I was buying a ram truck from these folks, And they went way out of their way, I was out of town when I bought my truck They kept on sending me pictures and texting me till we got the deal done. and they had to go pick up the new truck only on my word that I would buy it and never even seen the truck only by picture's They helped me when other's would not , Tim took care of me and the dealership is really good people, Thank you Guy's

I have never had a worse experience. The people their are very nice, but they DO NOT follow through. They never call back on my concerns. It has take over a year to get an issue resolved and it is still not fixed. I would not recommend EVERY buying a car from Tom Obrien. It is a waste of time and money.

As usual Matt and the express lane crew always do a great job in the evening. Usually your in and out with in 20 min. When there are other customers ahead of you Matt always communicates that and gives you a ideal of the wait time. Decided to get my oil changed from a truck I purchased there. I was quoted an hour to complete, which is reasonable for a walk in. Not only did the service get completed in half of that time, the staff was very friendly and professional. I found out I have a recall and update, we were able to quickly agree on a time and they were very accommodating to my needs as I live about 40 minutes away. Great job!

My husband and I were very impressed with the facilities and employers at Tom O'Brien. They were not pushy from the time we stepped on the lot to the time we walked out with the keys. Everyone was very professional and very nice. We worked with the salesman Tyler Hamilton and he took very good care of us. The car we bought had a couple of scratches that needed to be buffed out and the detailer did an excellent job. Not too noticeable now. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I come in contact with and will definitely look to buy there in the future.

Worst experience ever!! They didn't even look at the problem I can in for ands expected me to pay $113 for it. And the service writer was extremely rude, basically threw my keys at me when I wouldn't let them keep my van over night. Consistent service and pricing with the expensive and lengthy oil changes on the ecoDiesel. reasonable pricing works out to be half the cost for the product (oil) and the other half is labor being it's at least a 2 hour process.

I purchased my 2015 Wrangler from another local dealer. Unfortunately Tom Obrien did not offer the best deal. After my purchase though there were several issues with the Jeep leaking. From the top pieces to the doors themselves. I took it back to the dealer where I purchased it from 3 different times. They eventually had Chrylser replace the 2 top pieces, claiming they were defective. This fixed nothing, in fact it got worse. I finally took it to Tom Obrien. (Pat Reagan in service is not only a Wrangler owner but, knows what he's talking about, and cares) I left my Jeep with them while on vacation. Came home, it was ready to go and leak free!! They had it all cleaned up and safely parked waiting for me. (I was a bit hesitant on leaving it anywhere as my Jeep is like a child to me lol) Needless to say no one, other then the Tom Obrien team, will do any type of service or maintence to my Jeep again. Gets no better!! Thank you Pat!

I dont care so much about them making a mistake, is human, and it wont be the first time or the last time, but I expected them to be honorable and make it right! Had a rear differential bearing go bad. It took two weeks to get parts and rebuild, cost about $2300.. After rebuild (MISTAKE #1) I was informed there was a transmission problem. Their transmission expert said it was bad and needed to be replaced (MISTAKE #2), quoted cost about $4600. I took vehicle to Edwards Transmissions, next door, who was going to rebuild it for about $1000 less. They finished and it had the same transmission error code it came in with. They investigated and told me the dealership put the wrong gears in the differential. I took the Jeep back to O'Brien's to get fixed correctly. I also gave them the bill for the transmission rebuild, that was not necessary, and asked them to make it right. They fixed the differential but refuse to pay for the unnecessary transmission repair stating that if they would have done the transmission, they would have found the problem. They offered a lame credit of about $400 from differential mistake after the BBB got involved. I refused. The costs I would like them to cover include the $3800 for transmission rebuild and about $600 for the time (nearly 6 weeks) I was without a vehicle and had to pay to borrow one (Total $4400). The BBB was unable to help, the Indiana Attorney Generals Office said they technically did nothing illegal, Jeep Customer Service sided with the dealership, the Jeep Regional Manager for dealers in the area refused to get involved. So other than having the additional expense of taking the Dealership to court and suing them, who is on the side of customers getting a raw deal from a dealership with deep pockets?? About me: I am a degreed Engineer (Mechanical) (Purdue) who works on his own antique car as a hobby.

