My experience working with Tri-City Auto was very good. They totally treated you like family, very friendly to work with, they even let me take it somewhere so I could have a mechanic check it over. So in my opinion they were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima from Tri City Auto Sales a few months ago and I must say the experience was just as previous reviews had outlined ... simple and satisfying! Great vehicles, courteous employees and an overall pleasure to work with. My Maxima did develop an issue starting shortly after my purchase and they took it in for inspection immediately. Although they were unable to identify the issue, they made it known that if a sensor or dash light identifies the problem, they are only a phone call away. I must say I feel more could have been done to rectify this issue, but I do understand that you can't blindly fix possible problem parts. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership as they are willing to work with you and treat you as a valued customer rather than a walking checkbook. 4/5 stars!

When we first saw the car online, we knew we would purchase it cause we were in need of a car that will do good for traveling. Read a couple of Reviews about the dealership and we went out there for ourselves. The couple were great to work with, easy and short; saved a lot of time! What was shocking to us is, they finance in older cars (not many dealerships does that).

Mike and Joe took care of my wife and me from the first moment we stepped onto the lot. We drove a bunch of cars and then settled on a really fine Sienna. We couldn't be happier with the car's condition or preparation. It had a couple of minor problems to begin with, but Joe and Mike took care of them no questions asked. 2007 Nissan Armada LE. I did my research and decided I wanted to buy a Nissan Armada. Plenty of room for the family and great towing ability. A search of the whole region helped me realize that the car I wanted with the options I wanted is actually pretty rare to find at a reasonable price. I had a hard time finding a dealer with ONE nice one, but these guys had two of them. Quick verification showed me that their pricing was below suggested retail and the information on their site had good detail and great pictures, so I contacted them by email to express interest. I couldn't get there for a week and they agreed to hold the vehicle, so I agreed to fill out the credit application to show my good faith. They approved me very quickly with a great and competitive interest rate, and we made an appointment for the next Saturday. I arrived to find the car ready to drive and in excellent condition. I was given a fair trade in especially considering the vehicle I traded in did need some repair and work. The whole signing paperwork event took a few minutes and off we went. Despite their best efforts, we did find a couple of things on the car, after we got home, that weren't 100%. This is where the service quality test begins. I live an hour and a half away, and didn't really want to drive all the way back... They did offer to fix the problems if I brought the car back, but as an alternate we discussed what it would cost to correct the problems, and I offered to fix the small issues myself if they helped with the cost. They mailed a check in the agreed amount promptly and I'm completely satisfied. All throughout they were easy to get in touch with and they were friendly. I am a high maintenance customer as I ask a lot of questions along the way, and they were fair and friendly the whole time. I will look there first next time I need a used car. No junk on the lot, and it's obvious they want to be known for nice quality cars. Thanks Mike and Joe. I'll be glad to refer folks your way when the opportunity arises.

Dealing with Joe and Mike at Tri City was an excellent experience. We bought a 2010 Toyota Rav4. The price and quality of the vehicles we looked at could compete with any dealership out there. Shortly after we bought the Rav4 we had an issue with the cd player. They promptly ordered a replacement and installed it free of charge. These are great people to work with. This will be the first place we look for our next vehicle.

I Bought a 2009 VW Jetta from tri city it was my first ever car purchase. I'm 19 and they worked with me and picking out the best bank to give me the best deal. They cleaned the car inside and out and made sure it was spotless when I picked it up. everyone in the office is very friendly. when looking at cars it was nice to not have someone trying to shove a car into your head. instead they let you take your time and space.

Joe and the rest of the Tri City team could not have been easier or more pleasant to work with. They were straight with us, never tried to be pushy or stall around wasting time. We have been buying cars almost FIFTY YEARS and most of the time drove away in our new vehicle feeling like we were taken advantage of. Not this time! I recently bought a 2007 Ford Focus with the help of Marty from Community First Credit Union. I looked at a lot of cars in my price range with high miles and not in very good shape. Marty suggested I go look at this car and it was exactly what I was looking for. Smaller car in good shape with good gas mileage and lower miles. I was told the people that ran this place were crooks, but I am so happy I went and found out differently. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable dealing with them. I love my car and would definitely go back!

