i searched online for a van due to a car wreck I was in, my back was broken ,and I was unable to tolerate much travel at the time. when I called Toyota of bowling green I was greeted by kinny landrum after talking for a while he gave me a call back and told me he would bring the van to cave city for me to look at so I would not have to travel the 50 miles one way to him. I have never experienced such kindness from a stranger. When we met Kinny he made us feel like family. we bought the van and when we picked it up. Kinny made the process so enjoyable it felt as if we were part of the Toyota team. Keep up the great work Kinny we will come see you again if we need a new vehicle

Courtney Miller sold me my 2016 Avalon. Courtney was very helpful to me when I purchased my first Avalon. I looked at several Avalon's, but she seemed to know exactly which one I would love and had me take it for a test drive. It was the one!! When Gloria Russell called me to let me know my truck was ready to pick up I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient the process was. Gloria had my paperwork ready and when I met with the finance person the whole process went fast and smooth. Better than any previous experience I had with purchasing a new vehicle. Gloria had my truck clean, with a full tank of gas and took the time to sync my phone and explain all the features of the truck to me. I was very pleased and I really like my new Tundra.

After cruising the dealership lots over the weekend, my wife found the car she had been looking for the past 6 months. Toyota of Bowling Green had this excellent certified used 2014 Camry XLE Hybrid. Our salesman was John Denton and he was very good to work with. He was not pushy at all. He answered every question and concern we had about a hybrid with above average intelligence. He even stayed about an hour after work on a Saturday dealing with us. Overall, the dealership made money on the sale and we purchased the car for a little under fair market value. It was a win win situation for everybody.

My Daughter's lease ran out on her Toyota Corolla and because of the staff and the service at Toyota we did not shop anywhere else for a new vehicle. Justin Taylor was extremely professional throughout the entire process and was able to get processed quickly. Justin even took the time to remove the decorative license plate on the front of my daughter's old vehicle and offered to sync her phone to the car.

My husband everytime he goes to Bowling Green, KY comes home with a new truck from Toyota of Bowling Green. This is the fourth time this has happened. I'm going to ban my husband from going to Bowling Green to have his truck serviced. Kinny has always treated him fair, but it's really time for me to get a new truck and not my husband. Hello, my name is Chantel Bowman, and I leased my new Corolla from Ms. Courtney Miller. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Ms. Miller was patient as I test drove two different vehicles as I was unsure about leasing or owning. Ms. Miller was able to show me how leasing was the better option and was able to fit within my budget. As a recent college graduate, I was also able to lease my vehicle with no co-signer or down payment. I also need to mention that Toyota welcomed me like a new member of the family. Ms. Miller walked me around the departments and introduced me to the individuals in the service department, Ms. Melinda, Ms. Kim, and Mr. Mitchell, were quick to schedule my first appointment. The signing process was also simple and easy, and Joe made sure I understood the parameters. Before leaving in my new car, Ms. Miller had it detailed and filled with gasoline and then sat with me and connected my phone to the car and showed me how everything worked. Overall, I left Toyota overjoyed to have a dependable vehicle and a new family.

