Wanted to buy an NV passenger for the price listed on your website. I called in, they said it was the correct price. Drove half hour. Showed up and the salesman said it was the correct price. (checking with other sales man who said it was the correct price) started the paper work and was waiting for a manager to help with running credit. I had three people tell me I was paying a certain price. The manager says "oh, that's the wrong price. It will be $15,000 more." Gave us some bull about not being able to post the correct price online. (All the other like it were the correct price.) Him lying to me pushed me over the edge. I would pay several thousand more to work with honest people. Was only buying because it was such a good price. They are bringing people in and then ripping them off. Update: Cortney said he/she really wants to talk to me. I called the number twice and sent an email. I have had no response in any way. Just wishing I could give them 0 stars. Only way they could have four stars is by making up fake accounts and having employees rate the business. Really a disappointing company. I am just hoping updating this will move it to the top again. Still waiting Cortney!!!!!

Most car sales guys only want to work with people that are looking for new cars and not ones that are searching for something under 10k, Ronnie! I just had the best car buying experience with Ronnie. He was great without added pressure. He spent over 4 hours the first time I was there. No pressure and no hassle, he drove around with me in 6 different cars. Tim in the service department was so kind, courteous & helpful. Larry h miller service center in Sandy had installed my thermostat upside down & caused a few other issues. Brent Graves is a LOW LIFE that will tell you what you want to here to get you in there. we was dealing with brent over the phone told me all the paperwork was done and just had to come sign he told me the monthly payment and everything when we got there another salesman came and talked to us and said that brent had to run home real fast and would be right back but he could get it all started nothing was done brent would not come talk to us and then the sales manager came over to us and said that there was noway he could have the payment at that and it was going to be over 100.00 more..DO NOT GOT TO THE SOUTHTOWNE DEALERSHIP.. THEY DONT STICK TO THERE WORD ABOUT ANYTHING AND DALE WILLIAMS IN THERE FINANCE IS JUST AS BAD HE IS A LIAR AND HIS WORD DOES NOT MEAN CRAP AS WELL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT ON YOUR PAPERWORK!!!!!

I purchased a used vehicle (2013 Ford Explorer) from this dealership about a month ago. Upon driving the vehicle on a family trip, my wife found out that the car will not go over 70mph. I didn't feel like the issue was anything related to engine problems. After doing some research and contacting Ford, they informed me there's a programing option to program certain keys (Ford MYkey) to have limited capabilities when driving the car. One of the restrictions is you can set the MPH limit to 70, 75, 80, etc...The key I received will not allow me to change these settings. In order to change the settings, I would have to spend an additional $300 to get a key made at a dealership. If they had disclosed this information, I would not have purchased the vehicle in the first place!Billy, (the salesman) I originally worked with was helpful and I appreciate the customer service he provided. When I brought this issue to his attention, he sent me to one of the Team Leaders (Ernie Willits). Ernie was very condescending and disrespectful in his attitude towards the issue I was having. After walking away from my discussion with him, the feeling I had was that Tim Dahle could care less about their customers. With spending $25,000 on a car, I feel that a little more help to resolve my issue would be great! I hate to have such a negative impression of the dealership after originally being so happy with the purchase my wife and I made. If this is the way the treat all their customers, I wish you the best of luck in your buying experience!

This dealership says whatever they can to get you to buy from them and then negate every promise once you since the papers. Our trade in was supposed to be paid off within 10 business days.. It's now been 29. They were supposed to fix things on our car, and that has yet to happen. They keep saying "let me go check on that for you" and then disappear for a half hour. They don't give you the actual prices of the vehicles and then when we found the price online (on their website) they said that wasn't the price it was supposed to be, and added another 800$. They are just very dishonest and manipulative and their customer services is absolutely terrible. Even the managers were unhelpful and when we tried to call they kept hanging up on us and transferring us to different people. We spent over an hour trying to figure out what was going on.

I went in to get my car worked on. They over quoted me and said it would take them way longer then it should to fix it. It's like they were trying to overcharge me because I'm a girl. But I'm not dumb. Nissans don't have expensive parts it's why I went with a Nissan.

I came into the dealership being told by the dealer that they would do a soft pull on my credit as to not affect my score since I was not sure if I wanted to buy a Nissan or not. We left and then came back, I again asked if it was going to be a soft pull and the dealer assured me it would be. It was done they showed us what we qualified for and I decided I wanted to continue to look around. We were then extremely pressured by the finance dept the manager and the dealer to buy a car. We were finally able to get our car keys back and left. I checked my credit and there was the hard pull on my report. The dealer lied to us!I sent and email to the dealership and it was completely ignored. They will not respond in anyway! Not good customer service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son and I parked and we had three salesmen surrounding our truck before we could get out. Normally, you would appreciate fast customer service, but not here! Christian was very nice and wanted to help us, but had to ask someone inside every time we asked a price. While Christian was checking in a price, James walked up and asked what we were looking for. I told him a previous owned Nissan He told me it would be better to buy a brand new car I can't afford a brand new car. He turned on his heels and walked away. The rudest commission-seeking salesman I have ever encountered! Oh, by the way James. I ended up buying brand new at Mazda where the salesmen were decent and polite and salary-paid so they aren't forced to treat people the way you do.

My wife and I came in to originally buy a Nissan from these guys since we had a referral and we were in need of a car. They were not only super friendly and always with us, we were able to find a used Honda Civic from them that fit in our price range and they gave it to us at a very reasonable price. My wife has family that are car dealers and he told us even that we were getting a very good deal (even though he wanted to get us a car). I worked with Andy, Michael, and Jose and they were fantastic! I would definitely consider coming back to this dealership! Thanks again guys!

I have never in 30 years. Worked with such an amazing group of professionals . I have found in the past that car dealerships can make promises that don't keep. But Sterling did exactly what we discussed and more . The team included Sterling , Cord and Mark were above board, informative and more than anything flexible to meet my needs , not theirs. So impressed and now will never go to another dealership. They have won me over and I will be a Nissan Tim Dahle customer forever. I'm going to leave the long, sorted details out of this review. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, with the last one being purchased last year. What I have found is there is absolutely no post-purchase support - if anything arises, good luck getting someone to respond to you. In addition, the "low" price relative to other dealerships is padded with additional "add ons" that you are not told about until you are in F&I. Also, the "complimentary" oil changes (3) are not free - you are charged $100.00 for them. If you decide to purchase from this dealership, make sure you get everything in writing before signing, and definitely do not purchase or require anything after you have signed the paperwork - I have 3 things on my "we owe" paper that have not been done and I have no realistic expectation they will ever get done. I have explored legal options, but my attorney says the arbitration agreement is very one-sided and I would spend more in attorneys fees fighting it than I would get in restitution. Buyer beware!

They lied about at least 6 things: (1) Inaccurate advertisements (multiple cars advertised on multiple websites, including their own site, were manual transmission rather than automatic as advertised), (2) A salesman lied about full price (omitting $850 destination fees even when directly asked if there were additional fees), (3) A second salesman told me he was the manager (but the real manager confirmed later that that person was not a manager), (4) That second salesman said that he would lower the price (but the numbers I was given at the end were not lower), (5) The manager said that another car dealership also consistently "hid" the price of destination fees (but when I called them, that dealership denied that practice and said that their advertised prices included destination fees), and (6) The manager said that a discount did not apply to me that another Nissan dealer honored. House of lies. Consider anything posted online as fiction = They post low prices to bring in customers but then make up stories about posting errors, etc. Avoid at all costs.

After struggling to find a decent local dealership my husband and I decided to look farther from town and I'm so glad we did! This was the best car buying experience ever, and I've bought a few cars! Stephen Galaso was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and fun! I went in basically knowing what I wanted and he went with it and educated me on the vehicle, which by the way is a Rogue and I Love it! He then turned me over to Dale Williams who was excellent and quick with the financing. What a bunch of professional and fun people! FUN is important to me! Life shouldn't be so serious!?? I rarely write reviews but felt this buying experience merited feedback. I had been searching for a used truck for my wife for several months when I came across a great deal posted online by Tim Dahle Nissan. Terry Rasmussen took my call and made the buying process a pleasure. He was very responsive to my questions and it frankly felt like he was working for me as an advocate. What a great feeling when buying a used car! Without getting into details - a mistake was made in pricing that caused this truck to be an even better deal and this is the part of my review that I feel is especially important for you to know. I am fairly convinced that many dealerships would have found a way to end the deal. Terry and Brantley Reade did not take that route. They were honest with me and worked with me while showing great integrity. I drove 12 hours from CA to get this truck and it was the best vehicle buying experience of my life and I am not young. If you want to buy from someone you can trust go here. They have earned my loyalty with this visit.

The salesman was literally running to get things done for us. He was amazing. The finance guy was great and friendly and quick. The only bad thing was that the detail shop didn't even detail the car. There was crap all over the inside of the car. But our sales guy was all over it as soon as we let him know. He was even in the car with a rag wiping things down. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely go back.

