A diagnosis was completed at another repair shop but they could not complete the repair, so they refer me to a GM service center. Despite the fact that I told them exactly what the issue was because the vehicle was already diagnosed, they wanted to diagnose again so they could charge me $100 diagnosis fee. Ok, I think I can see why and this is not my biggest issue. However, I ask them to identify and fix another problem that I am having somewhere else on the vehicle. They could not find the problem but charged me another $100 for diagnosis. I guess diagnosis of what??? The issue is still there and you CANNOT find it. Now I have to go somewhere else where the problem can be identified and fixed. This is just wrong to charge me when you are NOT ABLE to find and repair my problem.

Took my 2014 cruse in for maintenance oil change fuel injector cleaning.Car went in fine came out with engine light on.tried to tell me car came in with the engine light on not true.They showed me a print out of the codes that cousin the engine light to come on.MY OPINION THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS .

I had service doneOn my car 10/6/2016 the module ASM -ENG CONT fuse and the 90-ps my car was at 50% on the oil change I get my. Car and turn on the ingestion and it say changeOil look at where my oil level was and it states 0% how is it 50% to 0% over nite not understanding and I A regular customer came in to have that checked just paid out $800 yesterday and payed out $37.20 for and oil chamge that I knew I had time on . Amd then your employees don't check fluid when changing oil so the are not topping off fluids . I'm still not understanding why did mynoul read 0% from 50% sitting on your lot over night. This is bad business Mr.Cullen

Took my car into the dealership because the brake lights came on while driving and would go off after pressing the brake. "Specialist" said I needed to replace my brakes and would have to come out of pocket $900 to replace the ESC sensor since it came on while driving. I did my researched and googled my issue which was a recall. I eventually found out how to resolve it myself by going on youtube. So in essence I overpaid for brakes and would have overpaid for a sensor due to the lack of knowledge by the staff. I called and told the service manager and he didn't offer not one apology. I will never buy a Chevy or any car from Terry Cullen!

Thursday May 12, 2016, I made an online appointment for 8:10 a.m. I live all the way in fairburn! I put everything that I needed done on my service order in detail. I also requested the option to be contacted by phone if there were any issues. When I arrived at my appointed time, the cars were wrapped around the building for the service department. I parked and walked in, and Jeff was extremely rude after I stated my name and that I was there for an appointment! He told me he wasn't honoring my appointment because, they don't do them on Saturday. I showed him my confirmation, then he stated, nothing that I show him will make a difference, and that I'm wasting my breath, AND that if he was me, he would go get in line like everyone else!!!! I walked off and left. I called back to get a manager and the receptionist apologized for the bad experience, asked me to reschedule and come back Monday and talk to Lee Powell, I said okay. Get there Monday, service is worst! From 8a.m.-1:37 p.m nobody was working on my car ! They did not honored the price I was quoted on Thursday when I called. My price went from $571 to $1137 plus dollars. When I talked with service Manager Lee Powell about the treatment I received first on Saturday, he had no reaction. He just looked at me, so I got up and walked to the waiting room. After I complained about the quote I received not matching the price Stanley called Lee back but there was not much support there. Stanley and I, worked everything I wanted down to $928. I told him I need that in writing because, we had been back and fourth twice already. He wrote the final price down on his business card $928, I signed paperwork and said okay. Did I mention there are no loaner cars available? ??? Fast forward 5 1/2 hours later, no one is working on my car and I have 2 kids to pick up from elementary. I told them to pull my car back around. So, I guess Lee got wind of that decision, because he came back to talk to me. I told him I was very disastisfied, and that I had never been treated so bad, and that they sucked, and I was never coming back. I asked for Terry Cullen number so I can express my dissatisfaction. He then, offered me a demo car he was driving and brought me to his office. That ended up so disappointing! I told him that when I come back, that it's clear that Stanley has giving me a price of $928 in writing. He said about that, it's going to be $60 more dollars for the headlight and 37.97 for a harness. I told him all I was paying was $928. He had already copied my insurance and license for the demo car. He said if you don't pay for the other stuff, he won't let them fix on my car. I told him I was already paying $400 over what I was quoted and just for them to fix what I'm offering to pay for. He said well, I'll bring your car back out! I told him I wasn't about to kiss his xxx for them to fix my car! He pulled it out, I snatched the key, and went to Ivory Chevrolet, where I received excellent customer service before I even got out the car. Up front pricing, and a loaner car in 40 minutes I was gone. Oh, I forgot to tell y'all how Stanley called me a flim flam!!!! Really??? DO NOT GO TO TERRY CULLEN CHEVROLET, AT LEAST NOT FOR SERVICE, I CAN'T SPEAK ON THE SALES PART!

