Our experience at Toyota of Tampa Bay was awesome. The salesman Dylan Matarazzo was so amazing. He made us feel as he really cared on making us happy truck owners. The patience he had with us was greatly appreciated. He made us feel at home and guided us to the best deal on a very hot Florida day. Life has been stressful with covid and Dylan made us feel relaxed and we left with a truck and a smile on our faces. Thanks again to Dylan Matarazzo at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Just left after five hours in waiting room for tire change and alignment appointment. Why did it take five hours? Because they had to take my car on a test drive. Makes sense. Finally got my car with technician’s trash still in my car. I probably wouldn’t be so mad if they communicated literally anything to me over those five hours. The only updates I received were two video messages from technicians, both which indicated that the service rep would “reach out shortly with more information.” The first video was unintelligible and sent after the first hour. The second was at the three hour mark and informed me that they were “wrapping up shortly.” At 3 1/2 hours I went to find the service rep, who told me he was only waiting on the technician to bring out my keys and I could be on my way. At four and a half hours, the service rep sent a form text indicating that my vehicle was ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes before my vehicle and keys actually showed up. Pros: - new tires (which I paid for) Cons: - no communication - waited forever - form communications which did not actually help but instead hurt the lack of communication - everyone you could see outside in the service dept. was unhelpful, standing around on phones Truthfully, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this dealership for service

I walked into Toyota of Tampa bay looking for an oil change, and a salesperson approached me about shopping a new car. I was driving an 08 Altima with 110k+ miles, bald tires, luke warm AC, with a 15.99% APR, The salesperson (Bob) helped me shop for a 2017 Camry for an APR of 5.35%, no money down and no payments for 45 days. The reduction in APR will actually SAVE me money in interest and the monthly payment is fractions higher than my previous payment so everybody won! I have terrible credit (very low 600s), but these professionals offered me a 1.9% APR in 12 months with ontime payments on my new purchase. Here I am, someone who thought I'd be underneath a super high APR due to poor credit, but these professionals rescued me from overpaying on an out of style vehicle and upgrading to a top of the line brand new Camry! I've never owned a NEW car and never thought that with my credit I would ever get a chance to drive a car that was "as is" but with Toyota of Tampa Bay, I found freedom for APR cruelty and now have a new car, with a low APR and the potential to go lower in 12 short months. Thank you Toyota of Tampa Bay! You have won a customer for life!

About 2 weeks ago I went to Toyota of Tampa Bay as I was shopping around for a new car. I told them I was looking to buy a car by the of this month (August). However they first tried to convince me to put zero down but that wouldn't work so then they told me to write a check for them to cash end of August and I would get the car right away (no need to wait till the end of August). My husband and I spent seriously 5 hours on Friday evening (6pm till 11pm). On Saturday morning around 11 am I went in to bring the post dated check. They did not accept my check because it was a pre-printed check by my bank that I went to pick up that same morning. According to Toyota the check wasn't good because it has no check number on it. We spent another 2 hours on Saturday going back and forth with them now wanting to take the car keys back from me. Eventually, because I made a big deal out of this and there were other customers shopping they told me to bring my check when I receive my checkbook in the mail. On the following Wednesday I went in to give them the check with a number on it. Again believe it or not I spent over 2 hours as they now tried to validate the check. I told them form the beginning that I would have my down payment at the end of the month so obviously there was no money in the account to validate the check. Again there was a big fuss about me keeping the car. Eventually the manager told me to take the car and bring a certified check as soon as I can. To my surprise I them receive an e-mail stating that I was supposed to bring the certified check either Friday last week or the past Monday. That was obviously not the deal. All by all I'm very very upset because Toyota is now acting as if I'm in default here. If you decide to go shop at Toyota of Tampa Bay be careful! They're like hotel California "You can always enter but you can never leave" They're like time share sellers. Be very very careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a new 2016 Toyota Tundra and the back bumper broke on its own (the bumper is only made of plastic without metal support). So I went to the dealer because my car has a guarantee, the dealer ordered the part and told me they would call me in 2-3 days. After 3 weeks I returned to ask why I hadn't been called and apparently the parts had come in 2 weeks ago and I never received a call. I got an appointment to put the part in. I showed up to the appointment on time, they got my truck and told me they would finish in 1 hour and call me afterwards. Then 2 hours later I returned and my truck was parked without the piece installed because they ran out of the piece and they never called me to tell me. I called the manager and he didn't have an answer to why I hadn't been called. He said they would install the piece tomorrow so let's hope that happens.