I needed an oil and filter change, my tires rotated, and a scratch buffed out on my car. Stephen Galaso (my absolutely excellent salesman who sold me my Rogue) connected me with an equally absolutely excellent Service Advisor, Joe Grotton. Joe took care of everything I needed done in the most timely manner possible.I usually dread taking my car in for service at dealerships because it seems like you always need to block out 3+ hours for the service to be done. I was in and out of the dealership in less that an hour with how quickly Joe worked on my car. He not only provided me with quick, excellent service, but he even ran my car through the car wash, so I when I got it back it was like receiving a brand new car again. The best part, was while I waited on my car, I was able to relax and watch TV, eat some delicious popcorn, and catch up with the wonderful salesmen and service guys that work there. They all remembered my from when I first bought my car and took 5 minutes out of their day to come say hi and catch up. THAT is excellent customer service! They all take the time to create personal relationships with their customers.THANK YOU, JOE & STEPHEN!!!!! Tim Dahle forever has my business and recommendation because of these two. I spent a couple of hours in this dealership after spending hours on your website over the past 4 or 5 days doing some research and found some great pricing on your website on a lease for a new Altima. I came in ready and willing to drive out of the parking lot with a new car. I will first start by stating that I absolutely enjoyed working with Aaron (not sure on the spelling) but he was great to answer my questions, track down some keys for several cars that I wanted to look at, and I was very impressed with him. That is where the great experience ended and the nightmare began. After going inside to talk about getting the lease started, I filled out the credit app and Aaron came back with a price for the lease. It was $125 higher than what I found online and I would have to put $1331 down to get it to the $275/mo range (the internet pricing showed just $149 down needed). When I asked for an explanation and there wasn't a good one, I showed Aaron a printout of the pricing I found online. I understand that TT&L is extra but that was quite a shock since $1331 should have more than covered the TT&L.Inline image (I'm hoping this picture of the online quote loads)Aaron said he would go talk to his manager and find out what he could do. I was relieved when the sales manager came back out with so we didn't have to play the "let me see what my manager can do" game. Unfortunately, this particular manager, Ernie Willits , took my nightmare to the extreme. He came back and immediately started giving me the "the website isn't working right" and "we have our guys working to fix it right now". I explained that this wasn't just listed here today but it has shown this way for at least 4 or 5 days while I have been doing my research. I was told repeatedly that the purchase price and the lease price were different, even though everything on the website does nothing to indicate that. He even went as far as to pull up the website, spend 10 minutes reading through the fine print and show me some verbiage about rebates being offered. He then tried to say that the extra cost was due to security deposits and just started rattling off numbers, which were quit honestly a bad attempt to just confuse me. He was just reaching and hoping I wouldn't call him out on his blatant attempts to lie right to my face. After explaining and trying my best to work with them to still make this happen, I finally asked the sales manager to answer yes or no as to whether he would be honoring the lease price on the internet. He would only say "I will honor the purchase price". After 3 attempts to get a simple yes or no answer to my question with no luck, I stood up to walk out since he obviously did not respect me enough to give me a simple answer. As I stood and reached to grab the papers that I brought with me, Including the printout of the screen shot of your internet pricing, he tried to grab them out of my hand. I am in complete awe that you would have someone working for your dealership that would treat people like this. I honestly feel bad for the salesperson Aaron who missed out on a deal tonight. All calls and emails to the general manager have been ignored. I would put 0 stars, if it would let me.

I recently went in to Tim Dahle Nissan expecting to leave without a vehicle. I was in a used vehicle that I was charged was to much for from another dealership and thought there was no hope for me. To my surprise my salesman Chuck Davis and Casey were so helpful in putting me into a brand new 2015 Titan ! I am so grateful for their honesty and sincere desire to help me out. I was hesitant to do business with Tim Dahle Nissan in the first place, just because of the mixed reviews I got from friends and coworkers, but after reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a shot. I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment and after waiting 20 minutes was greeted by Andy. He seemed like he was having a bad day so I decided to let his unfriendly-ness slide. I was given a ride to my place of employment by Dave, who just so happened to be one of the only kind people I encountered at this dealership, and was also picked up by him. When I got back to the dealership, it was a lot busier than before and I waited over 40 minutes before any of the service employees offered assistance. After I paid for my car (double the cost of what they told me it would be) I drove my car away and realized it was pulling hard to the right, just like it did before. I turned right around and came back to the dealership. After waiting for over an hour while they were checking what was wrong, they came back and told me they forgot to do the alignment the first time and I would have to come back another day because they didn't have time. After this day, I tried calling every day for a week to talk to Mark Tuttle, the service manager. Every time I called, I was either sent to voicemail or told he was busy. I came in one day to speak with him and the cashier (I do not know her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but she has blonde hair and is heavier set) told me to "get in line" and that "he doesn't have very much time for customers who just want free handouts". I was appalled. I walked out of the door and took my business elsewhere.

Did my homework online in narrowing down vehicle choices to replace my wife's 2002 Escort. Did not want to spend time in dealership initially. I requested the dealership contact me re the model I was interested in (Versa). Matt Fredericks responded promptly from the dealers internet group. Traded e-mails and obtained more specifics about equipment options at different version models. Able to decide without going to dealer what I wanted. When I was ready, Matt arranged for me to take a demo car and drive it for a few hours. Did more more comparison with another make and model, and then made decision to move forward with the Nissan. This was a 2-week process. Matt stayed engaged, knowing he was interested but not trying to "oversell" me. A phone call set up a meeting and 30 minutes later I was at the dealership. Matt had worked out the pricing with discounts and incentives and everything was as stated during the two weeks. Signed the deal with Zach Stilson assisting in the finance dept. Matt even drove the car to my house and I drove my car, then returned Matt back to the dealership- and this was 10 p.m. Matt was supportive, informative and had my interest up front at all times.

I stopped in without an appointment for service on my jeep. Greeted promptly and adviser really took the time to understand my concerns. He didn't try to sale me service I didn't need and was not pushy. After my information was taken I was escorted to there lounge. There lounge area was very comfortable, they had free wifi, free coffee and even a soda machine. My advisor came back after a short time and reported the findings of my jeep. There were some items to address in the future that would be needed that I had time to prepare for. I love the fact that they didn't try to sale me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. My adviser told me he would come get my just as soon as they were done. A short time later he walked me to the cashiers desk and went over my paper work. I really feel like they went the extra mile to help me maintain my vehicle. After I was finished they walked me to my car, that they had pulled up front of they building, owe and they even washed it to! Thank for the great service you guys ROCK!

I am not one to take time to write reviews, but this is the second time the Nissan has driven me to write a bad review. The first one was after the salesman who sold me the car called yelled and threatened me for giving him 4 out of 5 stars.. How dare I not give him a perfect review. I stopped using that Nissan dealership and have been bring my Leaf to Tim Dahle Southtowne for service. Being a new leaf I have only brought it in 2 times both times I have had serious issues, thus this review. But unfortunately, as much as I like Nissan cars, it seems that owning one means being treating like a sub-human for the entire ownership of the car by the people who represent Nissan at the dealerships.The first time I made an appointment to have my tires rotated, which took 2 hours After sitting around for 1.5 hours a salesman noticed that I had been there a long time and asked what I was in for, told him, and next thing I now they were working on my car and it was finished in 30 minutes. Finished but with the front license plat completely bent out of shape, I am guessing from the car wash. It so bent I had to take it off in the parking lot and straighten it out. I could of asked them to do it, but I didnt want to wait another hour. This time the car, which has under 7000 miles, started making a weird noise at low speeds, so I made an appointment 5 days ahead of time, took PTO so that I could bring the car in. I left work early and drove to the other side of town 5 minutes early for my appointment. When I arrived I was informed that they could not service my car because it was too late in the day I made an appointment for the time that I arrived, shouldnt of they told me that it was too late, or not let me make the appointment for that time? So I asked if I could leave and have it worked on the next day, at which point they informed they couldnt because they were already booked. They also informed me that it was my fault for expecting to be serviced. According to them that is not what an appointment means. Their definition of an appointment is you can show up and might get your car serviced if they arent working on someone else car. They then proceeded to make it sound like it was my fault for expecting to have my car service and that it is rude of me to show up at my appointed time and to have my car worked on. They couldnt control that they were working on another car at the time and I should not have an issue that they are turning me away. I THINK NISSAN TRAINS TO COVER UP MISTAKES BY PUSHING THE BLAMING ON THE CUSTOMER. I then asked them why they cant push people the next day back like they expect me to be ok with, and they told me they couldnt because those people had appointments, which again is what I had. They then proceeded to ask if I wanted to make an appointment for next week? Really, so I can go out of my way to bring my car in to be serviced and be turned away again? I hope the problem isnt something serious!! Anyways think before buying a Nissan. The cars might be nice, but it is not worth being treated like crap for the entire ownership of the vehicle, at least that is how it seems to be in the SLC valley.

I recently moved here and quickly realized that we would need an SUV equipped for the Utah geography. After researching for over a month and conversing with multiple dealerships and individuals, my conversation with Matt over the phone led me to stop into the dealership. I came in looking for a Murano and Matt took all the time necessary to answer questions and more importantly never pushed to close a sale. I leased a Nissan Altima from this dealership back in 2012. Usually I loathe going to car dealerships, due to the fact I almost always feel like they are dishonest and manipulative. Leasing a car from them was the complete opposite experience!! It was actually a lot of fun and a fantastic experience!!After I bought my Nissan Altima, the experience was so fantastic that my parents both both Nissans - a Nissan Frontier and a Nissan Maxima in 2013. They worked with Stephen Galaso.Today, I traded in my lease and took a new lease on a Nissan Rogue. Once again, I worked with Stephen Galaso. He is incredible!! As long as he works at Nissan I will always buy or lease my cars from him! He makes the experience very enjoyable, he is very knowledgable, and an all around great guy! I would recommend him to anyone and everything!!! I took my car to see how much the dealership would give me for it and Stephen himself said I could get $10,000 for it, if I traded it in. Tried getting me into every car possible besides what I wanted because he knew from the very beginning what my limit was. Once I drove a few cars. My car was appraised again and he said they could only take $5000 because they though initially it was an Altima rather than a Sentra. I left because none of my expectations were met. I got a call back 10 mins. after I left and Stephen said he could accept the offer I initially had. I went back and wasted my time until 10pm to only find out Nissan ran my credit without my authorization. and The finance guy laugh in my face saying."sorry, I cannot do the initial offer but I can give you a lower interest rate and in 6 months you will have paid the loan amount down to the amount you initially needed" hahahah! I think he was laughing inside while so much crap was coming out of his mouth. Worst experience ever! not honest! just like any other sales man. they just want another sale.they can care less about a customer for life. Never again with a Nissan. and never again with someone that is so dishonest.

