Hands down the best place ever!! My man Elijah is the best! He has been super helpful and knowledgeable during my first time car buying process. He has been here every step of the way and has been great at answering all questions/concerns I had! Him and Justin are the A team y’all! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to Toyota of Gallatin! Elijah even took the time to break down how easy the trade in process was going to be and everything. He’s very kind,easy going and laid back to talk too. Stop by and see him for any car needs!!

I was very blessed to be connected with TJ when I was researching a new vehicle. He is so friendly and easy-going and knowledgeable and truly wants to help with all questions you have. He was flexible with my schedule and understanding about my family needs and let me contact him at various hours with questions. He prompt to respond and wanted to make sure I was thrilled with my choice and had what I was looking for at the right price. I enjoyed that he let me take time to understand what was important to me in a vehicle and that if he didn't know how something worked he tried to figure it out with me or find the answer as quickly as possible. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable and not pressured when deciding to buy a car here. He encouraged me to take as many test drives as I wanted so I could get a great feel for the vehicle as well. The staff went out of their way to help us locate the exact van we decided on with specific packages and they delivered it to the dealership quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn't be more pleased with my new van and especially that at Toyota of Gallatin they continue to follow through after purchase to help you understand the features of your car and answer any further questions. I am loving my Toyota and would highly recommend them as vehicles and this location and staff. Thank you!

I recently moved to the area from Bowling Green, where I've purchased my last two vehicles from Toyota of Bowling Green and I really cannot say enough about their wonderful team and service (go see Tyler Hunt if you're looking! Really!), I was told these two locations have the same owner, so once I moved south I chose to keep my business with them. Unfortunately, I have not received the same service at Toyota of Gallatin. On my last visit, I was talked into purchasing a plan that would include my next three oil changes, roadside assistance, as well as some other benefits. I had a situation come up not long after in which I was unsure if I had coverage or any benefits pertaining to my issue, as I had not received the detailed information on the plan in the mail yet, so I called to inquire further. I assumed that with it being a Toyota dealer, them selling the plan out of their business, and me being a paid customer, they might be able to help me. However, the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about, informed me that they were about to close, had no interest in taking the time to find out more for me, and was uninterested in my situation. So I had to go elsewhere and spend my money. A couple days ago I finally received the information pertaining to my plan in the mail, and it would seem based on the information provided that I actually could have received some sort of assistance. So, I called again and asked to speak with the person who sold me the plan originally, who I recalled being very nice, and thought surely I would have a better experience with! He basically told me I was wrong, the information on the pamphlet I received was intentionally misleading, acted irritated that I would even be calling to follow-up on this issue and take up his time (this person likely made a commission off of me a few weeks prior), and made me feel stupid. They are rude, insincere, unapologetic, and my impression is they just want to clock in and clock out and get their money. Such a disappointment. I will unfortunately be finding another Toyota to take my business from now on.

I would highly recommend going to Toyota of Gallatin and if you do, ask for Barry!! He was extremely helpful and worked with me on negotiating a price to lease the car I wanted within my budget. He actually cared and it definitely showed, unlike other salesmen I've worked with at other dealerships. Dave in the finance department was very nice and easy to work with as well. Very grateful and appreciative of them both!

If you are looking/needing to buy a car/truck/SUV, please go see Paul and Steve at Toyota of Gallatin. It was a pleasant car buying experience with no big hassle and going back and forth on numbers. When I left the dealership, I felt I received a fair trade allowance for my car and and love the SUV that I drove away in!
