Took my 2008 Mustang there for the Takata air bag recall. After they replaced the air bag, they told me my battery was almost dead. I had them replace the battery for $150 and now the CD player keeps searching for CD's then gets an initialization error, every time I open the car door or after I start the car. I took the car back to them to repair the radio they damaged and they told me that the radio needed a new head, and they would call me on Monday when they checked with their management to see if the repair would be covered. It's been two weeks now and nobody called, so they basically broke my radio and won't take responsibility for it.Beware when dealing with Thorouhbred Ford, as they do not care about customer service and accepting responsibility for their actions.

I was in the area and decided to stop and get my oil changed in my F150. Everything went smooth with the service. About a week later I get notified that one of the tech's put a diesel additive in my radiator. I was glad the dealership was forthcoming with that information. They offered to flush my system and refil it. I took them up on that offer but I am extremely concerned the affects it will have on my motor. The diesel additive is coppers worse nightmare. It will eat it! Ford motors are full of copper. The dealership also replace my radiator cap because this is the only user part you would be able to see the damage. I wanted more done but was declined any other service. The next time in I had warranty work done. Have them the truck the night before and they had it all the next day. I called to require about the progress because I need my vehicle and the day was getting late. I was informed my truck was not done and it would be toward the end of the next day. No problem, My extended warranty covers a rental car. When I asked for rental car I was given the run around. I informed the service guy Inhad to have a vehicle for work the next day. After several text message he said I could come get some wheels but it would be anything special. By this time it was 5:35 and he said I had to be there by 6. Needless to say I couldn't make it up there and I didn't get a rental. As I write this I don't know how I am going to get to work or if I can. I don't have a vehicle. This guy beat me out of a rental that my warranty covered. If I don't make it to work then I am out a lot of money. To make things worse Hillary Clintons on TV. I know, I know sucks to be me. Anyways I don't recommend this dealership for service. I am stuck as they are the only ones that will work on mine because of the diesel additive stirring in my system.

Without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Forest was patient, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. The buying process was quick and the paperwork was simple and straightforward. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely do all of my car buying experience with Thoroughbred Ford and Forest Durnil. I never felt pressured, ignorant for asking questions, or like I was not important because I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot. All of those were experiences I had at other dealerships. Thanks for making this experience a pleasurable one that I can tell all of my friends and family about!

I came in on a Saturday because it was the only day available to me because of my work. I got there later than I had hope knowing there would be a long line but I was pleasantly surprised. Thoroughbred got me right in. Our car had an oil change and the tires rotated. I sat in the show room at one of the tables because I was working on my Bible study due Monday night. It was out of the way and I got most of it done before Mike Taylor came to get me. He joked with me that he had to find me. Mike was so friendly and courteous, that is one of the main reasons we continue to come to Thoroughbred. Everyone seems to go out of their way to get your needs met and does it with a smile. As I checked out, once again Mike explained everything and genuinely thanked me for coming to have the oil change with Thoroughbred. I do not mind traveling the extra distance to get such superb service from such friendly people.

Ford Escape - my first visit for oil change since purchasing car. Very impressed with level of professionalism of employees. I left my car at 0700 & was called at 0900 to pick it up. They washed it which was very nice. Did not, however, vacuum it out. I will be back because I like the service & I believe they will be knowledgeable enough to "catch" any problems which may occur in advance.

We purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. It was amazing the service we were provided with! We purchased the car just after it had been traded in to the lot and they took extra time to have it detailed, provided me with a rental car, and went extra miles to ensure that my husband and I were happy with our purchase. This is our fourth family car from Thoroughbred Ford (counting extended family it makes 9), and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They make buying a car such an easy experience.

I like how some of the staff knows my name and recognize me when I come for an oil change. I like how the service area is clean and very well lit. They all do their best to get you serviced and back on the road as quickly as they can --- They are goal driven in that regard. I know because I have bought five cars from the Thoroughbred Dealership over the past 20 years. Get there early on Saturday mornings because this is a very popular place to be. The chairs in the waiting room fill up quickly, but I have experienced that the other Ford owners waiting will give up their chair if you need one. I have noticed that the Men will stand and talk sports with each other which is fun for them.Free coffee is available in the waiting room along with a big screen tv.

I brought my truck in to have the drivers side mirror replaced, while it was in the shop for the repair i had hit my mileage for an oil change and tire rotation so I asked my service advisor if they could perform the works package on my vehicle as well.They took great care of my vehicle, they had it in and out of the dealership in just under 2.5 hours with all service work done, including giving my truck a bath. The car runner that does the car washes even went out of his way to remove my company magnets from the side of the truck and cleaned them off as well. The team at Thoroughbred went well out of their way to take care of me.

I took my F150 in for oil and tire rotation on a holiday when they were pretty busy. They estimated turn around to be 2 hours. I only waited 1 hour and was very pleased that my small job still got priority treatment.

I just bought a brand new Ford Fiesta! I also own a 2007 Focus that I purchased new at Thoroughbred Ford, that now has 230,000 miles on it and has been given to my 16 year old. Harold Dorsey, TJ Anderson, Mike in service and the rest of the Thoroughbred team were great thru the purchase of my new Fiesta as well as thru all maintenance and repairs to my Focus. I had a really good experience getting my oil changed at the Thoroughbred Ford on Barry Rd in Kansas City...unlike the one in Platte City. I went there first as it is close to my home and I had a coupon. They told me the "oil change guy" wasn't in that day and to come back some other time. I asked if he was the only one there that knew how to change oil. They said he was the only one that does it. I told them that my coupon expired that day but he said he couldn't do anything about it. This is not the first time I have been highly dissatisfied with their dealership in Platte City and went to the one on Barry Rd and was well taken care of. I have talked to others that have not been satisfied with them either. I don't know how they stay in business. But your dealership on Barry Rd is really great. Very friendly and does a very good job.

My husband, 1 year old and myself brought in our 2015 Fusion for an oil change and safety recall a couple weeks ago around 7:15am. As always the staff was friendly and everything was done that we asked for, but it took a little over 4 hours for this service. When we called to set up our appointment we were told it wouldn't take long at all, if we would have known it would take 4 hours we would have never brought our son! There were other customers in the lounge waiting for their vehicle service to be done and several of them had employees come in and give them updates on the progress of their vehicle, we however never had a single person tell is anything. My husband went out after 2 hours and asked about our vehicle and all the gentleman could say was it was still being worked on and didn't know how much longer. We were not very happy with the customer service this day and the lack of information we received about the progress of our vehicle, not sure if we will be back for any future services.