I first purchased my vehicle in 2009 when my vehicle developed mechanical problems and I drove into the dealership to have it repaired. While awaiting a diagnosis and estimate, I was wondering around looking at what was available new, fearing that my ten year old car may need replacing. The saleswoman was excellent, understanding that I may not want to buy a new car, but was very responsive to the many questions I had and then was even offered to test drive the car (I already told her I was just having my car repaired). I ended up purchasing the car I test drove. Then in 2012 I was in for an oil change and fell in love with the Chrysler 200. I got a great deal with financing at 0% interest for 60 months. My payments were less than what I was already paying. With both cars, the service is excellent. I choose to have the oil change there because I trust they are reviewing all the regular maintenance needs and routine service. So far I have not had any major or minor repairs outside of replacing wiper blades. Great car, would not trade it for anything. I get better gas milage than what was listed on the window when I purchased it. I can get service in the fast lane and the customer awaiting area always have recently brewed coffee and usually fresh fruit to enjoy as you sit in comfortable seats watching a big screen TV over the fire place. Mothers have a glassed room within viewing for their kids to participate in all kinds of activities as well. Tom Obrien has set the benchmark on customer service and reliable vehicles.

John Niehans and entire team at Tom O'Brien were very pleasant through the entire process of buying our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I did a lot of research and visited all the Jeep dealers in central Indiana to find the vehicle we wanted at the best price we could get. John was very patient with this process over a few weeks with no pressure, but letting me know he wanted our business. I was ecstatic that they saved me $1,000.00 after we had agreed on a price. I am not sure I would have that experience at all dealers.

I refrained from giving a bad review when I bought the Dozer Jeep because I thought it was just an isolated immature crappy salesman experience and I was sure they had a better salesman somewhere. But I went to trade in my car and my loan is upside down- in addition O'Brien said they would give me a hitch and they didn't, and they put like a whole quarter of a tank of gas in when I bought it. I should've stuck with DELLEN and I will in the future. I have never had any problems with them and they always fill the tank with gas and honor any sales commitments. My guess is that the reviews on O'brien's homesite are handpicked -buyer beware. I'm sorry 0'brien, but I'm young enough to buy four or five more Jeeps, and you won't be getting any of those sales.

I bought Chevy Captiva Sports 2012 for a very good price on Nov 18, 2015. The staff (Chris) was very Friendly and helpful while showing the car and during the overall buying process. The dealer did not force me to buy anything, he gave me enough time to look for other option. I could not find a better deal and car with a condition better than this. So, overall it was a very good buying experience.

I bought a new Dodge Caravan this summer and love it. I loved the buying experience i had, so when it was time for my first oil change, I had high hopes for the service department. I had called about the price of an oil change through the express service. I was please with the 39.95 price and being told there are no appointments. The service person who answered the phone was a little short and unpleasant, but i decided to give it a try. I am a very busy working mom and went in on the only day and time I had available. They were very busy and it seemed like chaos. I was told it would be at least two hours wait. Two hours wait for and oil change in the express service? No thank you! You really shouldn't advertise how quick the express service will get you in and out with no appointment when you have to wait two hours for a simple oil change. That was the only time I had available for awhile now, so I left disappointed. Looks like I will be taking this vehicle to Jiffy Lube from now on...

My wife and I both appreciated the purchasing experience at the Tom O'brien dealership in Greenwood. We were greeted by Lorenzo Smith upon arrival and he asked if he could help us. He then showed us the truck we were interested in. We did not have to stand there peeking through the windows like at other dealers we had visited. We took the truck for a test drive and then asked Lorenzo to have our trade-in appraised. Tim Rand appraised our trade-in and Lorenzo presented the offer to us. Their discounted sale price was as advertised and we were not given a low ball price for our trade-in. Jessie Mattick is the business manager and explained everything in detail from sales tax to extended warranty options. There were no additional costs or hidden charges. Lorenzo, Tim and Jessie all made this a very pleasant experience. No hassle, no attitudes, no pressure. Just friendly, honest people. Thanks again to Lorenzo for staying late.

We just recently bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tom O'Brien - Had a GREAT experience there, working with Josh Fountain. He helped us though the majority of experience. He was the first one to ask us if we needed any help and never doubted the fact that we were going to buy from there. I have been treated pretty bad at some other dealerships b/c they take one look at me and think I am too young to purchase a brand new vehicle on my own (little do they know). I'm big on having to understand where the numbers are coming from and Josh was kind enough to send me an email breaking everything down. I believe the night we bought our Jeep he was actually suppose to have off, but he was kind enough to stay and help us through the experience. The gentleman that helped us with the paperwork was also very helpful and was great at explaining everything to us, despite our one year old daughter making it a bit difficult. In fact, the day after we bought the Jeep Josh sent us a text again congratulating us on our purchase and thanking us for our business. Definitely will be purchasing more vehicles at Tom O'Brien.

