I purchased my car 3yrs. ago, with Toyota care included with my purchase good up until 25k. I brought my car in today to get it serviced, and was informed I'm over the mileage and need to pay because I'm at 27,479. Toyota care is up to 25k, the tech informed I'm now at 30k and the charge is 69.99. I paid it but what I don't understand, and need some clarification on is this correct? and if it is a mistake, I want a refund was I a little over the mileage, yes, but the dealers were closed for several weeks due to COVID-19. So I really couldn't get to one until they reopened. By that time I was already at a certain mileage. What a waste. BEWARE.

I purchased a used 2011 RAV4 from this dealer and long story short, I am not happy. I'm am not satisfied with the condition of the transmission fluid on this vehicle and would like a fluid change . I was told that they would change it then last minute told that they will not. Service department told me it was dark but should be good until 100,000 miles (my car has 70,000 and a tow hitch). The used car department pretty much told me tuff luck, now I am in the process of finding out how to get this fluid analyzed . Anyone can see plain as day this fluid needs changing but Toyota of runnemede used car department wants me to deal with it. So if nothing else I will not be purchasing any other vehicle from this dealership . So a car I purchased from this dealer September 10 will be worked on in my driveway like some crap used car before I own it for a month thanks for a great experience

I had recently noticed that the Maintenance light was on in my Camry. I called Chuck Colamarino & informed my maintenance light was on He arranged for my car to be serviced the next day after 5:30 PM since I work until 5:00 PM . I arrived on time & was greeted by Chuck who is always so friendly,kind & professional. He check & my car needed oil chang & he took my car immediately. Wait time was minimal. Service was excellent as always. Service technician was excellent. Service was efficient & fast .Chuck & his technician give super service. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

T noticed the tire pressure light was on in my vehicle & I had lost the hub cap off one tire. I called Chuck Colamarino my service manager & reported this. Chuck called the parts department & my hub cap was in stock & he said to bring my vehicle in. He scheduled my time to after my work hours & The tire was repaired & there was a nail in my tire that was removed & tire repaired. This was speedy service & wait time was about 20 minutes. Service is Always excellent. Chuck is knowledgeable,friendly,courteous & professional.

Agreed on price for used vehicle and the repairs to the door and the fender to be fixed on their behalf. I arrived the next day and seen the vehicle sitting on the lot seemingly untouched, the dent on the door was mucked with touch up paint and the fender not fixed. When I entered the facility and sat down with the sales manager, i asked him about the door and he said it was fixed but his guy couldn't get to the fender. I told him about his goop job on the door and he said he'd fix only one or the other because the door cost too much, well I guess the touch up paint wasn't a fix then huh. So not only did he guarantee the car would be fixed and be done the next day, he never even bothered to call and backed out of his own deal. Don't trust a word they say.

I made an appointment by phone the previous day to see and test drive two cars I was interested in. When I arrived at 11:00 A.M the next morning. I was told one car was sold that morning. Then I was told the second car was also not available. Two weeks later, the first car is still listed on the internet. I didn't check whether the second car was still listed.

I bought my car from Toyota runnemede in July 2015, a used 2014 Toyota Corolla S. Sales man was nice told me I had a 2 year warranty on the vehicle. Said my warranty was fresh. He explained a tire rotation & 10,000 mileage synthetic oil & filter change came with the warranty. I came back to months later for my car to get serviced & they told me my warranty expired the previous month.. Even though that's not what I was told by the salesman when I purchased the vehicle. Same thing happened to my father at the Toyota in Willowbrook PA. Also, I go to get my car serviced at Toyota Runnemede 3 days ago, which included a tire rotation, steering wheel allignment, & a 10,000 mile synthetic oil & filter change. The service guy told me the wheel rotation would be 19.99 the synthetic oil & filter change would be 43.99 & with the wheel alignment all together my total would be 89.99 all together. I spent 3 hours waiting on my vehicle & when its finally finished a different service guy is walking me to the counter, biting his nails acting weird, won't even look at me in my face. I get to the counter look at the papers & sign them while the guy is still standing there, he waits til I give the lady my card to charge to then try to hurry up & walk away. I looked down at the price before he could leave & my total said 160.47. I was lied to & scammed. Never have they acted like that before & I've been there 3 times to get my car service. They also didn't give me my keys back at the front desk like they normally do, they waited until I paid & parked my car in the back. They normally pull it up right out front after its done being serviced. Neither have the service guy waited at the counter until I paid to walk away. This Toyota dealer is horrible & will take your money. Never will I reccomend nor return to this or any Toyota dealer again.

I love my new car and I like dealing with fair people. I bought my first car from Runnemede and this wont be my last. I came here because I have my wife's car serviced here. Have been dealing with this dealership since 2008. Even knew salesman for over 15 years. Bought a 2013 scion xb on 12/1/13. Had it customized to suit me. Service department wonderful. Went back on 1/9/16 for routine maintainence. Ended up turning in Xb against better judgement. Signed lease for 2016Scion iM. Drove nice. No problem during daytime. Had car less than 48 hours. Drove to work at 530am. Had bad case of claustrophobia. Went back to dealer. Explained situation. Said I wanted my Xb back. Told by salesman Jose Torres no deals. I could buy or lease another car. But could not have old car back. All I wanted on my return was my Xb. 4 family members and 8 cars later. And this is how one is treated. xxxxxxxx!!! Where is it written the customer gets screwed. Now in a car leased for 3 years. Not what I want. Can I have my Xb back.??????

I walked in to the Runnemede Toyota where I live I received a great price & great finance rate. They had the one I had been looking for in the exact color both interior & exterior. The salesmen Jason & Jose were great. Very professional, knowledgeable in their field. They worked with the Manager Tom who was totally awesome. They gave me the best deal i ever had with any vehicle that I have ever purchased. Bob in the finance department was great. Bob was very thorough,professional,kind & caring. My transaction went very smoothly & was very efficient. I recommend this dealership to all my family friends,associates & clients. This is the second car I have purchased here & each time I have recieved an outstanding performance from this dealership.

Worked out a fairly good deal on a used Tacoma. As part of the deal, the dealer was supposed to install new tires of choice. As part of the deal I had paid for new tires. As promised the dealer had installed the new tires of choice, BUT, had kept and refuses to return the tires which were purchased on the vehicle. There is no mention, verbally or in writing as part of the agreement of sale, that the dealership would keep the original tires.The Runnemede police were called and a theft complaint was reported with the PD.Also, the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs were notified of the incident and an official complaint was filed.The dealership refuses to return phone calls in order to resolve this issue before going to court!