Vehicle sat in outbound ready lane for almost 20 minutes before I had went up to the service counter to find out if the vehicle was ready or not. Also we purchased vehilce at dealership and rewards program, the service person said he did not see our vehicle on file but we have always taken it to the dealership and had owner loyalty card was presented at time of arrival.

I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago for a vehicle recall. After having my vehicle for 10 hours already, my husband called and they said it won't be getting fixed today. No one even bothered to call and tell us, which is pathetic since this was the fourth time he had spoken to the dealership today. The service department was even going to call us and we're just going to shut the doors and leave. It is unacceptable to not fix the vehicle within the 10 hours you have it and then not call to let the owner know! Had to pick up my vehicle that they've had since 8 am & have no choice but to schedule another appointment they likely won't care about. What was the point of making an appointment if my car wasn't going to be fixed today? EVERY SINGLE time I go in for a repair I have to go in 3 times just to get them to look at it. Their service department is horrible!!!!!

went in for a oil change, took a little long for someone to help me, but they where or acted like they where busy (on the phone a couple of them) the one that helped me was helping someone else and finialy said that he would be with me in a minute, none of the other guys even looked up from there phone call...that was a little annoying...but other than that it was fine, got done with my car in a hour and 15 minutes.

Vehicle was ready for over 15 minutes sitting in outbound customer lane and I had to go check on it in order to get my service paid for. Additionally, vehicle when checked in did no show in your data system although I purchased it there and all service has been performed by the dealership. Was a bit shocked when they could not find our vehicle in their system.

I have only used Thoroughbred Ford's service dept. for service on my 2010 Ford Edge since I bought the vehicle new there. The Edge now has 160,000 miles and is in perfect operational condition. I feel I owe much of my vehicles longevity to Thoroughbred's service staff. They always go above and beyond to check out everything, (though not required) and address any problems they foresee. I have never been disappointed by the service OR prices charged when I take either of our two Ford minivans in there for service. They might charge a bit more than other places but in my opinion, the peace of mind is more important than the extra cost.

I purchased a new F-150 after purchasing a new Ford Fusion back in June for my wife. The staff was easy to work with and reasonable in their offers. They also let me use the truck as a "loaner" for over a week as my old car was being processed through insurance due to it being totaled. Overall, it was as good an experience as buying a car can be.

I did not buy the Fiesta at Thoroughbred but in Iowa. I moved to KC and have had my car serviced at your dealership for the last two years. I had to replace a wiring harness that was previously replaced in 2014. The service was completed at no charge. Service personnel are and have always been professional and courteous in their dealings with me. The floor in the service area should be refinished with a surface that is non-skid/slippery. That area is often very congested, particularly early in the morning.

Very fast . One of my 2 IA Key Fobs was not working. Found that the IA Fob itself was fine but somehow the car receiver had lost it's memory of it. Technician reprogrammed the receiver and all was fine. I was surprised that this was not covered by my Premium Care Extended Warranty with $0.00 deductible since this was a car receiver issue and not a Key Fob issue.

I Came in for a Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Flat repair and Brake Service due to squeaking. I had my vehicle service completed in just shy of 3 hours. They ended up resurfacing my front rotors and replacing both front pads. The only issue was somehow my front undercover was not snapped back in right and came loose in car wash. The tech came out and immediately resolved the issue when I pointed it out to my service representative. Overall great experience.

I had 3 issues to be resolved when I arrived. 1) recall - fixed. 2) A message - the coolant level is low - they checked the coolant system - found no problems - added fluid - fixed. 3) The clearance on the back door was not equal on both sides - causing problems when it closes - sometimes - fixed. When I arrived, Dave was very professional, courteous and helpful. He is great. The service was fantastic, as always! The service tech got the scare of his life though! I drive a white F150 - a fairly common vehicle. I dropped it off for service in the morning and had a minor surgical procedure about an hour later. The docs gave me some pain meds and sent me home. After getting a call that afternoon that my truck was done, my husband went back to pick it up. Another tech told him that it was being brought up to be washed and it would be a few minutes before it was at the front. Ok, No big deal - my husband went to wait in your comfortable waiting area. A few minutes later, the tech went to go find my husband to tell him the truck was up front. No husband in the waiting area.As several white, F150s had already left out of the service dock, he thought he'd given the keys to the wrong truck to my husband. So, the tech called me, and told me that I was in the wrong truck. ??? Hmmm. Now I know the meds were good, but I was pretty sure I wasn't in ANY truck. I told him I'd sent my husband to get the truck, and described my husband. He confirmed my description and said that my husband was in the wrong truck! Crap. I call my husband and said, "You're in the wrong truck!" *dead silence* "No, I'm not. I'm standing in the bathroom at the dealership." *more silence* "I'll call you back."I called the tech back and told him where my husband was - meanwhile my husband had walked back out to the service area. My truck was just being pulled up - all clean and sparkly from a fresh wash. As it turns out, my husband's doppelganger has a white F150 and was in his own truck.My husband said the tech was white as a ghost and just glad that the right person had the right truck. My husband giggled all the way home. See...when I call my husband, he thought that the meds were really doing a number on me and that I had dreamed the whole thing. It wasn't until he got back out to the service bay that he finally figured out the whole doppelganger situation.Thanks for a job well done on the truck and a good laugh too! See you in 5000 miles!

The service we received at Thoroughbred while buying our new 2016 Fusion was excellent throughout the entire process. Our sales rep Brandon Lincoln exceeded our expectations and was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was friendly and professional.We had a very specific set of criteria for our new vehicle. Unfortunately the car that we had in mind wasn't in stock at Thoroughbred, but Brandon saved the day by offering to look through the extended inventory and find an exact match from another dealer in the area. He found the exact car we wanted and set up a trade. He got everything taken care of incredibly fast and kept me in the loop over the phone. I was very pleased with the level of communication that he provided.He was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated how straightforward he was while discussing numbers. I have been to a few dealerships where they used high-pressure sales tactics, stalling and delaying, distracting you with way too many numbers, etc., but I didn't experience any of that at Thoroughbred. It took only minutes to lock down a deal and I feel like I paid a fair price for the new car and got a reasonable price on my trade-in.The finance office was very quick to process my loan application, and signing all the paperwork went much quicker than I expected. They also clearly explained the extended warranties, protection plan, service packages, etc. that were offered and were not pushy when I declined some of them. I greatly appreciated that.Once we were all done, Brandon took the time to sit down in our new car with us and go over all the features and controls. He helped us pair our phones to the MyFord Touch system and went through every menu to explain how to set it up to our liking. He was very knowledgable and even gave us a few pointers that he learned from using the system in his own car.We had a great experience at Thoroughbred. We plan to make it our first and possibly only stop next time we're in the market for a car.