What can i say! Rachel True and Brian Miller were fantastic. I have had to go to Tom O Brien twice in the past few months. Every time i visit this dealership, i am given amazing service. It's interesting because I have heard that Car Salesmen are out to make money and not to make the customers happy. This is definitely NOT the case. Rachel True really cares about her customers. Both times i came to the dealership, i was able to have her as my salesperson. She understands where i stand in terms of finances, and she helped me pick the perfect car. Whether it was my first car or my second. She sat down with me and made sure that i was getting the car that would last while being affordable. I truly felt like i was her number one focus at that moment. The day that i got my second car, i had to work a few hours later, and she made sure my paperwork was ready, so all i would have to do is come in and sign. I was out of there in no time. It was so organized and pleasant. Rachel is an amazing employee, and i can already see by the reviews on here, that she really makes an impact on people's lives. I am thankful for her, and her help. What's neat is that it doesn't stop there. Brian Miller was fantastic as well. He was my financial adviser for my car. He sat down with me and explained exactly what was going to happen in terms of finances. He went through the material in a manner that was professional and organized. Again, you could tell he has been doing this years, so we were out of there in no time. I just felt like he was helping me make the best decision possible. I believe he even came in early, so that i could get the items signed before heading to work. That is amazing hospitality. I don't believe even fast food places, give you this kind of fast service. I was never rushed and he asked every question i needed answering. Trust me, i had plenty of questions to ask. Each time i went to Tom O Brien, i was given outstanding service and hospitality. This is the point of working in sales or with customers. The point is to give 100%, and i feel like this is exactly what i got. I'm super excited to get my next car. I had searched extensively for a Jeep Wrangler with all the specific features I desired. An internet search located it at the Tom O'Brien in Greenwood. I contacted Jason for the e-price, corresponded via email a few times and put a deposit down within the hour. The process couldn't have been simpler. A few days later I drove from central Illinois to finalize the purchase. There was a little snag in the process (completely my fault) that could have necessitated driving back to Illinois only to return another day, but Jesse worked to figure out an acceptable solution. Lorenzo provided a quick overview of my new vehicle and I was quickly on the road home! I appreciated the courteous and professional treatment from all involved. Buying from Tom O'Brien in Greenwood was efficient and enjoyable.

I live in the Chicago area and found a car I wanted to purchase at the Tom O,Brien dealership in Indianapolis Indiana. In summary, I have purchased many cars from many dealers in my life and I have never been as impressed as I was with the total customer care and professionalism from this dealership. It started with calls to Christine Ohlsen-Carson who was totally understanding of what I was looking for...went on to speak with John King to discuss the car...another positive experience, ..then the negotiations with John and the general sales manager John Lich. Very professional and customer focused. I was treated fairly,and with much respect. It was clear that they were all aware of my long drive from Chicago and they made me feel like a welcome customer. I got to know something about each individual and about the family owned business- all impressive. I would do business again with these people again in a heartbeat.

The Service Rep was courteous and helpful. I had a time crunch and he fit me in to a busy schedule. When I arrived, he was ready to serve, had my case on file. Thus, I didn't have to go through the whole story once again. His estimate was fair and was I surprised when the total was 20% less than the estimate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns a Jeep or Chrysler.

Found a used car I liked online that was from this dealership. Emailed to ask the special "e-price" (not expecting it to be any different from the asking price) and was pleasantly surprised when they came back with a very reasonable amount. Went to see it the following weekend and ended up buying it. Our salesperson Bryant was very nice and helpful. The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. My husband says it is the most pleasant car buying experience he has ever had. Have only had the car for a few days so I can't speak to the issue of the quality of the vehicle inspection process. I'm sure I will not feel so kindly towards this dealership if I have any major problems with this car in the next few months. However, right now I would highly recommend this dealership. The people I dealt with there are nice, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Best of all, they are not at all pushy.

Changed the price from a written and signed quote at the last minute and then tried to bully us into accepting it. Then offered the same vehicle on truecar.com for 700 dollars less than the quoted price and would not honor it when we called them on it !!! And after all this said basically accused me of lying. I now understand the angst people have when automobile shopping !!!

This is just to make myself feel better. Here goes. I have a Fiat. Came in for service, thought that I had bought 4 oil changes up front for $80. But I had not. I had bought up to 4 oil changes but only over a certain amount of time. I had used two. No one told me this, that my oil change would not be free. Instead, the service person went ahead and changed my oil, and then told me the news. Not cool. And, as you all know, we no longer have any professional service options on this side of town now. I have to go to 96th street, for warranty, or extended warranty service, which, you guessed it, I did buy the very long term extended warranty. The whole 'charge you for you oil change thing' really set me off, but I did not trip out at all with the person. No point. Paid, left, and will not be back, ever, for all of the above reasons. Any time your dealership comes up in conversation, and I speak to about 2000 people or so a year in my profession, I will make my experience known. The above is not my real name, but the email address is a secondary one. There is nothing you can do. You have already done enough. Butler Fiat, the only place I can get service unless they drop Fiat, is 40 minutes away from where I live. An hour and a half round trip, not including however long I have to be there for service before I can leave. VERY disappointed. Beyond disappointed. The oil change messed up scenario just pushed me into a rage. Now I am stuck, with this scenario for my car, which is not great, not cool, not in any way acceptable, by the way, for as long as I own it. Extreme bummer. Thanks for nothing.

Purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass on May 2014 from this dealership, now it's the end of November 2014 and I'm having an end number of issue with the vehicle, everything from Transmission, starter, struts, mileage, etc.When I brought the car in after using it for a month with issues about the transmission, they changed the back brakes and said that should solve the issue, and told me that it was my driving style. Took it in again, same issue with transmission and again told me that it was my driving style, took in again with a check engine light illuminated after three months of ownership, they said it was due to the weather.Took the car to Firestone yesterday, found out all the issues that were lurking under the bonnet of the car.And now the response from this highly recognized, and accredited dealership is that you don't have a warranty on the car, and you're going to have to take care of all the issues on your own.

Overall a great experience. Was a bit disappointed that the original offer on my iffy trade was about half of another dealer, but they quickly matched it instead of having me leave disappointed. I got car I wanted, the price I wanted, the trade I wanted and the payment I wanted. It really doesn't get better than that. From the time I stepped foot on their property, I told my salesman exactly what i wanted had the keys for a test drive in a matter of 5 mins. When returning from test drive I was on there for another hour before I left in my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Ask for Jason James as a salesman. In my many trips iv'e taken to multiple dealerships Jason was by far the friendliest person i've come acrossed at a delaearship. He wasnt pushy and made sure I made the right choice on my vehicle instead of just worrying about a sale. That leads me to the finance experience. After being approved the dreadful portion of a "normal" vehicle purchase was not dreadful at all. Our finance guy was quick knowledgeable and got us in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this dealership as it was by far the most excellent service i've ever com across in my life.

Saturday was my 2nd vehicle i have purchased from this dealership. I wasnt exactly sure of what kind of vehicle i was in the market for. The salesman was very patient and asked many questions and answered any questions that we had until we finally decided that a 2014 jeep cherokee latitude was exactly what fit my needs and wants. Once we settled on the exact one he went through and thoroughly showed us all the vehicle had to offer. The paperwork and financing was painless and went extremely smoothly. I was ready to trade my truck in to accommodate my growing family, and was greeted by Tim Rand, the new car manager. Tim was beyond helpful and got me into a brand new truck...when I was expecting to purchase a pre-owned! The process was excellent; I told Tim my price goal and he found the PERFECT truck for me. I submitted an online credit application and Tim introduced me to Jeff Casner, who completed the sale. Mr. Casner was the epitome of what a great salesman should be; very friendly, funny, and not pushy at all. Adam in Finance was a pleasure to deal with. I had never leased before, and Adam took time to explain everything before I signed. The total process lasted less than an hour; which is appreciated by someone with limited time. As I started my search for a new vehicle, Jeep Grand Cherokees were at the top of my list. It took me a little over a year and a half to decide exactly what I wanted. I went to look at the Tom O'Brien dealership on 96th and had a terrible experience with one of the salesman. He was disinterested and not helpful. I left him my information with a list of items that I was looking for in a Jeep, both new and used. After several weeks, I received no phone call or email for an update on progress. I even called the salesman back and had another conversation to ask for potential opportunities, and he again showed very little interest in selling me a vehicle. Clear sign that I wasn't suppose to do business with that Tom O'Brien. After searching multiple dealers in the midwest, it seemed the Jeep I wanted was at the Greenwood dealership. My first trip to the dealership, I spoke with Chris who was very helpful, friendly, and interested in selling me my vehicle of choice. I wanted to sit on it for a couple days. Unfortunately, Chris was on vacation the following week, when I wanted to make my trade. I met with another salesmen and manager and had an okay experience. They gave me the information that I needed. When we started the buying process, it seemed that they were in no interest to work with me. As a first time, young, female buyer, it was frustrating that they provided little explanation in the offering process. I had to leave the dealership without the Jeep that I wanted that day. After a few days of thinking on it, I decided to go back and renegotiate. Again, it wasn't the easiest process, but we closed the deal. I understand they were trying to make the most money, it's a business. I truly love the Jeep that I purchased. I have not had any problems, thus far. However, as a first time buyer, I had a poor experience at both Tom O'Brien dealerships in the Indianapolis area. As I think about my future Jeep purchases, I do not see myself looking at the Tom O'Brien dealerships. It's all a part of living and learning I presume.

