.

Dealership squeezed me in without an appointment on a Saturday morning while I was visiting the area. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem but did not have the part. They provided me all the detailed information so I could work with my home dealership to get the parts ordered for the warranty work. I was previously at my home Jeep dealer 2 weeks earlier and the same issue was noted as "no problem or issue". The Taylor tech was able to diagnose the steering stabilizer bar issue in less than 30 minutes. While waiting I was walking the lot and actually ended up trading off my 2014 for a new 2016 wrangler unlimited. Great deal, no hassles.Definitely would recommend!!!

We had a good experience. We had an appointment with Ray Marko however he was with another customer and introduced us to Joe Clark. We connected with Joe right away when we found out he was a fellow Buckeye from Ohio. We were able to work with him easily, telling him what we wanted with our payments and type of vehicle. After going to 3 dealerships who could give me this great explanation on how their policy is no hassle sales and salespeople don't get paid commission, I finally met Chad who is passionate and knowledgeable about JEEPS. Just FYI, I didn't go out looking for a jeep to be told about your policy's. I went out looking for a new jeep to buy.Chad was able to go through the jeep they had in stock with great knowledge. He showed me how the front 2 pieces of the 3 piece hardtop came off. I was even able to assist and verify that this is something I could do on my own. He explained the different capabilities of the rubicon and let me be hands on with the buttons and removal of items within the jeep. At the end, I could definitely appreciate the price tag because I understood the quality of the jeep. My only criticism..... Sorry but I gave you the VIN number and information on the jeep that I liked. You got it for me which was great. But, lesson to myself as well, I wish you could have looked up the features of the jeep with the VIN number and compared it to the jeep you showed me. Then..informed me how my jeep was different then the one you showed me that night. I did explain to you my frustration with the lack of knowledge from the other dealership. ??So I was not clear on my jeeps internal features prior to you getting it.I know you said "well this is the jeep you wanted" , yes true and still is but felt a little side swiped that when the jeep came some of the features you talked about were not on my jeep. That feeling could have easily been avoided had you just looked at the features of the jeep I requested and informed me how not all rubicons have certain features. I would have still purchased it. And I did purchase it! Sorry to criticize a little. But I know you saw hesitation on my purchase day. Still you were more knowledgeable and passionate than any other person I talked to. Thanks for that!

Car and SUVs have many options that you may or may not need and Chad helped us walk through all options that we were interested in. We received a good deal for our trade in and a great price on our new Durango. We also traveled over an hour to buy a car from this dealership. It was worth it.

A little over a month ago we got a Jeep Wrangler. We have been pleased with the service that we receive from everyone at Taylor. From the minute I walked in the door, Brian took care of me. I came in looking at minivans, and I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy. Brian answered all my questions and never once pressured me into buying. When we found a vehicle we loved, they allowed us an extended test drive (overnight) to make sure the vehicle was right for us. When we verbally committed to the town and country, Brian told us to keep the van until we could come in at the end of the week to sign papers. They were very accommodating every step of the way. I would definitely go back for my next vehicle.

I purchased a 1997 Ford Mustang Convertible on Jan 4th 2016. I didn't pay a lot of money but I paid good money. The vehicle had some problems as you would expect with a car almost 20 years old. But nothing that I couldn't live with and eventually correct. The car was reliable and had less than 100K on it. I mean I drove it from Illinois to Florida. But then when I decided it was time to upgrade because I was finally in a position to do so I took it to 3 different dealerships to trade in. That's when I found out it had a salvage title out of Michigan and had been title scrubbed in Indiana. I was very upset and felt extreme deceived. However as soon as I brought it to their attention they immediately called me to try and make it right. I spoke with the general manager and his first statement was I'm so sorry this happened what can I do to make it right and earn your trust. To me trust is a big thing and admitting when you are wrong is a quality that's hard to find and he did both!! They are straight shooters who made a honest mistake. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them! Brian is an amazing salesman so if you are looking for a fair deal with honest people go see my Brian at Taylor and believe me you will be glad you did. You won't find a more honest dealership willing to take care of you anywhere else in Kankakee County or all of Illinois for that matter!!!

John Yiakos was very nice and helpful. However the financial part was not too together. We had to make many phone calls and then a trip back to your location to get the title. We signed all our paperwork however the financial part left several unsigned papers. Had to make 2 trip to license branch because we didn't have the proper paperwork. After 2 hours at the license branch the second time going back and forth with faxes to your location we were able to get the plates. I was ready to return the Jeep. Never had so much hassle. Right now I don't think I would recommend your location.