I actually had fun buying my new 2008 Ford Edge yesterday at Thoroughbred. Walked in around 9am and left with paperwork complete, trade taken in and keys in hand by 11:15am. On. A. Saturday. My salesperson, Ryan is top notch and very busy. I was not his only guest at the time but he orchestrated the entire process flawlessly. My F&I guy was calm, knowledgeable and honest. My credit report had a couple of hiccups but financing was approved without drama. Great advice in regards of how to up my CS so that my next purchase will be at a better rate as well as to how to creatively pay my loan to lock in solid credit worthiness. These guys have a sincere interest and passion for what they do and I am grateful for the invaluable info that they shared with me. It is going to have a life long impact in terms of credit and stability for me. Quality of life is equal to the quality of your credit score. Pure and simple. On a more personal note, I worked here several years ago and know the stellar reputation that Thoroughbred has, not only in regards to being above board in their established business ethics but also for their presence in the community. Had the best salesman I have ever dealt with, Ryan Brehm, I contacted Ryan on a totally different truck and what I was looking for he had the deal almost done, but I threw the numbers together and it was just more then I wanted to spend, I considered my sales call with him over. Not Ryan, the following Monday he texted me on my phone sent some pictures and told me he found the truck I had been looking for, I was thinking yeah right If I like it, this will be to high in price, I drive 85 miles to look at a truck, that was quite frankly rough, he promised let me do the deal and if I want completely satisfied he would let me walk away from the deal, Ryan went in my opinion above and beyond, buffed out the truck new tires and fixed my punch lists of things I wanted done to the truck before I would be happy with it, his vision was perfect, I bought a truck I hadn't really seen in great condition, when I arrived to pick up my 2005 Ford f150 I was so surprised and thrilled it looks incredible, I couldn't be happier, I have a great truck , great warranty and a place to purchase my next brand new vehicle some day in the future. Ryan is excellent at his job and should be commended, I am a salesman myself, I am really good at my job and he would be an asset for any company, Train that guy to go anywhere, pay him so he doesn't have to, Great job to your whole team, won me as a customer, Ill be back.

Service was for 30,000 mile maintenance. As always with this dealer (Thoroughbred Ford), check in & out was courteous & expedient. At the cashier, my husband asked if they give Military discount. Though the bill was already printed, Tim in Parts took the time to refigure each of the parts, giving the discount & reprinting saving us about $15. The body shop was great with fixing my vehicle when it was vandalized. They worked with my insurance company on the estimate and when they needed an extra part, I never had to do any of the running around. My car was ready for me sooner than expected and when I asked them to fix one little thing on the car before taking it home, they didn't fuss. Not to mention they were able to connect me with tech support when I mentioned that my sync was acting up. Once again everyone at Thoroughbred was very kind, which I really appreciate as a first time car owner.

When I came to Thoroughbred to look at an F150 I was immediately greeted and treated like a relationship rather than an open wallet. I walked in back in January not expecting to walk in and buy a car that day, I figured we'd just look and see what all itvwas gonna cost me first, as with the down payment and such. Couch (Dave) walked out to me on the lot and offered his help, I was resistant at first because I figured he was going to push me to buy a car that day, but he didn't push anything at all! He drove us around looking for the car I had came to view and when I found the one I liked (model wise) he got me in it to test drive, when I came back I said I would only want it if I could have it in the candy blue. They didn't have any at the lot so he went inside and tracked me down the exact color I wanted. Which was at another dealership in platte city, we drove and picked it up. Signed the paper work and I walked out of the dealership that day with my new pride and joy! All a big thanks to Dave!!!

It was time for my regular service to be performed, so I called to make an appointment. I was told the no appointment was necessary, I could simply bring my car in anytime during business hours. When I arrived, I was greated by a friendly member of the service department who indicated the work could be done while I waited and he estimated 1 to 1 1/2 hours. So I brought my 2013 F-150 in to Thoroughbred Ford (Kansas City) for "The Works" package, as always they took great care of my truck, they got the services performed in a timely manner. The service representative was extremely helpful as I am due for new tires and helped me to review some new options. My only irritation through the entire service was the fact that when they returned my vehicle to me it was fresh from the car wash, soaking wet, and now is dirtier than I brought it in and is covered in spots and water run lines. I would much rather receive no car wash than now be forced to take it to another car wash to clean up what they did to it.

My Hybrid gets 42 miles to the gallon highway and in town even better. I love my new car and the people at Thoroughbred could not have been nicer. Andrew had told us that it would take about an hour, but they were finished within 30 minutes, and they also did the inspection that is offered. Brake work was done exactly as I asked, and performed perfectly as usual. I could have had the repair done cheaper elsewhere, however, I'll trade that for the peace of mind that comes with knowing the repair was done correctly and that in the event of any related issues, that the service dept will stand behind it's work. (as they've shown in the past) There are possibly some maintenance items I might take elsewhere (other than the dealer), but brakes - something that could save my life or someone elses, is not one of them.

The service was great. I just feel the price was very high just to activate the remote start feature on my fusion. I read in the Ford manual it only takes 10 minutes yet I was charged 80 dollars. This is why people don't take their car to the dealer to have work done.

I am always very pleased with my treatment but I was disappointed that they did not wash my car after I had my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I did take my car into the service department in the afternoon so I would like to know if they just do the car wash in the morning.

I had no problem with the service. Brought my new f150 in to have first oil change and a problem with the heated seats. They needed to get a part for the seats, in which they did and I came back the following week and they put the part in. The only problem with the temp being in the single digits and the wind chill below zero it would be nice to have heated seats. The blowers on the seats work now and it is blowing cold air. Not my cup of tea. I am trying to get another visit with the service dept. Only will make one more trip down to get this resolved. Next time will trade truck off for something else. Besides that service was great, and the staff was great also, My salesman helped me all the way until the truck was finished. Spent lots of money, 3RD truck i have bought from thoroughbred. just want to have everything work. thanks dennis.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had. First time on the lot, test drove an Explorer, felt no pressure about purchasing, Cliff (salesman) was there to answer questions, knowledgeable and friendly. We left the lot feeling no pressure just a friendly handshake and a "let me know if you have any questions or what we can do to earn your business." Cliff called a few days later and asked me simply, "what are looking to do with your car purchase?" I told him our parameters and apprehensions, he stated that he would work on something and call me back. The next day he called and said he had exactly what we were looking for and indeed he did. The model, price point, and terms were spot on. When we arrived back at the dealership we were driving off the lot in less than 2 hours and that was with financing and paperwork. Love this place!

