My 2011 Toyota RAV4 has a safety recall notice about rear outboard seat belts. After receive a notification from Toyota and follow this letter instruction, I called to Toyota of South Florida at Doral in order to make an appointment for this specific issue and they scheduled me on Monday October 10th, 8:30am. I lost this morning job and my time, when I arrived there they let me know these parts for this recall have not been received yet and I should keep calling to service department to know when these part are available. In my personal opinion a safety recall is a very important issue and Toyota must take more responsibility with this kind of problems (no the customer).My advise for all Toyota owner: "Avoid this Team" (Toyota of South Florida at Doral)Sol56

I walked into the dealership to have a closer look at a RAV4 which was one of the short listed car which I planned to lease. Within 2.5 hours I drove out of the dealership in my new RAV4. This was a stress free experience thanks to Mr. Rudy Ramirez who was the salesperson who was with me from start to finish. Later he helped me get the registration transferred and my insurance done.

Both salesmen who worked with us, Al and Israel, were helpful, professional, and straightforward. None of the haggling and pressuring that is too common at car dealerships. Even when we got to the financing it was smooth and pressure free, no last minute pressure to change anything agreed to and no exchanging of little notes with numbers. All was straightforward, pressure free, we got good deal, and everyone was happy. We are repeat customers and expect to be back with them when this new lease expires.

I had a very good negotiation process with Johnathan Alvarez from the Internet Department with Gretel his manager. It was a little longer buying process than I expected but I persevered.I do have to say that the time for ascertaining the value of my trade-in before final trade-in negotiation did take a lot longer than was necessary. It was almost 1 hour and 20 minutes.The time with the Finance Officer was a breeze since I already had my pre-approved credit union voucher in hand.Total time from Hello to Driving Off in my New Sienna [including the initial day for test drive and initial price negotiation was 1h:10m (1st day) plus 2h:30m (next day) ] for a total of 3 hours and 40 minutes. I don't know if this is good timing but I know that when I was younger, my negotiation process needed more training. I have bought four new cars previous to this Sienna and a least six private used car deals.I would like to recommend all whoever go to any car dealership, to research all they can about the price of the car model they are searching. An informed car buyer is better off when negotiating their final out-the-door price (TRUECAR.COM , EDMUNDS.COM, etc). If possible, go to your credit union, and get approved with a check in hand. I would still recommend working with Johnathan Alvarez from the Internet Dept

I haven't had to buy a car in 15 years. I have a 2001 Camry - still in great condition but my husband thought it was time for me to upgrade. I was afraid of walking in to a dealership (reputation of being "sharks") but I did my homework online of what I wanted. Our experience from the moment we entered the showroom to the time we picked up my 2016 4Runner. Jonathan Alvarez was our "internet" salesperson. Young, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He treated us like he had known us forever. I had expected to be at the dealership for 4 hours but surprisingly, we were out of there in 2. Jonathan has been a real pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We will recommend him to anyone we know is in the market for a Toyota. Thanks Jonathan!

I went to the dealer expecting to return my leased car, due to the fact that my credit was in a really bad condition. The first thing I notice was that the staff was extremely educated, helpful, and social. That I really appreciated because I felt right at home and comfortable being honest to them. They offer me drinks, coffee, and even food. When it came to the actual car process they really try to understand myself and my needs, and they were great at producing great results. The cars they showed me were my style, and they understood my financial needs. All I can say is that I walked out of the dealer with a beautiful new scion, and I couldn't be any happier. I love the dealer, the people, and their incredible customer service. I truly truly recommend this dealer to anyone interest in getting a great deal and customer service. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I am so happy therefore I felt compel to express my fondness in a review because it is well deserve. On another note they have beautiful cars. Just purchase a new 2015 Sienna van with all the possible equipment, the entire transaction took about 3,5 hrs from the beginning to end , the treatment, speed on the process was fantastic, after purchasing more than 20 cars in my life , this was the most pleasant experience, only one complain the cafeteria doesn't have lactose free milk , just a small detail.

I kept delaying my car purchase because buying a car can be such a painful experience. Armando Martinez is an excellent sales person. He listened to me and helped me choose the perfect car for me. I was able to buy a 2014 Jeep Patriot within my budget. From the second I walked into the dealer I felt at ease. I never felt pressured at all. I was out of the dealer within two hours and that's just because it took a bit to receive my proof of insurance from my broker. They sell insurance within the premises but I had my own and they never pressured me to choose one over the other. I had an extremely pleasant experience. I recommend this dealer to everyone. Go ask for Armando. You will not regret it. I also want to mention that Gretel is an amazing manager as well. She is there available within plain view and accessible to help and answer questions. Toyota of South Florida is the dealer to go. Thanks Armando and Gretel. I am enjoying my jeep very much.

Purchased another new vehicle from this dealership. I went in to this dealer just to see what my options were.I was treated with no pressure and straight foward answers, after visiting a couple of more places the numbers I had recieved the same ball park figures give or take a few bucks. When I went back to buy my new Corrola because of the way I was treated it was a quick, easy, and smooth process. I am very happy!!!!

Excellent professional service, friendly attendants upon entering the service area. Our salesman, Freder was friendly, professional and took the time to answered all our questions and willing to work out the price for the car I was looking a Toyota 4Runner. It was a great experience to buy a car from this dealership, I never once felt pressure into buying a vehicle nor did I feel like I was "just a number." After leaving a Toyota Dealer in Kendall very upset, due to treatment and price, I went to Toyota of South Florida with my guard up in pursuit of a new Prius v. I was pleasantly approached by Alex Corbo and he reassured me that not all dealers and salesman were the same. Well, he was right. This is a shark tank, very unprofessional sales team, one word today another tomorrow. They should be flipping burger instead of selling japanesse cars, the japanesse people do not deserve such representation in US. If you want to be treated like sh.. go to this place, if you value your money and be treated with respect go to Honda (very nice people), Hiunday (very pro client team) or somewhere else.They have not realized what a client represents for them, they need to improve their attitude, this is a selling business nor a torture or a burger business.

I will always have remember how bad I was treated at this dealership. I purchased a truck and gave my deposit. the next day I came back with a check from the bank and they sold my truck and tried to switch it for another "damaged used" truck even after I had sign the paper work with the orginals VIN on it. They kept me there for hours trying to get there shop department to fix/paint the damage door before I finally fond out what they were trying to do. I could have filed criminal charges against them but I was young at the time and just wanted my deposit back (which took a long time to get back from them). NEVER EVER BUY A TRUCK FROM THESE GUYS!

Bought a used 1998 Nissan Sentra with 30 guarantee from this dealer. On last day of guarantee, passenger side window stopped working. I brought it to the dealer for service. Manager told me I'd have to speak to original salesperson, but it was their day off. After insisting to get window fixed that day, manager called salesperson who arrived 2.5 hours later. Explained problem to salesperson who then left to consult with previous manager. He came back and offered to fix window at 25% discount for $400. Dealer never honored their guarantee. I will never buy from this dealer again.