All I can say is WOW. I worked with Chad and he was absolutely incredible. He was the Saint of the dealerships which no person EVER says about a sales person at a car dealership. When he spoke with me originally he had everything answered that I would even ask. If I asked him to check on anything he would and call me back instantly. Chad worked on his day off just to keep me satisfied and happy. When I showed up at the location he was pleasant and the customer he was helping just gushed at how it was their 4th car bought from him and they are an hour away and would only go to him ever again and I was lucky to have him. They couldn't be more right! He was patient, all smiles, dedicated to his job and did absolutely everything quickly and efficiently. He is incredible he literally worked miracles to help me out in one of the most stressful moments. There aren't even words to justify how perfect he was. I won't go anywhere ever again for my car needs. I will drive the hour and a half to get there bc that is how beyond happy I was with him.

I found out i had an oil leak in my challenger i got from them back in 2013. I bought it new back then and when i brought it in i explained to them what was wrong and they told me to bring it around back so i did so. They found out it was an oil cooling temp sensor. They tore my intake manifold off and put it all back together in less than 2 hours. Yes it was done on a saterday, one of the more busy days of the week there. I was really happy and as i am always pleased with their service dept. I'm always in and out fast. All the parts they use are genuine oem mopar parts. The techs there know whats going on too, better than takeing your vehicle to a shotty oil lube place and have them service your car and then something messes up and they blame you for it or the typical "it was like that when you brought it to us". Overall great sales and great service.

So, all of you should know one thing before I write this review. My girlfriend and i, just got a 2013 Dodge dart 4 months ago. We came back in yesterday on 2/22/2016 and I was looking for a cheap car. Like most of you, (who wants to spend a fortune, right?) However, I was wanting something with less than 188,000 miles on it (that's what my current vehicle had) and was looking at an impala with 107,000. I, however, was not satisfied with it because of the amount of miles it had. Sergio Garcia was able to get my numbers where I needed them in order to get ANOTHER 2013 DODGE DART!!! This thing is awesome and that was a job well done! Definitely satisfied. I walked away with something better than I expected, while still saving my wallet!! I went to Taylor in hopes of finding a reasonable used vehicle for my family. I had a specific price range I was looking in. Sergio was excellent at answering all my questions and helping me get the right vehicle for my family. Sergio went over options wit me and it was more realistic to purchase a new vehicle. I wasn't sure where to start but Sergio provided me guidance and options. I have 2 small children and it wasn't realistic for us to bring them or for my wife to come along, I was able to bring the desired vehicle home and have my wife try it foe a day/night. My husband told him roughly what we were looking for and he showed us a vehicle on his iPad. When we requested to see it he pulled it into the service department seeing as it was so cold. When Sergio gave us the best price he could yet it was to expensive he called over his sales manager Scott. I did not go in to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle as I already had pre-approved financing and a vehicle picked out at another dealership. I went in with my grandmother to get her vehicle serviced. While we waited I looked around at what they had. I found another vehicle that I became interested in. I met with Joe Clark and he made me a deal I could not refuse! He was able to get me a newer vehicle with a better warranty and stayed within my budget. Any question I had was answered, no matter how silly or obvious, with professionalism. I never felt like I was being talked down to, or that I had asked a stupid question. The vehicle I purchased was at the Champaign location, we had the vehicle the next business day. Joe even came in on his day off to make sure everything was ready and completed for us the way it should be. Me and my husband purchased a van from them a few months ago, and needless to say how much we regret it. As a middle-class family of five, we work hard and struggle to make ends meet, so we need a reliable vehicle to do so. The day AFTER we drove off the lot with it, the whole inside smelt of gas, so we took it back, and sure enough it needed repair in which they tried to charge us for. Luckily they ended up paying which we were grateful for, but they warned us that it would be the only time. Now a few months later, we already had to put $300 more worth of repairs into it, and pretty sure we have to do more very soon because now more issues are popping up. Also the check engine light is out, and when we test drove it and heard the ding, the salesman assured us it was fine. What a nightmare this has been. We will NEVER go there again.

I stopped by the dealership on a whim with the intentions of just test driving a few Jeeps on the lot, but John Yiakos was so attentive, honest and truly dedicated to getting me the very best deal, that I ended up buying a Jeep Cherokee from him that day. Along with John, everybody else that worked with me that day set an example of what perfect customer service is (or should be) when buying a car. The horror stories and stereotypes of pushy cars salesmen are the exact opposite of what you will experience at Taylor. This was my very first time buying a car all on my own, and what I expected to be intimidating and stressful, turned out to be the most simple big purchase I've ever made.