Went to buy 2013 Highlander. Sales associate; Lou; was very nice and helped us with the test drive and answer all question. I asked over the phone if they will negotiate the listed price and Lou informed me that there is possibility and we should come and have discussion.Once I presented my offer in a hope to receive a counter proposal; Lou brought another member; Mike (I believe he was a manager). Mike was very rude and told me that their price is the best in the market and they have done a lot of research before posting their price. I told them that their price is not the best and I also did my research. Only reason: I came there because it is nearby my home.Mike told me that you can take or leave it. I would have taken the car even at their price if he was nice in his conversation and dealing. His arrogance has lost one customer.On the way back from dealership; my wife told me that Mike attitude was arrogant since he beginning.Dealership thinks that they have the best prices -- they need to wake up and may be do more research.

When I got to the dealer they made up for the really great price they quoted me online by giving me a trade $ 2000 less than KKK bluebook and up to $3500 less than Turrnersville Toyota.If you wonder why I didn't buy from Turnnersville there price on the Rav4 was too high.I'll just run my car into the ground before I buy a new one.Dealers are just to greedy,they want it both ways.The salesman was great thou.

The car buying process can be stressful and overwhelming. Louis LoBue from Toyota of Runnemede made the process smooth, but fast. Louis was able to get me into the car that I wanted in less than an hour with no problems. He didn't try to take advantage of me just to get a sale. I waned a Toyota Camry LE and he was able to get me into a Toyota Camry SE for an even better price than I could have ever imagined. He is a straight shooter and will not try to make you spend over your budget!

I came to this dealership to purchase TWO vehicles. I intended to buy a 2015 Rav4 Limited, and a Certified pre-owned Prius. The night before I went over some pricing and initial negotiations. I explained that everything sounded good, and that if I were to come there from out of state, it will cost me a great deal of hardship and creativity to get there,so I wanted to make sure everything was settled before I arrived. I was in the state from Maryland and had my family drop me off at enterprise to rent a car on their way through the state. I then had to proceed to the nearest bank branch to retrieve my financing check which was 45 minutes away just to double back to the dealership. When I arrived, the salesman told me that the vehicle I wanted to purchase just sold. So we looked at another one I was sort-of interested in. During negotiations, I sat for about 30 minutes in their break room just for the salesman to come tell me that this one too sold to someone else before they could complete my offer. Then when we discussed the RAV4 they went up $2000 and would not deduct the initial savings to counter my current trade in as promised of only $750. Too bad for them, I bought a 2015 RAV4 Limited with Tech PKG for $2500 less than their MSRP as the On the Road Price and TWO Prius' two days later!

Just purchased a certified car from them,had several issues since the day we were trying to buy/negotiate with the car until 2 days after.Got pulled over by the cops because headlight wasnt working,took it back to them,they replaced it with non original headlight manufactures kind.A lot of dishonesty and mistreatment.Filed a complained to main toyota customer service, when Mike Capelus got the complaint instead of addressing the several issues,he handled it so so rudely not very helpful as a manager at all!,and even said " GO ahead complain more,I cannot do anything about this.have a good day!"

Just lease a new Avalon. This is the third vehicle.my wife and I have leased.from Billy D. He is the best salesman we have ever had. He is honest, fair, follows.through on his promises and pays Close attention to detail. He always gives us a great price right up front with no hassles, games, or gimmicks. He is a true "people person"; our kids love him! When our car was delivered, he gave.us all the time we needed to sit in the car before doing the paperwork. He filled up the gas tank himself.and even set the controls on the car stereo for optimum sound! All the paperwork was in order,.and.everything we.agreed upon was in it with no surprises. I have a rattling moonroof that clearly is a problem. Toyota issued a service bulletin and I was unaware. I am 400 miles over the warranty and they won't honor. They want me to pay for their mistake. Tim stated they gotta cut it off at some point. Which means if I would've brought the car there with 36001 I would have to pay for it. Tim stated that since they were a franchise they would not be reimbursed by Toyota. So it's all about money and not Toyota Care. The to ad insult Fran was talking about me to other co-workers while I'm driving my car out of the bay area. She was so loud I heard her say ...she just brought the car at CarMax let them pay for it. All her workers turn around and look at me...embarrassing. If I heard that then other customers could hear it too. This is my 1st experience with Toyota. Everyone is sorry but now one does anything.

I purchased a used "trade-in" Ford Mustang from Toyota of Runnemede, and it was the most facile buying experience I could have imagined! The car was absolutely immaculate, and the after researching my purchase for months, I knew the price couldn't be beat. "Billy D" was the salesman who handled my purchase, and his customer service was superb. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with whatever concerns I had regarding the car and the transaction. The facilities were neat and clean, every employee I encountered (managers, finance employees, etc.) were extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend Toyota of Runnemede, whether you're shopping for a Toyota vehicle or not!

In October of 2013 I leased a Rav 4 for my daughter we were at the dealership for over 4.5 hours. We looked at all the trim lines and colors they had . We negotiated the price on the highest and most expensive model with all the bells and whistles available. This was the second car I had purchased in less then 6 months from this dealership. My wife and daughter did all the paper work and signed the final paper we drove off happy with the car and equally happy with the deal. When I asked my daughter how she liked a particular option she said the car did not have the option .Upon review I found the equipment level was not what we had bargained for and the sticker price and option level were different .I was surprised as we had been told the car which was delivered was identical to the one in the show room though obviously it was not though the price was within a few dollars. Upon review I discovered additional markup items such as etching and a protection package we had no interest . In fact because my daughter is a nursing student we put down over $6500.00 in order to get her payment down. I feel the salesman had knowledge of our situation and should have known of the mistake but he remained quite . I can however acknowledge the sales manager did make and adjustment and refunded the additional markup items monies but would not deliver the car we had bargained over.For this reason I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