The experience that my wife and I had was very positive.I had began talking with our sales rept. back in June about various models ford had. Our sales rep was Arturo Mondragon and was very helpful. At no time did we feel under any pressure. Art was very polite and had the knowledge to answere all my questions about verious models.He worked with us on the final sales price. The staff was exceptional. Jim Comer was my sales consultant, and I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and tried to meet my needs. He was transparent, friendly, genuine, and went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I didn't interact with Greg Polsky, the Sales Manager, as much, but to the extent that I did, he was also committed to making my experience a positive one. I regret I don't remember their names, but the two gentlemen I interacted with in Finance were also very helpful and informative. Even my experience with the Parts employees, especially Tim Embry, was very positive.

I had called other dealers in KC and Ryan was the only one who immediately told me all the rebates available for the F-150 I was looking for. The other dealers had not even mentioned the ones he told me about. He also gave me a great trade-in price for my truck. In less than 2 hours I had left the dealership with my new truck. I would highly recommend this dealership for women who are buying a vehicle by themselves. I had also purchased a truck from this dealer in 2003 and was very satisfied with that purchase. Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained every feature on the truck before I left. He also called 3 times with in 3 days after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the truck. I am very satisfied with my new F-150 " hassle free" purchase and give the dealership high marks.

I recently visited a couple dealerships prior to making my final purchase at Thoroughbred Ford & it was nice to not feel pressured into a sale and have someone who was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was interested in. Bill had the vehicle I was interested in waiting up front upon arrival for further review and a test drive. Jessica was also very professional & possesses a great personality! I cannot remember the other gentleman's name that wrote up the paperwork / warranty information, but he was a real nice guy who explained everything very well.Upon coming back to the dealership that day, I found my vehicle that I drove to the dealership (didn't trade in) to possess a dead battery. This was after they had closed for the day, but a few people were still around, in which, one of the guy's took his time to get my vehicle jump started. Ryan made the experience of buying a new car fun again. I went into the dealership with a bad attitude because of several past experiences at another dealership with regard to how long it took and how much they jacked you around before you actually bought the car or left. The first night I stopped in, Ryan gave me a test drive and took all the information he needed in order to start the process for making a deal and getting financing for me. I was out of the dealership and on the way to my meeting in about an hour. The next night I went back to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. Everything was ready and I was out of there in short order. The longest time spent the second night was going over the Sync and the workings of the car. This is how it should be. Buying a new car should not be painful and you shouldn't have to fight with everyone at the dealership before the deal is finalized. I would go back to Thoroughbred Ford again and would definitely recommend Ryan. He was a real pleasure to work with and I am very pleased that I was able to work with him.

Hello, my name is Randy, and I bought another new truck from Thoroughbred Ford the other day. This is my fourth truck from this dealership. All of my trucks have been in excellent condition and were only traded to get something newer and nicer. I purchased my latest truck with the help of George O'Sullivan. I was fortunate enough to meet George after the purchase of my previous truck, George hosts the instructional course introducing new Ford owners to their Sync and My Ford Touch systems. George thoroughly covers both systems and reassures new owners that the best way to learn about the systems is to experiment and not to be afraid of breaking anything, they are computers than can be reset if needed. George is very good at his job, he knows his product line and his customer service could not be any better. George found the truck I wanted in inventory and asked if I had considered the next step up in package? I had asked George about a very nicely equipped Lariat, that I felt was well within my budget. George showed me a Platinum, the next step up in package, that still fit my budget. I got an excellent price for my trade and I bought the Platinum.

Initially, my husband and I were looking to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape and his 2011 Street Glide for a 2013 F-150. We emailed the dealership about three trucks we were interested in looking at. Ryan Brehm called us back immediately. It took us a couple of weeks and several phone calls to finally make it to the dealership. It wasn't quite warm enough to ride a Harley, even for a short distance. We looked at several trucks and my husband finally picked the one he liked. We test drove the truck and loved the smooth ride. This F-150 is great truck! After the test drive and while Ryan was finishing up with another customer, we looked at the Ford Explorer's. I had some concerns about driving my husband's Expedition. A great vehicle, but just a little too much of a vehicle for me. Ryan let us test drive an Explorer and keep it for the weekend. Another great car, but just too much for me. I really liked the Edge and that is what I got. My husband and I shared what I wanted in a car and Ryan found the one for me. He brought a car down from the Platte City dealership and showed me another car that he thought I would like better. He was right! As for the price, we told Ryan where we needed to be and he got us a deal we couldn't refuse. The financing department was a pleasure to work with as well. Very nice and helpful! After the paperwork had been signed and filed away, Ryan was waiting for us to go over the features in both of our vehicles. He took his time, even thought the dealership was closed, to make sure we understood everything and offered additional classes to go over My Ford Touch and the sync features.We were so impressed by Ryan and Thoroughbred Ford that a week later we took our son there to buy his first car. Again Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Even though it was a busy Saturday, he made the car buying experience a pleasure. And our son couldn't be happier with his 2012 Ford Focus.

We stopped by Thoroughbred Ford to see it might be possible to trade in our Nissan Rouge for a vehicle that handles better in winter weather conditions. We were looking at used vehicles, but financing was somewhat of a concern. Brandon went out of his way to make sure we did not leave without a safe and affordable vehicle; and he did this while helping other customers, without inconveniencing us. After recently moving back to KC from Georgia we were looking for a 2nd vehicle with 4-wheel drive. We had visited several dealers and had not been able to come up with a reasonable deal. We had driven by Thoroughbred Ford several times but never stopped in. While we were out last week we decided to stop by the dealership. We were met by Bill kristl who worked with us and helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs. The car had a price on the window and we negotiated a deal that was very reasonable. After taking the car home we found that one of the heated seats was not working. We returned the next day and Bill took care of getting it fixed that same day at no additional charge. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a car at Thoroughbred Ford.

