Our recent experience at Todd Wenzel was absolutely wonderful! We were provided with exceptional customer service from each individual that we worked with. We came in with a unique situation and were greeted with nothing but kindness and a genuine willingness to help. From service to sales to management, everyone was truly dedicated to helping us and providing the best possible experience! I live 3 hours away and my younger daughter had recently moved to the area and her car completely died on a major highway. I called Todd Wenzel Chevrolet and explained my daughter was there stranded at the side of the road. They guided me through everything getting her and her car safely to their facility within half an hour. They gave her a car to drive for 2 days while they fixed her car. Tyler was so helpful and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to everyone. I have never bought a car there but if their sales department is anything like their service department then kudos to them also. Great job and thank you so much for everything!

Very relaxed atmosphere, no high pressure sales. We walked in with no appointment and not really looking to buy that day. Bob asked if we needed anything and I said I was interested in test driving a Colorado pickup truck. After we got back we sat down and talked about all the options in the truck and we even looked at another truck just to see the difference. Bob spent the afternoon with us talking about trucks and SUV you can feel the passion Bob has for Chevy and his job. I was so pleased with the way everything was taken care of .

We were on our way to Traverse City from Chicago when our Oldsmobile broke down. Despite all of the expense and inconvenience of needing a major repair miles from home, Julian in the service department helped us tremendously. I feared we might be treated as second-class customers because we had an old car and were dumped by fate at their doorstep, but Julian treated us like family.Although there were hiccups getting back on our way, the stressful circumstances were mitigated by Greg Murray handling our after-hours phone call. They stood behind their work 100% when we were essentially helpless and stranded. Julian made it possible for us to save what we could of our trip, and took care of all of our follow-up phone calls and questions. These guys really went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty. Someday, if we are in the market to buy a new car, we are going to drive to Hudsonville from Chicago to do so.

I set up an appointment to look at a car. They didn't have the car there when I showed up. after I called that morning to verify it was there. To drive and hour to find out they didn't have the car let alone couldn't find my appointment even though I had the email confirming the car and the appointment. I then sent an email back thanking them for wasting my time. The guy I was told to meet was Gary Thorn when I got there I was told he had to leave. So I never even talked to the guy I was sent to talk to. It's their loss. I did buy a car and spent twice the amount we where planing because I found a better dealership. If your looking for a place to buy a car I wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth.

I bought a used 2008 ford edge just under a month ago. The buying process went smoothly and the employees were very helpful. I purchased a power train warranty for the car in case there were any issues. About two weeks after I bought the car it started acting up and initially I thought it was the transmission. I tried contacting the warranty place, however, it was not yet transferred in my name so they told me to call the dealership directly. The sales guy told me to bring it to their service department to take a look and if it wasn't covered under the warranty I purchased then it should still be covered under the dealerships 30 day warranty. After the service department having the car for a week they I finally was advised what was wrong with the car and was also told they were not approved to repair it. There was no 30 day warranty as the sales guy stated and no help was given. These issues started only 2 weeks after the car was purchased and if there was no 30 day warranty why would the sales guy say that? The point of purchasing a different car was to get out of having so many repairs and I already have one not even one month in! I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealer again. They were unsympathetic and unwilling to help in any way. Even the service department had bad communication and I felt like I was not a priority at all.

I bought a used Impala here in Aug. 2014. The car was sold as is but with a verbal agreement that if the car ran into issues that I could get help with repairs. I was given a free oil change and within weeks took it in .The repair service informed me it needed a gasket repair for $1700. I tried to get help with this but I was told that I bought the car as is. I later understood the car had gone through zero inspection. I tried to get the work done less expensive. All in all I spent $5000. in various repairs to date. I spoke many times to a manager who basically told me the dealership owed me nothing. My 91 year old father helped me pay for these repairs and is disgusted with how I was treated at a so called reputable dealer. Due to ongoing medical costs I was unable to purchase a more expensive vehicle. There has been no effort on the part of the dealership to make things right, not even a gas card. There is one man, Matt , who listened and was compassionate. God bless him for at least caring.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was met right away by your service man, he set me up with a loaner car & I was on my way...When my car was finished I received a call from Dan & picked up my car--it had even been washed. This extra courtesy is greatly appreciated especially because of my horrible experience with Berger Chev. I was not taken in on time for an appointment I had at Berger Chev & was told it would be an hour wait even though I had a set appointment & they did not give loaner cars. I definitely would recommend Todd Wenzel Chev over Berger Chev.