We purchased a certified used Toyota Corolla for our daughter in 2009. The car had 17,000 miles a car that I consider to be practically new. My daughter drove it for awhile but kept complaining about hearing a noise. We brought it back to the service center at Runnemede and they looked at the car, drove the car a said there was nothing wrong with the car but we did need four new tires. We purchased the tires. Not a month or two later, the water pump fell off the car. My daughter was at the Jersey Shore so we took the car to Shore Toyota. The replaced the water pump that was covered under the extended warranty that we purchased. Three weeks later the entire engine needed to be replaced because of the over heating caused by the water pump that fell off. The engine was replaced and again covered under the warranty. Needless to say we were frustrated that a 4 year old supposedly certified vehicle purchased with only 17,000 miles now has a new water pump and new engine. Is this the quality of a Toyota. In April of this year, our daughter called us saying the car was making a terrible noise. She was away at college so we advised her to go to the nearest service center which happened to be a Pep Boys. They looked at the car and said your air conditioner compressor is shot. We said don't touch it, we have a warranty and will take it to a Toyota dealer. We took the car AGAIN to Runnemede, they looked at it and said the air conditioner is fine. They informed us that the freon was low and we should return it to Shore Toyota where the engine was installed. Runnemede said they would charge us to fill it with freon and it was about $150-200 dollars. We took the car to Shore Toyota and in 15 minutes the service technician said to us that the air conditioner compressor was broken. Ok, now I'm angry. I called the general manager at Runnemede to tell him this story and express our anger and frustrations. He was rude and then stated "How do you know that Shore Toyota isn't lying to you" How do I know... the air doesn't work and Pep Boys said the same thing. He also said that all the problems we have had with the car are mostly likely caused by the way my daughter is driving the car. The service manager Fran also talked to my husband and I and said there is no way they could have checked the air conditioner without putting freon in it. We brought the car to their service center for that very reason....to have the air conditioner checked. I have since been in contact with the cooperate office, I have reported Runnemede Toyota for their incompetence, the lemon they sold us and the rude manner in which they deal with their customers. They are giving Toyota a bad name. I urge anyone who has a Toyota or is thinking of buying a Toyota to STAY AWAY FROM RUNNEMEDE TOYOTA!!

From the moment I started to asked for information online on one of the used car internet special, Bill DeBernardino was very helpful. Even before I met him, I knew that he is so professional and a great guy by how promptly he gets back to me in all our communications. He wasn't pushy, he gave me enough time to decide and even after I already chose the car that I want, he told me about same car with less mileage which was even of a great deal to me. Hold on... not only that.. after my credit union car loan was approved and processed, couple of days after I went home with my new car and found out that I wasn't happy with my interest rate..... he then hooked me up with Jim, from their Finance Section, to get me a lower interest. Bill went ABOVE & BEYOND to satisfy and make me happy even two months later that I got my car... he still did not stopped helping me out on some of my car issues. He did not changed a bit which is not common in car dealers where it is normal to see a business oriented salesman that only give you special treatment when the first time you walk in to purchase a car.BILLY D. WAS REALLY REALLY AWESOME! I HAD THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I've known Bill before... I should have purchased my previous two new toyota cars from Toyota Runnemede. I've been telling all my friends now to buy their next car at Toyota Runnemede and recommending "Billy D." He is the BEST!!! Thank you Toyota Runnemede, you really are a family oriented car dealer!

I've been searching for used Toyota Avalon on line for more than a month, and finally found what I was looking for at Runnermede. The description on line said it had navagation system & it seemed to be fairly priced. I travelled 2 hours from Staten Island, NY ready to buy that car. The car did NOT have navagation, and they would not negotiate the price one penny! When I looked at the car, it was clean and seemed to be everything else that I wanted. Then I noticed that there were some deep gashes in the white paint on the passenger side mirror. It was sloppily touched up (probably by the previous owner) and I assumed that they would repaint the mirror appropriately. When I mentioned it to John he said that 'after all, it is a used car' and they would not fix it!! He said they would repaint it for me but it would cost me $200.00. There was no compromise, apology, or anything. After further questioning, he got up and spoke to the manager, came back & reiterated the same answer again. I could not believe that after presenting the car as having the navagation system (a $1000.00+ option) (which it did NOT) and not budgeing on the price, that now they were going to nickel & dime me over fixing the paint on the passenger mirror, which is the first thing a passenger would see getting in the car !! I was so aggrivated, that I walked out of the dealership an let the manager know I was not happy. They just all stood there and watched me walk out and did not say a word to me. After I left, I called a body shop to find out how much it would cost to have the mirror re-painted, and they told me ' well, you know we have to take it off the car, shield it, etc, bottom line-- it would cost $90.00 !!! I was completely disgusted with the situation I found myself in, and had I not been on so many wild goose chases, I would have just moved on to the next car on my list. After calming down and re-accessing my situation, I decided not to cut off my nose to spite my face, and went back into the dealership, and all of a sudden John came over to me and tried to 'make nice' . At this point he said he would order the paint & fix it himself and give me the remainder of the paint. I did buy the car. I don't know what the mirror will look like when I pick it up on Tuesday, April 15, but for $90.00 I'll take it to a body shop and have it fixed myself !!! The salesmen (and evidently the Manager too) in this dealership need some serious re-training in interpersonal and sales skills because their public relations is sadly lacking. (as a business owner, to let a $19,000.00 sale walk out of your store over a little bit of paint, is WAY BEYOND STUPID !!!) They probably still consider it a 'win' because I did buy the car. But I will NEVER MISS THE OPORTUNITY to tell anyone that I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND buying a car from the Runnemede dealership!!! (maybe the owner of this dealership should do an 'undercover boss' purchase at his own place of business --I don't think he would like it if his daughter, wife, or mother was treated this way.)

Jeff's friendly demeanor makes it easy to say yes to a Toyota. He's not pushy, and he's clear about what you are signing up for. Toyota follows through with great service and easy communication. Leasing my Toyota for three years was hassle free because I knew there wouldn't be any extra charges-ToyotaCare maintenance is awesome. Even turning it in was a lot easier than I thought. Jeff helped me get the car ready, so there would be no unexpected charges from the company after inspection. They actually sent me a check! I was afraid it would be a bill for the dings and overall damage from three years of driving it.

I scoured through cars.com until I decided the type of car I would be happy with and it came down to either the Honda Fit or the Toyota Yaris. I needed a good quality economy car that holds a lot of cargo and could be used as a workhorse. Toyota of Runnemede convinced me that I should take a look at a low-mileage 2013 Yaris that had been in a minor accident, but otherwise was perfect. After a thorough test drive we decided to purchase the car and the process was very smooth. I mostly asked them questions via email and after the purchase, when we drove it home, my friend noticed that one of the rear wheels seemed to wobble at high speeds. So we brought it back and Runnemede Toyota fixed the problem by the next day. it was just a bent wheel rim. Otherwise so far I am sold on Toyota and hope to keep this one many years.