We had a very bad experience at a Kansas Kia dealership. They just wanted to sell us a loan. The only way they would negotiate a deal was if we took their financing. My husband and I walked out. The next day I went to Thoroughbred Ford and contacted Harold Dorsey. He fixed me up with a nice 2012 Ford Fusion at a reasonable price. We went to Harold because we had such a good experience with him in 2012 when my husband bought his new Ford pick-up. We never should of went to that other dealership. Concerning the body shop: I got an initial call saying what they were fixing. I never heard from them again so finally I call them and they said it has been ready for days. I go there and find out they did all kinds of changes without asking. I notice right off a part is damaged but they assure me it isn't plus its the wrong color with the original being clear and the new one yellow. When you look in the mirror you see 3 of everything with a green haze around everything making everything blurry. One main problem is that when you roll up the window at 25% from the top it makes a scarping noise.There are 2 other issues that have to be fixed also. I complain to the insurance company and they agree to fix it and 2 other problems. One of the problems is they broke a piece of plastic but refuse to fix it and tell me they hope I don't need a new one because they are expensive. They tell me to wait for the new part. I don't hear anything so a week later I call and its been done for days. I go to pick up the vehicle and find out the part they replaced it with is the correct color but is all scratched and the wrong size. It is 1 inch too short and the glass inside is way too small . The window no longer makes a scraping noise when its 25% from being rolled up now it makes it as soon as you roll it up. I asked them what is up and they tell me they have fixed it all they are going to even though the parts have a one year warranty and lifetime on labor. I took a car into them that before it was wrecked was in perfect shape and now it has a scratched mirror that is the wrong size with a window that makes scraping sounds when you roll it up and there is nothing I can do about it. They charged me $187 for a salvage mirror assembly and a new one was $250. I really can't believe that for that price difference that they would risk an irritated customer. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The feeling you get from them is like you might have just taken it to the rip-off body shop because that is the quality that you end up with.

I went to Thoroughbred Ford looking for a used vehicle and not even sure what model I wanted,only that I wanted a Ford. The first person I met was Brandon Lincoln and instantly felt I had known him a long time. He asked a few questions,like what I didn't like about the car I owned etc. and from my answers he knew pretty much exactly what I needed. He first showed me a 2011 Escape that they had just put on the market and that was it,the one I wanted. He is very knowledgeable about what the Escape has to offer and most importantly to me,he put no pressure on me. We looked at a few more vehicles on the lot,but I kept coming back to that Escape. Most important to me was that I fit in it. Being 6' 4" tall it was perfect. Brandon showed me all the amenities and how things operated. I drove that Escape home the next day! This was my first time buying a new car and they made the process easy and pleasant. They helped me find an additional rebate associated with my insurance company to get the car into my price range and gave me a reasonable price for my trade in. made an online appointment, left my truck there the night before. They didn't do the work on my truck and didn't call me to tell me they were behind. I called during my lunch break and was put on hold five times before "Larry" was available to provide me an update. Even when I asked if there was someone else who could provide me an update, they said I could either wait on hold or call back.Take your car for service somewhere else. I would never buy a car here after the way I was treated.

When we went to Thoroughbred Ford, we weren't expecting to actually purchase a vehicle. We were needing a new one, of that there is no doubt; however, it felt clear to us that we needed to do a lot of shopping around before we committed to a brand or dealer.In the few days before we went out shopping, we did our research first. We wanted to get an SUV, we felt certain of that. We considered the Ford Escape, the Chevy Equinox, and the Kia Sportage. We preferred to buy American, but honestly our credit hasn't been the best over the years. We had been doing better though, and felt that at the least we could get a used vehicle or a new Kia (due to their less restrictive financing guidelines). So Kia was our fall back position, but we wanted to buy American. Just for giggles, we thought we'd check out Thoroughbred Ford's selection of used cars, talk with them a bit, and perhaps get a credit application started if we found something we liked. Again, we didn't expect to really get a loan approval, but we figured it wouldn't hurt much to go through the motions (credit ding notwithstanding). We met with Brian McLaughlin, one of their salesmen. Both me and my wife had dealt with car salesmen before, and expected the typical hard sell and pushy attitude. Instead, Brian was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and above all, helpful. He understood that our credit wasn't the greatest, but felt like he could help us get into a vehicle. We test drove the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium, and loved it. It was feature rich, lacking nothing we needed and providing more than we wanted. The price tag was a bit steep, however, and based upon what we felt we were willing to spend each month we were concerned that the monthly payment would be too high. Even so, we went away that evening feeling a bit excited at the prospect of getting the Escape.The next day, Brian worked with me over the phone to get the credit application filled out properly. The questions he asked were not time consuming, nor were they difficult. After completing that, Brian ran it, and as we expected, Ford Credit was unwilling to loan us the money to get the Escape. We were saddened, but our spirits were lifted when Brian informed us that Ford Credit said they WOULD agree to a loan if the amount was lowered considerably. Great news!So, with hopeful hearts we drove to Thoroughbred that evening to see what we might be able to find in used cars. To our surprise, Brian suggested we look at the available new cars that were priced less. We weren't hopeful, but decided to look and see what we might find. We ventured over to the Ford Focus selection. They had several models from which to choose, from the fully loaded Focus XT Titanium to the bare bones Focus S. Prices ranged from over 35,000 to just under 17,000. Some features we knew we had to have, such as the Microsoft Sync technology and great gas mileage. Nice-to-have features included heated leather seats, Parking Assist, power seats, power windows, moon roof, navigation, etc. We found one that had most of the features we liked. In fact, the only ones it lacked were the parking assist, moon roof and navigation! It included custom rims, side mirror defrost and Sirius radio along with the other features I mentioned above. The price? Just over 22,000! Well under the price they wanted for the Escape. We went ahead and applied for the loan to get it. Brian was confident we could - in fact, he let us drive it home that evening.The next day, he informed us that we were indeed approved for the loan, with 0 money down and 0% interest for 5 years! To say the least, we were shocked. As we were filling out the paperwork, we found out that the money guy there worked VERY hard with Ford Credit to make sure our payments were within the range we had given them. In all, we drove away with a car we were perfectly with, with payments we were happy with. I'm supremely confident that Brian, and Thoroughbred Ford, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. For this kind of customer service, we are now a forever customer.

One of the best experiences in buying a car in 40 years. The Salesman Joe Comer was very professional and went out of his way to obtain all Ford Incentive entitlements. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was purchasing and was able to answer all questions. Received a very good trade value for my vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was courteous and pleasant to speak with. Anyone interested in purchasing a new Ford should allow this dealer to earn your business. You will not be disappointed!

We had heard how great the experience of buying a car/truck at Thoroughbred was, so we decided to try them ourselves. We bumped into Jeffery in the parking lot as we were looking for a new F-150. He immediately helped us decide what direction of F-150 we really wanted by going through the differences in model. (XLT, FX4, Lariat) He was willing to add some options to an XLT to get the truck we wanted but found a Platinum series that fit all our needs. Worked out a deal and receieved the amount I needed for my trade-in. Couldn't ask for a better experience in purchasing a new car/truck. We will be back the next time we need to replace a vehicle.

This is the second truck I have purchased from Thoughroubred Ford and both experiences were great Ryan Brehm is always great to deal with I called him up and told him what I was looking for and he had three vehicles all of which fit my needs and the only decision I had to make was color. From start to finish it was total professionalism and I was in and out in under 1 1/2 hrs which was extremely fast compared to some dealerships I have been to. I would highly recommend Ryan and Thoughroubred Ford and doubt I would ever shop anywhere else.