I recently purchased one of Todd Wenzel's certified pre-owened vehicles and was very dissatisfied with the entire experience. After one week of owning the vehicle, I had to take it in for service because the air conditioner was not working. It was also determined that the water pump was leaking. Both of these items should have been found in the 172 point inspection. As for the customer service I am repulsed and utterly offended. The very first day I was left with an almost empty tank of gas but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Upon bringing final payment for the vehicle I mentioned a couple of little things I had noticed about the car (such as a duplicate set of keys, a few dings, owner's manual, vent adjustments, etc) and before I was even able to ask about them the salesman laughed in my face as I was speaking. I was told that it was my problem after the vehicle is sold but that I was welcome to take it in for service. The following Monday I was asked to return to sign additional documentation that had been omitted from the other paperwork. I then expressed my dissatisfaction about the customer service experience as well as the vehicle not being fully functional. I thought the least he could do was fill the car with fuel since it was not done in the beginning. I then had to argue about exactly how much the gas the car had when I left and was told that I had driven it and thus used the gas he left the vehicle with. Despite my best efforts I only received 2/3 of a tank of gas, which was insultingly rude. Considering the technical issues with the vehicle as well as the rude customer service I can assure you I will never purchase another vehicle from Todd Wenzel and I will make sure anyone I know does the same. This establishment has completely degraded the integrity of the GM certified pre-owned program and I have serious doubts of their employee's moral values.

Bought a used Jeep from them in July. Before we even took it off the lot, found out it was missing floor mats, any and all spare tire equipment, jack, etc... Salesmen have no problem getting you through the process of buying, but once you're out the door, you're done. Had a flat tire, right after. Spare was flat. I'm guessing they never checked to see if it was even a proper tire, even though it was listed as "serviced" on the report from them. Electrical issues, poppin up everywhere.

This was our first visit to Todd Wenzel Chevrolet. Friends of ours bought an SUV here this summer and said they had a great salesman .. so we asked for Dale. He showed us the SUVs we were interested in and allowed us to think about an offer for a couple of days. We came back and closed the deal.

I went to get an automatic remote starter installed in my car. It was supposed to be done on a Saturday but had to be changed during the weekday so I was given a vehicle to drive while it was getting done. I really liked the car I was given to drive and they did a great job on the installation in a timely manner, I had a great experience and everyone was very nice.

Very quick to greet me. Used to put a paper mat on the driver side to prevent soiling, but haven't the last few oil changes. Very clean waiting room with coffee, sweet rolls and fruit, most impressive for a dealership. Not busy so in and out quickly while I visited with our salesman. (I would really like to give the dealership five stars, but there is no "back button" to do that.)

We live in Carson City, Mi. Nancy and I took our 2012 Acadia to your Hudsonville dealership for service. We also went to see Denny Barker, a close friend of ours. We ended up getting a new 2014 Equanox LTZ!! That same day our nephew Nathan bought the 2012 Acadia from Denny! We also met and had a nice talk with Todd, who was filming a commercial at the time. I came in to get an oil change and get one of my fog light was out and still under warranty. I also had them check my brakes to see how much they were down and I thought that I had to get them replaced. They told me that I still had 60% left before I needed have them replaced. I was reading the reviews on the website and the main complaint was how long it took to do an oil change. I spend an hour for them to do all the things I mention above and I didn't think that was a long time for them to do those things. I hope that I have another good experience on my next visit.