Billy was nice at first but my words of advice, DO NOT LET THEM PULL THE DEFERRED DOWN PAYMENT scam on you, you will regret it. If they can't meet your needs seriously save up before doing business with these people. Billy is nice, but don't forget he is a car dealer and just as sneaky as their reputations deem them to be. Tom Cirucci may just be the most unprofessional " professional " I have dealt with in any business. Lack of respect, lack of communication and lack of any human traits one would deem quality. If you are foolish enough to be roped in by these guys, be sure and have every single thing they tell you in writing and make sure your entire deal is a one document shot. Good luck, my car I purchased was fine, but the experience was an absolute disaster.

It's difficult to write this review because I had mixed feelings about my visit. I went to "shop" and ended up purchasing a car. I do not recommend working with John. I do not care how much money on average you make when you sell a car or that you plan to make this a quarter million dollar a year profession, I especially disliked feeling threatened when I said that I could buy the same car on another lot for less and John said "and where are you going to take it to get serviced", I mean really what was he trying to imply? I did feel that I got a fair price, but only because the sales manager came to speak with me. Unfortunately my experience didn't remain positive for long, I noticed a small blemish on the front bumper and asked for it be repaired. I was told it just needed a clip added to the bumper so they put it on their "we owe you" sheet. It was "fixed" a few days later, but still not to my satisfaction. To date I have been told that's the best they can do and that I am being "unreasonable" and it's "all in my head". Not exactly the way I feel a customer who just spent $17k+ should be treated in my opinion. *Advice for purchasing at this dealership - do NOT WORK WITH JOHN ANDERSON, don't buy a car if there is ANYTHING at all that goes on your "we owe you sheet" they don't care.

sales team was very friendly and upbeat. course they are when they are working with you to purchase a vehicle. but buyers be ware of the service department. they claim these vehicles are certified but when you drive them off there lot your stuck with any repair expenses. drove my car 500 miles and the maint require light comes on and they tell me it needs reset. duh!!! do they really think people are that stupid...not happy at all with trying to get additional maintenance work completed on my vehicle that is suppose to be under warranty.

I took my 2008 Scion XB to Toyota of Runnemede because it began to make a squealing noise. They got me in right away. So far so good. Don Applegarth called me later in the day telling me the brakes needed replacing and that the drive belt was making noise although I never heard a noise from the belt. Don also recommend an air filter and a cleaning of the throttle body. The brakes quoted for $249.95. The serpentine drive belt for 181.99 and the air filter and throttle body cleaning quoted at $129. Here are my problems. First the cost of the work was pricey even by dealer standards. For 249.95 they ONLY did the back brakes and I was never told the price was only for the back brakes. It was just the brake shoes and resurfacing...nothing else. Holman Toyota quoted to me over the phone after the fact front and back brakes for $225 and I even asked if that was front and back. Brakes shops advertise $100 for each axle provided there are no additional parts. The drive belt at 71.99 for parts and 71.99 for labor is again at the high end of the scale. I declined the air filter and throttle body cleaning because that would have brought the bill to nearly $600. I told Don Applegrath over the phone I had a coupon from the dealer website and I asked if they would honor it and he said they would although he did not ask for the specifics. Here is the part that really bugs me. The dealer got the car at 9:00 am in the morning. Don called me at 6:00 pm to tell me the car was done. The service center closes at 4:30. So I show up at 6:15 with my 13% off coupon and the cashier says she can't help me. Don was long gone. The cashier tells me there is nobody to talk to because service is closed. Don was not answering his phone either. Don did manage a 10% discount on the drive belt repair but that was nowhere near the 13% on recommended repairs. So the over all experience was in my opinion less than professional. I even left a message with Fran Kline (as stated to do on the invoice if you had any problems) and have yet to hear back. My low marks are for poor communication from the service writer, pricey work and no follow up. 447.04 for rear brakes and serpentine belt. They also did a recall repair which they never told me about or explained. I give this dealership low marks because in my opinion this dealership does things old school. In todays world there a dealers who know it is 2013 and treat you better. I will go there from now on.

I just bought a 2013 Prius (2/07/13). This is my fourth Toyota I purchased in the past 25 years. I had 4 Toyota Dealers I wanted to visit to get the best deal I could. I was prepared with dealer costs and was ready to shop around. Kevin gave me a great price and I looked no further. I bought a used certified truck from Toyota of Runnemede on November 27th, 2012. They were very friendly throughout the sales process. The price was good and I purchased the vehicle and brought it home. A day or so later I noticed a large dent (approx 5"x6") on top of the truck cab on the passenger side that they never mentioned. When I asked during the sales process if the truck had any damage that I should know about, I was told by Marcus McWhorter, among other things, that they weren't allowed to certify vehicles that had any kind of body damage. And the inspection sheet for the vehicle indicated that there were no significant dents or dings. Upon finding the damage, I contacted Marcus to notify him that I'd found the dent and that I wanted it fixed. They agreed to address it and asked that I bring the truck in. I live 4.5 hours away. So I requested that they arrange to enable me to take it to a closer Toyota dealership to have it fixed. They asked for pics of the dent and a repair estimate, both of which I provided (the estimate was from Empire Toyota in Oneonta, NY and totaled $600 to repair the dent). I've called countless times, left multiple voicemails for Marcus McWhorter, Ernie Ponti and Bob Ferri and sent multiple emails to each of them asking for the next steps to get the dent fixed. They refuse to return my calls or respond to my emails. In addition to the dent problem, I've made repeated requests for the document (showed to me during the sales process) that details the repairs they made to the vehicle in order to certify it. They've refused to provide that document and there's no indication of any repairs made by them whatsoever in Toyota's official service history (to be found at their website for vehicle owners). So I'm left wondering if they made any repairs at all to the vehicle or even did a thorough inspection at all. My experience with Toyota of Runnemede has been a nightmare since the purchase.