Cliff stated that "Our business model is designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales". This was a big plus for me. I have always had use of a company car or driven rental cars/lease cars and this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle in the USA. I was thus stressed. These guys were so easy to deal with and lived up to their promise which was to deliver a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience. Loved the car and they let me keep it overnight to give a good "try out". Salesmen can often be pushy but this dealership and Cliff were not. I would like to take this time to thank Matt for the smooth sale we had with him. He was very professional and knoledgable about the Expedition we were buying. Ryan and Joe were wonderful to work with. My wife and I started out trying to work with another dealership in the area and things didn't feel right. The other dealership kept coming up with surprises. We decided to go to Thoroughbred Ford and met Ryan. Things felt better from the start. The whole process seemed more transparent. It felt like Ryan was just sharing the facts with us and trying to help us make an informed decision. We didn't feel like Ryan was hiding anything from us. We wanted to take advantage of the 2012 rebates and Ryan was very patient with us and helped us find what we were looking for. Joe was just as helpful and transparent with the financing, again we felt no pressure, we felt like Joe was just trying to help us make an informed decision.

I would like to rate this dealer based upon the experience I had with Mr. Porter, Cliff Jackson, Kurt Creason, Ryan Balsley, and Dan Fischer. My wife and I would like to thank you for one of the most enjoyable experiences buying a used vehicle. I pulled on the lot and was looking at trucks, Cliff stopped to answer some questions and I let him know I would get back with him shortly. He was very courteous and answered my questions and let me leave without any hassle. Within a hour, I called him to let him know I would like to drive the truck. Five minutes later we pulled up and the truck had a tag on it and parked out front ready to go. My wife and I drove the truck and came back and let Cliff know that we don't like to negotiate, just give us a good price. Kurt (General Manager) and both Porter Brothers (Owners) were at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon around 4PM. I was very impressed to see they work the same hours as they expect there employees to work. Cliff went to Kurt and let him know my request. Cliff immediately came back and gave me his best price. It was a great price and below market value based on my research. We agreed. My wife had to get home so Ryan in finance had her sign her portion immediately and I finished up with Ryan soon after on my paperwork. Dan Fischer, the other finance manager also stopped in to shake my wife's hand and mind and thank us for our business. We then were able to leave in our new truck, which Cliff had cleaned and ready to go while we were in finance. Once again, thank you Thoroughbred Ford and everyone for a great buying experience. When we went to thoroughbred ford,we were just going to look.the focus hatchback that we were interested in was not what we needed. after looking at the ford escape, and deciding that this would be a good choice for us, we started talking with Ryan Brehm. I must say that Ryan is one of the most respectful and pleasent people i have ever met. He made this the best car buying experience ever for us. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful, with NO pressure what-so-ever. I was not really a Ford man, but Ryan has kind of changed that so far.

I have had 2 experiences with Thoroughbred Ford - neither of them positive. Deceptive service department, and poor quality of work performed.A few years ago, purchased a gift certificate (issued from Thoroughbred Ford) at an auction for a car detail. It was pathetic - nowhere NEAR worth the "value" of $100+....I think my 10 yr old could have cleaned the car better.I called the Service Dept. last week asking if I needed to make an appointment for a safety recall on one of our cars. Was told no appointment needed. Asked how long this particular recall service would take - the man knew exactly which one I was referring to.Went in today to the Service Dept., gave Rick my letter from Ford about the recall. He took all of my information, said it wouldn't be more than an hour. After about 30 minutes, he came in and said the crankcase vent tube was rotting and needed to be replaced at a cost of $107. I called our trusted mechanic who has worked our our cars for over 25 years, and he said yes it was possible that it needed to be replaced (80k miles) and $107 sounded reasonable. So I told Rick to go ahead.When the repair was finished and he called me back out to his desk for payment, he commented that the technician said ours was the cleanest (good condition engine) that he had seen in a long time. Yes, we take good care of our cars.I pay the $106.98....THEN Rick proceeds to tell me that the recall parts aren't in, and I'd be getting a letter at a later date when they do have the part. WHAT THE HELL???? A) they could have told me they didn't have the part last week when I called; and B) RICK SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED!!! So the whole goal was to upsell/find something wrong with the car. Incredibly dishonest, deceptive and unethical.This is EXACTLY why I never take our cars to a dealership for service. And when I do receive the letter saying the recall parts are in, I won't be getting the work done at Thoroughbred. I'll be going to Gary Crossley in Liberty. It'll be worth the drive.

Mike was a great salesman because he was not pushy. The car I wanted was not available so we decided to order one. Mike went out of his way to show us the same features on other cars. We were confident that we were ordering the right car for us. When we received the car Mike took a lot of time with us to show us all the features on Sync, the self-parking features, etc.

To all ladies who are single and or divorce that have been use to having a man make the decision in the home. I never felt so comfortable with the service that both Ryan and Jeff provided for me. I told Ryan what I needed and where I needed my payments to be. Not only did he do as I requested but extended himself way beyond my expections.My experience with Ryan and Jeff was truly a blessing. I went for driving a 15year old car with no AIR during the hottest year ever in KC to driving off in a 2012 Ford Fusion. I would recommend both Ryan and Jeff.

I was interested in a New F-150 pickup, I could not located one that I liked in NE Oklahoma on Dealers lot's . Drove to KC on Thursday to visit family. Went to look at Throughbred Ford new truck lot around 8 P.M. found a 2012 FX4 I liked. My Nephew had dealt with "Eric Flickinger" previously and call Eric at home to tell him that I would like to purchase the pickup. Friday about 1 P.M, we showed up at Dealership and the pickup was cleaned and ready in front of the building. It took about one hour to review and sign paperwork, go over vehicle and drive off the dealership lot. I usually dislike dealing with car dealerships, but have to admit, this was a quick deal that went very smooth and I would recommend Eric and Throughbred Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Great experience. Put 348 miles on vehicle Friday night on way home. (Nice Pickup).

I had every intention of shopping around such as Dodge and Chevy dealers. I have purchased several vehicles from Mr Dorsey and was quite pleased with his service. My wife sent Harold an e-mail explaining what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I explained that because we had a trailer and a boat I needed a V8 engineen. He took me out to see the pick up that I bought and that was it, I didn't need to look anywhere else. We also got a fair deal on our trade in and rebates. We will use Thoughbred Ford and Harold Dorsey again.