I've been seeking a site to purchase car. Received several referrals from coworkers who had just purchased their vehicles. Also did on line search resulting in several replies. Anyhow, prayed for wisdom/guidance which paid off big time. Recvd call from Kimberly at Terry Cullen's. She was pleasantly professional over the phone. Had several call prior to hers but i decided to set up meeting her that evening instead which I couldn't make & rescheduled for next day. Well, forgot which dealer she was w/& ended up at 2 other dealers about to test drive a car that I wasn't feeling. While salesman was on his way to get the car he was trying to talk me into buying, Kimberly came to mind. So I prayed looking at a list of numbers on my cell & asked, Lord you have to show me which #is Kimberly cause I don't know where to find her. Well, no doubt he directed my finger b/c # I pressed directed me right to her. Soon as she answer, I knew it was her. Asked her not laugh, explained my day, told her was on my way to see her. I had a great salesman no problems but i did notice that the tires didnt look that great and i had a flat three days after purchase when i checked the tires i notice i didnt hit or run over anything the tires are jus bad now i appreciate you all replacing the flat but well about the other three tires ? They said they checked them but bottom line i feel like if i purchase a new/used car why shouldnt i have good tires wasnt to happy about it but other than that great buisness i still have 3 tires not that good if i have a flat ill be bringing the car back for 3 tires other than that i hear a noise when the car is sitting still but when i need a oil change i will bring that to their attention

When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by Mrs. Lisa, the salesperson. My husband had made an appointment with her a month ago. I was really skeptical about coming in but decided to go ahead. Everyone there was very nice and helpful during this time. I had negative thoughts but Mrs. Lisa reassured me that it would work out in my favor. We are new to Atlanta. We had been vehicle shopping for a couple of weeks. While I was surfing the internet I found a Terry Cullen, Southlake Chevrolet advertisement with pickup truck specials for new 2015 Silverados. When I went to their website Home page I was please to read that they were proud of being a Family Owned small town business with customer satisfaction as their number one priority.The ride from College Park to Terry Cullen, Southlake Chevrolet was easy down I75S to exit 233, a short ride from the interstate, and as it turned out well worth the effort. We were met by Greg Williams ? Sales where we discussed the various pickup models, options, internet specials, and test drove same. Greg is extremely knowledgeable on the Chevy trucks including all the differences, options, and the electronics (of which there are many). Greg Williams and the Terry Cullen, Southlake Chevrolet dealership people were really easy to work with and it was truly a nice friendly experience. They honored their advertised specials with no problem and even went beyond what I expected in order to make sure were we comfortable and satisfied with the product as well as their process. William Borelli in Finance was also very kind and thorough. He gave us all the information, made sure he answered all our questions and comments, and made sure he gave us all the time we needed to understood that process. Our purchase included a spray-in bed liner which we had to schedule and return to the dealership a couple of days after purchase. Again Greg Williams coordinated that process and made sure that the liner was acceptable to us and the dealership. I truly appreciated that extra work by Greg. We are very pleased with our new 2015 Chevrolet Silverado and more than pleased with Terry Cullen, Southlake Chevrolet. I requested the replacement of the driver side visor the day I purchased the can in Feb. After approximately 5 weeks, with no feedback, I called to see if the visor came in. I was told it had arrived. I made an appointment to replace the visor, after sitting at the dealership for 2 hrs. on a holiday weekend Saturday, I was informed that the parts department had returned the visor to the warehouse. The driver door ambient light was not working after the service department replaced the driver side mirror. I was told for whatever reason that it "can't" be repaired on a Saturday. I was not notified when the 2nd visor arrived, after a month I called and they told me it had been received. The visor was finally replaced, but the door light was not repaired, so I had to return again that evening to drop the car off ?again?. In addition the plastic cover that covers the wire harness from the rear view mirror to the header was broken and the A pillar and header trim now has a gap between the pieces on the passenger side. Also there was a screw on the driver floor board, and a broken plastic fastener on the rear floor board. At this visit the door panel was damaged, they stated it was a manufacture defect, but I do not believe that to be true. I was also notified that the replacement panel was on back order. That was a month ago, and no one has followed up with me regarding its replacement. Your car should be better after a visit to the service dept., but mine is progressively worse. This has totaled killed the new car experience and pleasure for me.

Purchase a car and had it for 3 weeks. Received a call from the finance manager because HE made a mistake and did not look through our paperwork thoroughly and I had to return my vehicle. Totally flipped my family upside down and all he could say was sorry. The sales people there are GREAT BUT make sure you go in with your own financing so that his inability to do his job won't affect your chance at a new car! #verydisappointed

I needed dependable transportation for work and driving with my grandkids in my vehicle- I didn't think I would qualify for a new car, but Ms Rochelle Rodgers convinced me otherwise. She took me step by step on what to expect paperwork wise and operating my new vehicle~ even helped me setup the OnStar. I didn't think I would qualify because I had a low credit score and other negative issues that I thought would interfere with any type of vehicle purchase. Ms Rodgers was very pleasant, patient and understanding ~ I'm old fashioned and up in age and a lot of the operations in the car were new to me. Was first told that the oil change service would take about two hours to get to, but only took around an hour. You should go to an appointment system for this type of service. Other than that, this 3 year free oil change service is a good idea.