I received a letter giving me a promotion, I went into the dealership I gave my expectations and they agreed. They couldn't meet my expectations so I left. They called me back after 10 mins and told me they wanted my business. After signing papers the finance guy told me they could not go forward with the deal we had initially made because he had made a mistake. but!" they could give me a higher loan amount with a lower interest rate to compensate" ha! I am not only giving they my car as collateral, they want me to finance with them for 6 months when I can get a 2.79% with my credit union but they are basically only giving me a $400 discount. please you tell me, who ends up loosing in this transaction? me! of course... Made me waste my time, tried getting me into cars that I didnt want and cheaper. Very dishonest! don't play with clients time!

In November 2014 I went to get and oil change on my car, I was a little confuse at first cause they change locations. I went there and at first they just look at me weird, told me to go sit down and they will call me when my car was gonna be ready. So I ask them don't you need the keys to service my car? They apologize and finally took my name down, did the oil change and stuff. I don't know, if the whole crew were having a bad day or something long story short, I paid for the oil change, as I was leaving I notice a noise in my car, and later on I notice they forgot to put the oil cap on my car, and every time I take it to them, my car makes a weird noise. I drove all the way from Nevada cause the only nissna dealer close to me are in Utah. I haven't had pleasant experiences on the Nissan dealers tried 3 so far, the one in salt lake, they overfill my car with oil, so I was having problems, and now this one forgeting my oil cap, car was licking, smelling like something was burned. Definately not going back to this dealership it suppose to be number 1 and the Job they did to my car was horrible, also felt like they treated me like crap. Maybe they were having a bad day or just didn't care I could of died cause my car almost got set on fire driving back home. Well maybe it was just bad luck who knows.

I took my Infiniti to get serviced here because of a possible problem with the transmission.Anthony Nichols greeted me and he was very nice and helpful. He helped find someone that I could drive with to show the problem. On the drive we didn't find anything wrong so Anthony told me that I could leave the vehicle there so they could run a diagnostic test which was going to cost me around $100.I left the vehicle there and within a few hours I got a call from Anthony saying that the diagnostic was finished and the car was ready to be picked up. He told me that they didn't find anything wrong with the transmission but they did find that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and offered to service them.Upon arrival Anthony told me that they wouldn't charge me anything because they didn't find anything wrong with the car. I was extremely surprised and happy by this and thanked him. When I got to my car I found that it had been washed and was spotless. I immediately turned around to go back in and thank Anthony again for the stellar service experience.I would absolutely go back and would recommend Anthony and this dealership because of the amazing experience I had here.

This is the absolute worst dealership I have dealt with. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They have the WORST customer service. They hire people with no experience and do not care about their customers at all. If you are looking to buy a car DO NOT GO TO TIM DAHLE!!!! They waste hours of your time. Some cars don't even come with floor mats. They allow people to drive cars off of the lot when they aren't even qualified for them. They run your credit through endless amounts of banks over the course of WEEKS (which lowers your credit score by the way). The managers hide when you go in to talk to them. They tell the secretaries to say it's their day off when you try to call. Honestly I could go on and on. Ultimately DO NOT GO TO TIM DAHLE to purchase a car. Ever. I hope some people read this so they don't make the same mistake we did. Protect your money and your credit score and DO NOT GO TO TIM DAHLE!!!

Leased an Armada back in 2008. Was promised a dvd player and was told to bring it back so they can install it. My wife scheduled an appointment immediately. She dropped it off before work at 8am. Called to be picked up from work at 5pm. Our Armada was sitting in the same exact place it was all day, they said sorry bring it back in 2 days. For the next 2 weeks she dropped it off 3 times in that time period and the same thing happened, NO ONE touched it or worked on it. Basically was parked there ALL Day. I finally went in to the dealership and yelled at them. They said it was not supposed to come with one and we can pay $1200 to install one. They said the sales person that promised us is not with them any longer. So, I told them off and forgot about it. They never did anything about it, even though the papers we signed said they would install a dvd player. That was the first mistake. We decided to buy the Armada in 2011. Another sales person said he took care of it in calling the bank for us and sold it to us. They never paid the vehicle off for almost two months. I had to call the bank and the dealership to take care of it. When I talked to the bank if they received the check. The check was $7000 less than what I signed the loan for. Basically the dealer scammed us in signing a loan that was more than what the pay off was and he took the $7000 to the bank. Went and complained to the dealership, they said he no longer is with them and they cannot do anything to help us. So basically we are now upside down SEVEN THOUSAND dollars in our vehicle. That was the 2nd mistake.January of 2015. Went to change the oil, I have been loyal to this dealership of changing oil and fixing everything they tell me because I want to take care of my car and thought that the dealer wanted to as well. What an idiot I was. They just opened their new place so I took my vehicle in to do the oil change and the first thing out of the service guys mouth was, do you have a warranty on the car? I said no. That opened a whole new can. I showed up to pick up my vehicle and was smacked with a huge list of things that I need to fix on the armada. Funny thing is, that the service guy did not even look at my records. 95% of the list he told me to fix, I had just dropped a lot of money on the previous visit to fix those things!! So he back tracked and told me oh so yeah you don't need to fix those just the exhaust manifold for $4100.00. Yeah suspicious, basically he did not even look at my vehicle and just gave me a list of things that need to be fixed because there was no warranty on it. Found out later that the Armada has a problem with the exhaust manifold cracking at around 70,000 miles. I specifically remember coming in to fix that. They lied to me and told me they corrected the crack for $400 when all they did was band aid it until my warranty ran out. They should have changed it out under warranty at that time and basically screwed me. That was my last and final mistake with these guys. I left that place traded that vehicle with another dealership. I hope that somehow my armada end up back at Tim Dahle Nissan of sandy in south towne so they can repair everything. So bit of advice. Do not, I repeat DO NOT trust or buy or do ANYTHING with this dealership. They are crooks from the top managers and owners to the bottom.

After having a terrible experience a year and a half ago, I have to say that Matt Fredericks turned my views about this dealership around. It's sad but true how one person can almost ruin it for everyone else. Here's the story: about 18 month ago my husband wanted to purchase "me" a vehicle so we went down to Tim Dahle Nissan to look at them. As soon as we were there the salesman spoke only to my husband and didn't seem to care what it was that I wanted. He kept trying to sell him the vehicle he thought would go great for him (Completely disrespectful). My husband kept informing him that we were there to buy his wife "ME" a vehicle. After what felt like forever I gave up trying to give my opinion about what I really wanted we ended up leaving the car lot with something I HATED! (I guess it was good that I didn't trade my vehicle in at that time). The next day we went back in with the vehicle and worked with someone else to get into a different leased vehicle. I honestly didn't want to buy anything from them because of my bad experience the day before. I had burned into my mind that I would NEVER go there again until I discovered that a salesman we had purchased 4 cars from previously had recently been hired on. Time Dahle is lucky to have someone like Matt Fredericks who truly cares about everyone and also listens to what it is that the customer wants. Hope he stays put so I can continue to purchase the vehicles I prefer...NISSAN! I now LOVE my car......

I am not one to usually write a review much less complain about anything but my intent here is to hopefully save others from wasting their time or to get Tim Dahle Nissan to fix a big problem. Last Saturday I found a couple Jeeps on ksl and loaded up my family to look at them, after calling to verify that the add was accurate, that the Jeeps were available and set up a meeting time to come look of course. We arrived at our scheduled meeting time to find that the salesman we set the meeting up with was with another customer (not sure why we had a "meeting time" but o well). Another salesman was happy to help an facilitated a test drive. During the test drive the 4 wheel drive cable appeared to come disconnected (I am not a mechanic but that's what it felt like) we went into the dealership as it seemed like an easy fix and we could proceed. The salesman asked if he could earn my business and I said yes and I offered him the full asking price listed on ksl in cash (plus tax, title, etc of course) he said sure no problem an ran around the dealership like usual talking with other employees assuming managers. They told me it might take 25 minutes to complete the service. I explained I had another appointment to get to and assuming everything was fine with the 4x4 we would buy it. He said he would call me as soon as he knew. 15 minutes later he called to tell me that apparently this was the first time it had been in the service department in the Jeeps 1.5 month stay at the dealership since it was traded in and that although the cable was a quick easy fix the Jeep would need new brakes front and rear, new tires and wheels to pass inspection (the ones on it were "too big") it would also need mudflaps. This would cost me an additional $2000 Yes 2 thousand American dollars, additional, on top of the add price and I had to pay for it. I asked if there was any way I could purchase the vehicle "as is" because I liked the way it was with the big oversized tires (34.5" tall tires on a jeep wrangler unlimited is not too big mind you). He told me "no it was against company policy and it might be illegal" to do that. He said it would be going to auction on Monday (yesterday) as I right this review the vehicle is now listed for $1200 more and reads ***pre auction*** "as is" ***purchaser responsible for tax title registration and licensing***. WHAT!! This was against company policy and maybe illegal, oh I see they just wanted the extra $1200. Nice! Horrible business practices. Send it to auction and take a loss there while ticking off a customer, rather than take a loss or break even while doing what your add said that you would do. Trust me when I say that these guys are crooks and need to learn a valuable lesson here. I was in no way trying to take advantage of anyone. The add was listed at full NADA retail, it happened to be exactly what I wanted so I offered full price (to my wife's disliking, but it was worth that to me). Might I give some advice here Tim Dahle as I have been in the customer service business for 20 years, before you advertise something make sure you can make a necessary profit on the price listed or have a prudent business plan why it still makes fiscal or financial sense to break even or take a loss on the advertised vehicle. If you somehow managed to still screw up, you honor what you say you would do. If there is a loss to take, take it with a delighted customer that will tell everyone how great you were during a time of turbulence. Never undermine the power of a upset customer. A happy customer might tell a few people his pleasant experiences but an unhappy customer will tell everyone who will listen how horrible you are. You tell me which cost more in the long run. Good luck with your new building an sorting out your major issues. As for me and anyone who will listen, we will support an ethical company and stay clear of yours. -Regards Chris C

