Excellent and professional experience. It was our first time buying a Toyota and first time at Toyota of Clermont, FL. Dan was anknowledgable Product Specialist. Paul, the Sales Specialist, was easy to work with and made the buying experience delightful. No pressure, listened to us and completely filled our needs. Natasha was also knowledgable in her area of finance, but knew the product very well. I would recommend the dealership and personnel to family and friends.

I did a "You Build It" order on a Tundra Pro. It was a tall order. Nate Richard dug his heels in and made it happen. We worked through everything in advance in order to make it a true sign and drive experience. When I went in to get my truck, all was in order, no surprises. Heidi Chase was truly awesome what with having all docs in order, smooth, friendly, professional and expedient in getting all docs processed and me out the door. Great job! Best experience I have ever had and I will continue my visits at Toyota of Clermont for all my general maintenance needs, and to stay in touch with those that were so helpful in making this all happen.

I believe in good customer service and I was very pleased with the way we were treated from the moment we arrived at the dealership. We were just looking at first and had all of our questions answered about the car we liked. It was only our first stop and we had a lot more research ahead of us. We came back to Toyota after looking at other dealers and knew that this was the place we wanted to give our business to. Again, the service was the best and we loved the car. We were able to work out a deal and didn't mind the negotiating experience at all, we enjoyed the game and the players. From start to finish everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Some other dealerships could learn a lot from Toyota of Clermont. Treat the customer like a guest and make them feel welcome is a good way to get people like us to become loyal customers for life.

We bought a new Rav4 today at Toyota of Clermont. It was a very smooth experience from the time we first walked in the door until the time we left with keys in hand of our brand new car. Dave, our salesman was very professional and had great followup. Matt who followed after Dave and actually wrote up our deal was also very professional and very nice. Overall, best experience I've ever had at a car dealership - and I was only there for an oil change! Josh was fantastic helping me pick a car - I had no clue what I wanted and I wasn't there to pick a car, just service my current one. Then, Scott got me an AMAZING deal on the price for my lease by trading in my current car. Aimee provided an excellent service helping me with the financials and paperwork with Scott to seal the deal.

Bought a RAV4 with my wife this week, we were looking for a family safe car, something we could travel in and had good fuel economy, after being helped by Alexander we chose the rav4, everyone made it easy, we were in and out, we got a fantastic deal and they made it Happen I strongly suggest Clermont Toyota, make sure you ask for Alexander he is the best!

Sales process aweful! I have bought many new cars over the last 40 years. I told Salesman I did not want to test drive, I know what I want. He argued and I told him I would leave if he continued. I wanted to discuss colors, options and price but he continued, so they lost a sale, I left and will never return. I also will relay this experience to everyone who will listen! Terrible experience!!!

This is the worse dealership I have dealt with. Salesman Joe Jones is not respectful, talks down to customers who know more about the product he is suppose to be selling. I was looking at a vehicle worth 17000 he tried to tell me it was worth 20000 and that my payments were over $5000 a month. I told him before talking numbers I had done my research knew what other dealerships were offering and he still tried to sell me a vehicle way over priced. I walked out of the dealership for him to call me back days later aski BG me to still consider purchasing from him. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer due to his sales pitch and to stop reaching out to me I'm note buying a over priced vehicle when several dealers have them for 16000 or less. The sticker on the vehicle wasn't even as high as what he was trying to sell it for me as.