Bought a 2004 Honda Accord, love the car but had problems with the radio from the start. Although they were very helpful and willing to pay for a new radio the one that was put in was not a replacement but put in a different place and did not fix the problem. I have not gone back to complain but will fix it myself I guess. All in all was a good buying experience

I bought a 06 Scion TC from Tri City. Im 21 Years old and this was my first time buying a car from a dealer. The guys at Tri City are amazing, and they explained everything about the car to me and was able to work on the price of the vehicle with me. Didn't plan on buying a car but Mike and Joe's selection was great and the all the cars we looked at were very nice. We ended up buying a 2010 Nissan Murano that my wife just loves. We recently took it to our mechanic to have the oil changed (I'm a little picky about that) and my mechanic commented several times about how mechanically sound and clean the car was. I was looking for a used Colorado and found one on the internet at this dealer. Test drove 2 times and they were super friendly and made sure that all the truck info was available for me. They were very cordial and fair when we starting the price negotiations. After agreeing on a purchase price they helped me arrange to have a cover and towing package on. They even took my old beater truck in trade (no other dealer wanted it). After a few weeks had a issue with a low tire and they got it in right away and took care of it. Very easy to work with. Thanks to Tri city, I bought my first vehicle through them. They made it easy and fun! They also didn't let the car sell under me because I had to travel to come test drive it and timing with work and what not didn't work out. Also, mike (who sold me my car) was so nice. He took care of my car and me. There were a few repairs the car needed afterwards when I bought it and he took care of them all! He was a great person to work with and I wouldn't have bought my car anywhere else because they made me feel important. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly as well. Love my car too!

They were much more interested is selling the Leafs (Leaves?) than any other dealerships I've found. Their knowledge of the electric car was better than other locations as well, but still not as knowledgeable as most dealerships are on gas cars. They were otherwise more pleasant to deal with than any other dealership I've bought from.

I had been shopping for a decent used vehicle for about 4 months. Most of my shopping was online shopping to see and compare pricing prior to going to the lot and talking face to face. We all know how that can go. I was interested in a couple of vehicles that were listed on their website and decided to take a drive and look first hand at them. All their vehicles on the lot were in really good shape for used cars. I arrived at Tri City about 30- minutes prior to them closing and spoke to Joe. He was perfectly fine with me taking a couple of cars out for a test drive and didn't mind staying there past open hours. After taking a couple out, he even took me around the lot to show me some other vehicles that needed to get detailed prior to listing if I was to be interested in those as well. Joe was very understanding of what it was that I was in the market for. I decided on the 2004 Mazda 6 Manual. It was in good shape and fit the most for my budget. Joe said he can hold it and have Mike draft up the paperwork and contact me in the morning the next day. Mike contacted me right away in the morning and worked out a plan through e-mail and I was able to go back down there that afternoon and drive away with the vehicle. It has been 6 months now since I purchased the vehicle and it is running great yet. I would highly recommend Joe and Mike and Nicole for used vehicles. I would definitely come back to them for the next purchase as they are extremely nice to work with and very personable to work with.

I bought a 2010 Kia Rio from Tri City. I'm only 19 and this was my first time buying a car from a dealer. I was a little scared and worried about the whole process. We have been looking for this particular car for a couple months,we wanted the Nissan Murano but we wanted a good deal to go with it. Many, many dealerships and a few headaches later we found this little GEM! We are so, so happy with this dealership, we will no longer will go anywhere else for a car. We feel we can call them anytime and they will help us with whatever we are looking for and get a no hassle deal for us. We buy a car ever 2 years and now we don't have to shop around just call JOE! Joe was a no pressure, easy going, nice guy. He was not the salesman type, he gave us a few days even to talk about it and get back to him and he didn't bother us at all. Actually, he was so understanding with us and our SAAB trade in mess and held the car for us until we had our situation figured out.The Carfax and price was right on the car and the price was better than any deal we had seen and we had been looking awhile. When we finally decided to purhcase, we wired over the money that morning and it was ready with the plates that afternoon! Clean, nice place and clean great cars!! Thanks JOE and staff!!!