I came into this facility after a friend recommended it. I drove into the express service area and was greeted by Taylor. He was very professional and friendly. He promised that my car would be done in a timely manner. I had my son with me so time was important. We went into the waiting room, which by the way is amazing. Very nice waiting area. Before I knew it, Taylor came around the corner and told me our car was ready. I am definately coming back here and have recommended it to my family and friends. I spoke with Devon Dillenburg on 10/18/14 inquiring about a 2014 Nissan Maxima on the lot. I schedule an appointment to meet with him that evening. I broke the first law of car buying - don't go car shopping at night! Anyway, I found a Maxima that would meet my needs. Before test driving it, I did inspect the vehicle, but it was very dirty and it was dark. Agreed on a price for the vehicle and the trade-in value for my current vehicle. Not the best price out there, but I am not the type to grind the dealership over price. The F&I experience with Bruce Cherrington was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had (and I have purchased a lot of cars!) This was the first time I had done a lease, and frankly didn't understand the terms of my lease well, but decided to wait and ask NMAC instead of prolonging the agony. Also, the dealership tacks on a $100 "maintenance package" without informing the customer and seems priced high for what the customer gets. Bruce didn't seem to know what he was doing and took him 2-3 times to print out each piece of paperwork and did not offer to explain anything to me. I know this is not entirely his fault, I should have taken charge and asked to work with someone else. I took delivery at 9:00PM. Again, it was dark and I took delivery in the parking lot, which was pretty dark (mistake # 2 - always insist on inspecting the vehicle in the service bay if at night). The next morning, I got in the vehicle to go to Costco. That's when I discovered how bad of shape the vehicle was delivered to me in. There was fruit roll-up stuck to the passenger side seat, some other foreign material stuck to the driver's side seat, and miscellaneous stains all over the seats (all of them). There was tar & bug "guts" all over the vehicle. The adhesive from the covering put on at the factory hadn't been removed thoroughly, so every piece of dirt was stuck to the adhesive (the car sat on the lot for about a year). The scuff marks on the driver door & driver seat are so bad the plastic is damaged. There are at least 5 paint chips (as far as I can see). The entire interior was dirty - there was dirt on the door threshhold, carpet was dirty... I could go on and on. I ended up spending 6 hours cleaning the inside & outside of the vehicle. My neighbor came over, who was a sales manager at a Chevrolet dealership for 6 years, who said the car was "disgusting" and would have fired the lot techs & salesperson who delivered a car in such condition.Worse than that was the customer service. I never received a follow up from Devon, although he said he called (I double-check my sales paperwork and they had the right phone numbers, both work and home). I ended up emailing him just to tell him how bad the vehicle was delivered to me in. The car was delivered without the Monroney sticker (which is a violation of federal law) and the key tag (which is needed to make keys in the event both keys are lost). Since taking delivery, it has already been to the dealership twice - once because the transmission wouldn't engage in reverse and another because the heater had a burning smell. This is my 3rd Nissan, and my 2nd from Tim Dahle Nissan. I definitely am done with Tim Dahle and will not buy another Nissan. Through this experience, I have learned that the dealership is more important than the vehicle when making the purchase! On the bright side, at least this is a lease and I learned a valuable (but expensive lesson) about how to buy a car.**UPDATE:** Things just got worse after the experience. I recieved a call from the dealership that my plates were in. When I went there, I was told I "needed to talk to Finance." I waited... and waited... and waited. Then I was told that the payoff for my trade was short and I owed them $165 dollars... right then. I ended up paying it (luckily they take credit cards). I gave Devon an EXACT 20-day payoff from the finance company (I logged on while at the dealership and gave it to him). Somewhere between Devon and Finance the number was revised down. I sent an e-mail to Alen Maric and received a call from Mark Ingleby, but couldn't answer because I was driving at the time (and my steering wheel controls don't work). I called him back, but he was "busy," and never received a call back. The only reason to go to Tim Dahle Nissan is for price, and make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and don't let your guard down. Worst car buying experience ever!!

I am sick and tired of the games played by this and many other dealerships. Someone please tell me why there are 3 or 4 different prices for the same vehicle? The assumtion is that the customer is completely ignorant, so the dealer presents him with the worst possible terms. I have a print-out from a Nissan competitor in SLC with a quote for the exact car I just drove at Tim Dahle: a 2014 Pathfinder S AWD. The lease terms from Garff were over $100 LESS per month in payment, with $800 less due at delivery. Now, I'm sure that after hours of haggling and the usual back and forth BS, I might have got a similar deal from Dalhe. But this is 2014, not 1974, and I REFUSE to shop this way EVER AGAIN. It insults my intelligence, and wastes my time. To add further insult, I was quoted an absolutely ridiculous trade-in value for my vehicle, even though Mr Popp had not seen my car, nor had any idea what the retail value was. Again, this is just plain insulting, because it assumes I am stupid and gullible.I await your response.

After months of searching trying to figure out what we wanted in a suv we finally decided that we wanted a nissan armada we came down to tim dale after going to several other car lots and no salesman even talking to us jimmy welcomed us as soon as we drove on the lot he was extremely helpful finding us exactly what we wanted once we got down to negotiations we made jimmy run back and forth between us and the sales manager a few times but finally came to a number we could agree to we then got in to the finance office with Russ he took great care of us took the time to explain all our options and what we were signing made it a really great Experience We have nothing but good things to say about tim dale nissan in sandy it's only been a couple weeks since we bought our suv but we have told anyone who will listen what a great experience we had.

I was promised that my new purchase (new, used purchase) would not smell like smoke when I came to pick it up. It still smelled like smoke, and it to this day still smells like smoke. Unfortunately if you sit in there for a long time, you smell like smoke. They said the bomb they used would take a few days to settle in, but it has been over a week and the smell is worse than ever. When I came to purchase the car, it took 40 minutes for them to find the keys to my car. When I was haggling on the price, it took an hour of back and forth with management to get an approved price. When I called in to inquire about the vehicle, it was not detailed, washed or cleaned out for the test drive. I would definitely not travel out of my way again to buy a vehicle here.

I've been searching for this very vehicle for months and not only did Donny reach and let me know they had something I might like, he scheduled a test drive with me that very same day, worked with me all evening to get the deal where it needed to be, and stayed on it until I drove it off the lot that night.As a woman, it can be intimidating to walk into a dealership--there is a stigma about what we know/don't know and believe me, other dealerships I've dealt with have perpetuated that stereotype. Not at Tim Dahle. Donny treated me with respect, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, and provided absolute professionalism from the test drive to the final paperwork.Too often, people only take the time to post reviews when an experience is negative. Justin and the management team worked very hard to get me a lease that I could afford on a Leaf all electric car. I am very happy with the first week of driving the car. If you can live with the range of the vehicle (advertised as 100 miles/charge, but probably more like 80) I would highly recommend Justin, the car and dealership.

Never in a million years would I have thought that buying a car could be so easy and smooth. Not only did I get the perfect car we were looking for but we got a super good deal! Stephen made the process very smooth and is great to work with. He followed up with me the very next day. I thought he was calling me to tell me I didn't get approved or they need more money, in my head I thought, (I knew it was too good to be true). But I was sooo wrong. We received exceptional service! My husband and I saw a KSL ad for a 2003 Honda accord at Tim Dahle. We happened to be driving by and on the spur of the moment called the dealership and said we wanted to look at the car, we would be there in 5 minutes. When we arrived we were told the car had been loaded and sent to auction within the last hour. Devon Dillenburg proceeded to call the truck driver with the auction vehicles. He stopped the truck, met the driver and retrieved the car. All within one hour's time Devon was back at the dealership with the car ready for us to take a test drive. Wow! Thank you Devon and Tim Dahle for the exceptional, thoughtful, and pleasant service. You really went above and beyond our expectations:)

Braydan and Peter were AMAZING to work with!!! They weren't pushy, and didn't try and talk us into anything we didn't want. my experience with Tim Dahle Nissan and Donny McCurdy was excellent. I have other Nissan vehicles that were serviced this dealership and they have been wonderful to work with. The service department completed the work quickly and even gave me another vehicle to drive for those few days. I drove 250 miles to purchase my new car just because this dealership provides such excellent service. Donny McCurdy was awesome! He worked with my budget showing me several cars and getting me into the right one. He was very helpful and his follow through in making sure everything was in place, made all the difference. When things got a little tricky and the manager on duty, Mark Ingleby, did NOT extend the greatest customer service or follow through (to say the least), Devon remained calm, interested and and sincere in his care and concern. I started out at another competing dealership and came over to look at the Nissan Rogue. Cameron sold me on it in about 5 minutes. The negotiating process was extremely fast compared to previous experiences. They even let me take a Rogue home for a few hours to test out on my own. I returned later to my financing paperwork all complete and ready to sign. The whole process was very painless and refreshing!

I first want to say that Justin Brackett was a wonderful salesperson and none of my review is about him. He was the only good thing about the entire car "buying" experience at Tim Dahle Nissan of Sandy. I went into the Nissan dealership wanting to look at different options of new and used cars. Justin was able to find me a car that I loved with every being of my body. It seemed liked this car was made for me. Never in the world did I believe that with my credit I was going to be able to have a brand new car. After picking out the car and falling in love. We go to do the financing. Everything was going well. We do some negotiating with the "bank". I was never told which bank it was. I automatically assumed that it was just the in house Nissan financing. We finally get to a point that I was comfortable with payment. I sign a bunch of papers. And they said the car was mine. SIx weeks later I get a phone call from James Baker stating I needed to sign more papers. I go in and find out that the car was never actually financed. When I go in they tell me my payment was going up $60 on top of my payment that was already on the top of my budget. At that point they said that if anything thing else happened with the financing that I would be told. NEVER A PHONE CALL RECIEVED after that point. So, I a first time car buying thought everything was fine. Then one day I get a very nasty letter in the mail demanding me to return the car. And that I was going to have to pay for the mileage that was put on the car. NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT IF ANYTHING HAPPENED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MILEAGE ON THE CAR I WAS TOLD I PURCHASED!!!!! After all this James Baker is the worst human being and needs a longgggggg class in customer service. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND TIM DAHLE OR NISSAN.