John was Magic. A real Winner for the little guy . We actually enjoyed working through the final numbers . Sure we paid more then the cost that Turnersville gave us. But it was worth every penny . John and his team of excellent Managers showed us the "Value" of having paid more to expect more . I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry LXE from Toyota of Runnemede yesterday (10/20/12). In the course of my life, I have purchased six vehicles (including this one), and this was the best experience I've had so far. I felt the purchase price was very good, the sales team was wonderful, and the delivery was fast and painless.My sales person was Lisa L. (Didn't know if I should put her full name on the internet!) Lisa was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. My husband and I came in for a test drive mid-week when things were quiet. Lisa greeted us , listened to our needs, and helped us decide on the model that would suit us best. She was very knowledgeable about cars. With Lisa, we felt more like friends than customers. She provided us with printouts of the car and a written copy of her offer. I found that refreshing. We took the offer home and looked the papers over at our leisure and compared it to other quotes from local (and not so local) dealers. In truth, we haggled strenuously at other dealers and got a slightly lower price. I truly believe that there wasn't much wiggle room left in this deal. I presented my findings to Lisa in an e-mail, and she called me back with a counter offer that accounted for the difference. Lisa was open and honest with me and we came to a price we could both find fair.I did my homework and researched the vehicle on-line to obtain internet prices for the vehicles. I also requested internet prices from all the local dealers. With all of that, Runnemede was still tied for the best offer. Best of all, there were NO GAMES played (let me ask my manager while I disappear for hours...let's quote a cheap price and add on tons of nonsense fees...etc.). None of those things happened here. Lisa and Runnemede treated me fairly.Lisa's straight-forward, low-pressure sales technique and warm nature convinced us to make the deal in Runnemede as opposed to another dealer. I hope the owners know what a gem they have in Lisa!On our second trip, we did a quick test drive and finalized the deal. I was in and out in a little under two hours. Most of that time was just calling the insurance company, filling out papers, and going over the features of the vehicle (in the vehicle). It was remarkably quick. In the back room, Rob was also up front. While it is the F & I manager's job to sell you additional revenue boosters such as the extended warranty, rust protection, paint coating, etc., Rob didn't strong-arm us into these things. He made his case and took my refusal easily. After a brief attempt to convince me (no salesman should take no the first time), he then moved on to closing the deal. I was only in the back for about 5-10 minutes if that.In the end, I only purchased VIN etching which was worth the little bit extra for the convenience of having it done and having the added insurance provided. Hopefully, we won't need it. When the deal was complete, Lisa spent time making sure I understood how to use the special features on the vehicle. She paired my phone to the car and even set up the radio with my favorite stations.Overall, I had an exemplary experience at Runnemede. Usually, car buying involves a a pounding headache. No headaches were felt this time. I left smiling. I'm not even having the "look how much I spent" coronary that usually follows the next day. In truth, I feel that the deal was very good.Thank you very much, Lisa & the team at Runnemede

John Anderson when above and beyond for us. He made sure we were completely satisfied and made the process of buying a car as pleasant as possible. When I went to pick up our registration and tags, I was in and out, which means a lot to an expecting mother with a 17 month old. He answered all of our questions and even my husband, who is VERY hard to please said, "John is a pretty good guy.". That means a lot coming from him!!! My wife and I visited this dealership to test drive the Venza. John was very knowledgable and spent about an hour showing us the car. We left with no commitment and no pressure. After discussing the purchase at home we emailed John and told him the exact trim and color we wanted. He located the car and met the price we wanted to pay. We returned and purchased the car. John was professional, accommodating and easy to deal with. I would recommend John and this dealership to anyone thinking about buying a Toyota. I have also used the service and collision shop in the past as we are loyal Toyota owners and was always satisfied with the customer service and attention to detail.

Joe Torres was a great salesman. No nonsense. I knew what I wanted before I walked into the dealership; I was now shopping on price and service. He offered me a competitive price with excellent service. I didn't have to go over the features of the Prius. I recently returned to Toyota of Runnemede to look for a inexpensive used car for my daughter. I asked for Lisa since my wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new 2009 Toyota Corolla just 3 years ago. Lisa got the keys and I was test driving the excellent condition 2003 Toyota Corolla in minutes. I decided to buy the car and the financing and registration was worked out so my daughter was a co owner so she can take the car out of state for college. Lisa even took the time away from the busy dealership on a Saturday to drive the Corolla to my house so my daughter could sign the documents. I received great personal attention as if I was purchasing a new vehicle. I know that when I need another car in the future I will visit Toyota of Runnemede first. Greg made a great 1st impression for this dealership. He greeted us in the lot with a smile and introductory handshake. When we told him we were looking for an Avalon, he told us they only had a 2011, no 2012 models. The car was on the showroom floor; Greg allowed us to look at and sit in the the Avalon without pressure. When we indicated this was just what we were looking for he arranged to have it driven outside and let us take it on a test drive while someone else appraised my trade-in. Throughout this process Greg was personable and helpful, explaining each step, but never too pushy. When we returned to pick up the car about 90 minutes later, he had all of the paperwork ready, the car ready and made appropriate introductions to the gentleman who completed that process. Unfortunately the floor mats were missing to this car. However Greg assured us he would he would order a set. Someone from the dealership drove them to our house about 5 days later.Overall we were very pleased with Toyota of Runnemde. I should note that we had shopped for a car at at least 6 other dealerships (not only Toyota) in the South Jersey area so I had many comparisons to make.

Very confusing sales tactics.Price given different from online price ad.Quoted price higher than online price.Offered price for trade in, site unseen, no problem.Told them about online price, they honored it but lowered trade in value when i brought the car in, which was never mentioned.I was hoping to get a better deal due to the higher miliage on a 2010 Camry, close to 50,000.By the time i was done, i didn't know to feel good about the purchase or i was railroaded in my confusion.

I took my 2010 corolla in for an oil change at 24000 miles and they told me that I needed front brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Also they told me I needed rear brakes adjusted and a 4 wheel alignment. The total estimate was over $800.00. They told me my brakes were so bad that I couldn't wait till my next oil change. I bought the brakes from their parts department and took them to charlies auto repair to have them installed for half the price. When I got there Charlie told me my brakes still had 50% left and my tires were not wearing and my car drove straight so I didn't need an alignment. When I returned the pads to Toyota of Runnemede the parts guy said, "that sounds like our service department".I would not take my car there for service.They will try to sell you things that you do not need.

Me and my father had gone here because we were about to lease a Camry. We had negotiated a price for my trade-in and had all of our paperwork signed, my credit report run, and the new car was sitting outside for us to take home. The salesman (Jeff) had come back to us saying something was wrong and the price we negotiated (which was on the paperwork) they could not honor. We asked them why and they started to get very irate and practically pushed us out the door. They don't treat people with dignity. They never told us what was wrong, but I believe they screwed up somewhere and did not want to own up to their mistake. We had come there on four separate occasions to get the car/price right so I was very upset and angry for wasting our time and energy. On top of that they offered no apologies. They even took the plates off of my trade-in and told us to go home without putting the plates back onto our car. I will warn anyone who reads this that they are a low-class establishment full of snake oil salesmen and they don't care about you as a person. DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA of RUNNEMEDE!!!!!!!! I will never deal with those people again and nor should you.

