We went to a couple of other dealerships and really felt like they were so pushy. I was ready to buy a Grand Cherokee, but if I'm spending over 40k I expect some service. We found it at Transitowne. Jake helped us and he couldn't have been more helpful. Took his time with us and just was really straightforward. We ended up buying the grand cherokee limited fully loaded. What an amazing car. Could have bought it anywhere but Jake really tipped the scales for us. He sets himself apart from other salesmen and made us really happy with our purchase. Thanks to everyone at transitowne. See you in a few years for another!

We are from Williamsville and were looking for a 4x4 after this past winter. We settled in on the Patriot and went to a few dealerships. We basically ended up buying from Jake because he was really honest and didn't push us onto anything. A lot of other dealers wanted us to buy RIGHT NOW but Jake really took his time with us. We were there for a while test driving and ended up buying that evening after we thought about it for a little. They also give 3 years of oil changes, so there's no arguing over how many coupons I can have with the purchase. Overall great experience and thanks again Jake.

I just bought a Jeep from Karl Dilcher at Transitowne today. Karl was very easy to work with and found me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. Overall, a very nice buying experience and I will be looking for Karl next time I'm in the market for a Jeep.

We went inti Transitowne of Williamsville looking for a used veichle. When we walked in to the dealership we were greeted with friendly smiles and hi how can we help you today. Jim Stevens took much time with us showing us a variety of different used veichles that we may have been interested in, we finally found a veichle that we liked. We then were afraid that we would not be able to get a loan feasible to fit into the parameters that we knew we could spend each month. Jim Stevens, the Financial Manager, was able to make this possibe for us and we drove off we our new-used veichle. Thank you Jim Stevens and Transitowne, for making this possible for us. What can I say, I followed the other reviewers and bought a car from Jake. He was honest and got us a really great deal. I am not usually one to follow online reviews, but I took a chance after some pretty bad experiences and I have to say Jake is the best guy they got. Really nice kid. I got a Durango!

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Mike Kelley, and I have to express how amazing he was! He paid attention to what I was looking for in my new vehicle and put me in something I LOVE! He was very polite and walked me through the steps of the car buying process. In the past, my car buying experience was terrible. I was talked at and forgotten about after I signed my name on the dotted line. Mike Kelley truly made my experience great. He has even called to touch base about the vehicle and to let me know if I ever needed anything or had any questions to give him a call. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to him when they buy their next vehicles!

Went in needing to get out of a car I had many problems with. Josh was a fantastic sales rep from beginning to end! He was great with communication and staying in touch during the process - which is the hardest thing I run into from car salesmen. Also was SUPER fast and knowledgeable about the car and the whole buying process. There was a tiny dent on my car that must have happened during shipping and he went above and beyond in helping me get this problem fixed ASAP. Super experience and Josh is the best!

First off I started coming to Tranist towne when I needed work done on my old car. Kevin is service was great! Put a lot of time, and effort into my car to make sure it was safe for me. Was very honest and up front! After having my car fixed up I decided it was time to trade it in. Travis Alessi helped me through the buying process and was great! He found me an awesome car that was a great fit for me and my daughter. He was extremely knowledgeable of the whole Jeep line. Would deffinetly refer everyone to him. While I was there picking up my new car I had my daughter with me, Kim( desk next to Travis) was playing with my daughter, got her balloons, coloring book. She was great with her and made the signing process so much more enjoyable!