4/29/13 my vehicle had oil change and tire rotation. Tech noted torque converter seal leak. Nothing noted on my account next time i went in. I had to bring to dealerships attention a few visits later. Really surprised it was not noted. This last visit 3/31/14 it was finally repaired AFTER I had inquired about it. Really???? Why was this not noted?

The whole experience was pleasant. The handicapped entry, out of weather was a nice surprise. The hot coffee and donuts felt welcoming. Everything looked so clean. All our questions we answered clearly. Our original reason for visiting was to look. We bought at a price we were very comfortable. Todd Wenzel offers many perks we didn't know about until AFTER we bought our new Equinox. The salesman went out of his way to get us taken care of. I have already told several people about the dealership.

We felt it was taking longer that is should have to due the extra things we were having done to our truck. There for we did not feel completely happy at first. That is why we waited to fill this survey out right away. We wanted it so we could drive it. We also had some personal reason for wanting it as soon as we could. Things were done to make it right and we are VERY SATIFIED with the end results. We are glad that you have vehicles available for us to drive. It saved a lot of headaches. We are very happy with our sales person Bob Hirdes for his assistant as he did not just sell us a truck and say we were on our own, but helped us with questions we had. He also was helpful to guide us to the service people we needed to have contact with as we had extra's done (the package you offer) and a fifth wheel hitch and wiring transfered to our truck. I was disappointed that my extended warranty was not in your records. I was given a price by the service person and when I told him I had the extended warranty, he seemed quite frustrated. Luckily I had my contract in the car. I am not sure what would have happened if I didn't happen to have that. Since I bought the car new at Todd Wenzel GMC, I would think that the finance people could have made note of that somewhere in my records. I would think that it would save other customers as well. I usually have my service done at Wenzel in Hudsonville as I live in Hudsonville. I share this not as a negative for the service person. He was very nice about it. I felt bad for him as he had to make a long phone call and such to verify my coverage.

It was beyond cold when I was there. The service tech had another employee drive me across the street to Burger King to get something to eat so I wouldn't have to walk in the very, very cold. Then I called back to the tech and he sent the same employee to pick me up so again I wouldn't have to walk. Great Service!

Oh my gosh! I cannot not even begin to tell you how wonderful the experience was at Todd Wenzel hudsonville, Mi location. I would recommend working the with Mark Howard to everyone. He is a breath of fresh air in the sales world. Mark is very old school not pushy and one of the most unconventional sales people I have met in a long time. It started off with a phone call and just answering questions and he wasn't trying to hurry and get me off the phone. He took his time. After that a visit to the dealership a couple weeks later just to see what kid of SUV/Truck my husband might fit into. Again not in a hurry and very helpful. Never pushed us once. Mark has the old school mentality that this is a big purchase and not one that will be made over night.He has the right approach. There was not a doubt in my mind that when we made a decision that the sale was going to Mark! If you want to work with a wonderful sales person while purchasing a car. Please, please call. Mark. Todd Wenzel Chevrolet provided excellent service and kept me informed for the whole 12 days they had my Chevy Volt. I have no issues with the dealership. The dealership and I both had an issue with General Motors Corporate. Todd Wenzel Chevrolet attempted to contact GM for the first 8 days (6 if you don't count weekends) of having my vehicle to get field engineers/technicians dispatched to aid in servicing my vehicle. But no communication was received from GM until the 9th day. Although I realize the field engineers/technicians may not have been available for several days due to the unique issues that might arise with Chevy Volts, GM should have been in contact with Todd Wenzel Chevrolet within 24 hours of their first call and provided an estimate for when the field engineers/technicians would be able to be on site. To clarify, this is an issue with GM Corporate and not Todd Wenzel Chevrolet, which provided excellent service and communication. For reference, the issue with my Chevy Volt was a failure of Drive Motor/Generator B which caused a whirring noise that reverberated through a transmission bearing (kinda sounded like what electric cars sound like in Sci-Fi movies). The fix involved replacement of Drive Motor/Generator B. All costs were covered by the warranty and I was provided with a loaner car for the duration of the repairs.