I have bought new vehicles since 1979 and I have always found it to be a dreaded process, filled with confusion, the feeling of being railroaded and inaccuracies. I also have never walked into a dealership and been approached in a more friendly , honest way as I was with Harold Dorsey at Thoroughbred. I was not lied to or drilled into making decisions I did not want to make. I was asked what I wanted in a truck, payments etc and I was given what I asked for. The usual promise of one thing and getting another was not in the picture this time. I have never had a better painfree trade to date. Thank You

Coming for a guy who has been in sales for 40 years I liked working with Eric. He listened to my needs and took me straight to the car I ultimately bought. You need to listen to the customer. When I was having second thoughts Eric took me back out to look at some other options just to eliminate any doubt. Did I get the best price ever, I have no idea but when I drove away I felt like I got my money's worth and I was very happy with my selection. Three hours, start to finish was not bad in my book. We had some trouble with the Sync system and Eric brought out George to save the day. Always good to buy a product made in America. Eric was not a high pressure guy but he did ask for the order and so many people in sales will not do that. My second Ford and all in all a very pleasant experience.In two or three years, God willing, I will come back to KC and buy another car from Eric.John D.

My experience at thoroughbred ford was phenomenal. Granted I did go in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the truck I was purchasing. Despite some political trouble with my trade in, the dealership helped me through on my first car purchase and made it as painless as could be. It is good that my experience was a positive one and that I feel confident in referring the dealer to any number of my friends. I didn't feel hassled like you might expect at some other stores, but the visibility of everything that I was paying for was clear. They laid out everything and negotiated like pros. Overall, I will definitely be back with some friends to get new cars!

Very helpful with choosing vehicle. Asks questions on what you're looking for and what you're using the vehicle for. I would recommend them to all my friends. I like it because they are not pushy. They let you decide what you want, and they don't recommend any type of vehicle. If they can't find it there they will look for you.

Harold was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted. The staff overall was very friendly and always asked if you were ok. When it came to getting the financials done Dan Fischer was able to get me good interest rate and walking me through the whole process. This was by far the best dealership I have ever work with and would recommend Thoroughbred Ford to everyone I know.

I have no complaints, I went in looking for a specific new 2012 F-150 and they couldn't find one so I ordered one. They didn't require a deposit or anything, I was even able to add some features a week later. Thoroughbred doesn't required a deposit either like Danny Zeck did(who failed to return it to me, don't buy at Zeck!) Ryan Brehm was a great salesman he kept in touch with me while the truck was being built and kept me up to date on when it was expected to be done. He even called to make sure everything was going good after I purchased the truck. He also stayed a few hours late to complete the deal and show me how to use all the features. I highly recomend Throughbred and Ryan. Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Danny Zeck Ford in leavenworth, all they want is your money. Thoroughbred actually cares that you are happy with your vehicle.

Our overall experience at Thoroughbred was Good. We initially did not want to even look at this location because of its size and flash. We were afraid we'd be lost in the hustle and bustle. We couldn't have been more wrong. Our sales associate Cliff Jackson made us feel right at home. He was not pushy, knowledgeable and gave us the attention we were looking for. He has even gone above and beyond after the sale was complete with some minor details we had to followup on. I would definitely recommend working with Thoroughbred and Cliff on your next vehicle purchase.

Ryan was very friendly and informative right from the start nearly two months ago when I started inquiring about vehicle availabilty. I was very specific as to what I wanted and he completed a thorough search. When he was unable to find something matching my criteria, he and Thoroughbred Ford ordered the car to be built without a full commitment from me. During the build, Ryan stayed in touch and advised when the car would be on the lot. I went to the dealership and found it to be a very pleasant experience. I spent nearly half the time there from previous car purchases at another dealership. I am very pleased with my Thoroughbred Ford purchasing and trade-in experience.

I had bought a car from the Coach a couple of years ago. I brought my daughter up so we could by her a car. I remembered the good service I received before so I had my daughter ask for him. Still great service, everything was handled professionally. The only thing wrong was that it is very hot by the windows while doing paperwork!! You need screens put up!

I purchased a car from Ryan 6 years ago and had such a good experience I came back. He listened to what I wanted, what I could afford and found me the perfect vehicle. There were no hidden costs, surprises and he did and followed through on everthing he said. I feel he went above and beyond to be sure I was well take care of and would recommend him to ANYONE. It was also nice to see many familiar faces after 6 years in the entire sales/finance departments. I also have owned 5 Fords in my life and believe in the brand. I want to start this by saying that I am very pleased with my entire new car buying experience. I came to your dealership originally about 1 1/2 months ago, looking for a used Ford Escape. Ryan Brehm, was referred to me by your Assistant Service Manager, I believe his name is Scott Spencer. I work with Mr. Spencer's wife, Tiffany, who also used to work at your dealership. I told Ryan what I was looking for, I told him the financial perimeters and he did his best at finding what I was looking for. I felt like I needed more than what was being offered for my trade in, and we couldn't meet at a price that I thought was reasonable. I told Ryan I would get back with him at a later date. I listed my car on Craigslist and sold it within three weeks or so, and by that time, the Escape that I was interested in was already sold. So, I came up with a new plan of action, contacted Ryan, told him what I was looking for at this point, and within an hour, he called me back and advised me what he had to offer. I had every intention to by a 2011 Escape, however your dealership was out of what I wanted there, and he mentioned the price of, and an estimated price of payments on the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I feel that Ryan went above and beyond to please me as the customer. I have every intention of keeping in touch with Ryan, and referring him whatever business I can. He was very courteous, polite, kind, and best of all to me, He was NOT, "PUSHY" or "SUGGESTIVE". I hate salesman that are like that. I've several a few in my time. Without being told, I would have guessed that Ryan Brehm was one of the better salesman that are employed there at Thoroughbred Ford. He has my highest regard. Gilbert made my experience a breeze. I do not like the 7 hours it took to do the deal, but that is par for the course i guess. Overall, i would say Gilbert needs a raise. Never before have i been treated with such respect. He has gone above and beyond what i expected and i would highly recommend all of my friends and family to him.

I'm highly impressed with Thoroughbred Ford an their staff! I am a retired a Certified Master Automotive Technician and am in Honrable Mention in the Automotive Hall of Fame in Dearborn, Michigan. I worked in dealerships from '67 to '82 and understand how they operate. My son-in-law, grandson, and myself were treated with total respect and dignity by Gilbert an Joe in the showroom! Other customers were also while we were there. They worked a great price made sure we were comfortable while we were there. The interest rate unbelievable, and follow through has been beyond belief. The overall customer service from the intitial greeting to the final sit down when the desision was made on what vehicle, what price, and what accessories where to be purchased was very friendly and pleasant. The two sales representatives were very accomedating and pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics utilized by either sales reps. Conversation involved what would be overall best for our needs as far as warranties and such. I have traded and bought serval Ford products in the last 60 years, and myself and my wife were both very pleased with our lastest purchase from Thoroughbred Ford dealership. I do feel that I will be back in a few months to update my pickup with another newer one, and I will definitely be back to Thoroughbred to do it. My highest regard to your sales staff and Tammy which conducted the follow-up call to my house. Again thank you for a pleasant experience at your dealership, I look forward to doing business with you again.