This is our forth vehicle with Toyota of Bowling Green. Loved the camry and now our daughter does also! We are on our third Rav4. Did not plan on buying anything Friday, but you gave us a really good trade-in on our 2013 Rav. Now we have a brand new 2016 Rav4! Courtney Miller is a wonderful person to deal with. On Saturday, 02/27/2016, my wife and I decided to car shop in Bowling Green, We are from Bowling Green, and the previous Saturday we spent in Nashville looking for a Toyota Avalon. We just couldn't find what we were looking for. I didn't really expect to find anything at Toyota of Bowling Green either. We had just begun to browse through the lot when Kinny Landrum appeared. He was very outgoing and friendly from the start. But he certainly isn't a "pushy" type salesman. We told him what we were look for, and expected him to say "sorry, we don't have one". But instead he said he just had one traded in from another one of his customers. We test drove it and enjoyed a good conversation with Kinny while we drove. He encouraged us to drive it further than I had even intended to. We said we'd like to go get something to eat and think about it. He asked us to drive the car while we were gone and talk it over. Justin Taylor was the sales person. Bought a used Corolla S a couple months ago from him. It had several things I did not like about it after driving and sitting in it. I wanted to stay with Corollas but not that one, I returned to see what we could work out. Justin listened to my concerns and desires and we worked out a reasonable solution. I was in the market for a used car and had been to all the local car dealers, after looking at what was available I quickly determined that what I was looking for needed to be able to last me a while so I stopped in Toyota of Bowling Green. Jason Gullet came out and we walked around looking at the used cars and the more we looked the more I realized I'd probably do better to just buy a new car. He was very accommodating.and friendly and I test drove a few different cars. Trying to see if I could do better elsewhere I looked around and found a car that had the exact features I was looking for. Jason got up with me and found the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered to the Bowling Green location. After I got the car he was very helpful organizing window tint. This is actually my second time that I have worked with Courtney on purchasing a new vehicle. I had worked with her back in 2006 on a 2006 Tacoma. On that particular trip I just happened to be in town on business when I decided to stop by and just browse the parking lot. I had no plans on making a purchase that day. Courtney came out to give me a warm welcome and I preceded to tell her of my past experiences in car shopping. I have never owned anything other than a Toyota and probably never will. Courtney was very low pressure and quoted me a fair price right off the bat while other dealers were not very easy to work with and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. She even met me halfway in delivering the vehicle to me. Courtney is very professional in what she does and is very knowledgeable. On this particular purchase, I really wasn't even considering buying a new Tacoma because my 2006 was still in excellent condition (10 yrs old and only 90,000 miles). One of my fellow employees asked me one day if I ever thought about selling my 2016. My first thought was that I would have to check to see what the truck was worth. I knew it would be a great price because these trucks are the number 1 reseller in the truck industry. The first step I had to take was to find a replacement truck if I was going to sell my 2006. I called Courtney Miller at Toyota of Bowling Green and told her what I was thinking and she said that she would love to sell me a new 2016 and give a bid on my 2006. Courtney ended up giving me a great price on my 2006 but there was a problem. Toyota had not started shipping any 2016 at that time. I told Courtney what I was looking for and she gave me a price on the truck with the features that I wanted in my price range. In a couple of weeks, Courtney called me back and said that she had one on a truck identical to what I wanted and I decided to make the purchase without even seeing the truck in person. I gave her a deposit with the understanding if I didn't like the truck when it came in, I could void the deal. As it turned out, everything worked out. I am totally satisfied. Like I said before, Courtney is a wonderful person and is great to work with. I will continue to work with Courtney in the future and pass along her name to anyone that is in the market in purchasing a new Toyota. As most people can attest, purchasing a new vehicle can be one on the most unpleasant things to do. You walk on a lot and you have several people hounding you all at once. Once you get one person involved and start talking numbers, it is back and forth between the sales person and his manager haggling over price. Everyone has been there and done that. Know what you want and what you want to pay is the key. Back in 2015, my daughter and husband were in town and were out trying to deal with a local Toyota dealership on a new 2015 limited Highlander. They had just come from the dealership all discouraged that day and I mentioned would they like for me to give Courtney a call. Long story short, my daughter ended up working the deal with Courtney. My advise, if you want to work with a low key, low pressure, very knowledgeable and friendly person, go see Courtney Miller at Toyota of Bowling Green. I will continue to work with Courtney and pass along her name to my friends.

We were looking for a new SUV in April and first went to another dealership in BG ( another make) because we were pleased with the brand and model we had. Terrible sales performance of the whole department- they just didn't want to listen what we wanted and sell us a model they had on the lot. On our way home we stopped at Toyota of BG and looked at some Highlanders. I went online and ' built me the car we wanted' on cars.com - then submitted my request - next morning I received an email from Courtney Miller with an offer for exactly the SUV we wanted!! I went to her office the same day and signed the contract - two days later we had the new car!! ( they picked it up from another dealer). Courtney is very knowledgable and has a great personality, she gives you perfect customer service during the buying process and beyond that. When we had an appointment for the first free maintenance Courtney walked me over to the service department and introduce me to the device person on charge!! End of September I decided to trade my truck and get a new Tundra - same great buying experience - Courtney Miller found me exactly the Truck I wanted ! Great job Courtney!!