I was there with my son to purchase his new Dodge Ram. I wasn't even the market for a new vehicle thinking I was upside down in mine and couldn't afford a brand new one......I was wrong! Our sales associate, Rachel True and Sales Manager, Tim Rand made us feel special and like part of their "Tom O'Brien family". They bent over backwards to find us the best deal possible and to work with our budget. I couldn't be happier with my new Chrysler 200! I absolutely love it! I went in with the idea of just looking and expecting a lot of haggling. After a test drive of a Dodge Durango we sat down and Jason James said what are you looking for in the vehicle and within a few minutes came back with a few options. After making a selection he came back with a great trade offer for my current car. I never once had to say no thats not what I want or feeling pressured into something. Jason presented the best offers the first time around making my decisions easy. Two days later my new vehicle arrived and I was on the road. Normally, I don't write reviews, but, I was so happy with the service I received from the Tom O'Brien dealership, I wanted to make sure I shared! From the initial step in the door, my boyfriend and I were treated with great respect and kindness, something that's hard to find among car dealerships. A few things to note, the car fax was ready and waiting, John Neihans (our salesman), was awesome and kindly allowed us to take the car out for a test drive on our own, the negotiation went wonderfully and they were able to meet our budget needs. My boyfriend and I are from Bloomington, and they made every effort to get me in the vehicle that evening. There was one minor issue with the vehicle after driving it for a day or so, but, when we went in and confronted them about it, they were so kind, knew exactly what it was and took care of it immediately. Overall, we were thrilled with our experience. Thank you! And still loving my new (used) vehicle!

We bought a 201ord Ranger at this dealership last week. The sales associate, Jason James, was wondeful and very willing to help us. He made sure everything was taken care of and showed us the different features of the truck. This is my 4th purchase from Tom O'Brien. I have had all my work done there also. I am always treated like I am very important. This includes the sales staff, the paperwork person, and all of the contacts in the garage area. I bought my first car from Tom O'Brien (a Plymouth Neon) back in 1996. Kept it until I replaced it with a 2004 Sebring Convertible, and kept it until replacing it with a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Big change up here, I traded the 2012 Liberty for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. This pleased my husband very much. Our sales person, Kelly McAbee, is fabulous! We have established a really good rapport, and she picks out exactly what we want! My Dad is a Chrysler retiree, and we receive exemplary service. Dad has bought cars from Tom O'Brien in the past, and anytime I get a chance to, I recommend Kelly at Tom O'Brien.

We recently bought a 2014 Dodge Journey from Tom O'Brien and we love it! Our salesman, John Niehans, was a great asset in helping us find the right vehicle for our family. It took nearly all day (I was picky), but Mr. Niehans patiently showed us several cars until we found the right one that had all the features that we wanted and that fit our budget. Just a week ago, we purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Tom O'Brien in Greenwood, IN. I negotiated the deal over the internet with their online chat service. Was put in contact with one of their sales reps to solidify the deal. Since we already knew about his dedication to customer satisfaction, we specifically sought his assistance with the Caravan purchase. Chris and the whole O'Brien team are very honest people. We were provided with feedback about our vehicle needs, and information about the various model options available to us. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and the entire transaction, including financing, took a minimum of our time. We also own a 2012 Jeep Liberty which we purchased at O'Brien, and have had serviced there with great results. We are extremely impressed with O'Brien, to include the parts and service departments, and will continue to do business with this dealership whenever possible.

I have used this service department when I was a previous Chrysler owner so I had no issues in making a return with my new Jeep that I was having issues with a few months after the purchase. Unfortunately my perception of this dealership has dramatically changed. They had my car a total of 4 days over the course of a week and a half. Within this time I had issues with the rental company basically due to this dealerships personal rules that did not follow the warranty that I purchased. I attempted to speak with the service manager over this but this man lacks serious customer services skills with a very abrupt attitude. There is a major lack of communication which includes no communication as well as misrepresentation of the facts. After having to wait one day for an ordered part that did not fix the issue by day 4 I was left again waiting on another part (to fix the same issue) that is now on backorder with no estimated date of arrival. I left the dealership and drove to a nearby dealership who has the part and is now fixing the issue. When clarifying my warranty specifications I was advised to open a customer service complain given my experience which I will pursue. Tom OBrien has given me zero reason to return to this dealership.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tom O'Brien! I decided it was time for a change and stopped in to browse the inventory. Jason James was wonderful. I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, and I think I asked 200 questions! Being a woman and car shopping is often a chore. They try to sell you cars you don't want with gadgets you don't know how to work. I expressed my needs and wants to him, and he showed me several models that fit them. It was nice to be able to tell a car salesman what I wanted, and be shown exactly that. At other dealers, I was shown almost the polar opposite of what I asked for. With Jason's help, I found a car that I love and enjoy driving. The office folks even managed to get my payments in the range I asked for and a few weeks later I am still pleased with my purchase. Thanks again! I would definitely buy here again.