I' ve been looking off and on for two years to purchase a new vehicle. It is a very expesive purchase so I wanted to make sure I was ready for the commitment. I have a 2001 Ford Escape and love it. I looked at other makes and models of SUV's and always went back to the Escape. A co-worker recommended Thoroughbred and I'm glad I took their advise. Everyone is very friendly, professional and courteous. My salesman, Ryan Brehn was great. The first time I met with Ryan to drive the new Escape I had a family emergency arise and had to leave. Ryan gave me the space I needed and two weeks later I met with him again and purcased my new 2011 Escape. He took time to answer all my questions and did not presure me in any way. I know I can call him anytime with questions and he will be just a courteous and professional even after the sale.

I don't even know where to start! I live in Blue Springs, so I pass many Ford Dealerships to go to Thoroughbred...and it is well worth the drive! Up front pricing, friendly with no pressure sales staff, and honesty are some of their best traits. I usually buy a new Ford vehicle every 2 years, and have bought from other dealerships in the KC area, and none have the staff that Thoroughbred does. Not only are their sales staff great ( I worked with George O'Sullivan) but there service department also do a great job. They know you by name, and treat you like a quality customer. They don't try to sell you things you don't need....I have bought a few cars from Thoroughbred because I know I get the best price, work with the best people, and will be taken care of before, during, and after the car buying process. If you are in the market for a new Ford, give these guys a shot! I am glad I did.

This was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new car. All staff, in addition to the sales person with whom we dealt to the woman who detailed our car after purchase, were courteous and helpful. The facility is clean and neat, and the inventory provided many trucks to compare. Jim Comer impressed us as a sincerely nice and honest person. After my first visit, at which I did not purchase a vehicle, the followup was courteous and appreciated. I was not hassled at all, and over a few weeks was able to resolve the garage size issue I had, happily returning to the same dealership and sales person.

My sister had previously bought her Ford Focus from Ryan Brehm so we went back to him to buy ours. We were A Plan buyers so we ordered the car exactly how we wanted it and Ryan helped us every step of the way. He called to tell me it had come in a week early and I was excited to see it. Ryan met me our in the lot and the car is beautiful. Ryan filled out most of our credit application over the phone and made buying our first car very hassle free and enjoyable. We are completely satisfied with Ryan and our purchase and plan on buying another new Ford Focus from him next year.

George and the people at Thoroughbred have always dealt fairly with me when purchasing a new vehicle. This is the 5th new vehicle I have purchased from Thoroughbred. I like being able to decide what I want and not have pressure from the sales dept. I am really treated like a friend and am given the best treatment. I like the fact that the dealership is always buzzing with activity. That shows me that people want to deal with Thoroughbred. George is the greatest at selling for me. He lets me take my time and really look at the vehicles available and always checks to see what is available if they don't have exactly what I want on the lot. The entire process is painless and actually exciting. Everyone works to get the job done. I recommend the dealership to everyone. George O'Sullivan is friendly and very knowledgable. He gave us the opportunity to look at the cars that were available, and ordering a new car to get the options that we wanted. He has taken the extra time to help us program the SYNC and learn about all the options. I would highly recommend George- he is wonderful.

Ryan was very imformative, and made this process very very easy!!! It was by far the best experience for us buying our new fusion. My sales rep at Thoroughbred Ford, Clark Bono, walked me through my application to sign up for my sync account online, synced my phone for me with my new Fusion and signed me up for the sync class that I will attend in a few weeks. It's a really cool feature!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go thru the hassles with a salesperson because with previous experience the pressures that are put on you. But at Thoroughbred Ford our salesperson Ryan Brehm was very intentive on my needs and allowed me to call him when I made my decision to purchase my car. The Throughbred team is awesome and I would refer any of my family and friends.

right from the start, with the first phone call to your dealership the staff was very friendly. when i showed up at the dealership, i noticed right away how clean it was and was greeted right away with courtesy and smiles. we were very impressed. our salesman was on time for our appointment, and very friendly. I must say he was very patient with us and he took the time we needed to find us the perfect vehicle. he also explained every aspect of the car we were considering buying. The sales staff went above and beyond our expectations . when it came to financing, the finance guy was very knowlegable and went through everything with us top to bottom so we understood the process, he even saved us money. We walked out of there with a new vehicle and a very happy feeling about your dealership. You have a repeat customer for years to come. thank you to everyone....

This was my first ever experence purchasing a new vehicle and to tell the truth i was a little wery in doing so, the thought of dealing with a salesperson, haggling over the price and " hidden cost/extras " that you hear about from other people almost kept me from buying a new car but i just had to have a new Mustang GT 5.0 . I went to several different dealerships and had no luck in finding my "Stang" (no inventory) i stopped by Thoroughbred Ford and was walking the lot when i was approached Ryan Brehm i told him what i was looking for and he took me right to the one i wanted. i asked for an " out the door " price, and as they say it was a "done deal" i am now the proud owner of my dream car. Ryan and the staff without a doubt made me feel like family and i still feel that way, even after my purchase Ryan and the staff still call me to see if i have any concerns/questions. I would strongly recomend Thoroughbred and Ryan Brehm to anyone looking to purchase a Ford product

This was by far the easiest car buying experience we have had. Aside from the wonderful features and functionality of the vehicle, which could literally sell itself, our salesperson, Brandon Lincoln, listened to what we were looking for. He was able to answer all of questions with accurate and detailed answers. Brandon spoke very highly of his own Ford and was able to easily relate to the product he is selling. We have never dealt with a salesperson who was willing to provide his personal phone number and make himself available to us even in his "off time". Thoroughbred Ford should feel honored that they have young, knowledgable and helpful representatives advocating for their product. We will be recommending Thoroughbred and Brandon to anyone we know in the car buying market. We will definately be returning to Thoroughbred for our next purchase and will hopefully have the pleasure of dealing with Brandon Lincoln again.

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion and I love it! Great customer service all around. My sales person Chris Becker was excellent! Highly recommend purchasing your next car from him. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The overall experience from start to finish was fabolous.

I just bought an F-150 from this dealership and what a fabulous experience it was. I put in a request over the internet to three dealerships, they were the first to respond and the only ones that did not push me to buy what I did not want. The salespeople were great and the finance guy was great also. I would recomend this dealer to anyone.