My husband and I were looking around for a newer vehicle and decided on a Tundra just unsure of where to purchase it. A friend suggested Toyota of Bowling Green and to speak to Courtney Miller who helped him. When looking online, Courtney Miller called to see how she could help. I instantly liked her attitude and helpfulness. We decided to travel to Bowling Green to see what she had to offer. After looking at two other Tundra trucks we saw one sitting in the lot as if it was meant for us. Courtney Miller looked into the price, provided our options, we accepted and drove off the lot in our brand new Tundra. We have been so pleased with the whole process. Recently took the Tundra back for 5000 mile checkup and was greeted warmly by all staff. We actually got to see Courtney Miller and showed her how we lined the bed and added a top cover. I first got introduced to Courtney Miller when a family member bought their new Camry (back in 2012). A few months into 2013, I decided that I needed a Camry, and thats what I was set on. We walked in the door, and from that point on, it was nothing but kind words, the most helpful people I'd probably ever encountered, and a very welcoming and 'stress-less' atmosphere. I immediately went to Courtney and after telling her who I was, she completely remembered the deal with my aunt and uncle and that I was a car enthusiast. I found that very exceptional, since it had been a couple months back, and I wasn't even really a part of their deal. But she still remembered, and picked up just like it was yesterday. A few hours later, after walking around the lot, in the rain, I drove a red 2012 Camry SE Limited off the lot. I don't have that car anymore, because I walked in again, and Courtney put me in a new silver 2015 Camry XSE. She's an awesome salesperson, and I never once felt like she was not doing everything she could to get me to the price point I needed to be within. I'm waiting for the day I walk in and she puts me in a 4Runner (my ultimate goal), because I will always come back to Toyota BG, and I'll hunt Courtney down each time!

If you are looking for a vehicle, don't buy before seeing Jason Gullett at Toyota of Bowling Green. I looked at Toyota Highlanders at dealerships in Somerset and Nashville but none of them compared to the value and service I received in Bowling Green. Jason made sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted for the best price. I had never leased a car before and was very confused about the process. Went in just to drive a RAV4 was really set to pull trigger on another brand but I did like the RAV and John Denton and Justin Taylor were very helpful and although they didn't have exactly what I wanted they offered to and did find one just like I had in mind . The next day John Denton called and said they had located one and it would be in the following day I went in , Mr. Denton explained all the new hi tech features and said anytime I had more questions just give him a call , which I did in about twenty min.and answered my question .....I hate buying vehicles but they made it pretty easy .....

I studied Toyota's website & appreciated the low price and 42 mpg highway Corolla Eco offered. The Eco drives great, just like my previous Matrix. It has advanced safety features, a backup camera, and some digital push buttons. It took just 15 minutes to fill out paperwork. Cannon Simpson was very helpful explaining how all the buttons worked.

My wife and I recently had to (un-expectantly) replace one of our cars, and we were not looking forward to going through the whole car buying experience. Not being completely satisfied with our most recent vehicle, we decided to begin our search for something else. My husband went online to look for vehicles within a reasonable driving distance from our home and vehicles within our budget. He had a little bit of knowledge about a Toyota Camry because our son had driven one. He was pleased with our son's car, so he thought that was the route to take. During the search, he came across a listing for a 2015 Camry in Bowling Green. Since Bowling Green is about 45 minutes away, and closing time was approaching on that Saturday afternoon, he chose to chat online with a representative. Mr. Kinny Landrum began a conversation with my husband that led us to a great decision. We knew that the dealership closed at 5 pm, but with only an hour left to be able to go home on a Saturday afternoon, Mr. Landrum said if we wanted to come look at the car, he would stay. Now, this wasn't just a salesman with nothing to do on a Saturday night. This is a family man with a wife and children at home, willing to sacrifice his time so we could come 'look' at this vehicle. We were impressed with his willingness to answer our questions, his allowing us to test drive a couple of vehicles, and his straight-forward, yet pleasant demeanor that did not dismiss us as customers or people when we weren't ready to purchase the car that day. We did not leave feeling like we had survived a hassling attack...we left with much to discuss and continued to think about potentially purchasing the car. On the following Monday, my husband spoke with Mr. Landrum again, and at this point, they were able to negotiate what both felt like was a fair purchase and trade-in on our existing vehicle. We arrived that afternoon to finalize the deal. The car was out front, ready to go. Mr Landrum met us to begin the paperwork immediately. Since the car is loaded with features that involve technology, and we are not the most technologically savvy people, he took us to the car to instruct us on how to use many of the features. We were impressed that he took the time to do that, rather than just say that all the information is in the instruction book. During the process, we also met Courtney. Both she and Mr. Landrum asked if we needed anything and congratulated us on our purchase. When Mr. Landrum had taken care of everything, he introduced us to Mr. Cooke who provided information on warranties and finalized the payment process. AT NO TIME DID WE FEEL PRESSURED! We completed the transaction, received the necessary paperwork, were presented with a year's worth of free car washes, and had smiles on our faces as we drove home. Later that night Kinny Landrum made a personal phone call to us. He asked if we made it home safely, were we happy with our purchase, and did we have any questions. He was like a doctor checking on a patient. He didn't have to make that call, but he did. Both he and Courtney have offered their personal numbers so that we can text or call if we need anything. Now, that's personable, straight-forward, no-hassle, past-the-point-of-sale service. Thanks Kinny Landrum! You made the entire process so much easier...just like you promised!

