Do not give this dealership your real phone number. I bought a New Camry from them in 2014, car was great service was fine. It's just when you fill out the paper work don't give them your real phone number all you need to do is just change one number. To this day I still get calls on a weekly basis from a 3rd party warranty extending company, so annoying. No matter how many times you block their number the same company(s) will call you again and again again. I've block probably 20-40 different numbers over the last few years. Sometimes it stops for a few months but they will come back. I'm upset that they sold my number to a 3rd party companies. I've called once to talk to the manager at the dealership but it didn't help at all. Good luck. Another thing I wanted to add, this place will charge you like $25 to just replace a standard air filter under your hood. They will charge you this fee for every single air filter they change on top of the price of the air filter. So replace the filter yourself or better yet buy it at a auto parts store and they will do it for free in the parking lot.

My car was serviced on August 27, 2021 and BRANDON LE provided great customer service. He was personable and explained everything that needed to be done for our Highlander. Thanks, Brandon. December 2020: Jesse provided EXCELLENT service, by keeping us posted on our Highlander's repair status every step of the way. Our car was inhabited by mice that destroyed an airbag, air filter, insulation, etc. ... and one died inside the door frame. Toyota Direct restored it perfectly. And, the car smells like new! :-)

The salesman was nice however don't trust there website. Online it said there were over 20 vehicles that we were interested in stock. Upon arriving to the car lot (after driving an hour) they had less than 20 vehicles total and only 1 of the models we were interested in! We asked why the website showed over 20 and the response was they're in transit and the website does not indicate. So long story short, call before you make the trip to make sure what you are interested in is ACTUALLY THERE. Fix your website...

A great experience. We drove 2 hours to get there, got there close to closing and we still got the best service. Melvin was our salesman; he was friendly and knowledgeable and overall great to work with. John in finance was also friendly and helped us get the best deal. A really nice dealership as well. Would definitely use their services again if we needed another car.

Last night (8-31-2016) me and my wife went to Toyota Direct in Columbus Ohio to test drive a Lexus RX 350. Everything went well until we returned and asked if they were firm on the price. They stated we had to fill out a credit application before they would talk price. I explained we finance all our cars via our credit union. (We have done this several times and it works like this: we agree on a price the dealership would fax over our agreement and the credit union would ether cut them a check that I could bring to the dealership or they would wire transfer the money.) I never got to explain that process because the sales person said "let me see if we work with your credit union" and went to the desk. He came back said they didn't work with our credit union and said we would have to fill out a credit application. I said "What if we wanted to pay cash or you know with a check?" He stated if that was the case then they are firm on the sticker price. I've never had anything like this happen to me before so I thought I would share. As always this isn't word for word of what happened but it is what happened in a nutshell.

The only negative I have had, is having to take my car back three times in order to have the rear brake noise correctly diagnosed. The positive is, the dealer stood behind their work and resolved the issue at no extra cost to me.

I talked to Reggie multiple times about a SUV that I wanted from the dealership. I had a family member go look at it only to see that it was damaged and had over 3000 more miles than what was listed. After talking to Drew I agreed to go ago and get the vehicle despite the flaws. Reggie told me to put in the application so I did and heard NOTHING FROM THEM! So I called and called... Couldn't get in touch with ANYONE.. Finally Reggie calls back and said oh someone came in and bought it. HOW?? I had been talking to them about this car for days. I submitted my application and was paying $25000 (THOUSAND not hundred Down) How could they sale it? I'm SO FURIOUS!! Just a waste of my time and my credit pulled for NOTHING!!!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales guy was professional and upfront through the whole process. I did not feel pushed around. I bought a used Nissan Altima "AS IS" and two days later the Intelligent key quit working properly so I took it in to the service department. They looked at the issue immediately but couldn't figure out what the issue was, which I can understand since they are a Toyota dealership. They even called a local Nissan dealership for help. The service manager Jodi then made an appointment for me at the Nissan dealership and said Toyota Direct would cover the diagnostics. Nissan figured out that the key fob was bad and gave me a new one. Toyota Direct not only covered the diagnostics but they also covered the new key fob. From beginning to end I felt they took great care of my issue and concerns. I would definitely recommend Toyota Direct whether you are shopping for a car or need a car serviced.