We bought my son's first car from Tri City Auto. I found them online and really liked they listed the Carfax info on their site. I picked out a car and went to the dealership. Joe and Mike were really nice, did not pressure me, and let us drive the car on multiple days. They made the process really easy, compared to cars I've bought in the past. They even had license plates so my son could drive the car off the lot. I will be going to them for my future car needs. Highly recommended.

Was in the market for a run around car and happen to drive by on the way home from work one day. After looking at a couple cars I settled on one to try out, Joe was easy to talk to and accommodating to my work schedule for trying the vehicle out. After a few test drives I decided to buy from Tri City , saving me a trip down to Milwaukee. The car runs great and we were able to settle on a price I thought was fair to me and them. Will most definetly be returning in the future for another car. Tri City was easy to work with, Joe and Mike are genuine nice honest guys.

I recently purchased a 2003 Chev Silverado from Mike at Tri City. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from them. As usual I'm very impressed with both my purchase and the quality of service I have received. I had a trade which wasn't in the best of shape, but Mike and Joe gave me a fair amount and the deal went smooth. I had a small problem after a couple of days and they did the repairs with no hassle. Very reasonably priced vehicles. Was an easy process. They handled everything, I just took care of my part with my bank and they did the rest.Salesman were not pushy or persistent like most dealerships! They were very helpful in finding my every need in my vehicle selection. They reassured me that if there was any problems to come back and they would do what ever they can to resolve any issues. When I first became aware of Tri City I was leery as the reviews were almost too good to be true. When I found my F150 Joe from Tri City was very honest that they were new to the truck market. When we arrived at the dealership they had the truck freshly washed and inside the smokey shop waiting for my family and I. With a growing family I needed to get out of my sport trac and into a full size F150 so we negotiated and agreed on trade and price everything went smooth on that end, very easy and painless. About three weeks after getting the truck the steering became very tight and the truck began to run really rough. When I had looked at the truck at the dealership I was told that they had gone through it very well and found nothing wrong with it. I proceeded to change the oil and inspect the filters, I found that there was an oil filter that is sized for a 4 cylinder engine on the truck and the oil was black, the air filter was plugged up and the fuel delivery system was causing a check engine code so I changed the fuel filter. I took it to the Ford dealership to have an open recall taken care of and go through the steering and check the codes for the rough engine. It was found that I had a misfire on cylinders 3 & 4 and the steering shaft was binding which was causing the tightness. I notified Joe at Tri City and he asked me to bring the truck to them and they would address the issues. They gave us a loaner vehicle and at NO COST to me they swapped all eight spark plugs, and replaced the steering shaft. Anyone that has dealt with a Ford 5.4 knows spark plugs on this motor are not an easy task. When we picked up the truck they were friendly and said they hoped that they did not see us again until we purchased our next vehicle. Since getting the truck back I have had mixed results with performance the truck is sluggish, it's burning about a quart of oil per tank of gas, and the alternator went out on it just recently. The truck sounds like the cam phaser or timing chain is knocking and with the recent snow storm I found it does not shift into 4x4 low. I've had issue after issue that some I feel should have been addressed prior to my purchase. I am left with the feeling of do I continue to go back to the Tri City for these problems or move on as I did buy a used vehicle.

I was looking for a used vehicle and I have always wanted a Toyota Siena. Me and my fiance just by chanced pulled in to this dealer to see what they had. They had a 2011 Toyota Siena very reasonably priced compared to other ones I looked at. The cleanliness of the vehicle was also amazing. We took it for a test drive and decided this was the one for us. The owners made the process so easy I never have had service this good. Tri-City Auto was recommended to me by a friend who had a very good buying experience of his Subaru. Even when the headlight burnt out a week after he bought it, Tri-City replaced it for free no questions asked. I was surprised to find all of the well favored reviews online, it left me skeptical. Needless to say, Mike and the team at Tri-City Auto live up to their reputation, period. The selection on the lot feels clean and "hand-picked". Mike's patient, no pressure sales made test driving and asking questions comfortable. Because of their quality inventory, it's more important they see you get the car you value and enjoy rather than forcing a vehicle on you. The car fax is on the dash of each car and available for review and discussion, including their vehicle maintenance records, which they can produce documentation for. I purchased a 2005 Acura TL and am very pleased so far with the price/value. I worked with Mike for financing as well to get the terms and percentage I sought after. He was able to come through when my credit union could not.