When I met Justin Taylor at Toyota of Bowling Green, one of the first questions he asked me was, "what would be your ideal car today?" and I told him I wanted a Prius, but didn't think I could find one in my price range. He immediately showed me a used Prius 3 with a bit high mileage for its year that he thought he could negotiate into my price range. I bought that car just under a week later. Justin listened to my concerns and managed to get me exactly what I wanted. I didn't hold out hope that he could deliver, having been disappointed by car salesmen before, but he did. He showed me how to drive the car (it is so very different than a Corolla!) and didn't mind explaining about hybrids and how they work. This was the first time I bought a car on my own, without heavy guidance from my parents, and I have no regrets with this purchase. Justin was a pleasure to work with, and I would readily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. I was also pleased to work with Kinny Landrum, who explained the financial aspect clearly and was very patient with helping me understand exactly what I was agreeing to. While it almost came off as patronizing, I understood that he was trying to be very honest and clear, so I was not offended. He explained each piece of paperwork, but I was still out of that office within twenty minutes and driving my Prius home. My family has always favored Toyotas, and we continue to do so. I highly recommend them, especially from the Bowling Green Toyota dealership. My only concern was that one of my headlights didn't work, but the dealership was closed on Sunday so I couldn't bring it to their attention. I ended up replacing the bulb myself, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Late on a Sunday evening our family drove by Toyota of Bowling Green to look for a Pearl White Highlander Limited. We were in Bowing Green and on our way out of town after a weekend visit to WKU. The Highlander we had been looking for over several months was on the lot. Since the dealership was closed we chatted with a representative after logging in on the dealership website. From that chat a Monday morning appointment time was set up for a sales consultant to call us. At the appointed time we received a call from Barbara Davis. Living 160 miles away from the dealership I was a little skeptical at first in trying to negotiate a major purchase like an automobile that included the possibility of a trade in and financing arrangements. Our reluctance turned into praise after connecting with Barbara Davis. She guided us thru the entire process from the convenience of our dining room table and all without a hitch. We picked the car up the following weekend where we found it ready to roll with a full tank full of gas and Barbara ready to spend what ever time was necessary to acquaint my wife, daughter and myself with all the features, electronics, knobs, settings and gauges. The transaction could not have been any easier if we had been in the show room and negotiated the deal sitting across a desk from Barbara. While at the dealership we also received a very warm welcome from Sales Manager Matt Stumbo. Our over all experience shopping for a car over the internet with Toyota of Bowling Green with Barbara Davis was nothing short of exceptional.

Justin Taylor is the guy to go to! He was so helpful and you could really tell that he loves what he does and cares about his customers. He will find what best fits you and doesn't push you into a sale that you don't want. He was very kind and understanding of everything and gave his opinion on what he thought would be best. I ended up getting a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I ABSOLUTELY love it. He couldn't have helped me pick out a better car!! My 2001 Camry broke down 5+ hours from my home. I was initially concerned about having my car towed to a dealer for service, & was put at ease right away. While I was unprepared for the amount of the repair, I knew Mitch was being honest and fair. As my kids and I waited for the extensive repairs, I witnessed the same honesty with everyone that entered & left that waiting room. Everyone was kind, & compassionate. They even arranged for a ride to the mall so we could stretch our legs & get some lunch. It took every bit of 6 hours to fix my car. When Mitch came to tell me it was done, they surprised me with the most amazing act of generosity & kindness. It was truly life changing, & I'll never forget it. I can't say enough about Mitch and the rest of the service team, & when I am in the financial position to purchase a new, or better used vehicle, I will definitely make the 5+ hour trip to purchase it from Toyota of Bowling Green.