My review concerns the service side of Terry Cullen. I brought my car in to service advisor Stanle Watkins so the engine can be inspected. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told I would get a call when the car was diagnosed. 6 hours later I was at work and after calling back a few times my wife was told the motor was shot and the car was ready to get picked up. The following day I came in to pick up the car, was charged $95 for the diagnosis that said "burning coolant" and told Stalney Watkins weas unavavible because he was in a meeting. I go home and try to reach him a few more times throughout the day only to leave more messages. Here it is Wednesday morning with no response call to talk about my car diagnosis. I leave a message for both Stanley and the manager to explain my dissatisfaction for their lack of professionalism but I do not expect to get a call back. Sorry I went to this place, obviously their motive is to collect money and provide no professional opinion or advice afterwards

I travel for business, and during a business trip my key fob broke. I called Terry Cullen Chevy, and I received a replacement quote. While traveling I stopped at another Chevy dealer in Alabama to try to get the key sooner, and they quoted me double the amount, plus there was a 5 day wait!!! Outrageous! I happily purchased my key fob from Terry Cullen upon my return, as well as I had my usual maintenance work done there. Thank you for always making my experience a pleasant one.

I dropped my 2011 Malibu of early in june for a Insurance repair. Some how the Damaged my car and wanted me to except responsibility for it. After obtaining Pictureof the car before I dropped it off. I was sure the damage came from them. I had to cause a fuss to get my car repaired by them. Up until the day I picked it up in July theywere giving me Crappy service. If I didn't have the check from the Insurance company I know they would have left me with the damage they claim they didn't do. All the time they had my car I called every week to see since they've have the car for almost 2 months if the could do the recalls on the car. More excuse's no results. I didn't buy my Chevy there but took it there because it's close to my home. But after this Never again I'll drive right past it to go elsewhere.

Took my 2014 Equinox in to be fixed, water leak on both sides of the floor board, they kept car for 2 weeks and gave me different versions of what was wrong. "Supposedly" fixed the problem picked up the car drove it 4 days and floorboards were soaking wet again. Had to take it back in to repair again, kept it a week this time and said it was fixed....... we shall see! Don't have any faith in this service department. Also had to wait 2 hours for an oil change when I was the 3rd car in line! May be a good place to buy a car but take it somewhere else for service problems!!!!

This was the worst service experience I've ever had. The service rep ignored me at first (Jeff). Then another rep asked me what I needed after standing there and I explained to him what I needed. He then took me back to Jeff who then asked me to hold on. When he finally got around to me, he rushed through my request which resulted in not all repairs being sone. When I dropped my truck off, I explained to him that I had driven 2 hours to bring the truck there because the chevy dealer in my town was horrible. I explained again what I needed done and he said Yeah ok. I showed him the benefits package I had from TCC and wanted the services done as well. He said got it. He call me Tuesday to tell me my truck was ready, but I told him I would not be able to get there until Thursday. I rushed there to get it before they closed on Thursday. Since I'm active duty Army this is the earliest I could get there and he said it was fine. When I picked my truck up, they only changed the oil and none of the other services were completed. They did repair a warranty item I complained about but nothing else was done. To top it off, the guy who brought my truck to me had oil on his boots and got it on my floor mats. I have called several times to speak with someone and never got a call back. I chatted with an online rep who promised I'd get a call even if at work....no call. I mailed in a survey and requested a call..nothing yet. I will buy from their sales department but I REFUSE to use their service department again.

I called early in the morning for an oil change. They never answered. I went up there and was told that it was a 3 hour wait for an oil change. I went home and grabbed my kids. When I returned, I was told that there were 4 cars in front of me. I got there at 10:30 and left at 3:00. My 5 mt old baby took two naps and nursed her three times. I had to wait because my car is under warranty and I don't know if I can get an oil change from other places.

I enjoy going to Terry Cullen for my Oil change and Tire Rotation. The staff is very nice the waiting area is very nice and clean and so are the restrooms the cashier is very pleasant and when you check out she gives you (York Peppermint Patties) as a departing gift. You don't find that kind of service all the time, so it's a pleasure when you do. Let me say I gave a 4star and a 9 only because I went to wash my windshield and found that I was out of washer fluid. I thought when you go to get your oil change that all your fluids are checked as well. So I feel like they didn't check that. So correct me if I'm wrong because I have went to other oil change places and they check your fluids. Other than that little mishap I like their service. I tried to Submit this survey and it wants me to consent to the disclaimer but I don't want to be contacted. Thank you

Brought my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport in for a recall on the headlight module. After finally making a convenient appointment for the recall (which was for two weeks later) I was told by the woman who is in charge of scheduling the recall repairs( she's very sweet and pleasant) that she wasn't sure if I could get a loaner vehicle. This is a factory recall! The repair shouldn't only taken 3 hours. To avoid more inconvenienance I dropped the car off on Sunday night. The appointment was for 7 am. They called me at 3pm to say the car was finished. The three service advisors I talked to obviously hate their jobs as they were very indifferent to being "bothered". American car company dealers suck. We've had Chevrolet, Lincoln, Ford, Pontiac and Cadillac and they can't compete with Audi, Lexus, Volvo, or even Kia. If Chevrolet didn't make the Corvette, I wouldn't step foot in there

Tabitha was very helpful. Very persistent, but never pushy. I had a firm checklist of no-compromise deal makers and deal breakers, and she stayed within those guidelines and NEVER ONCE told me I needed to pay more for what I wanted. She was professional and kind. It's all a girl could ask for.I have a 4 star rating bc the process took a really long time even though I brought in my own financing, so that was frustrating. Also, ladies- if you're car shopping/ waiting on repairs by yourself, take caution. Some of the men on the sales team are a little thirsty for female attention. There's nothing wrong with a little light flirting, but it quickly became unprofessional and unwanted.