We worked with Braydan Bunce in getting our Juke. He was very good to work with. We told him that we don't want to go back and forth with a price, but willing to pay a fair price for the Juke's. We agreed on a price, he took it to the managers, we were set I thought. Now the finance part with Zach Stilson, when I ask what the interest rate was, he tells me 5%, but really was 5.99%. Then try to sell me extended warranty show me what the new monthly payment would be. So I ask what the total cost of the extended warranty, Zach tells me $1400 but again its not so it's $1497. Now he tells me he will lower the interest rate to 4%, but again not so 4.99%. Then went I got home looking over the paperwork Zach added a Key replacement charge of $300. After signing so many papers by the end you just want to get done. I guess that's why they leave the most important paper to sign to the last. Zach was very miss leading I would not want to deal with him again

We received a promotional email from Steve Pace about potentially buying our car back and getting us into a newer model. Although we were happy with what we had, we wanted to explore options if it meant lowering our payment. When we arrived, Steven Galaso was the salesman who helped us out and we could not be happier with how awesome he was. Steven was laid back and didn't pressure us at all. He heard and truly listened to what we wanted and ended up getting us in a newer car with a lower payment like we wanted. We weren't planning on getting a new car, but Steven's amazing service and friendliness made it possible. After we bought the car, Steven continued his great service by following up with us and making sure we were taken care of and happy with our car. Within a few weeks, we actually had a nail in our tire. We were quoted a replacement by the service department, but when Steven heard about this, he went above and beyond to find ways to get it taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone seeking out their next car purchase. *In addition to Steven, the entire staff at Tim Dahle was nothing but friendly. JD in the service department was great, and Brant in finance was equally awesome. Everyone from top to bottom made sure we were taken care of and happy without seeming or being fake about it. My car wouldnt idle and I had it towed to Tim Dahle Nissan (Southtown) for repair. The car has always gone to TD Nissan for oil changes and any repair work. My nephew has a code reader so we knew what repairs needed to be made. According to the reader the car needed a new Mass Flow Indicator. It took a day and a half before I got a call from the service advisor saying they had identified the problem. He indicated that the computer was broken and would I authorize a new one to be put in the car. The part was expensive but I agreed to have the computer replaced. About 30 minutes later, I received a call that all the keys and remotes would need to be reprogrammed, they sent a courier to retrieve them.An hour or so later I received another call from the service advisor, he explained that the computer they had just put in the car was also broken, and that they would need to replace the main wire harness. He mentioned something about the burnt wire smell when the car was brought in. I told him the car DIDNT have a burnt wire smell when it was brought in. I indicated that I wasnt sure what to do. The car is old and it probably isnt worth the money he was talking about to fix it. This occurred later on a Thursday afternoon. The service advisor then offered to supply a loaner car. I asked him how much the loaner car would cost me and he indicated there was no charge as long as my car was in their shop. I asked if I could keep the car until Monday and by then I would be able to make a better decision. That was agreed to by the service advisor.After careful consideration, I decided not to fix my car. I returned the loaner car to the dealership on Monday morning. The service advisor assigned to me wasnt into work yet and I was not able to find anyone to check the loaner car into. While waiting, I asked another service advisor for the key to my car as I wanted to start cleaning out my personal items. It took nearly 20 minutes for the key to be located. When I went out to my car it was in the parking lot unlocked. I wonder how long it was unlocked for? Anyone could have gotten into the car and got my personal information. When I got into the car, there was a distinct and strong smell of burnt wire. I had a bag with me and put my personal information into the bag. I locked the car, went back into the service dept to let them know I would be back in about an hour.Upon my return, the service advisor had arrived. I told him I had decided not to have the car repaired due to the high costs and that I had already talked to the service manager about leaving my car in their lot for approximately 2 days. The service advisor then said so we need to settle up on the bill. The bill? I said. He indicated I would need to pay for the diagnostic and the computer they put into my car that they broke. Really? Why do I need to pay for a computer that you broke? He started adjusting the price down and then also told me the loaner was really a rental since I had decided not to have my car repaired at their shop. I had no problem paying for the diagnostic, except they never figured out what the problem was with my car. And now I am required to pay for the computer they broke and a rental car that was represented to me as a loaner and not a rental? I attempted to understand why I am responsible for a part that they broke. He indicated if I had them make all the repairs (including the computer and my main wiring harness that they burned up) and pay for it then the part (the computer) would be covered under the warranty. I still dont understand. After several minutes of arguing I told the service advisor I was getting a lawyer and I left.I cant believe this dealership would treat anyone this way. I bought my car from them and the car has been serviced by them for many years. I havent had a problem before. Now I will NEVER go there again and have already told my friends to steer clear of Tim Dahale Nissan at Southtown auto mall. I took my car in for repair, not only couldnt they diagnose the problem and fix it, they managed to burn up the wiring harness. I am not convinced the computer was broken when it went in because they told me when they put in the new computer it was sending the same error codes as the old computer. I dont think their mechanic knew what he was doing and so instead of having my car fixed I was forced to buy a new car AND pay for a stupid rental car that they told me there would be no charge for. The whole process cost me almost $1000.00 AND the car is broken worse than when I brought it into them.Dont go to Tim Dahle Nissan at Southtown. At first they were nice to me but as soon as they realized I decided not to pay for additional parts and repairs they were a little unreasonable, OK allot unreasonable. I was even threatened with we have recorded every conversation we had. Great maybe the staff there should listen to the conversations so they can learn how NOT to treat a customer. Denise P.

I have only had bad experiences at car dealerships. I've felt lied to and bullied into a car.When I went to Nissan I expected the same problems. But WOW they proved me wrong. When we went to Nissan we were immediately helped by Steve G. He was honest with us from the second we started talking with him. We found a 2013 that we liked and Steve was very detailed about the car. We worked with Ben for financing. He worked hard to find a lender to work with us. However due to our current credit situation the car was not going to be affordable for us. But not once did Ben or Steve try and talk us into the higher payment. Ben even came into work earlier on a Saturday to meet with us. He explained what all the banks said. He said that Steve was working on finding us a car for the approved price. Steve found us a car that we love and Ben found us the price we love. Steve even took the time to setup the Bluetooth for me and go to the gas station to fill up the car. It was a professional transaction. Ask for Steve when you go in. He is a pro and if you get Ben for financing you are in really good hands!!! Thanks Steve and Ben!

Buying a vehicle from Tim Dahle has been the best car experience for the past 37 years.We have had a couple of Nissan vehicles, so we are accustom to the reliability. Generally the car is not the difficulty in buying; usually the difficulty is who you buy the car from.Stephen Galaso met us as we were walking up to the dealership. "On no, now it begins", I thought. But it turned out my apprehension was misguided. Stephen came off as sincere and honest (which I have found to be his nature over the last several months). We talked about our needs, what type of car we wanted, what it would be used for, mileage, up keep, etc.; all of the things that were important to us, but are usually too timid to bring up in sales environment.We had a pretty good idea about what we wanted, but Stephen just reassured us and made a number of other positive points we didn't even think of. It wasn't as if he was "selling us", but rather confirming what type of car, a n Altima, would meet our needs now and well into the future.In the past, financing meant open-your-wallet-and-don't-look-while-we-help-ourselves (or at least that's how it has felt).Not at Tim Dahle. Yea, there was some give and take--after all it is a business. But in the end, we were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement that meant we got the car we wanted at an acceptable monthly payment. And they got one more sale in December.The coolest part--and I tell everyone about this--was when Stephen took us to the shop to pick up our new car. We stepped into the shop, a vehicle had a red cloth concealing the car. In a magical moment, someone pulled off the covering to reveal our shiny new 2013 red Altima to a round of applause and hoots and howlers by a dozen employees. I am still in awe at that scene. Spectacular.We have been back a couple of times for minor recall service that took surprisingly little time, oil changes (and a couple of car washes). Each time we have been treated with respect, invited to wait in their clean customer lounge and whatever was done was done as quickly and professionally as could be imagined. Even the cashier has made doing business with Tim Dahle a very positive.I even got a personal phone call from Tim to thank me for our business and to make sure we were happy with our experience.

Our salesperson Mac, was very helpful and patient with us during our multiple trips to the dealership thoughout the time it took us to make our decision to purchase our new Altima. He was not pushy but did keep in contact with us to answer questions and set up times to come in. During the negotiation process, Ryan, the sales manager, made our purchase very easy, and we felt comfortable with the price we paid for our vehicle. Our finance process went well, and when we had a question about our purchase contract, James corrected the error and we got what we wanted and not the extra add-ons we didn't. My only complaints are that the building itself was really cold, and I shivered throughout the entire time I was there, and that it seems like it takes forever (hours) to get through the car buying/financing process. I don't think this is an issue with this dealership, just the car buying process as a whole. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy, and we would recommend buying a car there.

During the negotiation process, Ryan, the sales manager, made our purchase very easy, and we felt comfortable with the price we paid for our vehicle. Our finance process went well, and when we had a question about our purchase contract, James corrected the error and we got what we wanted and not the extra add-ons we didn't. My only complaints are that the building itself was really cold, and I shivered throughout the entire time I was there, and that it seems like it takes forever (hours) to get through the car buying/financing process. I don't think this is an issue with this dealership, just the car buying process as a whole. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy, and we would recommend buying a car there.