My wife and I had stopped by Toyota of Runnemede on a Friday afternoon to test drive the Sienna. We had done our research and had narrowed our search to the Sienna or the Honda Odyssey. Driving both was the next step and the Sienna was up first. Keith greeted us promptly and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we were very comfortable with him. He had only been at the dealership for a week, but you would not have known. Every time we bring our car in for service the service department tries to sell us $2000.00 worth of not needed work that the factory doesn't recomend. Air condition service, fuel injection service, brake flush, valvoline trans service. When I called Toyota customer service they told me none of this work is recomended from Toyota. Stay away from this service department. I have been using Toyota of Turnersville ever since with no problems.

Greg Tomczak was more than supportive throughout the whole process of finding and buying a used car. My girlfriend is a college student on a budget and her car recently expired; Greg was very understanding of her situation and was nothing but optimistic in knowing that he had a reliable used car for her that would more than accommodate her budget. Greg put in the extra hours and stayed until she could meet him and the same day that we talked to Greg he was able to exceed what we thought we were going to have to settle for in a used car and found the perfect car quoted by my girlfriend. Although Greg found a great used car in her price range he wasnt finished helping; Greg even delivered her newly purchased car off to her at her house that night so she wouldnt have to drive back and pick it up. Under normal circumstances car salesmen are pushy, deceitful, and obviously after the highest dollar amount from the moment they accost you on the lot leaving you with the same violating feelings of a mugging. This wasn't the case with Greg. Greg quickly established rapport by being up front and honest from the very start. He answered all of my questions and did everything he said he would do including closing the deal very quickly (under 40 minutes!). I felt as though I was dealing with an old high school buddy rather than a used car dealer and I left the dealership not only with a "new" vehicle but also a new friend. Finally, I will be sure to recommend Greg Tomczak to everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

own 2008 Highlander they replaced transmission,transfer case and more. The vehicle has a loud gear whine that was first determined by Toyota as being normal. Two years later they decided to fix the problem. After 3 tries and having the car for two weeks the problem is worse. The dealer doesn't have the expertise to fix the car and Toyota couldn't care if it is ever fixed. Toyota has fallen is quality and just gives lip service and hopes to wear you down and go away.

I have been interested in a new pickup truck for several months. When it comes to spending my hard earned money I demand value for every dollar spent. With that in mind, I evaluated all the compact pickup trucks available (Ranger, Nissan, GMC, etc.) The Toyota Tacoma constantly had the best ratings. I purposely test drove all the other competitors before visiting with Greg Tomczak and Runnemede Toyota. He was very personable and professional. We took a brief test drive in a certified pre owned 2011 Tacoma. I was sold !! But I really needed a 4 cyl with the extended cab. Greg went to work finding my truck. We settled on a new 2012 Black Tacoma 4 cyl. Did I say, "settled", no, Greg made sure that he got me exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay. He further, bent over backwards to accommodate my very busy schedule and even offered to deliver the truck to my house and do the sales transaction in my kitchen. He made me feel like I would be taken care of in the event of any problems after the sale. I am an employer and I always tell my employees that the ultimate boss is our customer. I went to this dealership because I was referred by a friend of mine and saw a car that I really love while looking at the online inventory. I've always hated the experience of buying a car because normally, the sales person doesn't listen to what I say my price range is or what I'm looking for and I just leave aggravated. This is why my friend referred me to Nancy. My boyfriend, my son, and I went to the dealership and met with Nancy and told her what we had to work with and what we could afford. She never surprised us with crazy payments we couldn't afford and she was very friendly. She also interacted with my son while we were there. She got us into the car I picked out for a price we can afford. We went on Saturday and had to go back on Tuesday to sign and finalize our paperwork. When we got there Tuesday night, we sat with the manager and he surprised us with a better interest rate, lower payments, extended warranties for the vehicle, and even cut a month out of our payments. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely not only refer people we know there but return if we are looking to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Bill Cirucci really took the time to make sure the experience of leasing a new car went well. He made sure my parents and I were comfortable with the price of leasing the new Toyota Corolla. He even helped us find a new insurance company. I really just appreciated all the effort he put in to making sure I was happy with my car and everything. I would also like to point out that Bill's day was supposed to end at 4:00pm but he at least stayed 2 hours after he was supposed to me home, just to be sure everything was ok with us before we left with the new car. My friend and I walked into this dealership about 2 weeks ago looking at the minivans. We had the pleasure of working with Todd Boyer. He is very friendly not pushy. The experience overall was "EXCELLENT"! Our Sales person Bill DiBernardino treated my family like we were his family. Bill went over and above to get us the car we wanted and the deal we wanted. We weren't planning on buying a car that night. We stopped in to inquire about a car that my daughter had seen. While looking at the Nissan Altima, Greg approached us and gave us information about the car. It wasn't exactly what we were looking for. My experience at Toyota of Runnemede was a overall good experience. As someone who hates the lying that goes on to fanagle a good price, Toyota of Runnemede all but eliminated that fear during my buying experience. They offered me a great price, and after shopping around a bit, I could not find a better deal. The only reason I did not give a rating of great, was the amount of time I waited after my paperwork was completed. I waited almost two hours for my vehicle to be ready after the sale. While I know that is not the sales rep's fault, I was still not pleased with that aspect of the purchase.

This is the third Toyota Corolla that we have purchased from Toyota of Runnemede. We have been pleased with the salesmen. This time we dealt with John Guarente. He was efficient in his presentation. He handled the paperwork in a timely fashion. Since we had an idea what we wanted, time was not wasted on unnecessary details. He quickly consumated the sale and we were led to the closing officer.At the time, we bought an extended warranty from Toyota. Shortly after, we learned that USAA, our insurance carrier, offered a much better deal. We went back in a week later and explained our situation. No questions were asked, no pressure to change our minds. The gentleman filled out the paperwork and within ten days, we received a full refund check. This says much for Toyota and their integrety.

