After multiple bad experiences elsewhere, Randy found the car I was looking for, and later a better option that fit my exact need. He was exceptionally accommodating in all areas, but those that standout the most are his willingness to drive to Nashville and pick me up for the purchase and a TRAC vehicle. He then kept me consistently apprised of my vehicles status, and had planned to deliver my vehicle to Nashville upon arrival. Unfortunately my plans changed or I would have happily taken him up on the offer. Beyond Randy, the owner, parts dept., finance were all overwhelmingly helpful. All handled their part well and efficiently. I can't think of another time I've purchased a vehicle and had to do so little to receive such exceptional service.

The staff was courteous and prompt bringing my vehicle back to me, which was important with three kids under six. They explained everything they were going to do to my vehicle and the service was excellent. The waiting room was perfect for the kids to play and not be in the way. The kids loved the free popcorn. Fantastic, this is the fourth vehicle myself or my immediate family member have purchased from Toyota of Hopkinsville. Each buying experience was with a different sales person. Each treated me and my family professionally, but with the same excellent customer service. All willing to work for what we wanted. Each time the General Manager would come out of his office and introduce himself. Of course after the second vehicle, there was no need for introduction just a friendly genuine "Hello Erik". There is no sales pressure from any employee, just an overall good car buying experience. The recent truck I purchase I honestly did not think they could get the numbers where I was comfortable and with trading an upside down car. They did it, I bought it.

I truly appreciate not being tackled in the parking lot by a salesman. I tried to go to the Toyota in Clarksville 3 times in recent months & their salesmen were at my car window before I managed to get out. Once, I made it inside (with a salesman nipping at my heels) & the salesman knew NOTHING. He had to ask the sales manager about basic details. Your salesman, Randy (the old man in the hat) is knowledgeable and professional. He asked permission before giving the kids candy & patiently entertained them as we worked on the details of the sale.

I bought a new 2014 Prius V from Toyota of Hopkinsville about a year ago. At the time of purchase, I was asked to purchase the Platinum warranty. Although I don't normally buy extended warranties, because I drive a lot and have my car serviced often, I did buy the Platinum warranty because Mr. Payton in the financial office said that it would cover "everything except gasoline and tires" for five years or 125,000 miles. Fast forward one year and 30,000 miles later....I take my car in for regular service today and am told that it will cost something like $69 plus $20 + for tire rotation! I indicated that I was told at the time of purchase that these expenses would be covered under the Platinum warranty. Instead the service department repeatedly said that the Platinum warranty only covers "mechanical". I went back to the financial office and spoke with "David" who pulled up my warranty, confirmed that it was the Platinum warranty, and he also told me it should cover everything except tires and gasoline. Long story short, the Platinum warranty does not cover what I was told it would. This is a classic example of "right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing". I will be requesting a refund of the balance of my warranty or at least what I can get back. Overall, I have been satisfied with my Prius, except for the gas mileage. (The gas mileage has gradually decreased from 42-44 mpg at time of purchase - as advertised - to 36-38 mpg, although I have had the car serviced according to schedule, and my driving habits/ route have not changed.) I can't say that I am as satisfied with the dealership.

The no pressure approach of our salesman ( Joshua Mann & Chip Badgett ) would be a major thing we really enjoyed about our experience. They did a awesome job helping us determine which vehicle ( 4 Runner or Highlander ) would suit the needs of our family, we settled on a Highlander. So far the Highlander has worked GREAT for us. After determining a Highlander was what we wanted an needed, the dealership did a wonderful job in finding exactly the Highlander we wanted in a timely manner. From start to finish the process of finding the perfect Toyota at Toyota of Hopkinsville was excellent. This was not our first time doing business here and will not be our last. I had scheduled my 5000/6 month service for 9:00 a.m. on 8 Dec, 2015. I also asked that the look into a slight shimmy in the front end at 55 mph. I arrived at my appointed time, and my vehicle was taken right away. 45 minutes later service was complete and I talked to the mechanic about my concern with the vibration issue and he explained everything to me. I was treated with respect and not just one of the numbers. Thank you so much.

Toyota of Hopkinsville lied to my wife and myself repeatedly. They did not give us the interest rate as promised. They shredded a legal binding document without our permission. They overcharged us for both vehicles and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to such savage and under handed business dealings.

Every person working there that I spoke to was always polite and I always felt welcomed. I really enjoyed working with Jessie and Josh. I've bought several vehicles, but this by far was my best experience. Huge thank you to this dealership and all the staff.

I now live 125 miles from Hopkinsville, I drove back because of the wonderful service I have always received. I had no appointment but your service manager worked me right in. Did not try to sell me anything, just what was needed. I will be back.

I always love going into our Hopkinsville Toyota. This is the 3rd vehicle we've bought from them within the past three years. They feel like family. The facility is ALWAYS clean, and the associates love their careers -you can tell. No high pressure sales tactics, either.

Chip was VERY friendly. He was not pushy at all and listened to my wants/needs. I also worked with Josh. He went above and beyond to notify me of new cars received that met my requirements. Which I appreciated very much. I was treated like a customer and not like a dumb girl which happened at many lots I visited.

Dustin in service was very honest with me on what service I needed when I returned to Hopkinsville in May. I had been going to Madisonville because of gas prices and we were not always sure of what was "really needed". John Holmes was very helpful with getting our car to Hoptown for the service. We will be staying with you!! Thanks.

