Update: Since writing my last review, I was contacted by the new GM here named Bruce. We had a really good conversation and he is going to do whatever he can to help right the prior situation that took place before he began at this location. I’m giving five stars right now because of his willingness and desire to make things right. I will write another review once everything is complete. But he definitely deserved a review nonetheless because his honesty and want to help the people that have been wronged, is much appreciated.

I don't typically leave reviews but I felt it necessary for future buyers to use caution when purchasing from this dealership. In mid-August I purchased a used vehicle from Hartford Mitsubishi. My salesman, Walter, was amazing, so this is in no way a reflection of his integrity as a salesman. I was told my vehicle would be registered for me by a staff member, but I could take my vehicle home in the meantime. After one week of picking up my vehicle, but not hearing from the dealership about my registration, I started what would be a long series of phone calls over the following TWO months. Yes, it took two months for my vehicle to me registered because unbeknownst to me, my vehicle was sold to me without a title. I found this information out after maybe three weeks of waiting and diligently calling and asking questions. At first I was told that there was a missing piece of paperwork from another dealership. After continuously asking for an answer I was finally told that it was the vehicles title. I understand mistakes can happen, but the customer service at this facility is some of the worst I have ever seen. Attempting to talk to anyone in a general manager's position was impossible. I had sent an e-mail to Alex on September 3rd in regards to the situation/disappointing customer service, and never heard back. When I explained to Scarlet that I could not operate the vehicle in Massachusetts after the 7 day purchase period, I was told that if I was pulled over *Driving illegally* the police should understand.... Finally after asking for some sort of resolution, I was offered a dealer plate, good for 30 days... my vehicle was not registered until 20 days AFTER the 30 day period. This is a position someone spending tens and thousands of dollars on a vehicle should NOT be put in. Not once did anyone reach out to me to update/explain/ease my worries on the situation, until Walter came back from his vacation. Walter was communicative, apologetic, and understanding that I was at this point beyond frustrated. I want the best for every growing business. I hope this review can help the staff at Hartford Mitsubishi look into improving their communication and customer service.

Shane gave excellent service. Friendly fast,excellent customer service and didn't give up til he was able to help me get the part that I needed. I would recommend anyone to do business here.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and worked closely with Mike Messina to find the perfect car. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly passionate to help me find exactly what I wanted. He worked with all my needs and provided an experience I did not have at any other dealerships. Everything was very personal and not a just a typical sales pitch. He was transparent and honest with the entire process and all of my questions. I would recommend this dealership and requesting to work with Mike specifically and you will not be disappointed!

Michael, the salesman was great and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and was able to get me in exactly the vehicle I wanted and needed. Scarlett the finance manager was able to work within my budget and get me a loan that I could afford. Would highly recommend working them and will be buying my vehicle with them as well.