Jessie Mattick was our sales rep, and he was great! He was not at all pushy and was willing to work with us for as long as we needed to stand around asking lots of questions! And, I feel he answered our questions honestly from a buyer's standpoint and not as a salesman trying to make money. We ended up buying a 2013 Dodge Dart (about 3 wks ago), and thus far, are very happy with our purchase. The sales representative, Jeff Welsh, was very helpful. We looked at several cars, discussed the optional equipment on each and eventually arrived at a list of features I wanted and others I didn't want. He found a vehicle that matched those features on the Tom O'Brien northside lot. He was sincere and honest in his efforts. I would recommend Jeff to any friend looking for another vehicle. The main attraction for a Chrysler van was Sto & Go seating. Removing the second row seats is very difficult on some makes and impossible on others. Once stored the floor is flat, another helpful feature. Initially mini-van manufacturers stressed their ability to remove all seating for cargo purposes but todays vans are promoted as 8 passenger family sedans with entertainment packages to occupy the children. That's OK but your choices are limited if you occasionly need cargo room.

I love my new car - 2013 Fiat 500c Abarth! I drove by the dealership because I wanted to see a Fiat 500c convertible. I wanted to sit in the car, get a feel for the dash, seats, pop the trunk, and take a test drive and then planned to take a look at a Jetta (at another dealership). My salesman, John Niehans, is everything you want in a car salesman. Not pushy, patient, gave me space, explained and demonstrated how everything operated on my Fiat and created an atmophere that allowed me to decide what I wanted and if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. I love my Fiat. Eric was very nice and is always there to answer a question and if he doesn't know he finds out for me. He needs more knowledge about the car but he was still great. I will be leaving negative feed back about the service I received and the fiance gentlemen I spoke with Tim I cant not remember his last name.He works in the mall Fiat dealership. He was very rude to me and might as well called me a lair. I was so upset the I had to hand the phone over to my boyfriend to speak for me. I took my car to get detail three different times. The first time I had to take my Fiat to get detailed it was a few days after I bought it. It could not be done the same day due to the purchase of the car was well after 6 pm and detail people were gone so Eric took to get done. When I got the car there was black on the steering wheel and a rip in the visor. So I took the car back again to get detailed and when I got the car back there was oil on the seat and and scratches on the dash by the gear shift and oil still on the steering wheel. Then the third time I meet Tim from the mall dealer ship at detail and showed him all of the problems that I had. When I picked up my fiat the scratches where still on the dash and they told me that I never showed them the scratches so they didn't try and remove them which was a lie. So I finally had enough with the detail area that i just asked what i could use to remove the scratches and he could not tell me so I just left. On my way home I called Eric my salesmen and complained to him and also call the manager Tim Rand and left a message about how unhappy I was. Then when I returned home I noticed a new black area all long my passenger seat. So I called again. Then I received a phone call from Tim in Fiance at the mall dealership. He was very rude to me told me he couldn't be chancing every spot that I find. That he personal looked at the car before he called me to come pick it up and everything looked fine. I told him that this was not some small spot that this was a streak of black on my seat. He then tried to tell me that I did this myself that someone must have been in my car. I informed him that ME and ME alone drove from the dealership to my house opened the passenger side door to look at the scratches that they did not take care of and there the black was all over my seat. He was raising his voice at me I was crying this is how rude he was being I cant even remember all that was said I had to hand the phone off to my boyfriend. My boyfriend finally told him that he would just get the car detailed better himself. Tim finally said no no I want you to feel like we can take care of your problems . If this was the case then he shouldn't have been fighting with me about the streak on the seat in the first place and not have been so RUDE

I recently relocated to Indianapolis and needed to purchase a car. I was introduce to Jessie Mattick at the dealership and he took me through the purchasing process. I wasn't sure of the exact car I wanted and was interested in driving several Jeep models. I was able to test drive all of the models that I wanted. I have a 2011 Chrysler 300C that was new from TOCJD. Only a couple weeks into it, the car was having warranty work done. While initially not all blame can be placed on the dealer, every time the car was taken in, something else would go wrong, because of them. Headliner problems led to the sunroof having problems. Drain tubes were not reconnected, which led to leaks into the interior, and funky smells because of the water. The rear sunshade was also broken while it was in for service, while something else was being fixed. The car ended up with numerous scratches on the trunk and roof, because they were careless and set headliner and other materials on the body panels. It took them 4 trips to the Northside body shop before they decided to re-paint these areas. All the while using my gas, and quite a few miles for the trips. The car went in for its normal maintenance, oil change etc. When it was time for the next oil change, a local shop wouldn't touch the car because there was oil all over the bottom of the car. The car was taken back to Tom O'Brien, and after 2.5 hours, they decided that it was the oil filter that was left loose. They then tried to blame it on the other shop. I was charged for the oil change, not that I had a choice. The final straw was when the car went in for clear coat failure on the front passenger door. The car had been professionally detailed, except for the door right after winter. That is when the clear coat peeling was found. The car was taken to the northside Tom O'Brien for the body shop. There was a late snow, so sand and salt were all over the car. Upon picking up the car, it was FILTHY. There were deep swirls and RIDS all over the car. The door that had just been painted was filled with swirl marks, and the fender had deep scratches, but not down to bare metal. I brought out the service manager, to show him what a horrible job they had done, and the scratches and swirls they put into my paint. His very professional response was "Well it is a black car, so its always going to have swirls." While I received great service from Larry (he was the only reason I returned), overall this dealer was a horrible experience. Their service and body-shop managers need to learn some customer service skills, and need to learn how to fix their mistakes the right way.