I went in for a oil change the last week of January and the first week of March my car wouldn't start. I sent my car to a shop thinking it was something minor like a starter, however I was told my motor locked up because there was literally no oil in the motor. I called Terry Cullen and was told by Jeff to bring the car to them so they could look at it themselves, before the accept blame for my engine blowing. Once there I was told I had high mileage on a 2012 and that could be the reason, also they said just because no oil wasn't on the stick doesn't mean it wasn't in the engine. However it was confirmed there was no OIL in the car. It took them three days to even look at my car in the mean time I'm paying for a rental, so i went in and talked to the owners brother. He pulled my records and found where I didn't bring the car to them since July when I brought it in to the shop in January. I explained to him that oil was kept in my car and I had no problems with my car, no noise, no stalls, nothing. I simply brought in the car in January for an oil change and tire rotation, I was also given a print out of things wrong with the car and it said nothing. After finally doing a diagnostic they confirmed with the other shop said the engine had blown, but they refused to accept blame for it, saying the engine was bad when I came for an oil change in January. If this is the case why wasn't I having any problems, no noise and why didn't they see it when they did the oil change. Simple there was NOTHING wrong with my car, and to have NO OIL in the engine with no leaks in a span of two months is unacceptable and clearly;y their fault. The following Saturday I went with a tow-truck to pick up my truck and here comes Terry Cullen's brother with a bill for 95.00. I explained to him that I was told by them to bring in the car so they could see for themselves if it was something they caused, how could you expect me to pay you 95.00 for a problem you created. He was real nasty I told him I didn't have the money so he said I couldn't get my truck. Of course I got frustrated because my engine is blown I'm paying money I don't have for a rental and now you want to charge me for looking at my car. My voice became slightly elevated and Cullen proceeds to tell me "What You Better Do is Be Quite". After this statement I let him know you will not talk to me in that manner you can ask me to lower my voice but who are you to tell me what I better do, he then threatens to call the police. I told him to call the police because I wasn't leaving without my car especially after I was told by your team to bring in the car and they never mentioned a fee for seeing what happen since they were the last one dealing with my motor, he then gave me the key. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this place especially if you are a woman because they will screw you over and try to talk to you like your beneath them

I was told by the Service Manager, Lee Powell, that the $95 fee for the diagnosis on my car would be subtracted from my total bill. I did not see that amount deducted. When I asked Scott about it, he said that he had already figured it in. If that is the case, then it should have been shown clearly on the invoice. Secondly, the credit/debit machine was not working in the payment office and I had to be driven to the Body Shop to pay. That was an inconvenience since I have back problems and was on my way for a doctor's appointment for a severely painful ankle and foot. I know that machines breakdown. However, I asked Scott could I have some type of complimentary service for the inconvenience. I suggested perhaps gas for my car. He stated that he could not do that but when I come back again, perhaps I could have a carwash. Really!I appreciated the service in repairing my car and the courteous service by Scott. However, because of the inconvenience of having to get in and out of a van with a bad back and painful ankle and foot to be driven to the Body Shop to pay my bill, Terry Cullen Chevrolet should have offered some type of complimentary service. Finally, the $95.00 diagnostic fee that the manager said would be deducted from my bill, should have clearly been deducted and itemized on the bill.Thank you for your service.Maxine Yancy

my car was cutting off while i was driving so i took it to the service center.i went on GMs website and found it was a common problem for this vehicle.They act like they didnt know what the problem was. Stanley Watkins told me he would charge me 95.00 for a diagnostic test i ended up paying 465.00 for just labor my total bill came to 811.00 for a part that cost 250.00 dollars. If you are a single lady dont go up their to get your car serviced unless you have a male friend that knows about cars.I have talked with six different mechanics and they all said they ripped me off. Dont do business with them they are crooks.

The issue that I carried my car in was resolved to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that I was told it would take probably less than 30 minutes, unfortunately I was still waiting 1 hr and 45 minutes later. When I asked if there was a problem the service person told me that there was a mix up with the paper work. There was never an apology for the mix up nor keeping me informed. The service department gets a 5 star rating. Mr. Steve and Mr. Lee have gone above and beyond to make sure all the machanical needs are repaired correctly in a timely manner. And I've never hand any issues with warranty cover. Being a female, I have never felt like I was 'taken advantage of' when dealing with this dealership. Everyone treats you like family. It's the little things, like the York peppermint patties when you check out at the service desk. It makes me feel like i just visited my aunt. The only reason I gave this dealership a 9 rating is the price of their used cars. A bit out of my comfort zone and it may be because they don't sell junk, who knows. The dealership did not have enough mechanics to get the vehicles out in quickly manner. The manager and service tech kept me inform the entire process and apologized for the wait. The actual service of the dealership was great and the price was great as well. Overall my experience was good.

I came in on Friday 10/03/14, for an oil change on my 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer. I had spoken previous to Mr. Scott Garrett concerning some additional work I needed on my truck, but it was after 3:00 pm and I knew they would be closing soon so I was able to get the oil changed and schedule the other services for a later date. While getting my oil change he came into the waiting room and showed me a filter that was on my truck that he highly recommanded me to change it and he showed me the oil and dirt all coated on the filter, and he quoted me the price for a new filter and I gave him the okay to install a new one. I was completed please at the service I received and I would highly recommand my family and friends to Terry Cullen Chevrolet at the Southlake location.