Customer service was absolutely superb. All of the staff was great and especially Stephen Galaso he was very patient while I was choosing my new vehicle. Spending the day at a car dealership is never fun, but with the awesome team members of Tim Dahle it was much more enjoyable. My husband and I visited the Tim Dahle Nissan on 7.5.13 for the first time ever and I could not believe how friendly every staff member was. During our 4 hours buying our daughter her first ever new car I don't think there was one staff member who did not come up and speak with us. The highlight of our purchase was when we stepped out into the garage to get into our new car and a lot of the staff was there clapping and congratulating us on our new vehicle. Felt like family...and that is why I gave them a 5 rating!

My intention was only to look at my options, I knew what I wanted but just needed confirmation in order to make my decision for the coming weekend. WOW! Would just like to say what a NEGATIVE experience we had with sales manager RYAN SOLT on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Unfortunately, an agreement could not be made on the price we were willing to pay for a new car for our daughter. Instead of RYAN behaving professionally and gracefully under pressure, he grabbed the paperwork forcefully from the table we were sitting at, stated Fine! and then said, Just Leave!!! as he stomped backed to his office. Again, WOW! My daughter, her boyfriend, my husband and myself were all left sitting at the table with our mouths wide open in disbelief. I expected a SALES MANAGER to handle himself professionally and with grace under pressure. Realizing that a compromise was not going to be made, RYAN as a representative of TIM DAHLE NISSAN of SANDY and of NISSAN MOTORS, should have thanked us for our time, reiterated their final price and told us to have a good evening. So...apparently, if you deal with RYAN SOLT at TIM DAHLE NISSAN in SANDY...be prepared for a child-like tantrum if he does not get his way!!!

Devon met us at the front door and was very helpful right from the beginning. He let me test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted, during the drive he explained all the features of the vehicle and answered my questions. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Devon was very helpful throughout the whole process and there was never any pressure to buy, he simply presented all of the information and all of my different options, then let me choose what I wanted to do. He was also very friendly, while I was waiting for the finance department he kept me company and we had a very nice conversation. Overall, this was one of the fastest and easiest experiences that I have ever had at a dealership when buying a car, everything was smooth and easy and I never felt pressured. The same was true in the finance office, they simply presented the options and let me choose. I would recommend doing business with Tim Dahle Nissan. If you want a friendly, knowledgeable, professional salesman then ask for Devon.

I texted on the phone after hearing on the radio about the deal they were having, what I had for a credit score, and what I wanted to trade in. Within one hour at the they opened. I got a call from a man named Devon and he invited me up to come and look at some cars. From the time he met me at the front door with a hand shake and a smile it was all up hill from there. I was treated like a human and not just a sale. I loved the care and the respect that I got the whole time that I was there. Our salesman was very friendly and didn't really pressure us. We did feel pressure from his supervisor though. Overall it felt a little rushed. The supervisor manipulated numbers in the final monthly payment to make it sound like he had lowered the price when in fact he had not. We should have probed a little deeper. The final price was pretty much exactly what the Kelly Blue Book recommends for the dealer.

Well our experience in this dealership was horrible!! We felt like they we're in it for the money! They jerked us around, never gave us a straight answer, but we liked the car so we made the numbers work. 12 days later they call us and tell us oh by the way your car that you guys are driving was never financed if you still want the car too bad but we probably can't get you in it but we got u aproved for a different car and you need a down payment for it too. It was so harsh because it doesn't make sence on why they would let us drive this new Nissan Sentra for so long without them telling us. All the other dealers that I went to were like Wow why would they do that because you put miles on it! Also while we were doing the paperwork and looking at the cars the sales Representative kept calling my husband Alex and his name is Thomas. He even called him and emailed him as Alex even tho my husband and I kept telling him that his name was Thomas.

Dear Mr. Dahle: You should be ashamed of how unprofessional your sales and financial staff in South Jordan treated my sister, Ms. OBrien. The encounter occurred the evening of 4/6/2013 between my sister and 4 of your sales and financial staff: Ben, Chris, Ryan and a 4th person, name unknown, who was extremely arrogant in his ability of accuracy regarding this manner. She was verbally accused in the showroom of the South Towne location of returning a car with windshield damage and excessive mileage. When she asked to see the car to inspect the condition herself, she was given numerous excuses why the car was not available for her to examine. They repeatedly accused her of the damage and wanted her to pay accordingly. The discussion escalated, voices were raised and continued outside in the back lot with Mr. Arrogant (again, name unknown) asserting his accuracy, and, without any consideration that the car in question was not the car she turned in. Your sales agents treated her with disrespect and humiliated her in front of everyone in the showroom. If it werent for her demanding proof and not allowing your agents to bully her into submission, it was determined the car was not the car she brought in, and in deed, a MISTAKE was made on your part. OH REALLY?!!! I dont appreciate how you tried to bully and intimidate my sister. On behalf of my sister, I will Tweet, Facebook, and by word of mouth, tell everyone to avoid purchasing a car from any of your dealerships.

My experience here was complicated. I had an oil change done, and directly afterwards my air conditioning stopped working. When I initially worked with them on it, they took over 4 hours before calling me back and telling me that they weren't really sure what it was. Upon pressing, they made some guesses and gave me a quote. I wasn't satisfied with a guess and a quote, nor was I satisfied with the various explanations they kept coming up with. When I tried to escalate I had a difficult time getting them to return my calls (I later found out that the service manager had been out of the office those days), so I took my car to another mechanic and got a second opinion.At this point management stepped in. Mark convinced me to return my car to them, and to let them take another look at it with a different mechanic. He set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn't be without a car while they worked on it. They had multiple people look at it, confirm the issues and solutions, and then work to make things right and to make sure my car was fully functional once again. While neither of us were sure if it could have been caused by their mechanics, the timing was suspicious, and Mark wanted to make sure they hadn't done anything wrong and make sure to right it if they did.I've come back to Tim Dahle because I felt like they were the best Nissan dealer in Utah. I've bought multiple cars from them, and had my share of service done here. Overall and through the years, I think that they've been good and that the service they've provided has been excellent. I think that despite the issues I had, it's good to know that they were more than willing to make things better. After they realized that something had gone wrong, and even though it likely wasn't their fault, they stepped up to make things right for me, and ensure that I had a good experience and was satisfied in the end.

I was looking for a family car in a certain price range and was shown 5 different cars in my range. I test drove them and decided on the 2010 Nissan Altima. When I went in to fill out the paper work on the car I was told "sorry we showed the wrong car to you" " this car is $2000.00 more than your price range. I was very upset because I really liked the car and was told when I arrived it was in my price range. The manager came over and told me it was their mistake and they would honor the original price they gave me. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. We were just out looking for a new car. Wanted to trade our 2001 Honda Accord, but had not looked at any cars since purchasing our 2001 Honda. Our plan was to look at Honda, Nissan, Hundia, and Dodge. Mesa was right there when we started looking at the Altima's. We told them what we were wanting as far as payments and features. I had appointments with 2 different Nissan dealers Tuesday. I had done a lot of research, so I knew what was a fair trade-in price for my Camry and an acceptable price for a 2013 Nissan Juke SV. I was going to buy from whomever gave me the best price and treated me respectively. My experience at Tim Dahle Nissan was with sales rep Stephen Galaso, his manager James York and Mike the finance guy. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and a great price on the Juke was given the first time around, no dickering, just a bottom line price. I decided there was no reason to go to my second appointment, plus I went with the upgraded SL model. My stepdaughter and I actually had a great time throughout the entire process. I love my car and whole hearted encourage people to go to Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy. If you are really lucky, you'll get to work with Stephen, James and Mike!

I wasn't so sure I wanted a Nissan, or even a new car until me and my husband met Steven in the Parking Lot. He approached us very casually, didn't seem like those other sales guys we encountered at other dealerships. He knew a ton about the Altima he was showing us and also a lot about the competition which helped us out so much. What I loved most about our experience was how easy it felt buying a car. Neither Steven nor his manager pushed us to making a decision. We hate feeling pressured so it helped a lot that they treated us more like family then another number on the board. I went back this weekend to buy a used car for my daughter and Steven helped us again. He remembered us by name!!! Tim Dahle is where we're buying our cars from now on, and believe me, we've purchased plenty of cars in the past from so many dealers. No experience compares to this place. Exceptional service,they listened to my needs and what price range I could afford. No sales pressure. After I bought the vehicle I wanted there was an issue with it. The salesman David Fenning misinformed me by saying the 2012 Nissan Titan that I was planning on buying came with an in-cabin microfilter. I took his word for it and bought the 2012 Nissan Titan. After I bought the 2012 Titan, I checked to see if there really was an in-cabin filter. And it did NOT have one. I called David Fenning to let him know and asked him to make it right by giving me one, since he told me there already was one in the Titan. He said no. So I then talked to Umair Rehman, the new car sales manager and explained the situation. He also told me that he would NOT make it right by giving me an in-cabin microfilter. Finally, I talked to Alen Maric the General Manager. He ended up making it right by giving me an in-cabin microfilter.

While the appointment was for 9:00 pm, Donny was more than happy to work with my late schedule. I appreciated Donny's low-pressure tactic very much. I had been to multiple other dealerships, and liked how I was treated here best. Donny went above what he needed to do, and even went up to Ogden to pick up a car for me. My only complaint is I was told different things by different employees- ie how much of a down payment I could put on my credit card, and how much the minimum was I had to finance.