Mike & Joe were great salesman. They knew a lot of information about the cars they were selling. Additionally, they were very respectful throughout the process of finding a car for us. They willingly handed over the CarFax on the cars we looked at, as well as answered any questions we had along the way. We initially began our search for a used car for our son using cars.com. After located a few that we were interested in, we pulled up the reviews of the dealerships listed by past customers. We were truly impressed by what the customers of Tri-City Auto had to say about the dealership - so we decided to check them out. We arrived there, were greeted by Mike and he was able to give us a lot of detailed information about the cars we were interested in. We test drove a couple, and then made our decision on an 07 Honda Civic. Mike facilitated the sale that day, and we were able to drive off the lot with the car of our choice. We were shopping online for a specific minivan and happened to come across a Toyota Sienna available within our price range. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us if by chance someone else was interested in the vehicle a couple of days before we got to even test drive it, we would have been informed. I spent the day at 4 dealers looking for the car I wanted. I wound up at Tri City Auto as the last place. I found the car I wanted and it was a year newer than I was looking for. The price was more than fair. Joe and Mike had gone through the car with their check list to make sure everything was running as it should be. They also told me that if I had any problems to bring it back in and they would make it right. Wow, my wife and I stopped by and were there for 45 minutes and no one came out to assist us with the questions that we had. We finally went to the gentleman sitting in the lawn chair, basking in the sun, and asked if he worked there. His reply was that he owned the place. We asked him 5 questions about vehicles on his lot and received 2 responses. We were told on the other 3 questions to research it on the internet. Our conversations went downhill from there. He was the most rude salesman that we have ever met. Customer service is not priority 1 here.

Being a first time car buyer I had searched and searched for a car, I was actually getting disappointed because I couldn't find a dealer who I could trust and know that they weren't just seeing the dollar signs. I walked into Tri City Auto, looking at a car I had seen from the road. I had asked to test drive it and fell right in love. Mike was a huge help and answered any questions I had. I had to bring my dad back to look at it because I don't know much about cars! My dad also fell in love with the car! I then purchased my 2009 Ford Focus and haven't had one problem since. I drove up from Chicago because Tri City had a particular car that I wanted. Before I drove up, I looked at the reviews on Cars.com and they were overwhelming positive. After inspecting the vehicle, we found out that the car had a few small issues and Joe and Steve immediately agreed to take care of them. Throughout the entire process Joe and Steve were amazing to work with. As I was driving back to Chicago, the check engine light on the vehicle came back on. Joe and Steve instructed me to take the car to my local repair shop of choice to diagnose and repair. Tri City went above and beyond anything I could ever expect to correct the issue. Made day trip to buy used car for my daughter. Found tri-city online and saw 2-3 cars my daughter would be interested in at price I wanted to pay. test drove the 3 cars and each one was excellent for the price. went to 4 other dealerships same day with similiar cars and prices and quality of cars at other places did not compare to tri-city. My daughter (almost 16) was even suprised at how much nicer these cars were compared to others we looked at with similiar prices and mileage. Tri-city was first place we stopped and went back 6 hrs later and 7-8 cars later and bought car that day. Very nice guys and easy to do business with.

I have always hated the car purchasing process. Not anymore. Tri City Auto allowed for a very pleasant, non pushy process. Their vehicles, at least the ones I test drove, were spotless. They were willing to help out in any way, and it was quite refreshing. I went there basically knowing what I wanted, and they never tried to sell me "something else". This was unlike any other auto dealers I had been too, and would recommend Tri City Auto to any of my family and friends, who would be looking for a used vehicle. Also they have a very nice selection of a little harder to find vehicles. Anyway, all in all, one excellent auto buying experience.

