Jamie Walters is an honest person and that is vital for a salesperson (in my opinion). I'm happy he was able to help us with our purchase on the 2019 Buick Enclave. The BEST car purchase process I've ever been thru. Dealership was great overall to us and very friendly. Rosa in financing was great also. Could not ask for more when buying a car. test drove a truck on saturday, was very pleasedthen when i picked it up on monday didn't notice that the radio was no longer working. took it back in on wednesday and was told well you bought it "as is" really really so you really think i'd pay that kinda money for a truck with no working radio. sooooo uterley dissapointed. definitely would never recommend theese ppl to anyone.

I worked with Tim in the Service Department and did not have a good experience all three times. In fact, I truly wish I did not have to bring in any vehicles for service at Todd Wenzel, but our vehicles are Chevy and under warranty. Tim does not have any personality and is not friendly in the least. He provides very little information while writing up a potential service agreement. If you have questions, you've got to ask. All three times I have had my vehicles in, Wenzel has had them for three, two and four days after being told EVERY time the car would be done that day. All three times I had to wait at least 18 hours before being called about the vehicle in service. I ALWAYS have to call after a couple days just to see what is going on! Just recently, I had my son's car brought in for service under warranty. We asked for a loaner when we came in and were rudely told that request had to be made upon scheduling the appointment. I am not sure how we were supposed to ever know this, especially due to the fact that the first vehicle I ever took in under warranty they had for three days and provided a loaner when I came in the second day after being told nothing about the status of my vehicle and assuming they must surely be done with it! They had my son's car for two full days without contact until my son called at the end of the first day to see how it was coming. He was treated condescendingly and told the car wasn't going to be ready until the next day some time, Of course, we had to call several times the next day. When my son came in to pick up the car, he was told in a demeaning manner by Tim that not only was one tail light out, but two bulbs had to be changed. My son didn't know whether to apologize or what! Right now I am going on the fourth day of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired under warranty. Sure enough, I waited two days until I received a phone call informing me of the status of the car. If I didn't live so close to this dealership, I would happily go elsewhere!

Always very friendly and accommodating and willing to answer all of your questions. They are completely honest and I can leave knowing I received the best service for a great price. They always go above and beyond other dealerships as far as quality and customer service (running my vehicle through the car wash after an oil change!!) It's the little things that count. Tyler Barrix was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed working with him.We were a little disappointed by the length of time it took for things. We had requested that the paperwork be drawn up before I came in so I could just sign everything because I had my 7 month old daughter with me. I ended up being there for an hour mostly just waiting for the paperwork to be printed.Also, we were told we'd have a full tank of gas but we only received a half of tank of gas.

Everybody was really good and friendly. My wife and I purchase d Yukon Denali also and we have struggled get our vehicles was after service and this was the case again. Something about the car wash was broke. Being able to get my vehicle washed after service was a factor in deciding to purchase with Todd Wenzel again and it was dicappointing to not get my vehicle was on the first oil change.

It was very pleasant. They were not high pressure salesman. Stan is good at what he does. Answered all/any questions. Jesse in the finance department is also good at what be does. There was one other person that did our credit history with us that I don't recall his name that was also pleasant to deal with. Overall this was one of the better car dealerships that I have ever dealt with and I am glad we stopped in. Very friendly, not pushy and an overall excellent dealership. Quite frankly, I went shopping for a new truck with a skeptical attitude of what to expect from salesmen.These guys went above my expectations. Pete and Jacob were very professional...and a pleasure to deal with.Pete...He has great incite and it is obvious he knows how to deal with people. This guy will treat you right. Thanks Pete! Jacob...very knowledgeable and paid attention to all my concerns. He actually "listens". A sign of a good salesman I felt no pressure and had a very nice experience with him. I think the service center fixed the recall quite well. I think there is one person in your customer care center who needs a lot of help. She was horrible. I do not know her name but I know for a fact it was not Grace. I got Grace the second time and she was fantastic. It was not Evelyn because she was also fantastic. It was a female who should really get more customer care skills before answering a phone. Todd Wenzel is still a favorite as far as sales and service.