These guys really know what it means to work as a team. They worked long into the evening approximately until 1 am working on a 2 car deal for me and my wife. I'm a numbers and logic guy. I told them where I wanted to be price wise and what I was willing to do. The staff treated me and my wife with respect for my money and my time. Peter and David were up front with me about all the financial details of my purchases and didn't leave me wondering if there were any hidden fees. Those are rare qualities when dealing with salesman and these guys really helped me feel comfortable by not being pushy or making me feel obligated to buy a vehicle. On top of the friendly service, the sales manager Umair came over after we had made our purchases to make sure we had a positive experience. He let us know if there was anything we needed to let him know. I received a follow up e-mail from him and today Tim Dahle himself called me to thank for for purchasing my two beautiful new cars. When my husband and I walked into Tim Dahle Nissan, we were helped immediately. As soon as we walked up we were asked what we were looking for and what price range we could afford. We took two cars for test drives and we were amazed at how well our needs and wants were matched. Our overall experience there on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would rate Tim Dahle in Sandy an 11!! Our Salesman Bill still knows us both by name and sends us cards. Donny was great! He had a sign in the window of the car I wanted that read Welcome Becky. We went through the process of getting financed. And Jason, Donny were so good. Donny answered every question that my husband and I had. The experience was wonderful. Time Dahle of Sandy has a great store and super cool employees. When we purchased the car they took us to the service dept. There was our car in a red blanket and then they pulled of the cover and there was our bitter chocolate cube. Donny was the best salesperson who didn't use pressure on us. He listened to what we wanted and he found the car that I wanted.The company should be very pleased with the quality of salesman they have at the Sandy store. The team at Tim Dahle was great to work with. Not pushy, very helpful and informative and willing to make the deal work. The worst part for me when purchasing a new car is the feeling you're getting "hosed" and the length it takes to get out of the dealership. Neither of these were issues at Tim Dahle Nissan. I feel like I got a good deal on the truck and the process took several hours less than I had expected.

After my company changed it's policies I had to make a purchase in a real hurry. I checked out several local dealers I decided on making a purchase from Tim Dahle in Sandy. Donny returned my internet request as well as called me right away with the info I needed on the Sentra that I was interested in. After we met and I test drove the car, he explained the details about the car, warranties and programs available, as well as the purchase process. He was very professional and not pushy. No one likes pushy sales people right? My wife and I did decide on purchaing the 2012 Sentra and so far we love it. I found a broken fog light lenz when I got the car home. Had it about 12 hrs and I could not get them to fix it. It should have been repaired to pass inspeection. Mabe I should have complained to the the Highway Patrol. Mabe I still will. I thought this was a cheap shot. Was not the sales person he did ask the manager said no....

This was a fantastic experience! Troy was very professional and worked very hard to make us happy even though we were a pretty easy sale. (We'd pretty much made up our mind to buy before we walked in.) They didn't have any incentives on our vehicle model($500 off for example); however, even without that we still got a great price. There were no hidden surcharges, everything was explained. Jeff, the finance manager, was very helpful in getting an excellent interest rate--better than we would have gotten from our own credit union. They weren't high pressure. No bait and switch or trying to up-sell us on some more expensive model. Other dealers have treated us like some sort of security risk and seemed reluctant, believe it or not, to let us drive a car. Troy just showed us what we wanted and let us drive it--no extra scrutiny taking copies of drivers licence or any of that rigmarole. He treated us well. It was a superior experience in all respects!

I can not express how much I love the guys over at Tim Dahle Nissan sandy!! I first called this location before I had even thought about going into the dealership I am the type of person that gets anxiety even thinking about shopping for a car, but I felt like the moment I walked in with my son we were welcomed like old friends. I couldn't have asked for a better experience then I had. Bill and jason were so good about understanding my situation and actually LISTENED to what I said!! We stopped by Tim Dahle on a Friday night wanting to just pick up a Maxima brochure but met Troy Pollock outside on the lot which was lucky for us. He was very friendly and helpful and he told us about a 2011 Maxima that had been used as a demo and they needed all 2011 vehicles to be sold. This sparked our interest and Troy offered to bring up the 2011 and a 2012 to compare with. He was totally helpful and informative about all options with NO pressure to purchase that night which we appreciated. Before we left the dealership that night we knew we would return the next day to make a deal. We can't say enough good about TROY POLLOCK. He is the kind of guy you make longtime friendships with. The wife wanted to adopt him. He exhibited patience, helpful suggestions and answered all questions we had. He contacted us the following morning by phone to thank us for coming in. Short story - we bought the 2011 and are very happy. Troy also phoned on Monday after the purchase to check if we had any questions about the car. It was all great! Ben Gowans was an exceptional finance man too. John and Troy (last names escaped us) were really good also. We bought our last Maxima from Tim Dahle in 2005 and it was a good experience so that is what brought us back. It's all great!!! We would highly recommend Troy Pollock and all staff in this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Titan. I was upside down by $12,000 on my trade which had been purchased only months before. My credit was challenged with a bankruptcy only 1 year discharged. I am in middle of a divorce and had to get old vehicle out of wifes name. Somehow they were able to work with these impossible hurdles and not only get me out of old vehicle, but get me into exactly what I wanted with very little downpayment and a great intrest rate. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, and helpful. I have purchased over 15 new vehicles in my lifetime and have never been treated this good. My first contact was with Troy Pollock and he is awesome! When I decided to purchase the truck it was late and near closing.Troy had gone home and Mitch Hardy stayed late and got all of my information submitted so we could get the deal done right away in the morning. I had to drive 140 miles to Price to pick up my trade in and they had papers ready and truck detailed long before I got back. When I arrived to pick up my new truck I was greeted promptly by Troy Pollock who explained that Mitch had passed paperwork onto him as he was original sales consultant who helped me. This type of teamwork was impressive as I have never seen salesmen work together like this before after doing most of the legwork WOW. I was given the deal they quoted me and not pressured to buy all the extras like I have been at other dealers finance offices. Ben Gowans was the finance person and was very friendly, and efficient. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The next day I recieved a call from Tim Dahle himself thanking me for buying a car from him and checking on my satisfaction. This again is a first to have the owner personally call me. I had nissan dealers much closer to me but this experience was well worth the drive. I would reccomend this dealer with the highest ratings possible.

Troy was extremely helpful through the entire process of buying a new car, even with knowing that I was in a time crunch he never pressured me to but it right on the spot like other dealerships pressured. He went into explanation of all the paperwork, gave me a great price on a new car and stayed firm on the price even when my trade in car value went up...that was a new experience. He stayed late both nights to help me out and was very good at answering all of my parents questions and concerns. He even offered to bring the spare key we accidentally left at the dealership up to my house so I wouldn't have to make the trip, and let me know I can still contact him when I move out of state if I have any issues with the other dealership. Overall he really made the process super easy and a really good experience.

I had been looking for a used Subaru for months before I found one at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy that seemed to be priced right. My main concern was that the car had not been smoked in by the previous owner, since I am allergic to the smoke and I have two small children who I didn't want exposed to those harmful chemicals. So my husband went in to take a look at the Subaru they had advertised on their website and another salesperson (NOT Donny, and I can't remember his name now since we purchased the car back in December) told my husband he couldn't find the car in the lot, therefore it had been sold. I felt disappointed when my husband called me to let me know the car had been sold because we had been looking for a used and reliable Subaru for me for a while and that one listed online seemed to be perfect. Anyway, I didn't take a NO for an answer. I went on the website and chatted with one of the salespeople (this time Donny), who told me the car was still available for sale. I was skeptical and confused at the same time since I had two different pieces of information to deal with. So I asked Donny to email me a picture of the car they had in the lot, and sure enough, that was the Subaru I was interested in. So because of the miscommunication I am deducting one star from "Customer Service". Again, not Donny's fault though.Speaking of Donny, he has treated me very courteous since the beginning of our interaction. I went in to take a look at the car the next day, and being a female, I thought I would be treated less than if I were a male, but I can tell you that Donny was a very good salesperson to me, not pushy and very respectful. Since my husband was very busy at work, I dealt with Donny and Jason (the Sales Mgr) all by myself until we agreed on a sales price (which I think was very reasonable, and what I had in mind as a final price I'd pay for the Subaru). My husband came in, we signed the paperwork, and drove away with our car. One thing though I got upset about was that my husband had asked for the keyless entry while we were waiting on the paperwork to be finalized but they couldn't find it at that time. The problem is that when I tried using the "unlock" button on the keyless entry, it would not work. Only the "lock" button works. Well, if you don't have kids, no problem, you can just unlock the car with your key and be on your way, but when you have an infant in an infant carseat and a toddler, it gets very annoying to unlock the car manually and trying to hold the carseat and a toddler at the same time. I wish they could have told me that problem upfront so I would have gotten the "key replacement" service they had offered at the time we were in the Finance office. So I'm deducting another star for the "Customer Service". By the way, I called both Subaru dealers in town to see how much it would cost me to get the keyless entry replaced, and I'll have to spend a whooping $200 (labor, part and tax included) to get a new keyless entry. Bummer! Other than that, the car runs well and I'm pleased with it.

I had a great experience with Mitch Hardy at the Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy. Mitch was a lot of fun the entire time we sat with him. He explained everything in fine detail with us so there were no questions as to what we were getting into. After trading in my Frontier Truck for an Xterra I got home an realized that I was missing my ipod. I was very stressed out about it that night wondering what happened to it. I emailed Mitch the next day he called me back immediately and let me know he found it in my truck. It was tucked away and hidden in the pocket of my dash. So honest and helpful. Donny was a fantastic sales person. This was our first Nissan purchase and he was excellent to work with. No pressure, was responsive to the features we wanted in a car and did not try to up sell us in any way. He also cut us a great deal on a new Armada! I'll definitely come back for my next car.

Donnie was very down to earth, no pressure, intelligent and helpful. I also found Troy very pleasant. Ben was great. He had a great attitude and did a good job of finding financing and not over selling the warranty products.Mitch on the other hand represented himself as the buyer for the dealership and was the type of salesman who wants to talk but not listen. He constantly tried to promote products I was not interested in and lead me away from the type of product I wanted. This is why I switched from using him as a salesman to Donnie. Overall this was great buying experience. I would definitely buy from them again.