I returned to this facility despite having a lousy experience in 2003. I had received Nancy's business card in Toyota communications over the years, and held on to it. When the time came for a new car, I knew I wanted another Toyta and figured I'd give it another try. I dealt solely with Nancy. I didn't look back once. In the past, I purchased a Toyota 4-Runner and a Camry Le from the Toyota of Turnersville dealership. However, I discovered your dealership and have been a loyal customer based on your sales staff, customer service and your service people. However, Lisa Leonetti is my main reason for returning again. I told her back in 2008, that I would follow her and purchase a car wherever she would go. From the first time I purchased a car from her, she had kept in contact from time to time either by a phone call or email just to check in and see how my car was running and to see how I was doing...Yes, the personal touch...She is not only professional but she makes you feel like you are a family member that she is there to help. I trust her opinions and recommendations always.I have been an insurance agent since 1996. I now work in the investment sector of the business an head of an underwriting department in a life settlement brokerage. So I am no stranger to sales and how a customer should be treated. The night prior to the purchase of my 2006 Toyota Rav4, I was in an accident with a drunk driver in which my vehicle was totaled. Having an experience like that is not only physically taxing, but emotionally draining as well. Todd took the time to listen to what had happened, then proceeded to set me up with a new (to me) vehicle in record time. His charm and humor went a long way in making me feel better and his continued reminder that things will get better truly helped. Even though I was somewhat apprehensive to get behind the wheel again after the previous night, Todd showed me around my Rav4 in such a way that even the assorted cup were something to get excited about. After less than two hours with Todd, I drove off the lot in my Rav4, confident and happy with my new vehicle and very pleased with my experience at Runnemede Toyota. We found one at another dealer that had what we wanted but also had a lot of extras we didn't want. He immediately wrote down what we wanted and searched for the car we wanted. He was honest and gave me answers when I wanted them, some what I wanted to hear and others I didn't. he found the car we wanted and had it availalbe within a two days. He was helpful in all aspects of the deal. I wish all salesmen could be like Mike.

We were very pleased with Nancy Lynch, who was our salesperson, when we bought our first Toyota, a 2002 Toyota Avalon. She made us feel comfortable immediately, was professional and responsive in every way. My husband sent a friend to her when he wanted to buy a Toyota, and he reported a similar experience. Needless to say, when we were ready to buy our 2010 Avalon and pass our 02 Avalon down to our married daughter and son-in-law, we returned to Toyota of Runnemede and Nancy Lynch. We have been pleased with our 2010 Avalon as well. My husband uses hand controls and Nancy Lynch helped us with the paperwork necessary for Toyota mobility, which reimbursed us $1000 towards the hand controls he needs to drive it. She checks in periodically to make sure that we have no questions or issues. We never met before our first purchase, but we think of her fondly and would feel confident that she would treat any of her clients the same positive, professional, but low key way that she treated us.

Extremely pleased with sales, service, and Toyota Corporate response to the frame rotting on my 2000 Tundra. Corporate contribution was $5000 and my out of pocket was $5000 which was a little steep although even if I had known it prior to having the repair done I would probably still have proceeded as $5000 out of pocket for 2000 Tundra driven by my wife and with which I new the entire operational / maintenance history with 100,000 gentle miles on it is in my opinion OK. I am still driving it and will continue to do so.Nancy Lynch is still my all time favorite sales person.

I found dealing with Mike Spina very refreshing. The first price he quoted me was the price we settled on. I tried other dealers to see if they could beat the price and they couldn't. A couple of the dealers said I would never end up with that 4runner for that price. I did!! I have had service at the dealer and that seems to be good also. Nancy is a wonderful person. She also loves her job and it shows. When I leased my car in October of 2010, I was concerned for a few reasons. I recently retired and am on a "fixed income". That did not stop Nancy from providing several options within my price range to choose from. I drove each one and came back to the Scion - because it was cute. And Nancy made it happen for me. She is both personable and professional. She puts you at ease and makes car shopping a pleasure. EVERYTHING was gone over with the car and the dreaded paperwork, and yet I still felt comfortable and well taken care of. I never felt antsy, annoyed or any of those feelings when you're signing what seems to be your life away. Her nurturing personality makes her conscious of her client's comfort and that speaks volumes. She is an asset to the company, and I did send a letter to the store manager after I purchased my car to let them know. P.S. - I never had any hesitation getting behind the wheel of a Toyota product, even when all the drama was going on with the vehicle issues in the headlines. I have been disappointed with toyota quality since I bought the car I own.(my first toyota) We have much better experiences with the 2 Honda auto's we own. ( also new )Worse--- during the first year the service department and dealer manager at Runnemede NJ Toyota provided extremely poor service and treated me disrespectfully.I still have a seat issue with my car but during my last service visit I could see an improvement especially from the new service manager at the dealership.I am hoping to resolve all the problems with my Prius but if toyota does not come through this will be last toyota I own and my family will stick to Honda or other auto maker products

The first Toyota salesperson I met with could not meet the price I was offering on a new car, he said they'd be selling at a loss. I was at the Runnemede dealership a week later having my older Toyota serviced, and talked to Mike. I said I'd like a new car but had been told my offer was too low, and he said he'd find a way to make it work. He was able to do so, and I left in my new car.

Almost 2 years ago when I wanted to replace my 2006 RAV4 with a 2009 RAV4 Turnersville made the experience very stressful. A friend recommended Runnemede and I'm glad they did. Not only did I purchase the 2009 RAV4 there but a few months later I purchased a 2010 Highlander. They found the car I wanted, in the color I wanted in the price range I needed to be. I did quite a bit of on line research and shopping for our Venza. In comparison to the other contacts I made, Toyota of Runnemede and Dan Palmieri far outshined the others with Shore Toyota being an absolute nightmare. Dan gave me a reasonable price right off the bat. Shore Toyota would not budge off MSRP. Dan didn't try and make me purchase a car off the lot as Shore Toyota attempted to do. When I told Dan of a color preference, it was no problem unlike Shore Toyota where they produced all kinds of production charts to try and convince me that colors aside from what they had on the lot would be rare and near impossible to get. I would, without hesitation, recommend both Dan and the dealership to anyone looking for the best price and an honest, high quality, stress free car buying experience.

I had intended to come to the dealership to get service done to my 2007 RAV 4 which I haven't been happy with for personal reasons and I was looking in the showroom at a 2010 Matrix and fell in love with it. Bill helped us purchase the new Matrix and say good bye to the RAV 4 with ease. We had our 3 yr. old daughter with us and he also helped keep her entertained during the buying process. I gave a (good) rating for price because I would have liked to got the Matrix a little cheaper and was told that because they were discontinued it would be hard to find the color I really wanted and that I would get a better deal if I took the one they had instead. When I looked up the MSRP when I got home I saw that it was considerably lower than what I payed.Bill and the service staff were fantastic. Everyone at the dealership usually is. I say usually because this is not the first car purchase I have made through this dealership. I've never had a problem talking to anyone and I have ALWAYS been greeted with smiles and friendly hand shakes. I recommend to all my friends and family who tell me that they are looking for a new/used vehicle to contact this dealership.