The first time my wife and I went to this dealer to look at a van, salesman Matt was very friendly, went out of his way, we were very impressed. We ended up not buying the van because it didn't have all the options we wanted. This time, we knew they had what we wanted so we took our trade and was very serious. We stay educated on what vehicles are worth when we are shopping for something. They told us our trade was only fair condition because it could use some tires on the front and it had one scratch on it less than 3 inches long. Once we spoke up and said no, we knew what our car was worth, salesman started arguing that fact and saying that even if they would give us what we wanted on trade our numbers on payment was still way off. We told him we would just wait because we wouldn't let our car go at that offer and he was just nasty and so we just said we would wait and left. Now that we've been treated that way, I have to say we won't be back. We will take our business elsewhere.

We stopped in to test drive a Toyota Sienna to see if we would like one. The salesman Matt greeted us and was very friendly. He went over everything on the van and explained things to us on the test drive. He was great from beginning to the end. The only reason we didn't buy that day was the van didn't quite have all the options we were looking for. They were also willing to give us the price we needed for our trade. Real sorry it didn't work out. These guys were great!

This 2015 Prius is the 3rd I purchased from Toyota Direct and Patti Street, Salesperson. The bend over backwards to make my purchase a smooth transaction. I love my car and highly recommend the Prius, reliable and very efficient. With my 2011 my average mostly in town driving was 43.5 MPG.

Unless you go to this dealer in person, you will receive NO communication. Have sent 2 emails with no response. Called about a car and was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago and still no phone call. Bottom line is they totally lost a sale with me. I am already pre-approved for a loan and am replacing a car that is not running (so I absolutely need another vehicle). Although I called about a specific vehicle, they have several others I also had some interest in. Based on the abysmal pre-sales customer service, I will not be purchasing a car through them. I want a sales person who at least pretends to be interested in selling me a vehicle.

Buying the car was great and the salesmen was awesome, but they lost my title and then gave me a rental car 2 months later.... And tell me I cannot drive it because I'm not 25. What am I suppose to do with a rental I can't use, so the guy then says we are doing all we can. Now I have a rental I can't drive, a car I can't drive and just started a internship that if been waiting for. Thank you Toyota direct, really helped me out :/

I had found the car that I wanted and it was just out of our price range. I had corresponded with Brittany Simonelli who was great at first, but once I tried to negotiate the rate down, she became very terse and her customer service was abysmal. She started to spew facts of how they couldn't lower it because it was already $1000 below market value and how they were 11.5% below their competitors. She made no attempt to assist us and showed no empathy. Only a few days later the price dropped $800 and she did not notify us. It was not until I mentioned to HER that the price had been lowered did she mention the new price. After we found out we drove into the dealership and asked to speak to someone different. She came out of nowhere and started to interrogate us on why we felt her customer service was poor. She made no attempt to apologize and I had to tell her I didn't want to argue with her about it before she left us alone. The only shining lights were the two gentleman who apologized for her and did their best to help us find a car. Phil Ennis and Nick Edgell were extremely helpful, but unfortunately while we were dealing with Ms. Simonelli, someone had test drove the vehicle and bought it. I would not recommend going to Toyota Direct; you don't know the type of sales person you will get.

Ill be nice and just say, if you get an Oil change here, make sure you go home AND CHECK all your fluids and tire air pressure yourself, umm which is suppose to be included in your Oil change. I will never ever allow this dealer to touch my Tundra again, Oh and don't call and expect the person you actually called to return your call, wont happen !!

We leased a car in February, 2015. The buying experience was a pleasure- had a good time with our salesman. I have been into the dealership almost every week to get our car washed. Everyone is always accommodating and very friendly. The facility is always clean. I have been in for scheduled maintenance once and found the service to be easy and timely. I had my car serviced and was satisfied with the results. The service technician was very thorough in his explanation of the pending repairs (those discovered while completing the scheduled repair) and the costs associated with them. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the staff was nice and professional. I love the waiting area; from the free Wifi and fresh popcorn, to the children's play area and comfy seating.