Rachel and everyone we dealt with tried very hard to find us exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure to add anything extra to our loan application. (which has always happened at other dealers) We had trouble scheduling a time that my husband and I would both be available to pick up the car so Rachel offered to meet us half way to deliver it. We have 4 Dodge vehicles, the previous 3 were purchased from a different dealer and each experience was worse then the time before. One of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a used vehicle. Salesman John Niehans was not the least bit pushy and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle. I purchases a 2010 Jeep Liberty that was a certified used vehicle and first looked at it when it was undergoing their 125 point inspection process, When I came back to drive the vehicle I noticed that complete new brakes and rotors had been installed on the rear and I had looked at those the day before and thought they were fine. I was impressed with how thorough they were in making sure the vehicle met the standards of a Jeep Certified Used Vehicle. I even dickered on the price and received a superb deal. I highly recommend buying from Tom O'Brien, Greenwood.

I was amazed at how easy it was to deal with Tom O'Brien in Greenwood, Indiana. My initial contact with the dealership was by email on December 10 around 7:30 in the evening concerning the last 2012 Chrysler 200 on the lot, I was pleasantly surprised that a lower price was offered without any hassle within 1/2 hour of my initial email. Then when arriving in person on December 11 to test drive and possibly purchase, I was greeted by my salesman, Bob Yorn. What a very professional and down to earth gentlemen. All negotiations were very professional and I felt as if I received a fair deal and agreed to the purchase price on the vehicle within 2 hours after arriving at the dealership. I picked up my new vehicle on 12/12/12 and do not regret my decision. Bob was great to work with and made the car buying experience pleasurable for a change!! No pushy tactics were used. It was actually a very pleasant and relaxing experience which is a first for me while buying a new vehicle. The financial side was handled very professionally also, with Kevin Miller being of great help and assistance. Both Bob and Kevin listened to all of my concerns and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership and Bob Yorn for your next vehicle purchase.

My husband and I have been looking for just the right Dodge Challenger. Low miles, great interior, not a lot of extras. We are on a budget, but wanted a collector car. We found just that at O'Brien. Jeff Casner, our salesman, was great. He had it ready when we got there and knew we meant business. He didn't give us the normal saleman run around on this. Good thing, or my husband would have walked. We absolutely loved the car. Even though Jeff knew this, he didn't try to take advantage of us(at least we didn't feel like he did). We had not purchased a newer vehicle in almost 5 years and were a bit reluctant to spend the $$. We found a couple of cars online and went to Tom O'Brien to check them out. Jessie was very helpful and patient with us as we test drove a few different options. We have never owned a Chrysler, but loved the 200. After several days, he still waited patiently for us to come back and drive them again. We ended up making a very reasonable deal and they didn't make us PAY THEM to take our trade (it wasn't the best car). We absolutely LOVE our 2012 200. It is awesome. I have been working with the Tom O'Brien dealership since Hubler Dodge closed in late 2007. I wish I would have purchased all my cars from Tom O'Brien Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler in Greenwood, Indiana. Recently, I traded my 2007 Dodge Caliber RT for a new 2012 Jeep Liberty. The kindest salesman by the name of Dave Herr waited on me. He was knowledgeable about the various vehicle models, their options, engine specs, as well as various other information regarding transmission and engine mechanics of those vehicles. He was not pushy or anyway attempted a slick-handed deal. The finance department was fabulous as well. I had the pleasure of actually working with Tom O'Brien's grandson who is the GM at that facility. Talk about a family hands-on business ... WOW! In addition, my salesman wrote me a thank you note for my purchase and then called up inquiring to how I was satisfied with my new purchase. Also, I received a follow-up from Brian Miller the GM, as well as an email of communication from Jeep.com. I highly recommend you consider purchasing from this wonderful and professional dealership. I went to Tom O'Brien in Greenwood to look for a used car as I bought my last car there in 2002. I saw this beautiful red Chrysler 300 and was so excited. David Herr came out to assist me & I told him that I like the 300 but was looking for something for less $. Dave showed me around, etc. but didn't push me into buying something I didn't want. Then I went to another dealership & test drove another car & the sales person wasn't as nice as Dave & the car was just a lil bit less than the 300 but w/more miles. I then went right back to Tom O'Brien and test drove the 300 & I knew it was mine. Dave Herr is a freindly, easy going salesman & I was glad to have him sell me my Dream Car.