I had been searching for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac online for months, and found the best deal at Tri City Auto. I spoke with Mike on the phone, he was very honest and up-front about some minor issues, we worked out a deal, and I purchased it before making the 90 mile trip to see it. I was extremely pleased when I arrived to pick it up, and drove it home in a snow storm with no worries. After driving it for 30 days, I am even happier now than the day I picked it up. After driving my car for over six years she finally decided to give out and I can honestly say I was sad to see her go. The man who helped me knew that after having a car for so long that buying a new car to replace it was not an easy thing to do. I bought a car last summer from Tri-City Auto Sales and the experience was nothing short of excellent! I was in need of car pretty urgently since my vehicle at the time needed repairs. This was my first time buying a car and Mike was extremely helpful and genuine with guiding me through the process. He took my trade in car at a very fair price and even met me halfway to make the sale since I wasn't comfortable driving my vehicle the 2 hours to Appleton from MKE. I went from driving an automatic to a manual with very little experience but Mike very graciously took time to teach me the basics in the parking lot before I made the drive home! Tri-City treats you like family and that's a rare thing to find anymore. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a mechanically sound, excellent condition used vehicle. I'm very happy with my 2003 Ford Focus wagon I bought at Tri City. They priced it very close to BlueBook price, and gave me a fair price for my old truck. I've had it for one month now and no problems whatsoever. The car is 11 years old but looks brand new. It starts good, runs good, has plenty of power, has good traction in snow. I would definitely recommend Tri City to anyone looking for a car.

I had an amazing experience with Tri City Auto Sales..especially Mike. I called Mike on the phone and asked about there Beetle and Mike was so wonderful and took the time on the phone to answer all my questions that I had. After hearing everything Mike had to say about the vehicle...I just had to have it. There was a bit of a problem though...I lived in Michigan and the only way over was on a fairy that came into Manitowoc. Mike was so gracious that he brought the car to Manitowoc to meet me at the fairy place. I've never had a car experience like this ever!!! Thank you very much Mike!!

On Oct. 4 I drove from the Stevens Point area (around 50 miles) to purchase a Prius that Tri City Auto Sales was advertising. The car was in great condition, exactly as pictured and advertised. Steve (and other staff) was very easy to work with, no pressure and answered all my questions. The car was reasonably priced and my trade-in allowance was fair. We found Tri-City Auto Sales online when looking for a used Toyota. We wanted a one owner Corolla because of their reputation for good gas mileage and being a high quality car. After calling Joe and getting his invitation to come and see, we decided to make the trip - and we are so glad we did. When we arrived, we were shown the car we saw online. Great car buying experience, no haggling vehicles are priced right. Customer service is exceptional, I brought my vehicle back for repair after a month for my air conditioning, and they fixed it right away at no cost to me, and gave me a vehicle to drive while it was being repaired. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I just want to thank Tri City Auto for a great buying experience. I purchased a 2003 Honda CRV from them about a month ago and the vehicle is just awesome. Mike was so helpful to me and my mother. Before going to Tri City Auto we went to a few other dealers and it was just terrible. Mike went above and beyond in helping us even setting me up most importantly with the financing at the Credit Union they do there business with. Mike even helped me by driving my car home because I had no other way to get it home at the time....not many dealers would do that. I encourage everyone to go to Tri City Auto...you surely won't be disappointed!

We purchased a vehicle and paid a little more than blue book because they had gone through the car and fixed what needed fixing. They were willing to show us the the paperwork of what was repaired. Ended up having a couple of problems with the some of what they had repaired. We called them and they stood behind the car and fixed the car without questions. Open and honest. Would I purchase a car from them again, you bet. Carfax readily available as well.

I like the cars at this auto dealer place but no offense, this auto shop are asking way too much for their cars. Most of the price of the cars that this shop posted up for sale are not even worth the prices they're asking. You can actually find similar cars that are more affordable. I don't recommend this place to anyone whose looking for a great price. Only stupid people will buy expensive cars that aren't worth it.

