There is only one word to describe my experience here at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park TERRIBLE. This platform does not allow for me to give a zero score but if I had the chance I would. I dealt with Jonathan who works in the service department and he was very rude and did not show much customer service skills. He didn't provide with me with many options and made me feel like I did not have the money to get the repairs done on the vehicle. I was then told that my vehicle wasn't even put on the machine for a diagnostic test that they only looked at it and determine what the issue was. The outcome was that I needed to purchase an entirely new engine which was going to cost me $22,000. Mind you I was still charged the $137 fee for the diagnostic test. I called back to speak with the services manager and I was told that he was with a customer and to have my message forwarded to voicemail. Is that world-class customer service, I think not.

Tom Bush and salesman Jorge were recommended by a family member and I've been incredibly satisfied with both. After having numerous negative experiences, Jorge and management at Tom Bush turned my car buying decisions around. The customer service was exceptional as well as the accommodations that were made in the face of obstacles. In the future I plan to purchase only BMW and more specifically from Jorge. My thanks to the team at Tom Bush for making my new car purchase such a positive one. The drive from Orlando to Jacksonville was well worth it.

I decided to purchase a new 5 series from OP because they had the friendliest and most professional sales staff. I looked at several competitors vehicles and fell in love with the drive of the 535. Had a few hours to spend and just wanted to drop by the Orange Park dealership to compare the different 3 series models. Was greeted by Ms. Crystal Cagle and quickly informed her that I had no intention of purchase a car today but would like to get an idea as to what the differences were of the 3 series. Ms. Cagle was completely cooperative and spent time giving me a visual comparison of the 3 series. No pressure, her statement was Just when youre ready to buy please stop by and see me. My salesperson, Crystal Cagle, did a wonderful job of reviewing the cars features and answering all my 1,001 questions. Purchased the vehicle and drove it home the same day. I was replacing my older 3 series and went searching for a certified pre-owned BMW 335 sedan. I determined that was the car I wanted after researching reviews from Edmunds. It had to be silver and had to be manual trans, so it was quite hard to locate one. I finally found one via the web in Jacksonville, Florida at Tom Bush BMW. It had all that I wanted, the wheels, black and brushed alum interior, sport package, etc. I drove down the 4 1/2 hours from Columbia SC to Jacksonville to see it in person. It was the perfect fit! My salesperson, Crystal Cagle, did a wonderful job of reviewing the cars features and answering all my questions. The price worked out too, so I knew it was the car for me. It was so awesome to find my dream car and drive it off the lot!! That was 4 months ago and I'm loving my silver 335 every time I get in it!!

My experience with Ron Mascio and the TomBush BMW dealership at Orange Park was an outstanding one. As an attorney I deal with people who break their promises daily, however, Mr. Mascio more than lived up to his promise to deliver a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase. I was and still am amazed at the professionalism and friendliness shown by Mr. Mascio and all of the staff during my purchase. They were always ready to assist with any questions and they were "genuine" in their efforts to be helpful at all levels. It was not just about getting me to purchase a car I became if you will a member of the "family" "the BMW family" and I am glad that I did. I was looking for a newer model BWM. I regularly used the BMW Orange Park location for my service but wanted to explore the nearby dealerships for pricing and customer service but was not iompressed with I found. Mike Macon was very knowledgeable, professional and worked to make sure I found the right car to purchase. Ihab Samrout was also very helpful while I was at the dealership. There were no pressured sales pitches or efforts to just get me 'to buy a car' as I found at other locations. I looked at and test drove several cars over a 2 month period. In the end, I purchased the perfect car, a 2011 550. Everything went smoothly from my trade-in to finalizing the purchase. I am very happy with my car and rate my purchase experience (like my prior experience with the service department) at the Tom Bush BMW Orange Park dealership a definite '10'.

I originally had my car towed in for service. The repairs were going to take some time and I got into a conversation with Mike. H showed me a 2009 528i with 1635 miles on it and after considering the cost of repair and the value of my vehicle, I decided to purchase the car.I am quite happy with the whole experience there throughout the whole ordeal. I'm from out of town and my car had broken down. Considering that I could have waited for an extensive and costly repair on the last day of my vacation, I feel quite lucky to have run into Mike at an opportune time for both him and me. I still haven't had time to familiarize myself with all the cars features, but did have a quite enjoyable drive home, reminiscent of the ride home that I had with my first BMW. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Tom Eccles is the most knowledgeable and friendly CA I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Our experience at Tom Bush BMW, Orange Park was fantastic. We went in to test drive a vehicle with the assumption that we could be held captive by a high pressure salesman. To our surprise, we found Ron to be very respectful of our time. We were able to trust him right from the start. Once we decided on a vehicle, Ron and Rick both worked together to find us the best price in the timeliest manner possible. We believe that Ron genuinely cares about his customers by the way we were treated. I would not only recommend Tom Bush BMW to our friends, but I will have them ask for Ron. It was a refreshing experience.