In the 42 years of marriage we have never purchased a used car. So, needless to say we were a little nervous. We did a lot of research online and visited several dealerships. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the experience and integrity of a few of the sales people we had to deal with. When we got to Tom O'Brien in Greenwood we knew we were in the right place. First, we called to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still on the lot. The lady we spoke to was very professional. She did the necessary research and told us it was still available for sell. We told her we would be there in about 30 minutes. She told us we should ask for Jesse Mattick. When we arrived a salesman greeted us. I asked if he was Jesse and he said no but he would get him. I told him it didn't matter but he said that is the way they do things at this dealership. I was impressed with that. When Jesse came out to help us he put us at ease immediately. He answered all our questions. When he didn't know the answer he called someone who did. This also impressed us. When all was said and done we knew we had made the right choice. Everyone at Tom O'brien was great. And just so you know not only have we never purchased a used car, we have never purchased a Dodge product. I think you have a new customer for the future. Thanks again for the great experience.

I purchased my car last Thursday after leaving I drove to work on the interstate. After 60mph my steering wheel shakes so bad it is practically impossible to drive. Icalled the next morning to tom o Brian they told me someone would call back.. never received call so I called about 2 hours later they told me the used car staff was out until Monday and they would call me first thing. It is now Tuesday afternoon and still no call and I drive the interstate to work 5 times a week. Funny thing is I have a warranty and they still could care less to even give me a call. Because of hoe badly it shakes I have had to borrow someone ELSE'S car to get to and from work. I have also emailed the person who sold me the car and the manager and still have received not even an apology.

I just wanted to take a moment and say "kudos" to Jessie Mattick for the way he treated me. I was in the market for used car with low mileage, and the first thing Jessie did was sit down with me and made a list of what I wanted in a vehicle. Not only did Jessie take the time to listen, but he also made it a point of working with me on what my budget would be, and he didn't try to force other vehicles on me which were out of my price range. I had been to a competing dealership the night before, and was treated as a second class citizen because I refused to be in a vehicle which was out of my range. At Tom O'Brien, I was treated with dignity and respect, and that is because of Jessie. I signed the papers on my car, and he even called me the next day to see if the car was a good fit. I would not hesitate for one moment to send anyone to Tom O'Brien to see Jessie Mattick. I went into Tom O'brien after having Ray Skillman tell me that I was not approved (even though I secured my own financing) dreading the experience because Skillman left such a foul taste in my mouth. I worked with Bob Yorn, he is a no nonsense sales person. He took the time to explain all of the financing requirements, took his time and showed me car after car until I found something that I was happy with. 45 minutes later, I drove off of their lot sale complete. My experience at Tom O'Brien was amazing. This dealership has earned by current business as well as my future business.

I put off replacing my 1996 autombobile far longer than financial pragmatism dictated because of the dread of entering the "shark-infested waters" that negatively stereotype car dealers. Sadly, one of the three dealers I approached when I began my search for a mid-to-late 2000's model Liberty met and exceeded every one of these. Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep, conversely, pleasantly surprised me by being completely opposite to every one. The agent, Heather Pitcher, did not try to sell me more vehicle than I wanted and sought to find something within the price range I had in mind. The dealership came down on the list price before I even saw the vehicle after I listed my fiscal restraints and needs and did service work that my mechanic said would have to be done on any Liberty in the year and mileage range I was seeking either before or after purchase and did not add that onto the cost. Because my bike rack was incompatible with a rear-mount spare and the Liberty lacked a tow package, the dealership found a local company and had a tow receiver and bike rack added on and added it to the cost of the vehicle so I would not be inconvenienced by another trip and additional wait time to Greenwood. Less than a hundred miles after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. When I returned the vehicle to the service department I was told an emissions sensor had gone bad; knowing that the second tends to fail within a few months, the dealer replaced both so that I would not have to return later (possible after the three-month, 3000 mile warranty had expired). From start to finish, I felt like it was all about what Tom O'Brien CJD could do FOR ME, not the other way around. I would buy from them again and will not hesitate nearly as long to replace a decrepit vehicle.

I was in the market for a new car, and chose to look at a Chrysler 200, a Chevy Cruse, and a Ford Focus. I told all 3 dealers what I was doing, and that I would choose a car based on similiar features and price. All 3 cars were nice to drive, but only John Niehans at Tom O'Brien gave me an all inclusive price (exactly what it would cost with tax etc.), nor did he inquire what the other dealers were offering (I didn't want to haggle over price, just a one shot offer from each dealer). I ended up with a car I wanted, at what I considered a fair price, with no high pressure; I love the car!