A few years ago we bought a used Rav4 from a friend. We began to have it serviced at Toyota of Bowling Green and were very well pleased with the service. Shortly after buying the used Rav4 we traded our large Sedan for a new 2012 Rav4. Our experience again was great. Last week we went to look at the 2015 Rav4s, nor expecting to trade. This was our third expeience in buying a Toyota Camry from Toyota of BG and by far it was the best. We were greeted by Gloria Russell while we were "window shopping" just before closing . She was friendly, helpful and informative even though her day was nearly over. We returned the next day to test drive a selection of Camry's and she bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed in order to make an informed decision. We found her to be very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. Throughout the process, she was accommodating and never tried to high pressure us like some sales people do. I made an initial inquiry online regarding a lease on a 2014 Prius. I sent the email in the evening and heard back the next morning from Courtney. she was very attentive regarding what cars were available. We live in Tennessee and we shopped Toyota and Honda dealers in our home state. We visted the Toyota dealership closest to our house in Rivergate and the service was horrible and will never go back. Since we received such excellent service at Gary Force Toyota we bought 2 vehicles on the same day and continue to come back for service. Kinny at Gary Force Toyota made purchasing our new highlander a breeze. He answered all our questions and when he didn't know the answer he took the time to find it for us. Even after we purchased our highlander Kinny has continued to help us in any way he can. If we are not sure exactly how something works Kinny's reply has always been the same "stop on by and we will figure it out". It has always stuck out to me that Kinny takes the time to help out someone who ALREADY bought their car. He is willing to give up time which he could use to be working with a new customer to answer our questions. We have our highlander and older corolla serviced at Gary Force Toyota for one simple reason, they take care of our vehicles. Sure we could go somewhere closer and it might even be a little cheaper. But the drive and any additional cost are well worth it.

From the photo and info you have a very nice truck for sale. If any buyer did a little research, they should pick that up, for that price, in a snap! I bought myself a '96 T-100, SR-5,V-6,auto. I needed more room than the other makers gave for a back seat. Sad to say, I don,t have 4-wl drive and it isn't in the condition yours is. Mine has about 65,000 mi. now. The one you advertise looks like it is in GREAT shape. I don't understand why they dropped it for the Tundra.Keep on Truckin!

My wife & I were looking for a 2014 Avalon Limited Hybrid shortly after it was available. We live in the middle of Nebraska and our options/color wasn't readily available. As I (we) were going to Ft. Campbell for a reunion, My wife suggested locating a dealer close to Ft. Campbell to see to see if one was available there. Fly down, rent a car to get us to the dealership and drive our new one home. I happened to call Gary Force Toyota and was fortunate enough to talk with Kinny Landrum. He located one with the options/desires we wanted, make arrangements to have it trucked to the dealership (as I asked) and he would arrange for someone to pick us up at the airport. I was impressed. I had numerous phone contacts with Kinny and was very much at ease dealing with him. Kinny provided information, answered all questions, follows up and went over and above to resolve any issues to help us. No pressure, no pressure, no pressure. Just solutions. Due to distance, I ended up purchasing in-state yet I have talked numerous times with family and friends about my very positive experience with Kinny. Gary Force Toyota out beats any new car dealer ship in the tristate. We came from Owensboro at the time because we couldn't get service there or called back from any where we had called. It was a rainy day in Bowling Green and we we're met with curb side service. Kinny Landrum had knowledge and results right away! Even for a trade in we we're treated very fare. I purchased my new 2015 Camry XSE from Kinny at Gary Force Toyota last week and I couldn't be happier! I originally wanted a SUV and Kinny asked all of the right questions and made me realize that I'm not ready for that type of vehicle. My first purchase from Kinny was a 2010 Toyota Camry and it was a wonderful car. I bought it with the mindset that I would want to trade it in when the new body style was available and there were more updated features. I will always be a Toyota buyer, not only because of the top quality of the vehicles but because of the wonderful customer service! Also, Kinny went above and beyond by texting me on my birthday last year and wishing me a Merry Christmas. I will definitely be referring Kinny at Gary Force Toyota to all of my friends and family!

My wife and I bought a new Corolla back in July from Kinny Landrum at Gary Force last July. This was our first time buying a car from Gary Force Toyota and it was great! Kinny was awesome to deal with. Throughout the entire process, he never made you feel pressure and he made you feel like your time was very important and valuable to him, which for me is a very important quality. Kinny also does an excellent job with following up with you after the sale to ensure that everything you need, from service to questions and concerns, is taken care of. Gary Force Toyota's service department is among one of the best I've ever been to. Nothing makes you feel more at ease taking your vehicle in for service than knowing that when you do take it in, that the staff there will do everything they can to ensure that you get the best service for the best value. This is my second review; the first one apparently didn't post so I am submitting another just in case. As soon as my husband and I entered Toyota of Bowling Green we were greeted by Lucas Jones. He was very polite and offered us something to drink while he went to let the salesperson I had contacted by email know we were there. Kinny Landrum was an excellent salesperson. This is the first time I have encountered buying a vehicle where there was absolutely no pressure. This made my decision to buy so much easier. Kinny never used any sales gimmicks like "this car may be gone tomorrow" or "we have another person interested so you better buy now." He told us, "If you want to buy a vehicle, you will. If not, we will shake hands and leave as friends." He let us test drive the vehicle where we wanted, and he was so quiet that I forgot he was in the back seat. I really appreciated that he let my husband and I discuss things among ourselves. The buying process was so easy thanks to Kinny. Joey Cooke was also really helpful when deciding what extended warranty to buy. When the time comes to buy another vehicle I will definitely return to see Kinny Landrum at Toyota of Bowling Green!