This was my first experience dealing with Toyota Direct. I dealt extensively with Russell Doddroe who works in their internet sales dept. He was quick to respond to emails and gave me a great deal on a new Toyota Sienna. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership were very nice and accommodating to my needs and my 3 year old who loved her pink balloon :) The only downside was the really lowball offer on my trade in -- luckily they worked with me a bit on that but I still didn't get what others were offering elsewhere -- might be good to shop around for the trade. Overall, I would definitely go there again!

I had a great Buying experience. Was able to use website to learn about vehicles and offers. I was able to submit my credit approval online. I was able to buy a new vehicle and only be at the dealership for about an hour. Sales staff and financial staff were very nice and efficient. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Overall we had an excellent buying experience. After performing our due diligence we found Toyota Direct to have the lowest price and the best followup service prior to the sale. Working with our professional sales representative, Bob Carver, was a delightful experience he was especially helpful in acquainting us with the new technology on the car and has since asked if there is anything he can assist us with. I have made two return trips to the dealership and everyone was eager to jump in and offer assistance knowing full well that our sales representative was not available at the time. Having been in sales for 30 years and a Customer Service Consultant for a large domestic dealership, I must say the folks at Toyota Direct have and continue to exceed my expectations.

I bought a three vehicles for the past 4 years from the Toyota direct, and it has been 4 years of nightmare, my first car is burning oil extremely, second car the check engine light came on a week after I purchased, and it determined to be a catalytic converter issue, so I trade it back and purchased another vehicle from them and I lost over $3000.00 for the deal.then I found out a month later this last car is also consuming oil excessively, their service department has done multiple oil conception test and confirmed that the vehicle is burning oil extremely however the Gen-manager, was giving me the run around for the past couple of months keep suggesting test after test, trying to explain away the problem, and he finally told me today that there nothing that they are willing to do about it. Therefore I wouldn't advanced anyone to go to this dealed and wised their hard earned money, I wouldn't anyone to through what I have been through for the past 4 years dealing with them.

I found a used Acura TL online on their website I was interested in, the website has an option to click on a link for special Internet pricing. I went ahead and clicked on the link which took me to a page that had me put in my name and contact information. I did this and received a email that a salesman would contact me during business hours. The next day a salesman named Ken contacted me via email and phone and asked if I had any questions about the car. I responded back that my car lease was ending and I wanted to check on the Internet pricing on this vehicle. That was 2 days ago and I have not had a return email.

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to our sales rep Joel Williams. Due to a transmission going out on a used vehicle of ours, we had to find a good quality used car on a very small budget. We started our search with Toyota Direct online first, looking for something in our price range. Once we located a few vehicles we called and spoke with our salesman Joel Williams. He was kind, helpful, and really knew what he was talking about. We were not able to make it to the dealership until the next day, which happened to be his day off. Not once did he try to rush us or push something on us that we didn't need or couldn't afford. His expertise, professionalism, and care will definitely bring us back to Toyota Direct in the future. If you are looking for a good sales rep who really knows their job and will go out of their way for you, I highly recommend Joel!

Everything about this dealership is ok but not great including sales people, finance people, showroom, service department, etc.. The service people are either too busy or too careless to talk to customers on the phone. I bought a new vehicle there, but I wouldn't buy another from them nor will I get my service there.

Luis Tejada went the extra mile to give me awesome service when I went in to look at the 2015 Toyota Sienna and purchase it. I can't say enough about how great he is. He went the extra mile to get me in the van. The whole experience overall was so much better than another Toyota dealership I dealt with. Johnny in the finance department was great also. Worst car experience ever! Dealt with many places before this is absolutely a nightmare ! I really wish I came here before I went to buy my car. I had horrible experience and the unprofessional staff would totally drop your jaws. They would drag down your trade in, and try to sell you a bunch stuff that you don't need at all. STAY AWAY from this place! Check their rating and read others' reviews before you even consider this place. They have the lowest in Columbus area. I wish I did some homework before went to buy my car. Learned my lesson and not going back there at all.