Your first contact is with the car salesman. I was totally impressed with, Will Whitehouse, who came out to greet us. He highlighted the features and benefits of the car and when I asked him to compare it with a Honda he stated facts. When I stated objections on the car he came back nicely with answers that resolved my concerns. I had my mind set that I didn't have to purchase a car, but Will's salesmanship style made me ready to drive a Toyota off the car lot today. Prior to looking we decided to finance the car, thus, Will brought out Scott Moore, Sales Specialist. We told Scott that we were given an interest rate of .9% to 1.9% by another car dealership. He stated they would be competitive. Scott knew we were looking at the discounted price that he gave us and he said he could get us 0% interest. We then stated we would be interested in trading in the car we had. We were told it would take 45 mins. to get the car's value, we agreed to wait. We agreed on the trade in value and then sat down to talk about the monthly payments. He brings out a paper showing us 72 months with an interest payment of over 4%. As I asked questions, he then explained the 0% would be for the non-discounted price only. Scott, made Toyota loose our business. If he was upfront in the beginning that the 0% would only apply to the MSRP, I would have been okay with that, knowing I could get a low interest rate on my own and get the discounted price. Trying to pull one over us, had me so upset we walked. It's a shame, I really did like the car and was excited to purchase and I wanted Will to get a sale. Being authentic with your clients should be important, for Will it was unfortunately Scott was not. I would recommend this dealer if they had Will as their salesperson and were purchasing with cash.

I had worked with John Dee during my previous new car purchase from Toyota of Clermont. I was looking to trade-in my current vehicle for something that better suited my needs, so I contacted John Dee and he invited me into the dealership. I was greeted by J.C. Perez upon arrival. We met with John Dee and he explained to J.C. Perez what I was looking to accomplish. We proceeded outside to look at their selection of new vehicles and J.C. Perez assessed by wants and needs, and then recommended a couple models. A 2015 Toyota Rav4 and a 2015 Toyota Camry. J.C. Perez showed me a 2015 Toyota Camry LE in Celestial Silver. I test drove the vehicle and was instantly satisfied. The Camry was extremely comfortable and quiet and handled very well. I wanted to examine my options though, so I test drove the Rav4 as well. After driving the Rav4, I decided on the Camry. I proceeded inside with J.C. Perez where I again met with John Dee to go over the numbers. After some negotiation, I received a great deal on my new 2015 Toyota Camry. I then met with Sharon Subryan to finalize the paperwork. Sharon was very personable and made the paperwork process fun. Sharon is new to Toyota of Clermont and she is clearly a valuable asset. Afterwards, Sharon took me to my new Camry and helped me pair my cell phone to my new vehicle. Thank You, Toyota of Clermont for making it possible for me to get into a car that better suited my needs. Thanks again to J.C., John, & Sharon for making the car buying experience enjoyable.

The sales manager contacted us at home around 5pm to follow up on her sales associates attempt to sell us a car. I told her we have moved on after we could not get the info we wanted. She said she would be there till 10pm and gave me a price on the car we wanted, color and options all inclusive except for tax and tag and told me they have the car. She also told me I could get kbb plus 20% on my trade. My wife called her also and was told the same thing. My wife drove an hour to hear the manager was not there and unavailable, they did not have the car, the price was not all inclusive and didn't include the nav we wanted, there is no 20% above kbb for our trade and they low balled kbb by 6K dollars. My wife called me, I called for the manager and was told she was there but unavailable. I politely voiced my concerns and said goodbye. We planned on paying cash.

I'm not sure how I got on the call list for Toyota of Clermont. I live 1,162 miles from the dealership according to Google maps and haven't visited the state of Florida in well over a decade. I am not in the market for a new car and would be extremely unlikely to travel 1,162 miles to look for one. Yet for whatever reason, I am called nearly every day, I would say on average 5 out of 7 days a week from this dealership asking if I am interested in buying a new car from them. My phone records show that I've been called over 120 times over a 3 month period with over 80 voice-mails left. Not once I have answered or returned their phone calls. Yet I continue to get SPAMMED on a near daily basis. As a marketing and sales professional, I am curious if how I even remotely resemble a qualified lead. If I were the sales manager I would be embarrassed on how much time has been wasted SPAMMING someone over 1,162 miles over a 3 month period. I look forward to a generic customer service response to this review.

