1st timer at this location. Brought my car in for service. Was met and assisted by a very nice service advisor. She answered my questions, briefed and guided the procedure to me walking out of there with a fixed car and great experience. They've earned a customer in me for future repair work, and I'd gladly endorse Teresa Smith for her professionalism.

Bought a car at Thomas yesterday and had a terrible experience. We were given 5 different prices, 4 of which happened in 24 hours. Michelle was brought over to help the situation, and instead of bringing water she brought wood and fuel. She insulted us repeatedly, blamed us for things that didn't fit the situation, contradicted herself constantly, finally admitted she was assuming things, and left us feeling like she cared more about $50 than us. We should have just walked out and not bought the car. My husband has been a life long Thomas subaru buyer, I was switching over to subaru. So instead of gaining another life long customer, by the end of yesterday, they lost 2. Worst car buying experience EVER. Rude, disrespectful, insulting, I STILL can't believe all that happened while we were there. Never again!!!!