My salesperson did not know there was a RAV4 in their inventory; I had to show him on their website and he had to go look for it. The finance guy got me a better deal than the one I brought in pre-approved for, BUT it took him almost a month to finalize it and was impossible to get in touch with through the process. At one point I went to the BMV to renew my temporary tags after leaving several messages (with no response) to find out if the lien was done yet, and found out it was filed on the title already - how hard could it be for him to tell me the deal was finalized?! I then had to go get a copy of the title and back over to the BMV for my plates. I still did not get my title in the mail for another week after that! Just when I thought all was settled with the financing, I get a statement in the mail dated 7/30 with a payment due date of 7/26! I call Toyota financial where I am told they can do nothing because that's how the dealership filed the paperwork. Basically the correct paperwork was not received until 4 days after my first payment due date (which the dealer determines on said paperwork) and the only way to change it is to go back to the dealer. At this point, with the headaches and lack of communication just trying to find out who my financing is through, I refuse to deal with the sales are of the dealership anymore. And as far as service goes... I made an appointment for some service recalls the dealer didn't bother doing before selling the vehicle to me. I get an email from someone at the dealership about they may offer me a new RAV4 in exchange for my certified pre-owned one, so I call the number on the email and the lady "makes an appointment" for me for when I bring the vehicle in for the oil change. When I get there, she says she is running some numbers and will see me when I come back to pick up the vehicle. When I come back to pick up the vehicle, she is not at her desk, so someone in service pages her to meet me in the waiting area. Forty minutes later I find the person that paged her left for the day, the lady that I am supposed to be meeting is out on a test drive, and I give up and leave. I determined on my own later that no matter what you're bringing in your vehicle for service on, you get one of these emails. I have not purchased a vehicle in 13 years, and the only reason I was buying one now is mine was totalled. This dealership has shown a total lack of communication, sympathy, and attempted to abuse my naivety, and I am letting everyone know to have a very good reason to go there and watch your back!!!

I cannot stress enough of how much I have heard about car buying being the worst experience to go through. You hear that everywhere, right? For me, first time buyer... ever. I've waited for the perfect time to buy a vehicle and not just any vehicle but THEE vehicle of my dreams. My dad works at Ford Motor Co, so of course I could have gone for a Ford but I didn't see anything that I was impressed with from Ford. I looked into other SUV's but found my love for the Rav4 and knew that this was something that I could see myself in. So, the moment couldn't be sweeter then this past Labor Day weekend and striked up an interest for the lease deal on the Rav4. ( just an FYI- I've only been to one other dealership in Columbus, when I was really involving myself for grabbing my first purchase, so I went to Ricart and to keep it short I was so disappointed and completely disrespected with that place. They literally told me and my brother that they didn't want our business... that's not the customer service I wanted. ) I went to Toyota Direct knowing that I work across the street, thought oh hey they have a great deal and just so happens it's across from Express! Awesome! So we make our way into the place and my brother came with me, ( that's what big brothers are for) and he kept telling me, " now remember, they may not let you test drive, you saw what happened at Ricart" so we walk through and just within a minute or two a man walks up and asks if we have been helped, I tell him about the Rav4 interest and right away he welcomes me into test driving it! Wow, really? Okay :-) I'll take that... The whole process, the entire experience.... was Amazing. Blissful. He educated me on everything that I would need to know about this vehicle had to offer. He wasn't a car salesman to me. He was someone who wanted me to have a reliable, comfortable, safe and more importantly to be pleased with my choice. Troy Kelly gave me the BEST customer experience that I never expected and especially knowing that I could trust him. He worked with me and wanted me to have to the vehicle of my dreams... The biggest thing, my brother was so impressed with him too. He will be coming back to Troy Kelly for his next purchase. The one thing that stood out to us both was Troy stating, " I don't want you to just be a Toyota customer now, but years from now be able to keep coming back to me and to Toyota".... that right there, let my brother know that I was in EXCELLENT hands. Even going through the financial phase, paperwork, etc... everyone was great, I cannot even think of ONE complaint... By far, happiest day for me. :-) I will definitely being back to Toyota Direct and asking for Troy Kelly. Thank you, Troy for being so helpful and patient! More importantly understanding what my car buying needs were and giving me the best experience I could have hoped for as well. The hug at the end showed trust in my opinion, not only that but Loyalty... The entire experience was easy, entertaining, educational and more importantly satisfied!