I bought a new 2014 Corolla from Scott and Dylan in January of 2014. Whole sales process was actually done in just a couple of hours. I had paid cash by transfer from my bank direct to the dealership, and tax , title, license was all handled expeditiously and co-ordinated with my state in which I have a legal address and part time living arrangement. License was waiting when I returned several months later, with a temporary plate arranged thru this dealer for the time I was there driving it. The vehicle I wanted was cleaned and prepped, with utmost care and perfection. A good relationship was paramount with a sales team and final delivery person for me to be pleased, and this was accomplished with a professional and courteous team. I am so pleased with the car, I have already arranged with Scott to buy a second car from them and have arranged the parameters and details as to color and options, and he has assured me a zero mile car will be waiting for me with the same arrangement on the first purchase. The free car washes for life, the door ding repair for life, the car cleaning package in the trunk was a nice and unexpected bonus. GREAT exerience and on par with the new Highlander I bought the year before from my local dealer. But Clermont is getting the next several purchases from me, because I love coming to Florida and buying a new car from caring people that even suggested coming to the airport to pick me up. THAT's service ~

THIS HAD TO BE THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I went to the dealership, previously checking internet prices for both new and used. I was not sure whether I wanted a new or used vehicle, short or long bed or purchase or lease a Tacoma. My wife and I started by obtaining the best price for a new vehicle with the hopes of comparing it with a used vehicle. We sat down with the finance manager who offered us to drive the vehicle we were looking at to purchase. Upon leaving I suggested twice, while we were gone to look at my trade in and give me an idea of value so we could talk numbers, both times he refused. Upon our return form the test drive he asked us if we were ready to buy today, Again , I told him him to evaluate my vehicle, at that point he sent in his USED CAR DIRECTOR. The director sat down and he asked me what brought us in today. I add already been there over an hour. I explained again the same thing that I had to the salesperson and his finance manager. He asked if we were ready to buy today, again I requested they evaluate my vehicle so I can determine the best way to proceed. He got up off his chair , came back with a printed sheet stating the lowest price for the vehicle I was looking at and said "here ya go, it is in writing". I again asked him to evaluate my vehicle and was ignored. Bottom line he / they would not evaluate my vehicle unless I agreed to purchase today. At this time I and my wife left never to return again. Interestingly, it was there loss as I am ready to purchase a vehicle for cash.

I expect a dealership to lie to me but I do expect them to honor their agreement. They tried to tell me I was wrong about what car I was buying (interior color) and what was discussed MULTIPLE times. After signing the agreement they say they cant do the floor mats they want $470 for floor mats!!! Seriously?? Then they say it was our mistake (like the car we picked) but they were willing to only charge me $250 for floor mats are cars buys really this stupid? Do people actually fall for this junk? Such a bad experience Im looking at something else outside of Toyota and weve owned many throughout the family for many years. DONT BOTHER GOING TO TOYOTA OF CLERMONT I expect a dealership

I believe in doing business in my community. Wanted to lease a new vehicle. It was impossible to get a price on a lease or trade value of my car. Could not purchase Honda or Nissan due to limitation of the vehicles. When The Toyota Highlander fit our needs they would not divulge any pricing unless I was ready to buy. Gave us a false internet special pricing which was for LX model. We came in a day or two later ready to deal and they gave us a price on the LXE model and virtually no value for our vehicle which had a book value much higher. After all the haggling and still no itemization they quoted us a lease price that was 1/3rd higher than other competitive model and finally divulged that the model we were looking at had no lease special pricing. They wasted my time all 6 hours of it on separate occasion. I did not buy here, l do not make decisions without hard figures not printed out and itemized, the monthly payment target is a ploy to hide true pricing. This dealership has a serious unethical management practices problem. I cannot fault the sales staff or the "closer" because they need to do this to keep their jobs. This dealer does not bring value to our community. I did purchase a vehicle from a competitive automaker, had all the detail pricing to make decision, got a fair price for my trade in, a fair lease price and was treated like a king. It is a shame that I had to leave my community to conduct business and now will need to travel further for periodic maintenance and service.