I took my 2012 RAV4 to the dealership for service. The service representative convinced me that I needed new tires. He not only changed the tires, he changed the oil to a higher cost product and added additional unnecessary charges. When the lease was up on the car, the Service Manager told me and the sales representative that he would give me a credit for $300 to cover my additional expenses. That is the only reason that I purchased the new car from this dealership. It has been six months and I still do not have the credit. Today, I was told that the Service Manager is no longer with the company and that there is no one at the dealership today that can authorize this credit. This is unacceptable customer service.

Found the car online. It was fairly represented in the add. When I got to the dealership I discovered that the dealer had replaced brake pads, done an alignment, tire balance and replace both cabin and air filters. All without increasing the asking price. None of these things were necessary to sell the vehicle. I believe the dealer really wanted to sell a worthy car. Tom Bolger in sales, and his manager, John Weicherding were exceptional. They even went as far as to call me on their day off to follow up on the delivery status of the car. The car had a clear protective "stone guard" film on the front hood and bumper area that was failing, and I requested it be removed. Kudos to the body shop's Matt Nolan who spent over 9 hour making that happen. A tough job for sure. Again this was done without a price increase! I am not a review writer, so for me to do this the service needed to be exceptional. I finish with two thoughts. First don't opt for the stone chip film. Secondly plan your visit to the dealership so as to avoid rush hr traffic, but do go, if you want fair and honest treatment.

As I am in need of a new car, I found myself doing my homework by shopping around and check out the deals on new and used cars. One of my stops was at Toyota of Tampa Bay, where I have to say, I felt comfortable enough to make my purchase there in the coming weeks. I was greeted by a gentleman Carlos Mandes. He was courteous, very professional and brutality honest which shows characteristic and proves that my decision when purchasing a car will be the right one!!! Johnny was honestly one of the most sincere employee I have encountered within my experience with large purchases. I was a bit apprehensive driving all the way from Winter Park to Tampa based on a few photos that I saw of a car I was more than willing to buy, but in the end I was so satisfied with the experience that it made everything about the car so worth it! Johnny made it all so amazingly memorable. He saw the needs I had for a specific ride and met them! He made sure I have an extra key (which I know these can be quite expensive sometimes) as well as car mats at each eat that were missing since my car that I was buying was used. I have already recommended this dealership to my sister who is also interested in buying a car quite similar to the one I found. Thank you Johnny for treating me and my father so well upon arrival and showing me that buying my very first car can be seamless and fully clear in understanding. They even washed and detailed my car before I left the lot and made sure I was safe with my headlights on for my drive back home.Johnny made any doubt in my mind go away. I had the best salesman. Could not ask for a better one. He took his time with us and negotiated a great deal. Then we went into the business office and got Rob Napolitano. That was a bad experience. He tried to pull a fast one on us. He would not give us 0 percent interest even though we had excellent credit We had bought another truck there two years ago and had no problem. He told us that we could pay it off in 30-45 days which was a lie and not have to pay anything extra but you have to pay seventy five dollars if you pay it off before 6 month. Then I talked to David Farnes. He is a manager. He straightened everything out for us which gave me confidence in the company. I will come back again and tell all my friends to go there

I had just been in a serious car accident for the first time in my life which totaled my corolla. To say things weren't great for me at the moment was an understatement. Kory Chase offered me a ride to the dealership as he understood how difficult it was to get there. Kory was very compasionate and honest from the door. Kory Chase strives to get me a fare deal and was extremely helpful and I felt safe... I honestly felt so comfortable and I knew I was getting the best deal, I had already done my homework and went to my bank... Needless to say but will; I received a much better deal with Toyota than my bank. I can say honestly I had over 1500 dollars dropped from the initial advertised cost and only 500 down bumper to bumper coverage, gap, lo-jack, tinted windows, free maintenance for 7 years and more... I honestly can't express any further just how satisfied I am and how professional and trust worthy Kory Chase is and all the staff I came in contact with were exceptionally kind!!!! I would recommend not to waste your time going elsewhere use Kory Chase for a sign and drive experience of a lifetime!!