I would like to thank rick western and fred at tim dahl nissan. i had a great experience with both rick and fred. Most sales people are pushy and aggressive however rick and fred were not and they helped me out with my new car when i needed it. i went to car max and they wanted extremely high payments so i went to tim dahl nissan rick helped me to get into the car i wanted and fred got me the mon thly payments i needed with my budget. i would highly recommend that anybody that wants to buy a car with reasonable payments go through rick and fred. I would also like to compliment on there service department whom are friendly and very helpful with the services my car needed. Tim Dahl Nissan is the place to go and buy a car and i would definelty recommend to work with rick western and fred, they are awsome. I really enjoyed buying my new car from these guys. They greeted us right when my family and i got there, askedbus what we were looking for, and treated us with respect. They answered all our questions and got us into the car that we loved and worked best for our family. They even helped us get out from under a car we were upside down in and paid it off and rolled the negative equity into the new car loan. I would definitely recommended this dealership to my friends, family, and coworkers. I willl definitely be back to buy another car from these guys in the future.

You know , i came in looking to see if i could get someone to help me with the car we were upside down in. we wanted to get a nissan cube. thats when we my family my wife, and 2 year old daughter met James Morris. this guy is just all around the bomb. he made us feel very much like we were in the right place. he took the problem we had and worked the deal for me and my family to be in a cube. wich for us is the perfect car for our family. all the guys are great. but i realy wish there was something more i could do for James to let him know how much we appreciated, what he did for us. my 2 year old loves him and her new car. thanks James and the Tim Dahle nissan ( sandy ) crew. the best place in my opinion to buy a car and get the best service possible. they make nthe difference cause nthey care.

They were so amazing! They beat Ken Garffs price by a long shot and were so much nicer to work with. They were friendly, would show us the exact numbers all printed out and explained vs other dealers just giving you a base price and not telling you how much you were getting the car for or what they were giving us for our trade in. This was our second Tim Dahle purchase and we will be back again!

This team took great care to help us find a Rogue after our 1.5 year old Rogue was totaled. They helped my daughter find a car and allowed me to put $500.00 down over the phone to hold it. I could not get to the dealership due to the car situation and having to continually deal with the insurance issues related to the crash.

I have purchased several vehicles from Tim Dahle southtowne, the dealership as a whole has always been fantastic to work with. I currently don't have Nissan but Steve Phillips in the service department always takes care of my needs on any of my vehicles. I get straight, honest answers to my questions. Steve is prompt to call me to update me with the status of my vehicle and to tell me what it's going to take to fix the problem. I don't care about what the repairs cost, as much as I care about how they actually do the work. I feel the prices are fair, but I know if I have any problems with the work performed, Steve will take care of it instantly. Every time i go to get my car serviced on, everyone at this dealer especially Steve goes above and beyond my expectation, They make sure to explain what they are going to do and how long it will take and always make sure i have a ride to where i need to be if i'm not waiting in house,I sometimes even call last minute and they get me in same day,They do everything to make me feel Good about bringing in my car to them,I plan on buying many more Nissan's from them in the future and staying with for they great service team they have there,A+ in my book

I have drove the same car for 11 years. So when I was finally ready to get a new car I started doing some pretty detailed research to make what I thought would be an informed & intelligent purchase. I started out looking online. I signed up on 6 different dealership websites for more info. Aaron Callister was one of only 2 out of 6 salesman who followed up with my online inquiry. I had also heard great things about Tim Dahle Southtowne from one of my best friends who purchased her pathfinder there. Aaron was very helpful & patient with me. I became obsessed with looking at cars. Different dealerships, craigs list, ksl...Aaron stayed in touch with me but never seemed pushy or overbearing, he just did an AMAZING job of listening to me & working to find the right car for me. I feel extremely happy about my decision of the 2011 Nissan Rogue & this is not only because I love the vehicle but because I trust Aaron as a salesman & someone to make a major purchase with. First of all, there is not enough room here to even convey how I feel about my experience at Tim Dahle Nissan, in Sandy, Utah. Aaron called me the following morning, after I had been searching online for a Nissan Rogue. He was so personable and helpful. He talked with me about the features, right down to the exterior and interior colors. He told me that he would look on the lot and call me back in a few minutes. Within 15 minutes, Aaron called me back and had found the exact Rogue that I had been looking for. He was so personable, that we were talking about anything and laughing. We just seemed to click. He gave me directions to the dealership and was there when my husband and I walked through the door. I have never been dealt with so honestly and personably, by the salesman, manager and financial manager. Everyone there was just so happy and it showed on their faces and by the way we were treated. Every possible option was looked at to give us the best possible price, warranties and experience one could ever hope for. Aaron told us that he would start with the invoice price and give us every rebate and consideration that he could, and he did! He and I just seemed to click. He told me, "car buying is supposed to be fun", and it was! We laughed and joked around and felt very comfortable throuhout the whole experience. Mark introduced himself and made sure our experience was the very best. Fred worked the numbers in our favor, in every way possible. We left the dealership having made good friends. I didn't know that car salesmen and managers could be so helpful and fun. I am 61 years old and have always dreaded dealing with anyone connected with a car dealership. Our friends at Tim Dahle Nissan, in Sandy, Utah, changed our whole way of thinking about buying a new or used car. We were treated like family. I will return to the same dealership again and again and will recommend to everyone that I know, that they visit Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy, Utah. I will tell them to ask for Aaron, Mark and Fred. I love my new Nissan Rogue and my new friends!

i needed to sell my newer juke for financial reasons needing a car and money for surgery in return. I called was told to come right in met Carson Cutler and was impressed the minute i arrived. Before i even got out of the car i heard hello from everyone outside and was treated as if i had been a long return customer even though ot was my first time there. i wil deal with thrm always and will have as many as my family and friends do the same as possible.They went way above and beyond in making me feel comfortable even though they knew the money situation i was in they are the BEST!!!!

I was traveling through Utah recently and broke down on the most gosh awful highway ever.In a panic I googled and called the closet Nissan dealer who just happened to be Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy.The service manager understood my needs and personally came to my rescue with one of his technicians.Let me be clear, they skipped the tow truck part and showed up on the highway to rescue me.They found some loose hose or something and fixed it on the spot. Then insisted that his technician drive my van back to the shop to make sure it was safe. The service manager, Mark I think was his name was gave me and all my kids a ride back to the store in their shuttle. They found an air box thinga majiggy left loose from another service center.Best part, they did not charge me and he refused to accept a tip.Thanks Mark and every one else at Tim Dahle Nissan.You saved my vacation and my sanity !

Tim Dahle Nissan at the Automall in my opionion absolutley LACK INTEGRITY. I have never in my life worked with a Car Dealer that in my opinion is this DIS-HONEST.Let me tell you what they did to us.... We understood that they would pay off my Pontiac Solstice that is loaded with everything I paid $30,000 new I owed less than $15,000. I told them I could afford to pay $33,000 for a new vehicle. We were pre approved with credit union. Finance guy with Tim Dahle told us we had to sign the agreement as a backup plan incase we didnt qualify with our credit union they listed a higher interest rate. We agreed because we new we already had credit union financing. That was this past Saturday...Today my husband went to the bank to sign our loan papers. They told him they could not finance this vehicle because the truck value was less than $32,000 they show the sales price of over $40,000. My husband went back to the dealership to get them to lower the truck price so we could get the finaning "YOU CANT SELL A VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN THE VALUE" (RIGHT)...WRONG!!! THEY SAID THEY WILL GET A BANK TO DO THE LOAN!!!... :( Can you beleive that!!.. NEVER TRUST TIM DAHLE NISSAN!! for that matter boycott Nissan.. I will be out in front of their dealership warrning people of bad business practice. SHAME ON ANY BANK OR CREDIT UNION THAT PARTICIPATES IN THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY...:( My opinion of this dealership is they stink.. Don not do business with them.

Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy is the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. I was helping my daughter, who is a single mother, look for a used car. We found what we thought to be the perfect used car for her and it was in her price range. This was on a Monday. The financing had been arranged privately. The customer service was terrible. We should have known the next day when we went to pick up the car with my daughter and grandaugher and had to wait 2 full hours to be told the car wasn't ready yet, that we should RUN away from the deal. Supposedly, in the diagnostic testing, they saw that a belt and hose needed replaced so we could not pick up the car that day. Two days later, we were told it was ready, went in, waited another 2 hours to be told financing wasn't ready and we couldn't pick it up. What? We had our own financing. AND, THEY HAD PULLED OUR CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT CONCENT TO DO SO! HUGE VIOLATION! Again, my fault for not running as fast as we could. This went on for a week. Finally, we picked up the car. My daughter loved it. It looked to be in great shape. Two weeks later, my daughter and grandaughter were driving down the road and the car started on fire (under the hood). Needless to say, Tim Dahle Nissan acts like they have never seen us before, however, the bill to have it fixed up is now over $700.00. For a single mother of one, that's huge. And, surprise!!! They've had the car for 3 days now, still working on it, and my daughter is left without a car while trying to get to work and daycare. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

My wife and I had been shopping for a new Altima for several weeks and our shopping stopped when we went to Tim Dahle Nissan. The entire shopping experience was great. Our salesperson was knowledgable and took the time to listen to us. The managers that we met were perfect gentlemen and answered all of our questions. I waited to write this review until we had our first oil change done at the dealership. They did not let us down. The service was great and we were in and out. I would recommend Tim Dahle Nissan to anyone who is looking for a Nissan.

Customer service was very good until we bought a vehicle. Customer service has been nothing but a joke since. I have had a few very minor issues with the car we purchased and it seems that once the sale is complete the good customer service ends too. Good luck in getting someone to return calls.