My husband and I had gone to the dealership to purchase a Toyoya Venza one we looked at and wanted that had all the bells and whistles we had gone to lunch and came back and he said he sold it, no problem he said one same yr. beside it had all bell and whistles except the auto lift gate I told him I could live without auto lift gate as long as it had the rest of the features as the other car, he said no problem it did, even the sticker on window said it had everything we paid for we thought we paid all the bells and whistles that the other car had, we were dealing with to begin with. We drove home and realized there was nothing on the car but basic features. WE were lied to and deceived about the deal . They would honor the original deal so we stuck with basic car unless we bought a new, This is a new dealership and I would not think they would run a business like this very DISHONEST.people to deal with!!!! For our troubles they offered us a tank of gas and a car wash ,for their mistakes( unexceptable )!!!

I was there picking up my car after getting the oil changed and I decided to look at a new Corolla, since my lease is up soon. I spoke with a very nice gentleman about the car and even took a test drive. He then brings me in to talk to some other guy about the price. This is where the "fun" began. I told him that I would not be buying the car today and that I needed to discuss it with my wife before I make a decision. He didn't seem to like that and kept telling me how I can make the decision and I don't need to talk to her. In the end, he agreed to work the numbers and then I would discuss it with my wife and come back if we decided to proceed. At least, that's what I thought he agreed to. He asked for the keys to my current car so he could have some evaluate it, which I agreed to. That was my biggest mistake. He kept getting up and going back to the finance guys, or whomever. He did this 3 times, and all 3 times I asked him to bring my keys back. He never did. When we finally had a price that agreeable I asked him to give me a sheet with the details, and also my keys, so I could go home and discuss it with my wife. Now he tells me I should call her and have her meet me there. At this point I was done talking to him and just wanted to leave. So I asked for my keys again and he just wanted to continue talking about the deal. I was only able to get my keys back after I stood up and started asking everyone around where my keys were in a loud voice. This dealership also ran my credit even though I told them not to and they assured me they would not. The salesman asked me to fill out a credit form and I told him I didn't want them to run my credit, since I wasn't sure that I would be purchasing the vehicle. He said "no problem" and that he wouldn't run my credit until we agreed on a deal. He still insisted that I fill out the form though. I guess I know why, now.

Went to Clermont Toyota to test drive a used SUV. Very pleased with the vehicle and Aaron, the salesman. After some discussion and some reduction in price, we agreed to the purchase if they would tighten the exhaust pipe which had a slight rattle and touch up a few paint blemishes. Aaron brought in his sales manager to help close the deal, but he said they would not do the touch up work, which killed the deal for us.

Maintenance experience just not up to par. Inability or unwillingness to resolve administrative errors will waste your time. Makes me wonder what happens in garage if the people interaction is this bad. Toyota product is great, this location for service...not so much. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Even says they make corrections, when you go to other dealer, it has not been done and you can see the proof on the screen.

Stopped on the morning of 2/12/2014 to get a price on trading my Avalon in on the purchase of a 2014 Highlander. I would catalogue my experience here as the worst car buying experience of my life. Ended up leaving without a price. They would not provide a net price on my trade because I indicated I would likely not complete the transaction without some time back home to think about it and the Highlander I wanted to price was not in their pipeline, ie: I did not want a Limited Highlander with the video package (we don't have children). I have never been treated so poorly at any dealership! It would seem they would at least provide a price. Apparently its time to look at something other than a Toyota!

Drove in the lot, met a rather rude salesman. Asked to see 2 specific vehicles made by Toyota. They had no Sequoias and only 1 used 4 runner. We asked to look at and test drive the 4 runner, and they acted like it was a big deal. Salesman had to to ask for permission to let us drive it. Not only did we find it odd that they have 100's of small cars on the lot, and NO SUVs, but they had to get permission for us to test drive a use one. We walked out while he was getting permission. Salesman was rude, and carried his clipboard in the back of his pants, which is pretty disgusting. Other salesmen just sitting around playing on their smartphones. I think on glanced up and shot a look at us. Nobody stopped to look up, smile, or say hi. Will never set foot on that lot again, and will not recommend that anyone go there. I would not want to "inconvenience" them anymore.