I came into Toyota of Tampa Bay Friday to look at an SUV. I was greeted by Jim Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable with your product, and made it very easy to want to purchase a car from him. I had my son and mother with me, and he treated us all with the highest respect. He was very personable and made this process very smooth and effortless. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. I will always go back to Mr. Alex to purchase a car, and would recommend him to everyone. My husband and I dropped in on a Friday just to look at new cars and I couldn't make up my mind what I liked best. It got late so we made an appointment with the salesman to come back on Sunday at 11:30 to test drive a car and make a decision. He shook our hands and said he would see us on Sunday at 11:30. We came back on Sunday only to be told that it was John's day off. We told his boss that we had cancelled work to be there on Sunday. He said he could not tell us why John had made an appointment for us to come back on his day off. If this is how they train their salesmen in courtesy and customer service, then I don't want to buy anything from them ever.

Horrible Customer Service I am first time customer with Toyota. Today morning i went to Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher to get done the oil change which was scheduled. Then i went to a person with white uniforms. He told me to stay in the car for my turn. I waited in the car for like 10 minutes. Then i went back to them and told i came for an oil change, Then he gave me the same answer and i went back to the car and stayed there for another 15 minutes. Then one man came and asked how was everything. So overall there customer service is unbelievably bad. I have been to Mercedes and GM. dealerships for the same service with my other vehicles. But i never had such a bad experience. This not a good picture for brands like Toyota and Lexus

While shopping for a pre-owned minivan my husband and I visited all of the Toyota and Honda dealers in Tampa and the surrounding areas. Toyota of Tampa Bay by far had the worse customer service. The Salesmen are rude, the finance manager is more than rude. He actually ripped up our paper work an walked out. they did not attempt to accommodate us as customers in any way. The only thing that brought us there was the inventory.

This was the first time ever buying a car that I didn't have to spend all day waiting for paperwork or to get the actual car. As a first time car buyer I was definitely intimidated. Initially I went in for service on my old car, but it continued to have problems and wasn't safe to drive. After speaking with Farook he introduced me to Robert who found a vehicle on the lot that was perfect for what I needed! Just wanted to say how disappointed I am in your dealership. When I came into purchase a car from your dealership I was assured I could title it in Colorado tags as I was moving there in less than 30 days. Then when I put a $500.00 deposit down and was told it would be refunded when you locate a car and we complete the transaction. I already paid the $500.00 balance on my credit card and held a $0 balance, I was told I could not have it reimbursed as it has to go to the same credit card. I am in the process of moving and counted on the $500.00 upcoming and now I have to make other arraignments as your dealership mislead me again. They put the $500 as a down payment when I was told several times it would be reimbursed to me directly and never stated putting it back on the same card it was taken from. The night I came to trade in my car and to complete the transaction for my new 2015 Toyota Rav4 I was told by the representative that he would take off the wheel locks on my trade in and let me know the next day (Saturday) that if the wheel locks could be used on my new car. He also guaranteed to contact me to let me know of a transportation service that would ship my car to Colorado. I had to follow up a week later only to be told that my car had sold and they no longer have the wheel locks and provided me with the number but did not do anything he stated he would do. We have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership and we can guarantee never to return for a service or any other items with the way everything has been handled. I believe that the $500 should have been returned to me and the wheel locks regardless if they fitted my vehicle or not as they were not valued with my vehicle and I was told by the representative that he could contact me in regards to their status on the new vehicle. Once the transaction was complete the representative basically wiped his hands off and did not complete anything he stated he would do and completely mislead me.

Our experience with John Weicherding was outstanding. We traveled from Kissimmee, aproximately 75 miles to view a vehicle I found on line at the dearlership. John happened to be off the day we decided to view the vehicle and made time to meet us anyway. True dedication to getting the job done. The presentation was highly professional even though it was raining and we were viewing a convertable vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle and of course took it home. The vehicle was a pre-owned car that was 2 years old. The only flaw in the whole process was the detailing of the vehicle was far less than exceptable. I'm writing this two days after my purchase and still see a filthy rear window that is somewhat difficult to reach. This vehicle was a new arrival at the dealership but should have been detailed far better than it was. Like I stated before, it was raining when we purchased the car. John couldn't see the condition of the vehicle or he would have made sure everything would be right. Trust in your employees is vital. Toyota of Tampa - Do followup with your detail department. Had it been a clear day we probably would have decided to wait to buy the vehicle.