I had been looking for cars for awhile and really appreciated the prompt and efficient way Tyler Barrix responded to my numerous questions via e-mail. Even before arriving at the dealership I was aware of what was in stock, my options, and pricing options. I had been making inquiries at other dealerships and their response time was sub-par. Perhaps this is due to the fact that other salespersons feel that one must be "present" in order to be serious about making a vehicle purchase.I was not treated this way by Tyler - his response time was great and he answered numerous e-mails before he had the opportunity to meet me face-to-face. Due to the fact one can do so much shopping via the internet I was most appreciative of the attentiveness I received BEFORE arriving at the dealership. His knowledge and helpfulness after we arrived was exceptional as well.The Platinum Program is a great perk too. It makes the dealership standout from the rest. Knowing that a loaner vehicle and/or a ride is there when we need it means a lot.The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and employees actually seem happy to be there! Nice to see.

I had a flat tire. I wasn't sure where to call for help. I called the dealership and was given the number to reach GMC roadside help. Once I was in touch someone was here about 15 minutes later, put on my spare and had me ready to go. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My husband brought my truck in for the appointment time and he was in and out in about an hour. Tire was repair for $18.

SHADY DEALER BEWARE!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Purchased a vehicle from these guys and was recommended i have a cosigner for a better interest rate, so i came back with my grandparents and after we all filled out the paperwork and signed it we where good to go. Later found out the vehicle was not even in my name!!! I cannot transfer the title to my new home state, I cannot insure it in my new state, and i cannot insure it in michigan because the vehicle stays with me in my new state!!!! called and talked to a manager who said the director would call me back the next day. 3 days later still no call back so i called again. spoke to the director and told me its my problem and they wont do anything about it!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY! BEWARE!! ALSO this whole time i have not been receiving any benefit to my credit for making large on time payments!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!

They told me when i got there that they were really busy and it would take quite a while before they could get my car done. I told them i would wait and they said they would have me back on the road as fast as they could. They had my car done and washed in about a quarter of the time they had estimated. I was very pleased.

Your dealership WAY EXCEEDS my expectations!! It was a great experience when I bought my car - Eddie Fisher was my salesperson and he was wonderful! I worked with Megan Potts who let me know about the demo sale along with the GM discounts. She was very helpful. She then let me know that she contacted a gentleman named Joe Z in the sales department. He was full of information and very helpful. I left a few things in my vehicle and he was able to put it all together and get it over to me. I was not able to stay so they could fill my gas tank and clean up the Acadia. He offered to let me come in at my convenience in the upcoming weeks. I liked that. I also worked with a gentleman, Justin W and he was full of information regarding the finance process. I enjoyed working and talking with him.

Joe Zeipen was fantastic and was very patient since I had limited time to get back into the dealership to finish the paperwork. Everyone was very professional and customer oriented. My only negative is that in the closing, paperwork happens so fast that I didn't realize actually how much I was paying for the additional warranty. I was a bit shocked later on to find that I paid $4000 for that. Not sure if I would have made the same decision if I had it to do over.

went to Todd Wenzel because of the selection of used cars they offered. they had all the models that we were interested in with multiple options. we worked with Jacob Powell. He was personable, friendly and not pushy. let us take our time with no pressure. Came back a week later to look at one more car and ended up buying. The Finance manager Matthew Bieg was also very professional and friendly. Both Matthew and Jacob were very knowledgable. Todd Wenzel offers a lot of incentives for making purchases with them. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle start there.

I used to sell cars for a living, I test drove 4 other vehicles, and when someone shops for a car, they already have in mind what they want, but the key to success is all on the sales person, three other dealerships didnt even come close with the professionalism I concurred with your company. John McCormack was great. I am really a hard customer, but he stuck in there with me and did a fantastic job finding me the car my husband Mark and I wanted. It wasnt an easy task. I would recommend your dealership to anyone. Remember one important fact, its all about the salesperson and how they do in representing the material, Knowing your product is the key to sales. Just purchsed a used vehicle from Todd Wenzel. The people were really great and they worked with me to make the deal. Overall experience was very good. The one downfall was their finance manager. This kid was very pushy with gap protection. I explained I was not interested in the additional coverage only to have him continue pushing the extra coverage asking me sir I don't think you know what it is because if you did you would take it. I knew well what it was and explained that to him but he continued asking why I didn't want it. It got to the point that if he asked me once more I would have walked out. Not sure what part of "NO" he didn't understand! Other than that it was a good experience!