Corey and Morgan are the reason why I purchased my car at Toyota of Clermont. Not only are they VERY personable and have pleasant personalities, but they assisted my as if they were consulting rather than selling. They both listened and advised me and at no point did I feel pressured. I had to come back several times and asked a lot of questions but they were both always ready to help. I am also pleased with the follow up, for example Corey has called several times to check on how I am getting used to my new car. Very helpful and very different! I purchased a brand new 4Runner from this dealership and I would like to say I was pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant to go after reading some of the reviews, however it is the closest Toyota dealership and i decided to give it a chance. I don't remember the name of the salesperson who showed me the vehicle outside, but he was very pleasant and knew everything about the 4runner. The guy who worked all of the numbers, Victor was also friendly and helped me negotiate a good deal. I have owned multiple 4Runners and I can say that this was the best car buying experience and they even offer free car washes for life! My husband will looking for a new car soon and we will definitely be going back to Toyota of Clermont.

I visited this dealership 2 months ago to look at the Toyota Prius C. The salesperson that did my test drive with me was extremely helpful. He addressed any questions that I had and was very insightful on the different models they had to offer. I was able to lease a new Toyota Prius C that same day at a great price. My wife and I had gotten an approve check to purchase two hubrids cars from Clermont Toyota. After the test drive and a quick apraisal on our trade the management there insisted on us to complete a credit application in order for us the obtain pricing on the deal. Even though we already had the money to buy the cars they insisted on it. Another manager event told us that in order to make a deal with them, they had to prove our identity due to 9/11, and the only way the could do was by runing our credit. They dealer had a copy of my driver's licenses already and I was displaying my retired military ID. Frankly my wife and I was discusted with the lack of respect Toyota Clermont showed us on our visit. They treated us like Idiots and further more, they presented themselves as the worst kind of business people I have ever seen. Folks, beware! If they run your credit app before giving you a price they now have a blank check from you to make the price as higher as posible. I would never, ever do business there again. I suggest you do the same.

Drove all the way out there late on a Sunday night, given a certain used car had shown for a while on-line. Sales rep dragged me all over the lot twice saying he couldn't locate the car but "look at this one, or that one!". Entering the store he begins to look up NEW cars that were 3x out of my stated price range. I used the other computer to re-locate the still-listed used car, but he had no interest in writing down the Stock #. He makes me test drive a new car, telling me the other car sold days ago (without looking it up). Getting very late now, he says "let me run inside to get some more info on the new car so you can be armed with all information". Instead he returns with a manager to do the hard sell . . . no 'further information' was provided. This manager tells me the car I came for sold yesterday (can't keep their story straight). Nearly another week later the car was still listed on their site. Very sad the tactics they think 'work'. Well these 'treatments' give me ENERGY to retell my bad experiences until blue in the face to everyone I meet - it's cathartic! For the 2 kind, fair, trustworthy, sincere salesmen we've met in our lives (and from whom we've purchased 2 cars from in a month - each!) . . . thank you for giving me the some hope! Where do you work now?

We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. They have an enormous selection of vehicles to choose from. Our salesperson was very helpful and provided a wealth of information on our new Camry. We were delighted with the way in which the negotiation process was handled. The staff actually listened to our concerns. At no point did we feel as if we were being pressured into making a decision. We came to an agreement on financing without much trouble and the deal was far better than other dealers we had visited. The store is brand new. I hope these guys keep up the great work. I hope I will be able to purchase many more vehicles from them.

My wife went around the sales lot for almost one hour yesterday with no ackowledgement or greeting from any salesperson. We were thinking of supporting our Clermont business, but sadly disappointed with the whole experience. I know I had the same experience in the lobby on Saturday while waiting for the car repair. I was on their lobby computer looking for their inventory of cars, and not person in almost two hours welcomed me. I saw five salespeople sitting in lobby around a table chatting, apathetic and not caring. This a symptom of poor leadership.