I hate trading cars, always have, same song and dance every time. I always feel like I'm trying my best not to get screwed by someone trying their hardest to screw me. Not this way at Terry Cullen Chevrolet. I drove an hour and a half to trade here, was dreading it in the worst way. I was greeted by Jeff. He was awesome and informative, not pushy at all, no high pressure here. I told them what I wanted for my trade and what I would give for their vehicle. I told them basically how much I wanted to finance not where I wanted my payment to be. Actually they didn't even ask about my payment, which is what most dealers do. They figure what you can afford and charge you whatever and stretch the payment out to meet your number. Not Jeff, not at Terry Cullen, they were straight up and I knew all aspects of my deal before I made it. Check them out , you won't regret it.

I like Terry Cullen Chevy because of the facility and the customer service. The staff overall are very friendly. The customers and the staff share a space for coffee and pleasant conversation is the norm. I was concerned about the quality of repair regarding my car. I took it in because it was running hot and the fan continued to come on. I was told it was repaired but I had to take it back and leave it because an error was made in the repair process. Finally, I will end on a positive note because although an error was made in the repair process, they did in fact diagnose the true problem, supplied me with a rental from Enterprise with all expenses paid. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. One last positive comment: I purchased my car from Steve Rayman and Terry Cullen agreed to accept the coupons I receive from Steve Rayman. I thought that was very courteous of the service manager.

I needed service on my 2008 Equinox due to the engine light coming on. Tracy Rice listened to my problems with the engine being hard to start when you first tried to start it in the morning. Tracy gave me excellent service. He informed me when they discovered the problems and that a part would need to be ordered. The part was ordered and install. I just purchased a 2014 Equinox at the beginning of April. My salesman, Dan Graham was extremely helpful and nice. I didn't feel any pressure to buy. He showed me all of the functions of the vehicle including the On Star and even set my phone up to the Bluetooth capability for me. He informed me of all the warranties and features that came with the car. My experience with Dan was a great experience. The experience with the finance department was a little different. Although they were nice enough they rushed through the entire loan process just to get a signature without explaining much. I ended up going through my insurance company State Farm to finance and found out that with them I could get the GAP insurance free. Terry Cullen finance department was going to charge me 800.00 for the same product if I had gone with their loan company.

I brought my Blazer to the service department when a franchise garage had no idea what they were doing to repair a problem although they kept trying. Out of desperation I violated my consumer senses and took the car to the dealership. That was a smart move!!! Terry Cullen fixed the problem then billed the garage for their work! They paid! Since then I have gone nowhere else. I bought my Equinox here because of the service department. They are always up front with me. I trust them. Never have I felt they are padding their work for a bigger return. On a couple major repairs they have worked with me to get the price as low as possible. My service writer is a true pro... I have been a customer for 7 or 8 years. I was made a believer through their service department. I had a very bad experience at an independent tire/repair shop. When it became apparent they couldn't fix my Blazer I took it to Terry Cullen. They not only immediately found and corrected the problem but they called the shop that had caused the problem and got them to pay the bill! That was all it took. I have taken my cars to no one else. My wife drives another GM product and I bring it to Terry Cullen for service. My adviser is Tracy Rice... honest, straight forward, professional, customer focused... he knows cars! But I think I can say all the advisers fit the same mold... Jeff, Stanley, Scott... And the mechanics are tops. The work is always done correctly the first time. I purchased my 2013 Chevy Malibu back in January of this year(2013). Greg Williams was a WONDERFUL sales associate. He was understanding and listened to my needs and what I wanted. The Finance Manager Keith Baker was also wonderful. I didn't get haggled or hassled; they were up front and honest about everything. I was able to drive off the lot in my new car that same night; Greg even stayed over a little while to help me get my OnStar account set up. And each service visit is a GREAT experience. The service team are ALWAYS willing and eager to serve the customers from something as small as putting air in the tires to changing the oil. I ALWAYS get friendly service with a smile. I had a trouble light on my 2010 Chevy Equinox that did not appear to impact operation except for a slight rattle sound from the engine. I took it to an independent repair shop with a good reputation. They ran a diagnostic, read the codes, did some flushing and cleaning and changed the oil. Told me it would take some time to "desludge"(???). I was over $100 poorer and, the light was back in 3 days. They reset it. This happened 3 more times. I decided to take the car to a service facility that knew what they were doing. I found one first try. It took no time at all for the Terry Cullen service department to find a failing part covered by a "if this breaks" type recall. Something the independent service facility would still be looking for at my expense. I took advantage for some other optional maintenance while part of the vehicle was already disassembled, saving on future labor cost. Unless your problem is obvious, like the tailpipe falls off or something, there is no sense in paying someone who lacks hands-on expertise with your make/model and without manufacturer backing, to figure out what's wrong. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and very up front. There is a big difference in paying to have your car worked on and having it repaired. Terry Cullen has a repair shop.