My experience with Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park (hereinafter referred to as the "dealer")is probly the most pleasant automobile purchasing experiencing I have had in over 40 years o buying cars. As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted by Florin Grunberg in a friendly manner. We discussed my needs and wants and located a car. It was a hot day and as soon as we entered the sales show room, Florin had a bottle of cold water for me. In negotiating the sale, there awas absolutely no pressure. In fact the car had an option (DVD system)that was absolutely useless to me in my situation. Florin and another gentleman, Rick (whose name escapes me), but who I think was in finance, worked with me to locate the exact car without the useless option. With further respect to the negotiations, Florin and Rick were able to put me into a financial arrangement that fit my desired payment schedule.When my wife arrived to sign the paperwork, she wanted a coke. Rick went and found one for her and made her comfortable.Previously, when I purchased a car there would be interminable negotiations and the sales person would leave to see the unseen or otherwise invisible person who would approve or disapprove a deal. That did not happen with this dealer. Everythin was open and "on the table". There were absolutely no problems, hidden costs or impediments to the sale. Everyone involved in this sale acted professionally and courteiously.

We picked the vehicle we liked, test drove it twice and started negoating. There were no long waits in between our negotiating with he sales rep. and the sales manager. The purchase of my Certified Pre-owned 2008 X3 was an excellent buying experience. Customer service attitude was great with staff being very friendly and professional throughout the process. The pricing and negotiations were also very fair. I discovered the vehicle in an on-line search. After driving from Orlando to Jacksonville to see the vehicle, I was surprised by how good the vehicle looked in person with the on-line description and pictures giving an accurate representation of the vehicle. I drove the vehicle back to Orlando that evening.

This had to be my worst experience ever!I purchased a brand new 2011 328i from day one it had problems.It was in the shop after 2 month had the whole engine pulled apart.They then told me it was bad gas! in the shop for 15 days for bad gas are you kidding me!!!!!!The car was a lemon.I went to the GM ihab and was really upset he told me there was nothing wrong with the car!It got to the point when I went in to speak with Ihab he left the building.And Tom my sales man was so rude to me Ihab didnt let him speak to me!My question is, Why if your sales man is so rude would he still be employed?????I ended up selling the car and lost $12000+After all of this I looked tom bush up on Google wish I had done this before... Just type Tom Bush in to google and the reviews speak for themselves.

Going to a car dealership for a new vehicle used to be an unpleasant experience because of high pressure sales staff. (I'd rather get a tooth pulled.) I had visited 2 other dealerships prior to meeting Lola and Rick at Tom Bush. Lola Vivrica met me outside while I was looking at a car. She was extremely knowledgeable about each car and didn't pressure me. She e-mailed me with information after the sale and kept in touch to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle.She treated me more like a friend than a "potential sale". Rick worked with me on the financing portion and price. Even when I came back to the dealership to have my car detailed, he patiently answered all my additional questions that some times arise after you've taken the vehicle home.Working with Lola and Rick completely changed my opinion of "the new car experience".They are both a credit to their profession.