From first point of contact my Husband and I were impressed with Robert Castellano from Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher. The response to emails and phone calls was very fast. We had been to other dealerships that evening, by the time we got to Robert we were tired and almost ready to go home. Knowing we were coming and under time constraints, Robert had the car pulled up to the front door and was ready for us with a big smile. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy and took our time looking over the car before taking it for a test drive. Robert was courteous, professional and very informative, he knew the cars history. Enjoyed working with John Weicherding today toward the purchase of a used car. Maintained a friendly disposition and genuine interest in customer-oriented service, while still providing the space and privacy during the whole process. I personally appreciated his discretion provided to me and my husband during certain parts of the transaction. I filled out an app on the Toyota of Tampa Bay website, I received a call from them about a couple hours after wards. I spoke to Kamal who was a very nice gentleman, I told him up front what I had to spend, what I was looking for as far as price, payments I was comfortable making and my current credit status. Which was low, due to a bankruptcy that was discharged about 8 months ago. He assured me we could work something out, and to come in on Saturday. I went in on Saturday with what we discussed, and sure enough I drove off with a car. I drove in with a 2000 Camry and drove off the lot with a 2010 Corolla, wasn't my first choice but it still all worked in my favor.My payments ended up being 30 less than what I told them I was willing to pay. Not to mention I was therefor 4 hrs and anyone who's purchased a car knows it can take up to 8 hrs or more. My car came with a warranty and 2 free oils changes. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay to everyone.

I was really short on time and I wanted to get as much done over the phone as possible so I don't have to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I was able to get an appraisal on my trade, negotiated a price on my new RAV4, secured financing, and knew exactly what my monthly payment would be while sitting at my desk at home. I called several other dealers locally and I was told in many different ways that they couldn't help me that way, that I would HAVE TO go to the dealership to get any concrete information. So my wife and I decided to drive from Orlando to Toyota of Tampa Bay with our 2 children although we were a bit skeptical. When we got to the dealership we met with Internet sales manager, John Weicherding, who was very respectful of the fact that we were short on time. He knew his inventory very well and was able to guide us to our new car within minutes. We found that most of our paperwork was already filled out, we just needed to review and sign. Everything was exactly as discussed over the phone, NO SURPRISES. Completing our paper work in the Finance office was a breeze. The best car buying experience anyone could have had.

We drove over an hour to Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher to look at a used Toyota coupe that our son was interested in. Our son had called the internet salesman, Robert Castellano the previous day. The coupe was not available as it was just purchased, literally. Robert patiently showed us their used car lot. They had a great variety of used trucks, SUVs, coupes, hatchbacks, sedans, etc. We were able to find a certified Scion within our price range. We, including Robert, were able to secure a great price. We were so impressed that we decided to look at the new and used RAV4s. We test drove a certified 2014 RAV4 with only 15,000 miles and fell in love. It had everything that we had been looking for. So, Robert went to work again. He secured a great price for this transaction as well, including the trade-in offer. We left around 9:30 with TWO awesome cars! Robert stayed until we left. He checked in on us to make sure that the financing went well and transfer of vehicles was successful. Our son was not aware of our purchase. Needless to say, he was elated and has been showing off his new car to all of his friends. We love our RAV4! The best car buying experience ever! Pricilla was the sales agent who I dealt with and she was very professional. I did not feel pressured to buy, it was more of a "how can we help you" vibe. The facility is huge and there are so many vehicles to choose from too. The people were very welcoming and friendly. I am definitely recommending them to all my friends. Alan Brodsky made sure we were taken car of throughout the process. John Thompson was very helpful in reaching the price we sought, he especially helped us see the difference in 0% APR price we were seeking versus the price seeking our own lender or paying cash for the vehicle. We came prepared (including a certified price from our bank's car purchasing service as well as a best price from another Toyota dealer) and that helped . Mike Bryant was also helpful throughout the process, when we started leaning towards paying the car with our own financing and wanted a specific color (we were willing to take any color in the lot at 0%) he found the exact car we were looking for at another Toyota dealer. We started the day at another Toyota dealer and almost went back to them to get the color we were looking for, but the staff at Toyota of Tampa Bay showed us customer appreciation. We felt the staff were focused and invested in customer service which made us stay and they worked with us, not letting us leave until we were happy. They actually got the car we wanted from another Toyota dealer. Staff are focused on customer satisfaction. If you are considering buying or leasing a car ask for Alan Brodsky, he and his staff will take care of you. Alan came recommended by a friend, his staff worked with us to reach the price we were looking for. They not only matched and beat the price of another Toyota dealer, but also went and got the exact color we were looking for from another dealer.