Wayne Hipple I have to say my experience with them for the second time was just idiotic. I went to them wanting to purchase two cars for myself and the wife. I drove my 1978 Z28 Camaro in to get a quote for a trade. I have all documentation as it is a ONE OWNER car, garage kept since I purchased it new, and never driven in winters.This car is well maintained and a real beauty! They responded to me as if they were really willing to deal and took pictures and said they would get back to me in a few days with an offer. At this time the salesman asked if it was the original color (yes) and he wanted to know if it was a REAL Z28. (Warning signs of being screwed) As I did not here back from them after almost two weeks I called and left a message for Mr. Davis to inquire as to their offer. I left a message. A person named Randy called me and said that after they researched the vehicle he said there was no market for the car. He then told me they would offer me $5 to 6 thousand dollars for it. ( so you just want to buy to engine?) I have done my research and found in this condition the car is worth $18 to 21 thousand dollars. I feel greatly insulted that they would try to INSULT me with this type of an offer. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this dealership in the future.

This is a great dealership. My favorite salesman is Ray Marko he is a nice honest salesman that gives you a great deal and gets you the car you want. When you meet him you'll understand what a genuinely nice guy he is. I brought my daughter with and he even took her car seat out of my car and put it in the car I was test driving before I even got out there. I love my new car!

My first was my first time ever buying a brand new car and the second was finding a car that fit the budget put on us by the insurance company as my husband's car was totaled after being rear ended and sandwiched between cars. I connected with Hilary Graham over the Internet to discuss a cheap used car, and all of my questions were answered very quickly, and by the time I walked in the door, I was ready to make a deal. Jeff Sidell was my salesman, and he was very friendly and helpful. The entire process was very quick and easy, and Jeff even had the shop change a headlight and do some general cleaning for no charge before I drove off the lot.

Big John helped me pick out my dream car. I love Chrysler 200 with my fancy rims! He was so knowledgeable about the car its self he could show me where every single amenity was and how to use it. He really listened to my wants and needs for a vechile and delivered. The entire process was easy and thats what i like. Since ive bought the car i go back for oil chamges and the entire staff in service ans in general are so noce and just make you feel cared for and like a priority. Not only was Ray very knowledgable about the vehicles I looked at but he was very patient with my indecisiveness as well and was never pushy even when I told him I was looking at other dealerships. When I finally decided on a vehicle that we finalized the numbers on he again impressed me because he did not show any negative emotion nor try to talk me out of it when at the last minute I changed my mind on the year and color. After such a positive experience with Ray I fully expected to be pushed into all sorts of warranties when I sat down with Jamie for financing but again I was not pushed. Jamie discussed all of my warranty options but did not pressure me. I would definitely recommend Ray Marko and Taylor Dodge Jeep Ram.

I was very impressed with the entire car buying process here. Ray Marko went above and beyond in every step of the car buying process and found the exact vehicle that I wanted all the way in Iowa. He even had a trailer sent out there to bring it to Illinois so it wouldn't have the miles on it from the transfer. He was honest and didn't try any of the car salesman "tricks" that the other dealers I went to did. I wouldn't recommend anybody else!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership because of the service department.Even though I had an appointment,it took one and a half hours to replace a wheel stud. we have had other issues in the past and regret our decision to purchase another car from there. The cost was originally $135 but I complained and it was lowered to $125. Also I was told the work had been started when it hadn't. It shouldn't take an hour change one stud.

Hello this is Trent I made a purchase from this dealer about a month or so ago, and what I received with this was some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was there, on time, able to walk me through any paperwork and even help me find an affordable loan. All and all i felt as if tho I did nothing to get this car taken care of. Anywhere i fell short at (which was all of them) he was there to back me up and help me out without his quick action and willingness to see this to the end with me I don't think this car would be possible. Even when trying to thank him he had the most modest attitude about it saying that it was nothing. If this is what Taylor defines as "nothing" I would love to see what something is I wish I could've sen t this is sooner, but all and all I would give him a 20 out of 10 just cause 10 isn't enough. Great people, great customer service, and great team effort I will recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a car or someone who needs a repair . You guys and your team are on it and once again thank you to Chad for all the work that you have put in to make this possible.

I went to Taylor with my exact vehicle in mind. At first I was bummed that they didn't have the jeep I wanted in the color that I wanted. But my salesman, John Crawford, actually did the homework and found exactly what I was looking for. It even came with a few bells and whistles that I hadn't asked for! John was amazing to work with. He literally "taylor"ed to our every wish. He walked us through the buying process, the trade in process and successfully managed to have the car ready for pick up on my birthday!!! (Complete with gigantic red bow). It was a completely stress free process, and even as I was preparing to drive away, John even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left!! We will never buy another vehicle without going straight to Taylor first!