Stopped on a whim after going to see a Hyndai down the street. First stopped in Used Car lot and they did have one Highlander we might have driven though had more miles than we were looking for. The battery was dead so we didn't drive it...salesman was fine. Stopped in the new car side to just take a look at new Highlander's to see difference in body style. They didn't have any but salesman suggested we looked at a Venza. Our son has one so kind of knew the car but still were willing to drive one ourselves. Took them forever to find the car but alot of that was due to construction going on. Never drove it but did learn more about the Venza. Salesman was very knowledgable and nice and seemed pretty genuine.

Went to buy a van we had seen on cars.com. When we got there it had already been sold so we waited to se what else they had in our price range. Needless to say they had sold another vehicle similar to what we were wanting as well so both vehicles were gone. Gene Hall worked with us though and found what we were wanting at another car lot a little ways away. He went with us and worked everything out it was a great buying experience. I had went to see a truck toyota direct listed on their website. I arrived and was told by an employee that the truck was not there anymore and had been sold. I checked their website a few days later and seen the truck was still listed. I called again and was told that the truck was on the lot and still available. I drove 1hr20min to look at it. The inside was dirty and had way too many scratches for a 2012 truck with 22000 miles on it. They had it way over priced and would not negotiate at all. I will not be back to Toyota direct.

Please do your homework before buying a used vehicle from them. I didn't and I paid for it to the tune of about 3,000.00 difference in savings. They underpriced my trade in and over priced the vehicle I was buying. I take the blame on that. When I went to pick up the vehicle it really wasn't prepped. The interior was still dirty, crumbs in the console, the oil has about 41% life, thanks for doing an oil change before selling the vehicle, the touchup for some scratches was poor and just over a half tank of gas, after a salesperson said they'd fill it. I know that what I spent on this vehicle is a drop in the bucket to the dealer but it was a lot to me. Just be careful and do your homework.....

Got home last night with my new vehicle got up this morning and went to store and discover i did not have a wiper blade on the back just the wiper arm. I drove over 50 miles back to the dealer and they put a blade on,top off my gas tank and washed me car.

I happened to service my 2011 Camry here. It was a routine service charge and tire rotation. Offlate I noticed they haven't rotated my tires and they charged me for that. I dont have any proof to prove this but I am quite sure as I had old tires in the rear. God knows if they have chenged my Oil and filter. Never coming back to this place.

I called and spoke with a salesman and indicated that my wife and I would be at the dealership at a specific time to look at a vehicle that the salesman had been corresponding about with me. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at the time that we agreed upon however the vehicle that we came to see was not pulled to the front of the dealership as the salesman had indicated that it would be. We spend roughly 30 minutes traipsing in the summer heat around the lot with the salesman looking for a comparable vehicle. We were never shown the vehicle that we came to look at and after test driving another vehicle the salesman all but demanded that I tell him what I expected for my trade in. My wife and I decided that we did not want to proceed with the purchase. We attempted to redeem a $25.00 test drive voucher before we left however the salesman lied indicating that we had to mail the voucher in. The voucher was redeemable at the dealership at the time of the test drive. The next day I spoke with the General Sales Manager and he indicated that he would mail a prepaid card to us immediately. I did not receive the card and a follow up call the the General Sales Manager went unreturned. We had a very unprofessional sales experience at Toyota Direct.

I have read reviews on cars.com regarding Toyota Direct's service department and some would make you run quick to another dealer. I choose to complete my service because they are close. I wasimpressed. I was greeted promptly and given a time estimate of an hour for my 20,000 mile service. I enjoyed the popcorn in the waiting area. My advisor went over my inspection and then cashed me out and pointex out my car. It was a very pleasant experience and I will return. Thanks, I will be back.