After making contact with Runnemede Toyota via the internet, I was promptly contacted by a salesperson. All of my questions were answered and at my first opportunity, I went to Runnemede Toyota to test drive a new Camry. In the meantime, Michael Spina kept in contact with me through email and by phone, and got to know just what I was looking for before I arrived at the dealership. When I arrived, Michael was extremely helpful and very efficient. I am a diabetic, and I was hoping that I would not have to be at the dealership for a long stretch of time. As it turned out, I arrived at 11:30 am and was home, with a new Camry by 2:00. Everyone was very helpful and I do feel as though I got a good deal and it was an overall good experience. I will recommend Runnemede Toyota and Michael Spina to my friends. This is my 3rd Toyota, and at the end of this lease, I anticipate that I will be leasing another Toyota. I was looking for a 2011 Limited Rav4 for my wife, I was dealing with another dealer, but when it came to dealing their Finance Manager, they wanted to play games and put me in a lesser vehicle for more money. When I walked into Runnemede Toyota, Todd greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained my situation, with in an hour, we had made a deal where I wanted to be and for the vehicle I wanted. I am in sales myself, I drive ALOT, in the last 12 years, I have had 2 Fords, 5 Chevys, and this will be our third Toyota; We just traded in a Camry. Todd and Rob did not play games and they went above and beyond for me with this deal. My wife showed up after we made the deal, he took her out to the Vehicle, in the rain, and went over all of the options and features. The other dealer did not do this. The second car I have bought from Dave. Very honest and straight forward which is how I am so we were able to come together on a deal we were both happy with. Looking forward to driving my new Prius. I had done my homework and visited one other dealership. They beat the deal the other dealership offered and it was competitive enough against dealerships in Pennsylvania that I was happy to sacrifice some money to buy from a relatively local dealership that I had used before.

Once we explained our needs, Todd located the exact vehicle we wanted and quickly put a deal together for us. He explained the purchase process thoroughly and answered all of our questions and concerns with complete professionalism. The experience at Toyota this time was extremely satisfactory. Greg was our salesman. He was 1st class. He did everything he could to make the transaction go smoothly. This was my second time dealing with Toyota in Runnemede. My father bought his Camry from Greg in September and our experience was wonderful. Naturally, when my boyfriend was looking for a new car, we went back to Greg. Greg is not only a great salesman but is extremely easy to talk to and determined to help in any way he can. I recently just leased a 2011 Scion TC at the Toyota/Scion dealer in Runnemede, NJ. I had the pleasure of meeting Gregory Tomczak. He was the one who worked with me to get my car! He was very nice, friendly, and very easy to get along with. He made me feel right a home when purchasing this car. His customer service skills was the best I have ever experienced. He answered all my questions about the car. The thing I really enjoyed the most, was anything that I needed or any questions I had, I could contact him at anytime and he would provide me with that information. I felt very appreciated and I definately enjoyed my time at Toyota. I will definately be back in again in the near future when I am ready to get my next vechicle. I would definately recommend my family or friends that I know to him or Toyota whenever they are in need of a car :) My recommendation, if you are looking to purchase or lease any vechicle from Toyota/Scion, make sure you ask for Gregory Tomczak because he will take good care of you like he did for me :)

Normally I would not burry or respond negative but in the case of this experience after all said and done post purchase of a Toyota , I must express myself as this is night and day. Stoped by to inquire about leasing or purchasing a Camry SE model to replace a 2006 VW Passat with 22k miles and in perfect condition. Spent some time calling and reviewing the trade value for the car and milage to determine a fair marketable asking price for trade value before actually going into a Dealer unknowingly blind. Called Liberty Toyota and just asked the simple Q knowing it is unsight, unseen for any used Car manager to put a price in a trade for a customer over the phone. I just asked ball park for what I was looking for and monies I had vs. payment etc..., etc,,, Basically ended the conversation with a thank you. This is the second time experience where this dealership was 2k less of a value,. Car was perfect and they are stating how base it was and didn't have options. I needed to collect myself when a vendor insults a possible customer about a competitive product during a sale process. Top that, Lisa tells me she knows somebody at Liberty and picks up the phone - talks to someone on the phone like to asked what would you put in a 2006 Passat with 22k miles ..... I hear then say just the same crazy number I was quoted.... All the while she is talking to their own GM/Tower guy up front. Born at night maybe and on a boat - but not last night and a bananna boat. Called the gentleman from Liberty back and when all said and done - Camry SE for almost the exact number and range he quoted - a little less even in the payment I was hoping. Very professional and just about the best experience overall buying a car. Ask for Dave Smith. I would not buy a bike from Runnemede because of this. Sorry.

As stated in earlier review, I came to Toyota of Runnemede to purchase some parts after I was treated like a piece of garbage at Toyota of Turnersville. I was in the market for a 2009 Camry, but I had to wait to sell my 2001.On Saturday 11/1 I finally "pulled the trigger". I purchased a blue 2009 Camry SE. Sales department was great. Only gripe I have is that we didn't get down to my budget but I can swing the extra $20 a month. To make up for that, they gave me my next 3 oil changes free. I use Mobil 1, so they even paid for that. I can't complain!Thanks to Bob Rocco and all the great people at Toyota of Runnemede.BTW...Stay far, far away from Turnersville, unless you get a rush out of being treated like dirt!

After being ignored and leaving Toyota of Turnersville pretty pissed off, I went to Toyota of Runnemede to purchase some brake and suspension components for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter for my sister in laws 2006 Scion tC. As soon as I walked in, the parts guy greeted me like I was one of his buddies and was readily available to help me out. I needed a lot of stuff, but he worked with me patiently for 45 minutes, even helped me carry everything out to the car. They got my business for good. I spent $529 in there. I'll be purchasing a 2009 Camry in October and I'll be going there. As for Turnersville, they can stick it you know where.

Stay away, stay away, stay away. Price quoted was not the price told me in the finance office.This is why car dealerships have bad names. I didn't appreciate the perverted comments made about me by the general manager. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm not a serioud buyer.I bought my car at Toyota od Vineland.