Feb 2015, I was in dealership on a used car purchased from them back in 2011. I loved my car! Just paid it off, no less. $560.00 Payments for 3 years 3 months..... I was car broke! Although, my 2007 use Camry I purchased was flawless. That car was one of the best cars I've ever owned. It was NOT FOR SALE!!. When I entered the show room back on Feb 2 a young women named Daphon Baker walked over and said hello to me. Asking if I was in for service and I said yes as a matter of fact it's just a little light came on, no biggy. I love my car. Told her how I just paid it off and had huge payments. I was not willing to sell UNLESS she found me that "same car" just newer with the upgrades and 3.5 engine & color. I was SHOCKED with-in two days, she phoned me saying she found one and was going to have the dealership grab it for me to look at. She texted me photo's of the car and all the information. Like I said, I was NOT looking for another car, but wow, this was perfect. She went way out of her way for me. I end-up grabbing a 2012 SE Camry with just about 37K on it. One owner in mint condition, no smoking car to boot, even had a moon roof. I was thrilled, I went down the next day and bought it almost on the spot. I put the car on hold with a small deposit and a trade in. The following day we did the paperwork & remaining figures. I told Daphon Baker I didn't want huge payments again, around 125.00 a month. She got me at 132.00 a month with a good down payment. Hello 2012. I call her d'fine. Because Daphon Baker, did a FINE job! I will tell everyone how pleased I was with her service. I don't usually do reviews but the level of customer service I received here from Christine Rohde, my saleswoman, and Scott Wall in finance was something I never imagined from a car dealership. None of the aggressive, high pressure sales tactics you would expect Christine was both helpful and knowledgeable. She picked out the right vehicle for my son before I even stepped foot on the lot. Scott Wall in finance spent a great deal of time finding me the right program for the greatest deal and by far surpassed what I expected to pay. You have to check these folks out, they are great people and really care about their customers! 5 Stars!

My sales person was Robert Castellano, he was very nice and helpful.however there were some scratches on the trunk and paint blemishes on the hood that I was told would be removed and repaired. This was never done. The 2012 camry SE is very nice but I was given a 2014 manual which doesnt cover some of the things in my car. It was as though after the signing I was forgotten. When I took my car in for the tinting Joe Lopez was very nice and helpful. I will always call him for service.

I brought my 2012 Corolla from ShaTaeja Thomas and I absolutely love it!! I have purchased 4 cars in 6 years from by here pay here's and still had a hard time getting financed at the dealership. ShaTaeja took the time out to find me the right car with the right miles within the right yr and also something that I loved as well to meet the banks requirements. This was a 6 hr process but not once did I get the idea that I was wasting her time. We had lunch we laughed took several test drives bonded and I ended up with my NEWEST car EVER 25000 miles on a 2012 Corolla I would recommend Taeja and Robert my financed manager to anyone they where both AWESOME!!!!

First of all, let me say I'm beyond impressed with the service I received at Toyota of Tampa Bay when purchasing my Toyota 4Runner. John Weicherding took the car buying experience to a level I've never experienced. In addition to John Weicherding executing business on behalf of Toyota of Tampa Bay at a very high level, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities at the dealership. The sales and service facilities we're very modernized and clean, with a restaurant, theater and a great design overall ensuring good customer satisfaction. I was really impressed with the finance end of the interaction, the 40 pages of "car paperwork" was managed on a 32" flatscreen touchscreen like screen built into the financial analysts desk, and everything was saved onto a jump drive at the end. I walked away with a beautiful car, a jump drive with all the data related to the purchase and a great feeling I made the right decision. Thanks to John Weicherding and Toyota of Tampa Bay.