On Saturday we contacted Toyota Direct by phone to discuss our needs and what possible options existed. On Sunday my wife and I traveled from Chillicothe Ohio to the dealership in Columbus Ohio to check out their inventory. David O'Brien had been our initial point of contact and we were glad to see that he had followed through. David had cars lined up for us, that met our criteria when we arrived. My wife and I split up to test drive vehicles. When we landed on the car that met our needs we checked the blue book, and checked out the car fax. We found the price and quality of the car to be what David had discussed. I would like to mention that Ivan Lambert also worked with us to gather the needed information for the loan qualification in a no nonsense straight forward manner. Once approval had been obtained, Ashley Ward the Financial Manager did an excellent job of presenting options, and closing the deal. The whole experience was non stressful with absolutely no pressure, at all! I had a bulb out in my 2011 camry. I drove into the service department without an appointment and was amazed at the little time I was there. I was afraid that I would have been there for 1 hour at least but the servie advisor took immediate care of my car. I was out of the service department in 30 minutes and they washed my car. I will return. It was a terrific experience.

I took my vehicle in for service and repair of a flat tire. The oil change went fine. But their conclusion for the flat tire was that the tire needed to be replaced because of a cut in sidewall at a cost of $225 but they didn't have that size in stock. Good thing for me because I then searched around town for someone to have it in stock. Found one all the way over in Dublin for $60 less. Drove 30 mins to get there late on Saturday afternoon. Out of curiosity i asked the tech to show me the cut side wall. Interestingly there was no cut sidewall. This tire shop in Dublin found a screw in the tire. Repair only cost $30. 5000 miles later its running strong. I called Cust Svc mgr 3 times. He called me once. We never connected. Not sure why he did not call back the other two times. Maybe he knew there was no cut in sidewall. My conclusion... Don't trust the service dept conclusions. Verify it before you commit to expensive repairs. Buyer beware!!!

I decided to give it one more chance and try Toyota Direct. It was a busy Saturday, but I was greeted promptly. I was able to test drive the exact car that I wanted. There was no run around on pricing and the paperwork went quickly. I will definitely be returning in a few years when my lease is up.

I have waited a few months to actually write this review, because the dealership and salespeople had my contact information- they photocopied my drivers license during the test drive. I would not waste my time dealing with this poorly run organization, or lack of organization. Being in a customer service industry myself I have high standards for satisfaction, but even this was beyond anything I have ever witnessed. I came in to test drive a used car that I saw advertised online. I came in at 7:30 in the morning to be the first one at the dealership, that opened at 8:00. While I was out test driving the car, another salesperson sold it to someone over the phone. Since the online-phone bidder paid a deposit I was unable to purchase the vehicle I had come in to specifically buy. Since when is a customer in the store less able than someone over the internet? First come, first served? NOT HERE. In my opinion, I should have been able to match the other offer or decline. In this case, they did not even allow me to do that. I promptly went to work, did some of my own due dilligence and came across all the reviews you see here. Suddenly, I am not so surprised. Even if this dealershiip had the exact car I wanted at a fantastic price, i would not give them my business. EVER.

They had listed a car on the internet with no picture. We drove over 2 hours to drive this vehicle. They first had to locate the vehicle, since it hadn't even been put through detail yet. We test drove it and were told they were going to replace the windshield, an axle and new brake pads and rotors and it would be ready in 3 days. So, on the morning we go to pick it up (which was our sales person day off which he FREQUENTLY made a point of) we get a call as we're about 30 mins in to our trip that they are not replacing the windshield due to issues they don't want to be responsible for. So we get there, agree on an amount they will refund me so that I can have the windshield replaced myself. Then I notice that there are NOT new brake pads OR rotors on the car, so then I wasn't sure if they had fixed the axle or not, so I requested they put it up on a hoist and SHOW ME the repaired parts. It takes them FOREVER to "find an empty stall" so they say, yet 45 mins when they walk me back tot he car, I pass about 10 open stalls. Now there are new rotors, but still not new brake pads. Our sales guy showed us the bill from the work, and right there it said NEW BRAKE PADS, but they didn't put those on our car!! So we had to wait another TWO HOURS while they went and bought new brake pads and put them on the car. 50 miles down the road, check engine light comes on and I have a $500 repair within 24 hours of owning this car. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THEM, OR TAKING YOUR CAR THEIR FOR MAINTENANCE!

After waiting 3 hrs with a 3 yr old and a 2 week old baby I was told the finance department closed a half hour earlier. Service department tries to make you pay for everything even when vehicle is under warranty. I had to make several appointments to have them work on my vehicle. They would say that they can't work on my vehicle the day the appointment is made. This happened twice. Why make appointments? They just don't want to pay for the rental. They even tried to charge for the oil change even though the vehicle is under the 2 year maintenance plan. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything or purchasing another Toyota again.