I've always heard the slogan "Just Hand Us Your Keys and We Will Hand You Our" or "Just Sign and Drive" but I'd never experienced that in the car buying process until I purchased my 2013 Chevy Malibu. I submited my application a little before midnight on a Thursday, chose a couple of cars I was interested in, made an appointment for 5p on Friday, on the way to my appointment I got a call from Mr. Shockley stating my deal was done. On Oct 9 2013 I traded my 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS in for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe LS. My salesman Mr. Daniel Crane was of great assistance to me on selecting my vehicle. First I scheduled an appointment the day before. I went here for a simple key cut, programming, and a oil change deal that they had going on today. I called to verify the price of a key cut and programming and they told me that it would be around $60 total. My boyfriend called and they told him the same thing, when I got there the guy acted like they couldnt do the service. So he went to the back to talk to some people and came out telling me that it would basically be $200 for the service, in the meantime he was being impolite, he kept cutting me off when I spoke to him, and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say.

In January of this year I bought a 2012 Malibu from Terry Cullen. Last week I carried the car in for routine maintenance for the first time. This was my first experience with the Service Department and being a woman I was a little nervous and out of my element. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Rice (I believe was his name), who showed me to the waiting area to wait for my car. When he returned to let me know my car was ready he explained to me what had been done and thanked me for bringing my car in. This turned out to be a pleasant experience and one that I won't be so nervous about again.

We were researching and comparing several small SUV's on the internet and went to the Terry Cullen Dealership to test drive a Chevy Equinox. We really had no intention to purchase that day, since we believed we needed to clear up a few items on our credit report before buying. However, a Salesman, Myreon Shockley, came out to greet us as we were exiting our car. He listened to our request and took us on a test drive, asking questions and chatting as we went. When we returned to the dealership, he stated that people often "think" things are worse than they actually are; and that it would only take a few minutes to "check and see" if we really did need to clear up those items. We agreed...and to make a long story short, we were given an offer and after a few adjustments we were taken to see the Finance Manager, Keith Baker, to complete the final paperwork. A few hours after walking in, we walked out with a new vehicle! The entire experience was soooooo much easier than we ever imagined. Great dealership, even better people to do business with! I would do it again in an instant and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Happy in Morrow!

I am so happy that I chose Terry Cullen Southlake to purchase my 2013 Camaro. I had been researching the car for a month and was considering another dealership. Late one night I finally submitted my information to Terry Cullen after looking at their inventory. I received a phone call from Dan around 9:00 A.M. the next morning greeting me and asking me "When do you want to come pick up your new Camaro?"I explained to him my situation and what I wanted. Dan asked me to submit a credit application and he would take a look and get back with me with an answer. Within an hour or so Dan called me back and said to me "What did I tell you when I called you earlier?" "Come pick up your new Camaro." I was sooooo excited. We set up a 4:00 P.M. to close the deal. Upon my arrival, Dan greeted my family and me promptly and warmly. He explained that my application was in financing. In the mean time, he offered us water and showed where there restrooms and vending machines were. Shortly thereafter, he asked me about my color preferences and it was available(metallic blue)! He showed me my price and monthly payment range. I accepted the terms and we then took a test drive as he explained all the features of the car. Once I agreed that was the one I wanted, he processed the application and gathered documents from me. I was then introduce to the Loan Manager and we reviewed the price and payments, in which I agreed. Following Dan introduced me to the team that would be cleaning up my new ride. In the meantime, Dan remained with me and family and conversed with us making sure we were comfortable and to assure me that the process will be finished shortly. I was so impress with his friendliness and the short amount of time it took go through the whole process once I got their. We were in and out within 2 hours. All my other car buying experiences took all day...this is my fifth car buying experience. I mentioned that to him and thanked him for making it a quick process. The financing experience was very smooth, non-intimidating, and friendly. Kevin, I believe, patiently and thoroughly explained my terms and warranties while allowing me to ask clarifying questions. Once completed, Dan congratulated and escorted me to my 2013 Camaro. We then set up my On-Star. He asked if I had anymore questions, thanked me for my business, informed me that he would check on me in a few days but call if I had question and sent me on my way with a BIG SMILE!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that Dan and Terry Cullen heard my concerns, needs and wants and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Dan/Terry Cullen Dealership to others. Ive bought two Camaro's and a Sonic in 24 months, John Cullen, Johnny Linder and Keith Baker always get the deal done right. I tried those big dealers 50 miles north, it isn't neccessary, John can get it done right here. You need a special color, special options John will track that down for you. My service experience for routine stuff has always been top notch, in early on Saturday's out quick. Service Manager Lee always calls to check on me. I cant say enough good things, I love this place!

I have bought three vehicles int he last 24 months, two Camaro's and a Sonic. Each time I was treated like a king and given a great deal. Sure I searched dealers as far away as Buford, but why travel, this local dealer has it all and beat the BIG GUYS pricing. I have delt with service many weekends for routine stuff and I was always in and out quick. In addition Lee followed up on every visit to ensure everything went well.You just cant beat having a friend for a dealer right close to home.

