I bought a pickup from Audrey at Team Auto in December. It was a perfect experience. When I initially called I thought there was no chance they would get my business as it appeared a competing brand would edge them out on cost which was my primary deciding factor. After talking with Audrey I thanked her for her time and expected that would be the last I talked to her like it would have been with many I have dealt with in sales. She must keep pretty good notes on potential customers though because a few days later when GM offered some additional incentives on the vehicle I was interested in she contacted me again. I would also give her a compliment for being persistent without being pushy. When she contacted me I had forgotten about them and thought it was a spam deal. The second time I realized what was going on. The price was good and the free deliver (5 hours?!) was awesome. Thanks to Audrey and Team Auto Center.

Team Auto Center is the best all around dealership that I've dealt with. The sales staff is great! I worked with Audrey and Jerry, during my latest purchase, and couldn't have been happier. (My 2nd purchase from them) They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner. Team gives you their "best" price upfront, and takes all the stress out of trying to negotiate prices to feel like you are getting a great deal. I also recommend their top notch service center. Every time I need a vehicle serviced, I choose Team. Their facilities are outstanding. Clean and comfortable, while you wait. Their technicians do a great job, and you have to love a complimentary wash/vac!

Had a great buying and trade-in experience with Team. They are honest, transparent, efficient and upfront. Audrey, the internet sales manager, was terrific. Scott, the business / finance manager was great too. If I could model every dealership out there, I would do it by Team. They make car shopping simple and pleasant. Also, they are more advanced with technology and the overall consumer experience than any dealer in a big city, including in the New York City - Boston corridor. Definitely worth the drive from Denver. Would be a repeat customer when the need arises. Highly recommended!

Went in and met Audrey Garcia to get a trade in value for our Honda and test drive a mini van and Buick Enclave. The Buick was amazing! Very nice price, they gave us a great trade in for our Pilot and our equity was given to us in a check no hassles!!! As a first time car owner I was very pleased with the customer service and with the help of my cousin I bought my very first car and I am very happy with the car. Bob was there from the first few minutes we showed up and the moment we signed the papers! I had to have a door actuator replaced and it worked the minute I turned it on and I was very pleased with the work done to it!

bought a used truck , no prob with sales or personal , was VERY disappointed that the truck had new tires on it but they did not bother to replace the valve stems . I had a flat tire before I got home .15 miles and a $20.00 repair do I need to PAY to replace the others ?

Being in college, living in a couple of larger cities and being in the military for a few years, I have bought many vehicles from so many dealerships state side I have almost lost count. I'm sure everyone can agree with me dealers are always hard pressed to make a sell. They are usually like sharks and will not finish with their victim until there's nothing left. I talked with Audrey Garcia on 7/30/2015 about a vehicle I was interested in buying for my son. She was so nice over the phone, I was thinking to myself "My son and I will walk in wanting this certain vehicle and before it's all over I'll be way over my head with a vehicle I didn't want. I was pleasantly surprised when my son and I arrived. Audrey wasn't there but she text me and told me to ask for Ashley. So I did. We test drove the car. Got a great price for our trade in and was never pressured at all to look at other vehicles. I was already pre approved from my bank for a loan on this car. The Finance Manager found me another lender with quite a better interest rate. Ashley and him took care of us while Audrey was finishing up on another job for TEAM. Audrey came back just in time when we were finishing up finalizing the sale. THe sales team does not work on commission so there wasn't any shark attacks at all that day. We drove off the lot and noticed some minor flaws that need to be attended to. We took it back to TEAM and Audrey got the vehicle in and had everything made right to our satisfaction. I want to thank all of the TEAM members who assisted me and my son that day. It was the most rewarding car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Just out of nowhere Audrey called us and told me and my son thank you. I was blowing away. No dealership has ever contacted after I bought a car from them for anything. Least of all to say "Thank You"! No! Thank You TEAM Auto.

I have been doing business with team since I moved to the area 15 years ago. I own 5 to 6 vehicles at any one time. I have purchased a couple from team. I have all my service work and repairs done at team. All my vehicles are GM and Toyota except one. I have always had a great experience when in any of the depts. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. I especially want to recognize Doug Thompson in Service. Doug has always taken good care of me and my vehicles. He knows I want things fixed correctly and doesn't try to push things I don't need. My two kids are instructed to contact Doug if they have any problems with their vehicles and for service. I am out of town quite often and I have the comfort in knowing if they have a problem, they can call Doug and he will take care of it, as he has several times already. Doug is very good about contacting me with any problems or questions. I highly recommend Team even if your vehicles are not GM or Toyota. A Very Satisfied Customer!!!!!!!