Just picked up my new 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD...in cherry red to boot! Travis Alessi in Sales was really great to work with. Very accommodating in every aspect from finding what I wanted to answering all my questions to the handing over the keys with a detailed overview of the interior workings of my car! Love the car, the dealership/salesman, and cant wait to drive my car!!!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Transitowne. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was approached by a sales associate who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all facets of the buying process. Ive had a number of cars in the past and mixed reviews of previous cars and dealerships. Transitowne was the best overall buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend their dealership to any family or friends looking to purchase a new vehichle

I recently purchased a brand new Jeep from Transitowne in Williamsville! I had been looking for a while and wanted to make sure I decided on the right car, with the right options and at the right price. This process was a little outside the normal since I had not only 1 vehicle to trade in.. but 3! However, my sales consultant Stephen Webb, along with the entire team stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and also located my new car! I am very happy to recommend Stephen and the Transitowne dealership for anyone in the new or used car market. They are extremely helpful and made the process as smooth as possible from start to finish. Up until that point, my experience in shopping for a new car was fair at best. Yet, after I discovered Transitowne, I was very happy to find people willing to help me buy a carnot just someone trying to sell me one.. It was very refreshing and I would certainly not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a new 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I received a good price (better than a 2nd dealership with the same vehicle) and excellent value on my trade-in. The salesman, Travis Alessi, expertly guided me through the different options available and helped me find the best fit for my family and my price range. I felt like the financing process was not as transparent / well-explained as it could have been, and that I may have received a slightly better interest rate on my own had I pursued it. But the deal I received was still excellent.

I purchased a used vehicle from Transitowne originally because it was the type of truck I was looking for (a GM not a Dodge Ram) after some major issues with the vehicle and wanting to get rid of it I spoke to Doug who is the V.P. there, he noted his sympathy for the dissapointment of the vehicle I purchased and said if I wanted to come back in and take a look at a Dodge Ram that he would be more than willing to help and work on a deal for me. Thinking it was just another sales pitch I went in to see what they had to offer, when I got there Doug personally came over and talked with me making me feel not just like a number. I met with Travis in sales he showed me a truck that would fit my needs in a truck. Travis was very knowledgeable about the Ram line and did not have to keep running to "check" to find information out about the it. He even went above and beyond the call helping me get the added features in the truck (spray in bed liner, and remote start) and all for a very great price. All around excellent service from Travis in sales, even after shopping around at other dealers Transitowne had the best deal, all the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

My recent purchase of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Webb was the sales rep and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This my seventh Jeep vehicle, so I do have some experience with the brand and very satisfied with the performance and quality of the vehicle. Transitowne has been my primary dealership for service and new cars for ten years and I am completely satisfied with all of my dealings with them.

had my eye on a 2014 dodge dart gt for a while, however soon realized that there just isnt that many available in the area, less in the colors and options I wanted. I went to Transitowne on a whim really and by luck, was set up with salesperson Stephen Webb. He is very knowledgable and made me extremely comfortable. i did go to 3 other dealerships to see what they had to say, but the 1st ( Transitowne ) was the best from the start. Stephen gave me the most for my trade in and the lowest payment of all of them. futhermore he found the the exact car i wanted and brought it in from 300 miles away!! It seems in the past Ive always settled when buying a new car so it was refreshing having a salesperson go the extra mile to ensure I got everything I wanted. Stephen Webb and Transitowne have just earned a lifelong customer. Ive already recommended him to my friends, as I do to anyone reading this.

Bought a car there last summer, decided to give them some time before writing a review. Sales process was great. Travis worked with me to get payments where I wanted them and what I wanted on my trade-in and was incredibly friendly throughout the process. They even made sure not to put the front license plate bracket on the car before I picked it up, since I didn't want anyone drilling holes in the bumper. I've been taking it there for oil changes and any mentioning any other warranty-related item to them when I bring it in. I do wish that they had appointments so that my estimated weight time might be narrowed down a little, but I just show up early on a Saturday so that I'm one of the first cars to get in or drop it off for service. Their mechanic actually went through a bit of trouble to find a rattle that my car had, which turned out to be a heat shield near the exhaust that was pretty hard to find. My last trip there, though, they failed to find the noise in my suspension that I found in about 15 seconds after getting it on my friend's lift near my house (he's a mechanic, too). It's nothing terrible, just a little clunk that I'll get them to take care of the next time that it's in, but I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't found and taken care of the last time was there. Overall, a pretty good experience so far. Tough to believe that I actually have to say this, but they have excellent customer service, which has become pretty hard to find nowadays. I'll continue to come back to this dealership to do business unless anything major changes. I think that they're finished with their construction now, so they have a newly-renovated showroom and waiting area.