I would like to really point out the work of Keith Baker and my sales woman Sheri Lynn Key. I went in just to see if it was possible to trade in my 2009 Toyota Corolla for a new Equinox. Sheri greeted me very politely was more than professional. We searched out the inventory and she was very knowledgeable on the vehicles on the lot. Every question I had, she had very straight forward and to the point answer. My credit wasn't the best but I wanted to "THANK" the finance department for not giving up and after some time, we finally got a lender to finance me and take in my trade. This staff is a true 5 stars in my book. I would recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle to try out Terry Cullen Chevorlet. Their staff is true asset to the company. All in all at the end of the day, I got the vehicle I wanted and I am more than pleased with the service I received.

Last month, our truck, was stolen by person(s) unknown and the vehicle was wrecked and abandoned in Atlanta. I just bought my second Chevy Cruze from Terry Cullen in the past two years. While Terry Cullen isn't the closest Chevrolet dealership to me (they are over an hour away), I have found it is worth the drive. On both occassions, the Internet sale team was extremely helpful. They had the car ready, in front of the dealership, when I arrived. On both occassions, I was able to purchase a new vehicle with no hassles and drive away in my new car in under an hour.

I so enjoy bringing my car to Terry Cullen because I know that Jeff Banker in Services is going to meet me and provide great customer service. He treats me with great respect and that tells me the car will get the same respect. (Jeff's coworkers in the service department also greet me when I bring the car in for service. (They make me laugh) I feel like I am meeting with friends when I arrive with my car. I take great pride in ownership of this particular car and I feel that Jeff takes the same pride in keeping it in great shape. We have a partnership in the ownership of my car. During my last car visit he surprised me with a wash, and the team behind Jeff is to be thanked also. The car looked magnificent. I decided that maybe I should stop hand washing and let Terry Cullen clean up the car for me. I was happy to drive down the highway in my baby with that "showroom look". Thanks Jeff for the surprise spit shine I got, to include tires and car. Thanks to all who greet me in Services, and Floor Rep's. Great customer service.

I have been using Terry Cullen for the last 16 plus years. And I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. The truck is always ready when promised and repairs never have had to have a return. Tracey Rice, my service advisor for at least the last 10 yrs. has been excellent. You feel treated like a friend rather than an unknown customer. I plan on staying with Terry and his group for a long time.Couldn't be more pleased with the service.....unless it was free of course !!

A lot of people recommend staying away from a dealership in regards to service, but I decided to go against the grain and drop my vehicle off here. Took my car here for an emissions issue and full diagnostic. Was greeted by a friendly service staff and prompt service. My service representative Steve was extremely honest and professional. After the diagnostics, which was done in a extremely timely matter, Steve advised me of the work needed on my vehicle as well as the parts required and remained that way throughout the entire process! Even when I returned the next day with the wrong part! I'm not sure about the buying process, but if the sales department is just as honest as the service department, I would definitely recommend buy from them.

Billy Rogers, the sales manager, did exactly what he said he would do. He found the exact car I wanted at a great price. There were no last second surprises from the finance department either. This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car.

I'm giving this rating to Steve in the Service Department for outstanding customer service solving a long distance problem. My daughter Jennifer works in Stockbridge Ga. and I'm her father and live in Palm Coast Florida. I had just returned home to Florida after spending a week with Jennifer to find and purchase a new car. She had an expensive Toyota Sequoia that she purchased at Car Max and although it was a good vehicle it was very expensive to maintain and the payments,insurance and gas was more than her budget could handle.She ended up trading the Sequoia and purchasing a 2009 Chevy Malibu. The next day she called me at home very upset because she had a check engine light came on and her gas gauge was not working and asked for my help. I called the Terry Cullen Service Department at the end of the day.(I was wondering what kind of help I would receive calling from Florida at closing time). I was connected with Steve in Service and I felt like I was talking to a close family member who really cared and immediately got involved. He scheduled an appointment with my daughter for the next morning, got her a rental car and took care of the problem. I know most companies try to offer good customer service, but I feel Steve really cared about helping us and went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a strong asset to this dealership and my daughter and I really appreciate the expert level of service we received.

When I began my search to buy a new car, I called around to several dealerships in my area. I chose Terry Cullen Chevrolet because everyone was so extremely helpful. My salesman was Keith and even over the phone, he was tremendously helpful in discussing prices, models, mileage, and available cars on the lot. Keith demonstrated such patience in answering all one thousand of my questions. He made me feel as though he was happy to be helping me, not trying to get me off of the phone to move on the next customer. When I made it to the dealership about a week later, Keith was not available so the sales manager Q stepped in to help. Q was so great to work with. He took me around the lot and showed me cars he thought I would be interested in and I found one that I absolutely fell in love with. I will go back to Terry Cullen Chevrolet when it comes time to buy another car, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. I love my Tahoe!