Had my 2002 Toyota Tundra in to service 3 times and on the third time had Service Manger Chad Borman assure me it would be fixed Well after 2 hours he informed me that the truck was not repairable Rack and Pinion worn out with only 29 k miles I left in disbelief . I then took truck to the Cheyenne and after another 75.00 dollars it was fixed and nothing was worn out. I then returned to talk to Chad Borman and ask him if he lied he told me to Leave

We were on our way home from vacationing in Estes Park, Co. Husband had spotted a Tacoma pickup on line that he was interested in. We didn't even call them, just drove into their lot. We were quickly connected with Brianna, our salesperson. We drove the pickup and requested a bumpy road to test it. She directed us to one of the bumpiest roads we had ever been on. We liked the pickup so explained that we needed to get on the road immediately to get home that night. We went to eat lunch and they had it all ready for us when we returned. They called several times to make sure we were still happy with the truck. Highly recommend this whole team!

Highly recommend Audrey Garcia and Team Auto Center to anyone in the market for a new or quality used vehicle at an affordable price. I recently purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Audrey who made the buying experience a pleasant one. There was no need to haggle as the price was already substantially discounted and the car was in the exactly as described. Since I live a few hundred miles away in Colorado, Audrey provided pictures and videos of the car so that I could inspect it before driving to the dealership. Additionally, Team Auto provides you with a 5 day 500 mile warranty on used cars so that you don't need to worry about purchasing a lemon as you can have the car inspected after purchasing it, exactly as I did. Again, I would highly recommend Audrey and Team Auto as they sold me a quality 4Runner at a very reasonable price.

We had been shopping for a new vehicle for quite some time and had been assisted by Nick Harms. He was always very courteous and helpful. We had shopped at several dealers and in the process found a 2013 extended cab c1500 pickup that was just what we wanted. We felt it was important to buy from our local dealer if at all possible. We were looking for a certain equiped toyota avalon. There was one in Seattle, Salt Lake and Scotts Bluff. I contacted all 3 dealerships and Team Auto Center was hands down the best to deal with. I called and talked to Aaron and told him what I wanted to do and he said no propblem. He returned all of my calls. We made the deal over the phone and he said they would get the car to Billings. Chris drove the car to Billings and we met at a Perkins. All of the paper work was completed over a cup of coffee. The car was washed and full of gas when we were handed the keys. This was the easiest car deal I have ever done. I am at the age where I no longer appreciate and back and forth about the price and every other thing associated with buying a car. It was all done over the phone. Everything that Aaron told me was done. I will certainly give Team Auto Center a call when I am in the market for another vehicle.

I delt with Jerry Goodwin over the Phone from Hokaido, Japan! Yes 5980 miles from his office! He took care of everything including picking me up at the Denver airport after holding the car for me 36 days! It was Spotless and FULL of gas. I found the truck I wanted on Team Chevrolet Toyota GMC website on a Sunday. I was able to speak with Jerry Goodwin (sales manager) on Monday AM by phone. He was very helpful, sending me information and links to my email. They offered a very fair value for my trade-in. I decided to buy that same day, I was going to use my bank for financing but Jerry actually found me better financing options. The truck was delivered to me by about 12:30- and by 1:00 I was in my new truck. Excellent experience.

We can't say enough good about our experience with Team! We live in Colorado so all of our communication was over the phone and through email. The sales manager Jerry Goodwinn worked with us and was willing to do everything for us over the phone because of the distance between us. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted. He had to get our vehicle from another location, get it back to NE to inspect it and make sure it was up to Team standards and then transport it to Denver where we met him and finalized the transaction. It was a hassle free, pain free experience for us. It was nice to have a salesperson that was not pushy! He told us what our options were and left the rest up to us. No pressure!! Just bought a 2011 Yukon XL from Team, and they were honest, easy to deal with and even willing to meet me to hand deliver my vehicle as I was buying it from out of state! The process was a delight and Jerry Goodwin was a pleasure to work with!
