Anthony and Rob went the extra mile to get us thevehicle we really wanted. This was a return visit and purchase for us. Last year we purchased a Forester and have been equally pleased with both visits.

Anthony did a super job of representing the dealership and Subaru line, yet provided purchasing information "as if" he was helping us make a best decision. This was a remarkable, balanced experience for a first-time Subaru buyer. I teach healthcare customer service at a nearby university and I should invite Mr. Christie as a guest speaker for one of my classes. The entire process from arrival to driving off with a New Forester was personable, encouraging, and helpful throughout. We will go back in the Spring to trade my wife's car for a Subaru CrossTrek.

Owned all of the expensive German cars until 2009 when we drove an Outback in Colorado. Said goodbye to poor customer service, greater-than-expected repair costs, and $500 oil changes with the German models. Got a Subaru, loved it, then bought a second one. These were cars #3 and #4 from Thelen.Mr. Thelen, you have wonderful, hard-working people in the Subaru service department-in particular, Shannon Greenwood (we interact with her most of the time). All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, provide accurate estimates, and return our vehicles in a timely manner. Customer service is alive and well at this dealership and as long as it's there, we will continue to purchase our vehicles from this dealership. Thank you all. . WE notice your attention-to-detail efforts.

It's the second time I talked to Anthony and he set me up with another brand new vehicle a Subaru this time instead of a Mazda and I love the sun roof and beautiful blue color...feeling special thanks Anthony!

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Thelen Honda . They have a terrific salesperson named Anthony C. I went in a told him exactly what I wanted and exactly how much I wanted to spend. When he could find me the perfect car for me to call, otherwise don't bug me or it's NO DEAL. It took about a month for him to find it , but I did relieve that call and it is the perfect car for me. We will do business with them again, but the only sales person we will deal with is Anthony!!

Turned in my lease and leased a 2016 Suburu Outback. It was a very easy trade, staff informative and very helpful. I feel very confident and happy with the trade. Facilities exceptional too.

Thelen provided a great sales experience. I have also used the service department and have had excellent results. Thelen may be a bit overpriced but they do go over the top to provide the best in customer relations.

I was a diehard VW owner, but wanted something AWD and what VW had to offer was not appealing or affordable for me; I shopped around to 3 dealers, Dunning Subaru of Ann Arbor(where I work), Grand Blanc Subaru(where I live) and Thelen Subaru. I initiated contact via the website and corresponded with Thomas Thelen, from there I came into the dealership to talk in person, have my trade evaluated etc. From all 3 dealers Thelen offered me the highest trade in and the best deal/price on a 2016 Crosstrek so I ordered one to get exactly what I wanted. Was contacted when it arrived, came the next day to pick it up, everything went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was great. I highly recommend Thomas and the whole Thelen dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru or any other brand they carry. Love my Subaru!

This dealer is way over priced on their oil change charge. Some dealers give you a free first time oil change or a discount at least. I was charged $82.00 for a oil change plus $18.00 to rotate my tires. Like the car.....not the maintence department at this dealer. Got me once but not again.