Whenever I call for an appt., I never have to wait long to get my car in. The service guys are always friendly and very professional. The service has always been completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The waiting area is the best - a very nice lounge with drinks, popcorn and television - and Wifi! Paul Adams and Robert Gresham (I think they are assistant service managers) are both always really nice and helpful when I take my vehicle in for service but they're all great!

Didn't even have to leave my office to complete a sale. Brought the vehicle for me to test drive and after we talked over the phone I returned to sign paperwork and get my new Highlander washed. They even gave me a full tank of gas. Easiest experience ever. I'm blown away!

Toyota of Hopkinsville is the best Dealership i have ever been to. They truly make tou feel like family and are there to answerd all your questions. Their saleman Jon Howard was truly a blessing in showing me all the spexial features my new car had to offer. The team at Toyota of Hopkinsville is truly the best I have seen yet. When I talked to the salesman I told him what I was looking for, price range and payment. The salesman and the sales manager both pushed the vehicle that they wanted to see me drive off in. And it worked...... Before I knew it I was driving off in something that I was not wanting to buy. It is very nice but just not compatible for my needs. If the dealership would have been open that night I would have taken it back and walked away from that deal. Contacted the salesman the next day and was told if there is nothing on the lot that would fit my needs that I was stuck with what I purchased. LESS than 24 hours this is what I was told. I even told them when they get something that would fit my needs that I would get it but the answer was still no! SO on that note the car buying was not easy, I asked the salesman to bring me the keys to my trade in and I was ignored, There are some sales staff that I WILL NOT recommend. Thought about calling the corporate office and talking to them just to see if there is anything that can be done.

I have to first say I dreaded going through the hassle of buying a car. However, the experience was much better than I thought it would be!!! From the moment we stepped out and looked around the lot we were greeted with such a kind sales consultant named Joshua. He new so much about the inventory and asked important questions that helped lead to a great vehicle. We didn't see what we exactly wanted in lot and he even remembered he just had a Toyota van come in that weekend that wasn't out of shop from inspection. Once we saw the van we knew it was for us!!! He was so personable and everyone in the dealership was charming. Mr. Joshua went above and beyond for us and truly listed to us!!! He showed us all about the features of our van and even programmed our Bluetooth connection!!!! Kiddos to him and all the employees for a job well done!!! I urge anyone to come on out to Toyota of Hopkinsville if you are needing a vehicle!!!

I'm glad to hear that the buying process is better than their ability to properly or willingly repair the vehicles that they sale. Repair services are below mediocre, and it actually feels like you're being scammed. They always have an alternative that is not covered by the warranty!! Don't go here for any repairs, worst experience of my life!!!

A couple of years ago we searched for our new car, even traveling up to an hour away. After many dealerships, many car salesmen, many test drives, and many days we finally narrowed our car down to a Toyota. But we were hesitant to buy one from the other Toyota dealerships. My biggest complaint about the "other" dealerships was this almost creepy "I'm gonna get you" attitude of the car salesmen. As a woman I learned years ago to stay away from the smooth talkers, so me and my husband kept walking away from the other dealerships without a car. Toyota of Hopkinsville was very different. As soon as we drove on the lot we were shocked that no one was stalking us -just salesmen asking if we needed any help, and when we said "no", they simply said, "okay, just let us know if you have any questions". I was amazed. When we did talk to a salesman there was no pressure and no hassle. No smooth talkers -just family men trying to earn a living like the rest of us. No gimmicks, like the other car dealerships, either. We got a great deal on our Corolla from Jovan, and just recently we bought our Sienna from Jed Campbell. They both did an amazing job with us, as me and my husband are not the easiest nor most trusting car buying customers. I was reluctant this time to get financing through the dealership, because of what I've learned from our first car buying experience at another dealership, but they really did get us a better deal with a lower APR than even our bank (which we love) could give us. Toyota of Hopkinsville gave us two great car buying experiences, and we look forward to buying from them in the future. I highly recommend them over any other dealership in the area.

I just bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership. I was treated with great respect. This was the easiest automobile transaction ever, The dealership was very professional and very down home as well. The salesman I dealt with (Joshua McGowan) was very knowledgeable about the car and its many options. They gave me a great trade-in value of my old car. The financing was extremely easy, and they knew exactly which finance company would give me the best rates.They got me a great warranty as well. Usually after I buy a car I have buyers remorse the next day. With Toyota of Hopkinsville I have zero regrets. Working with the entire staff at this dealership was worth me driving the extra miles to purchase here. I am impressed!

Toyota of Hopkinsville, was a great place to buy a car! We were there last night and dealt with Joshua McGowan, he was an amazing salesman. He was very personable, understanding, and really listened to all of our needs and concerns. He took everything we said into consideration and made a great offer, and we received the car we exactly wanted that fit our needs. I would recommend Joshua McGowan to anybody interested in buying a car because he is a great individual to work with.

We purchased a truck from Toyota of Hopkinsville yesterday. My fiance and I went back today and purchased her a vehicle. We loved our salesman, Joshua McGowan, from the night before that we decided to use him again when looking for a car for my fiancee. He had the car ready to test drive, but he needed to finish up with some of the items on the truck. So Joshua introduced us to Jaye Jameson. Both of these gentlemen, were a pleasure to work with and really wanted us to leave with another car today. With that in mind they did everything in their power to get us the price we wanted for the car, and they were successful in doing so! Both men were a pleasure to work with and were really easy to talk to and really listened to everything we had to say and took everything into consideration. The Toyota of Hopkinsville team as a whole are very nice and wanted to make the us happy and to see us leave in a car!