Terry Cullen Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic when it came to my recent purchase of my new 2012 Tahoe. I pulled right up and there was a salesperson right there to assist me. I have a fear and hatred of dealerships from previous experiences, so I was very weary of the games they might try to play. I told Keith, the salesperson who immediately greeted me, that I did not need his help as I hate being pressured into situations. He said, and I quote, "Ma'am that is completely understandable. Here is my card, please come find me if you need any help whatsoever, or if you have any questions at all." He handed me his information, and even showed me how the cars are laid out, so I could find what I was looking for. I browsed for a bit, but was still unsure of exactly what I wanted. I went back inside and found Keith, and he took me outside with keys of 3 different Tahoes and explained the varieties and differences in each one. The best part about this was that Keith was enthusiastic and excited to help me, which made me feel 10x more comfortable. We took a test drive and arrived back at the dealership. They appraised my trade, a little bit less that what I was hoping for, but they got me an excellent interest rate, and an excellent monthly payment to make up for it. A special touch that I appreciated more than anything was that Billy Rodgers (Sales Manager) came out and spoke with me, just to make sure that my experience was a good one. What a classy example of how business should be done. It was such a weird feeling going through this process because I hate dealerships, but at Terry Cullen I felt so comfortable. I would refer anybody in the Atlanta area to this dealership and anybody to go see Keith, Billy, and the entire crew down at Terry Cullen Chevrolet. Amazing staff, excellent experience, A+ customer service!

Last month I was searching on the internet for a New Tahoe. I found the one I wanted at Terry Cullen Chevrolet.. It was a drive to get there but well worth it. The sales person provided over the phone the best price, explained the financing and set an appointment for me. They had a buyer for my trade in and gave me a better than normal price for it.. And beat my credit union interest rate! I am very happy and was skeptical of the internet sales deal..I will do it again with these guys..It was the best experience I have ever had!! And I got a year of schedualed oil changes and rotations free! Thank you Terry Cullen!!

This past March I had the unfortunate misfortune of my Suburban breaking down near Terry Cullen. Fantastic service people with AAA towed me to the nearest hotel and promised to come back in the morning to tow me to Terry Cullen if they could take me. We were travelling from Canada to Florida-my self(a woman), my senior mom and 4 children ages 4-13. I called Terry Cullen at 7:30am to ask if they could do the work right away for me. Stan promised me that "they would take care of me"-I heard that about a dozen times that day. I had already been told by the AAA men that my starter bolts had broken(2) and they handed me the broken bolts-so I knew how much was still in. the pieces needed to be drilled out-may take an hour or two.. by lunch and my 3rd call in I was told that the bolts were difficult and they may have to take my engine out to drill them. By this time I knew they were taking advantage of me. I stood in the service window for the next two hours while no one worked on my car. I had my mechanic talking to them on my cell phone-he told me from what he was hearing I wouldn't get out without $2000. By this time my gas tank was leaking all of a sudden and my fuel pump went. I was another day before I cold leave. My husband was begging them to put my car back together -of course the answer was-we will take care of her. I asked for Terry Cullen to call me-He called once when I wasn't near my cell phone and left a message for me to call him if I want to speak to him further. that was it-so to brek down at Terry cullen it cost me $600 in phone bills, $130 hotel, $100 in restaurant, and 2 days of entertaining my little ones in their service waiting room and 2 days of our vacation. (they gave me $70 off the bill because I was so furious.) I sent a letter to GM and they sent it to GM Canada to "deal" with. Terry Cullen won't even answer their call. what a hugh disappointment in Terry cullen and GM for not handling this

It was a fairly painless experience. Only negative was that we got the car with hardly no gas and we didn't get extra keys or an owners manual with it. We do appreciate that the sales person did however help us in obtaining the other key to the car in a timely manner.

I was traveling through Atlanta on my way back to Florida and the check engine light came on in my 2005 Chevy Malibu. I checked on my IPhone for Chevy dealers and found Terry Cullen to be nearby. They took my car right in their service dept. and I walked next door to Wendy's for a burger. When I returned they gave me the bad news, my repair would be in excess of $1000, which was about all I had in my checking account. Lee the service mgr. told me of a sale that they were having and introduced me to Gwen one of their sales people. Gwen showed me a brand new 2011 Chevy Cobalt and told me with $500 down my payments would only be $225 per month. I told shared with Gwen the news of my recent bankruptcy and she told me no problem, lets see what the bank says. Well I finished my trip in a brand new car thanks to Lee and Gwen and all the nice people at Terry Cullen. Breaking down in Atlanta turned out to be a good thing. Jim Melbourne Beach, Fl.

I BROUGHT A 2007 MALIBU SS USED FROM TERRY CULLEN AT SOUTHLAKE. THE CAR HAS BEEN IN SERVICE MORE THAT 10 TIMES EVERY TIME THEY COME UP WITH A PROBLEM. I TOOK THE CAR IN FOR 2000.00 WORTH OF WORK DONE THEY HAVE THE CAR A WEEK THE NEXT DAY NOT IN 24 HOURS THE CAR PROBLEMS WERE STILL NOT FIX I TOLD THEN IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION THEY SAID IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION AND CAME WITH SOME MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. THEY COULD NOT FIX A SIMPLE BRAKE JOB. WHEN THEY CHARGE ME TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS THEY SAID IT WASN'T THE TRANSMISSION ALL IT NEED A WAS TRANSMISSION SERVICE DID THAT, NEW TRANS MOUNT FRONT,REAR STILL NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION THEY SAY TWO WEEKS LATER TOOK IT BACK TO THEM NEED NEW BRAKES WHICH THEY CALLED THEM SELF'S FIXING AND GUESS WHAT THE TRANS NEED A PART KNOW THAT GOING TO COST ME 200.00 WHICH I DON'T HAVE TERRY CULLENS IS A RIP OFF DEALERSHIP I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM.