I went in looking for a certified pre-owned BMW with Premium and Navigation Packages. But they didn't have anything in my price range. Saw a 2008 Lexus ES350 in the lot. This past Saturday I went to purchase our first BMW product from Tom Bush BMW;the customer service the dealership and Mr. Salameh provided was great. I was greeted at the door upon arrival and the salesman was accomodating and friendly throughout the process. The quality of work that went into the deal I felt was great and the price and overall deal was great. Usually purchasing a car is long process back and forth but the purchase of our new BMW this past weekend was truly enjoyable and worth ever minute of my time. we leased a vehicle in 2008. May 2011 it was time to consider another vehicle which immediately caused a stressful situation. Had made contact with Lola in 2010. She was very pleasant, excited yet relaxed which in turn relaxed me. She conveyed a no pressure, Im here when and if you need me sort of message. In May 2010 I walked in to Tom Bush Orange Park headed directly for Lola. She greeted me as if we were old friends. Everyone smiled and greeted everyone it was such a relaxed atmosphere. Open floor plan the employees seemed to be happy with their jobs and just overall glad to be in the office. Immediately sat down with Lola and boy, she just took over. Asked me what I wanted... then she got to work. Next thing I know its a go!!! It was such a pleasant experience. Their is such a supportive staff. It was such a wonderful feeling. That was the best experience I ever had in a major purchase. We are happy and love the BMW Orange Park location. The sales team, service department are wonderful, pleasant, helpful. Its as if you are a part of their immediate family. Needless to say, BMW has a customer for life. Lola is a beautiful person through and through. BMW of Orange Park is a wonderful place to have my BMW serviced and purchase a New BMW. I started coming to BMW of Orange Park to have my 2008 530i serviced and have throughly enjoyed my service representative - Greg Heard. There has never been a problem and he has always been very friendly and made sure that a loaner care was always available. He has always let me know the status of my car, etc. I recently had to bring my 2008 BMW in for a recall and as usual Greg took care of me. As I was waiting for my car (it was being washed), Greg and I walked up front to the showroom. I looked at the new 2011 BMW's and asked Greg his opinion and he said these models were outstanding. He was not trying to sell me on the car but giving me an honest opinion. Well, I really liked the lines of the car and all the new accessories, so, of course, I had my husband come in with me to look at the car. On this particular day, the dealership was extremely busy with potential customers that the General Manager - Ihab Samrout greeted us and showed us all the new features of the 2011 5-series, with NO hard sale. This is always very important to me because I prefer take my time when contemplating a new car. Ihab was extremly cordial and I felt very relaxed NO HARD SALE, which is what I really love about BMW at Orange Park.Not making a decision to purchase a new BMW, we left the dealership and Ihab was kind and made sure to give us his business card and to feel free to call him with any questions and/or concerns. A few weeks passed and we decided it was time for a new BMW, we were greeted by Ihab and Chandra Kent. Chandra was great she had the car waiting for us upon arrival (already cooled down)and ready for a test drive. She was ver cordial and pointed out all the new features of the car. She was very relaxed and NO hard sale, which in turn I was relaxed and was able to focus on the car itself. After the test drive, we went to her office and purchased my NEW BMW. The purchase itself was easy, no hassels and Chandra made sure that I knew to call her with any questions and/or concerns with my car. Chandra was very easy to get along with and is a wonderful asset to the team at BMW at Orange Park. Before driving off in my new BMW, Greg Heard came out to congratulate me on my recent purchase. I first contacted this dealership in response to my online search for a BMW convetible. Lola Vavrica responded to my online inquiry promptly and provided good information about the specific model I was seeking and the available inventory. I set up and appointment to meet with her. She arranged for a test drive and was very helpful in finding the perfect car. Unfortunately, the car I ultimately selected was sold minutes before I was going to make the purchase. Despite this set back, Lola was able to put the arrangements in place to provide an alternate vehicle that also met my requirements. It was a pleasure working with Lola and Rob, the businees manager. I saw a car I was interested in online and called the dealership. I was then connected with Mike Macon and he helped me get information about the car. The car was just received in the lot and had little information on the website. He called me again approximately 10 minutes later with all the information I needed and was very helpful. I then drove to the dealership and was greeted and Mike set me up with the test drive. Once I was sure that I wanted the car. Mike helped me with the trade in process and at the same time showed me all the operations of the BMW, Through the navigation to the seat operation he helped me and I was fully satisfied with the purchase I was making.

This was third vehicle I have purchased from Tom Bush BMW and I have to say the buyingexperience there is the best I have ever had. They always meet my expectations and sometimes go above(I expect a lot).Patrick, Rick, and Rob were great.Thanks men. Y'all are always on the top of my list of car dealerships for my family and I would challenge any one would to find a better dealership.

Sari met us in the parking lot when we came looking for a new X3. He was very helpful, and took virtually the whole afternoon with us. After a test drive, he helped us "design" the specific car we were looking for, which we ordered and received in three weeks. He kept us abreast of the status while the car was under construction, so we never had to worry how things were going. The car was available for us exactly when it was promised.Sari was very helpful in explaining the operation and functions of the new car. He has since called to make sure we were satisfied, and to see if we had any questions.