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, all certified used, and all of which were the Camry model. The last two that I purchased were the Solara/Camry model, both convertibles, a 2002 and a 2008. I recently met with Eyad Alaghawani, who was my salesperson with my recent purchase, and he was both very accommodating in getting my questions answered, and in showing me a few of the different models they had on site. He made the whole process more bearable. I ended up driving away with a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE, that day, and love my new purchase. The Finance Manager I worked with, Ammar, was also very helpful. I would highly recommend, Eyad, to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. He definitely made the car buying experience an enjoyable experience for me.

I was very disappointed in the service I received I was told I was approved but they tried to put me in a vehicle that was very horrible and a few years older then the one I'm I'm in I am in a 2009 which I was trying to trade and they tried to put me in a 2005 that smelled horrible and was In very poor shape I will not go back to them for nothing not even an oil change.

Deceiving sales practices. Not honoring what the offer over the phone and looking for excuses that do not exist. Hiding things from you and not giving copies of last agreement before finance, so you can corroborate it was done as offer.To me, that tells me, that they do not want me to find out if they change something. Also, not telling the customer everything they did to get to the final numbers, like using the extended remainder warranty of my old vehicle for a down payment without telling us.Not following any of my request over the phone and during the deal. Did not get $0% financing, the $0 down and the payment went like $61 hire than I want it. Never again! I was suppose to be a VIP client.

However this time it was not that bad. We were in the market for an exchange of our 2010 Sienna XLE for a 2014 XLE. At this dealership Mr. Bruno Constantinescu did an excellent job explaining the new features of the 2014 edition, which are many and some we forgot by the time we got home, too many to remember at our age, late 70's. So we have to study that fat owners manual. I wished Toyota printed manuals just for the model one buys . But then came the hated negotiation part. I had checked possible trade in value and fair price for the new car on the internet, and lo and behold Mr. Jon Maffei made it easier then expected. As a buyer you want the lowest price for the new car and the highest for the trade in, we settled on an amount close to what we had in mind. After all were very happy with the excellent service and the purchase of the 2014 Sienna XLE, it's a great car and a pleasure to drive.

This is my third time I have sent a review to Toyota of Tampa Bay.I feel people need to know that this dealership is a five star dealership and always will be.This is my second time I have purchased a truck from here.First I would like to say David Goldberg is the best service advisor in any dealership bar none.The second thing is mechanic Rob Privett is also the best.Rob always service and repairs my truck.David Goldberg knows I like to have one person I know, working on my vehicle.Rob always explains things on my truck that I can understand,and fixes it right the first time.Due to my disability I can't do the things I used to do.Having someone to repair things at my home and other things gets very expensive.I purchased a new Gator tag for the front of my truck, which Rob had to drill holes for it and didn't charge me for it.These are the things that show someone cares.If I had taken my truck anywhere else I would have had to pay to put it on.Thanks Rob! I would also like to thank service advisor Josh whom desk is next to David.Josh always ask me how I am feeling and wants to know the latest things going on with my rehab and the problems I am having from the last surgery.Josh isn't my advisor but always stops and talks to me or tells me to hang out while he finishes up with a customer just to see how I am feeling.You just don't get this from any other dealership.Thanks to you too Josh.Again I know your mechanics and service advisors are all nice,but I feel like they really care when they talk to me.David,Rob,and Josh,Toyota of Tampa Bay are very lucky to have you at there dealership.I have told all my friends that are either making a purchase of a new vehicle or need of repairs in which they are doing,agree this is the number one dealership Toyota has anywhere.Thanks for all you do for me and other customers!!!

I am very disappointed in the lack of service I received today. We drove over an hour to test drive the used orange Jeep Wrangler you have for sale. When the salesman turned the car on hundreds of ants flew out of the ac vents. We were told it would only be an hour or so for them to clean it. We went back about 2-3 hours later and it still was not done. That was at 1pm. I called at 3:20 and was put on hold for over ten minutes with no answer. We were very interested in purchasing that vehicle but since it is now 5:30 and we still haven't heard from you, consider it a lost sale. Thank you for nothing.

Extremely disappointed at the service I got today at this dealership. I brought my car at 5:30pm and I'm still waiting 8:50pm) for some basic maintenance. After 3 hrs I asked how much longer it will take and the person in charge told me another 20min, that "he can't ask the guys to finish in the timeframe he promised me first, that is taking them longer". Rude, extremely expensive and 4 hrs of my life wasted.

The sales experience and customer service was great! The only issue I had was a quote on a repair , however they did make it right and stuck to there original quote.