I came in last Saturday with a letter I had received for an offer on my Leased 2011 Jeep Liberty that was due up in 4 months. My intention was to see what the offer was worth and think things through since I had time before I really needed to look at getting another vehicle. 3 Hrs. later, I drove home in a brand new 2014 Jeep Compass. I could not be happier with the service I received from Ray Riordan. He found what I was looking for in a vehicle, made me an offer, I countered and we had a deal! I truly liked that we didn't have to go back and forth, round and round. No games, just quick to the point. In all my car buying experience, I have NEVER been able to walk out in under 3 hrs. Ray was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a Jeep. I LOVE my new Compass and looking forward to working with Ray 3 years from now when it's time for another new vehicle!

This was my first time working with the great people of transitowne. I have personally dealt with the other main Chrysler dealerships in the area and no one appreciated my business more and made me feel like i was part of the family like these guys. Chris Indovina was my salesman and he was a very down to earth relatable salesman that from the beginning seemed to have my best interest in mind. He took care of me from start to finish with friendly personable service. Ron Hess was my finance manager and he went above and beyond to ensure that i was happy with my trade and purchase... looking all over( even in a different state) to find my specific vehicle. These two men were a great team and my business will DEFINITELY come back to these men and this company. Thank you Transitowne!!!

In the past year, I've made two vehicle purchases at Transitowne Jeep of Williamsville. The first purchase was for a new Jeep. I'd done some research beforehand and knew what I really wanted. They had one on the lot and my sales rep, Max, went above and beyond to make certain my family ended up with the vehicle we wanted. When I asked for some optional accessories to be added into the deal, he was more than willing to make certain they happened. A few months later, I found myself looking for a reliable, used second vehicle. Without hesitation, I contacted Max at Transitowne and let him know that I thought they had a car in their inventory that was exactly what we wanted. Since it was on another lot, he made a phone call and asked a few questions for us and then made certain to get it to Williamsville for us so we could drive it. We asked for some minor service to be done as a part of the purchase and they were more than willing to make certain we were happy with the car. From start to finish on both occasions, my experience has Transitowne Jeep of Williamsville has been great. Max was always respectful and honest. Sure, he's selling cars to make money. That's his job. But he always made everyone in my family feel comfortable with our decision to buy our vehicles there. And he's checked in as the months have gone by to make certain we've remained satisfied. Our experiences with their financial officer were also overwhelmingly positivesomething that hasn't always been the case with past purchases at other locations. Overall, I'd encourage anyone to do a little research into what you want and whether they have one in the Transitowne inventory. Then, go see Max in Williamsville.

The purchase went off smooth and without a hitch, the salesman (Massimo) knew the vehicle front to back and top to bottom. He took the time even though the weather was poor to go through every control and option available to us ensuring all of our needs were met. I would recommend any and everybody in the market for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep go see him at Transitowne and you will understand what I'm talking about.

I did some research on the vehicle I was looking for. They had exactly what I wanted and then some. The body was great and the motor - lets face it, it was a beast (hemi). I started going through some things and was finding interior issues for what they were asking I felt should have been less. I open the drivers door, the side plastic piece for the seat fell off and revealed literally, duck tape holding the leather together. I pointed this out to the sales-kid and his response was something to the affect of the cover just goes back on. The leather seats in the front and second row had lots of stains. I told him this is what I want to spend out the door, tax title and tags. His response was ok. Did the haggle dance and came back with a price I thought was still a little high but was willing to do it. Then he says " plus plates and registration." I told him you know what out the door means right and you heard what I said to you? He goes yep but we can't pay your NYS reg fees. I walked out. I then got 4 phone calls within 20 minutes. The first two were to tell me they had just 2 appointments for someone to come look at it that afternoon. I told him you realize I appointments are one thing but I showed up and showed you $10k in cash.