I have purchased many new cars and dealt with many sales people in the past. However, I have never dealt with a sales person who had so much knowledge of both the car and truck that we purchased. Courtney Miller had quite a challenge to work up a deal as we traded four vehicles for the two new ones. The transaction went so smoothly and for the first time in my life I took the first deal offered to me because of the trust I had in Courtney. I worked with Courtney Miller who was fantastic! I inquired about a couple vehicles on Christmas night as I was perusing the inventory. I expected to get a response the next day as it was after hours and a holiday. However, within 10 minutes Courtney emailed me back and offered to meet me first thing the next morning. i had bee. looking car or truck on line with good fuel econ . gary force toyota had both compac car and truck i was watching and been to dealer to see . was just hoping they would have a year end or some kind of sell. seen on wenesday boyh had a nark down posted .went to dealer showed there around 5:20 pm so i could talk to sales rep i am a handy cap man and i walk around looking at both vel and parked in front oy used car building i could see many sells rep in new dept at that time. it was cold around 40 degrees i moved my vel around and road in front of new dept and parked in froan row of used cars and tool one more look at car then i walked to new dept and doors were locked they had closed i was in there lot for for 40 min to never be seen . i would have went to front sooner but did ot know they closed at 6;00 pm. next day call talk to internet sells rep she was great went in sells lady spent time with me and i picked a car fron on line . price right paper work geting done go to finance office big guy was as rude as i have ever been treated. would not let me know any thing i asked like well how much is exstended warranty . reply well payment 360. well i cant pay that i had fig with sale amount and rate 270 to 290. reply you was wrong i can get it to 355. . i ask drop warranty and whats payment i have to be under 290. reply let me see he drops $ amount about .80 cent then about 60 cent .and never would tell me price of warranty . i needed to see if he would anser any i asked so there was an old red cor behind glass so i ask him what year and mr rude replied its the boss mans car .i ask him 3 more times same answer made deal i still was not happy but wnt with i so i could se last sheet of sales agreement to find ouy how much the warranty but as soon as i seen sale $ was off around 1500.00 and he could not get price down but .80 cents at a time very funny so i walked sales lady and worked it out . still had to leave there day and leave my other vel when pic it up i let them know i had no one to get me back and no one offered untill i was there with 2 vel . I feel as if i was my own sells rep finance rep cust service rep and delivery rep . like put your x her see ya later.kinda sad and funny i worked retail automotive my whole life and for this dealer 35 years ago as my frist job

I have bought several vehicles from Gary Force over the years and have always been pleased, both with the price and the service. My last purchase was late last year and Kinny Landrum was my salesman. He was not the typical salesman you encounter in most dealerships. He was honest, sincere and patient. I never felt hurried or pressured. He waited for me to check options with other dealerships and never made a promise he couldn't keep. In the end, I ordered my truck with him and have been completely satisfied. When one small accessory was not as described in the brochure, Kinny helped my get the situation resolved thru Toyota at their expense. He follows up with you and makes sure you are completely happy with your vehicle. Great service from start to finish. The service department is also excellent. They are very easy to deal with and treat you well. Great place to buy a car.

I recently bought my Toyota Tundra from Kinny Landrum, and I couldn't be happier!!! I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford. He made it all possible, and was very candid throughout the whole process. Not once did he try and get me to do something I didn't want to do or make me feel like I was going through the typical car buying experience! This guy is a very nice person and easy to work with! I was looking for a good used car and saw an ad for one through Cars.com. It sounded like just what I was looking for. A lot of times, when a female is car shopping alone, car dealers either don't want to deal with you or they try to take advantage of you. At Gary Force, my salesman (Ron Sams) was very nice and let me ask all the questions I wanted and was VERY helpful and informative. He made the experience very easy, showed me around, introduced me to the staff and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I was offered more for my trade in than I expected and was very well satisfied with the deal I was offered. I would definitely recommend Gary Force to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, new or used.