We recently bought a Scion xA from Tri City Auto. After looking for MONTHS for a car, we finally found this dealership. They had a GREAT selection of cars to choose from, but we already had our eyes set on the scion. Everyone made you feel really comfortable and didn't push you into buying anything you didn't want to. Tri City Auto Sales made my first car buying experience go from really terrible to AMAZING! They were extremely helpful, patient, and overall great salesmen. Mike answered my many questions about the vehicle I ended up purchasing and even went as far as meeting me in Fon du Lac to make the sale since I didn't feel comfortable driving my trade in vehicle the 2 hours to Appleton from Milwaukee. I went from driving an automatic to a manual car and Mike was so helpful in giving me some tips and practice with the car before parting ways. Not to mention most importantly I got my 2004 Acura RSX for an amazing price considering it's a hard car to come by with low miles. I cannot say enough how easy and helpful my experience was with these guys and would recommend them to anyone buying a used vehicle. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Tri City Auto Sales aquires very good vehicles with excellant histories. Seems they're really particular about that. I am very happy with my 2007 Toyota Prius Hybrid I purchased from them. What else I liked was how closely they worked with my Credit Union, and the C.U.'s representatives. Also, I'm not worried about my near future if there's an issue with the vehicle, for Mike and Joe really have a great local reputation for standing behind their vehicles. I had no idea how to even start this vehicle (our first hybrid) for our road test and it was cool that Juan (from their back shop) helped us, drove 1st, and rode with us in case we had any issues or questions! All this meant a lot to us, and resulted in us clinching an easy sale. The car gets phenomenal gas mileage, and can't say enough good about Tri City Auto of Menasha. Thanks again!!

I needed to purchase a used car unexpectedly and quickly. Buying a used car is stressful to begin with but thankfully I happened upon Tri City Auto Sales. Ive bought about 6 different cars from different dealers in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Joe was very patient and helpful, and there was no pressure. I feel extremely confident that I bought a quality vehicle for a good price. Tri City is a smaller car dealer with a small building that isn't fancy but don't let that fool you, its an A dealer (I don't want to pay extra on my car for a fancy showroom like some other dealer in the area anyway). I'm not sure exactly how long they have been there but it's been long time; I grew up in the area, they wouldn't be able to stay in business selling crap used cars. Thank You

We bought a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring. We were desperate to get a vehicle that could fit our family of four comfortably, be a reliable vehicle for our newest needs and save us some pain at the pump and a payment we could afford (we had not had a car payment in 8 years and were leery of what and where to buy). We shopped around and found nothing but pushy salesmen trying to get us to buy something we didn't want at a price we didn't want to afford. After going back to the drawing board, we stumbled upon Tri-City Auto in Menasha with a car we were interested in. After calling and speaking with Mike (Co-owner) about our situation and what we were looking for, we set an appointment to se the car. We were thrilled, loved their honest approach, no pushing us into trying other more expensive cars, let us drive it and take our time looking it over. They followed up by stating they would take good care of any and all service needs at a fantastic price, and they repaired the few things that didn't work at no cost, after we bought the car. These guys are family men out doing a great service to our community, by finding quality cars and selling them to us at affordable prices. They were even kind with the pricing on our trade in. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant. I was looking for a Honda Civic, as I like what I read about its ranks on safety, reliability, and gas mileage. They had one advertised, so I went to check it out. Jim answered all my questions, and the key was that he was so "not-pressure". He didn't try to push a sale on that vehicle, or any other. I liked that, I liked the car, and I liked the test drive. Within an hour he was doing the paperwork for me. Hope I don't have to find out about their quality of repair....

Email the dealer about a car on Friday and five day's latter, still have not hear from them. Drove 50 mile to the dealership to find out about what I had email them about a car, and was on the lot for 20 minutes and never seen a sales person to ask a question. I wonder what happens after you buy from them and need some service.

Saw a vehicle that I really liked on their lot. Went in to test drive. Owners were really "laid back". Definately no pressure. Let me test drive it. Went back a few days later and bought it. Again, absolutely no pressure. Did'nt even ask for my name or phone no on my initial visit. I thought that was odd. But refreshing. Vehicle is 3 weeks old and running great. Very happy with experience.

Bought a Ford Focus 2003 ZX5 first time. Second time bought a VW Golf 2004. Both times the guys were helpful and gave me some tips to keep the cars in running condition also two weeks after i bought the VW and one of the headlights burnt out they replaced it for FREE and cleaned up the headlight casing.