This place is all about the old-school "Bring it in and we'll rip you off" approach. Called them with exact needs (ie: My husband is a certified engineer) while on vacation because we had a door lock assembly break. My son likes to pull too hard on the handle. Anyway, my husband looked at it, went to his ASE lookup database and told me to call the nearest toyota dealer. When we called, the guys would flat out not let us get any idea what we would have to pay to get the parts (even though we asked for the parts department specifically). Told us we could not pay via phone, had to come in to pick up the part, refused to give price for part, etc, etc. Called another dealer and got what we needed same day.

I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Toyota Direct that I found on an internet site. It had not yet been prepared for sale so there were no pictures, but at my request the sales staff took pictures and emailed them. I only had one free day to fly into Columbus and drive back 500 miles and even though they were still preping the vehicle, they called in favors to get it ready for me in time. Even picked me up at the airport. One repair needed a custom part they did not have, so they paid for the repair after I arrived back in my home town. Definitely service above and beyond normal expectations. Vehicle is exactly as described and I am very happy with the experience.

Buying a car at Toyota Direct was unlike any I had ever experienced - this was due largely to the conditions in which I purchased it. While I can appreciate the hardships that those conditions represented, I nonetheless felt let down by the office staff in general. My biggest gripe came from the promised incentive. Since we purchased the car during the blackout, we were promised a $250 gas card for our troubles. After 2 days in a hot dealership waiting around for *everything*, we felt that was a fair trade. We were told during the first week that we should start checking the mail. The second week, we were told that 'our name was on the list' and we should receive it soon. We figured that it wouldn't arrive overnight, but we began to become concerned when the 4th week arrived and we were getting the same 'check the mail and let me know if you got it' message was wearing thin. We had neither seen nor heard anything about the incentive until my wife decided to purchase a car from the same dealership. (I was, at the time, still recommending Toyota Direct to my friends and family.) After my wife bought her car, my incentive arrived in the mail. We were told that there was a mix-up at the general office, which had been corrected. I was more or less content, and considered the matter closed. The reason I'm not likely to buy a car at Toyota Direct again has less to do with my own experience, but with that of my wife. As I am the primary 'accountant' in the family, I appreciate timely responses and actions when expenses were involved. My wife was promised the same incentive I was when she bought her car, especially since she sat with me the whole time in the heat(during the power outage). She had allowed the dealership to secure the loan for the car, and the experience at the time was very positive. As did I, she worked with Malek and Rich to secure the Rav4 she had wanted. The problems came later, again with the office staff. My wife received her temporary tags and was able to drive the car off the lot. She did not receiver her title in the mail (as promised by Jake.) Upon calling him, she noted an accusing and slightly belligerent tone, whereas she felt that it was her fault for losing the title. There was also the issue with the bank loan. Jake had admitted that the paperwork that needed to be processed for the bank sat on his desk a number of days before he noticed it, and only after my wife had inquired about it. As of today, we have no paperwork or contact information about how to make a payment on the Rav4. She had to chase down her own title to register her car, and still have no information on how to make the first payment. My wife is less than pleased with the whole affair, to say the least. My personal experience was, I felt, not too bad. I certainly had smoother experiences purchasing a car, but end the end, I am happy with my car and the experience. I am wholly dissatisfied with my wife's experience, as it has upset her. And while I'm likely to express my positive experience, it's going to be coupled with her negative one. Update: 9/18/2012 Given the way these reviews are set up, I had hoped to speak with someone from the dealership and voice my issues that I and my wife have encountered with Toyota Direct. This, of course, turned out not to be the case. My final word on the matter - be very cautious when buying a vehicle from this dealership. Expect to be ignored repeatedly and being required to follow-up on your own.

sales and service were excellent no pushy sales and really liked financing people .Theyall worked with me to make sure it all went smoothly.Only down side was telephone service checking on a repair..Waited on phone a while and got switched back and forth trying to get info but overall was a really good experiance.Very satisfied with my used tundra.
