The magnitude of honesty and professional service at unique auto import is the more the than satisfactory. with my bad credit repos on my credit i was turned down for auto loan every dealership i applied. Unique auto approve me with the lowest monthly payment i have seen for a very low mileage 2015 sonata with factory warranty could not believe it.They realy mean business when they say we finance everybody..this is my best ever car buying experience..

Carl was an absolute gem! Drove onto the lot and from the opening greeting and a smile i knew i was in for a wonderful car buying experience. Carl was very knowledgeable about all of the various vehicles on the lot. Very honest and straight forward from the beginning. Carl worked closely with his financial advisers and got me the best deal to not just get a car but prepared me for my future as well. I've never been more satisfied at a car dealer than my trip to Unique Auto Imports. I regret I'll never get those hours of my life back that I spent at other dealers just to be presented with some outrageous monthly payment or no car at all. Every minute spent getting that Honda Civic was worth it. Its taken longer to install cable than get that car. Vincent was the most accommodating sales rep ever. Ace is a straight shooter. No beating around the bush and they delivered. Thanks to the whole Team.

We were told we were approved for financing, but after having the bank contact us and have a phone interview, we were told by the dealership that my husband needed to lie and tell the bank that he was re enlisting with the military, when he isn't. We told the dealership from the beginning that is in the military now, but will be getting out next month. When we told the manager that we didn't not feel comfortable lying, he said just say it so the financing could go through. I then called the financing company and they told us that the financing has already been cancelled and sent back to the dealership. So my husband and i called the dealership back to tell them what the finance (bank) company told us and he said no, you are approved and if this doesn't work out, we have plenty of other banks and just tell them that you are re enlisting. He said normally they don't ask that, so he was trying to find a way around it by talking to the bank's managers. When i called the manager of the dealership (john) back, i asked straight up, would we received our initial down payment back because of this, he said yes, i then asked will their be any stipulations to it that i need to know, so i can be prepared just in case because i know we signed a contract, but was fraud. He said no there will be no stipulations occurring on you. I said OK because we want to bring the car back then. I then again asked him, will we get all of our down payment back, and his exact words were yea sure. When we returned the car, they showed us the break down and charged a cancellation fee. He said because you don't want the car this is the fee. I explained the the rep that deals with the paperwork, your dealership was asking us to lie to a financial company with is one unethical and two fraud. This is a huge liability that would leave us in the wrong if agreed to do it and we would committing fraud if we had done that. Now i'm being told from that dealership that it was the bank that was lying to us. Im just complete fed up with the way everything has gone. We missed out on leaving for our vacation for the planned time because we are having to wait 5 day (until Monday) to talk to a general manager. I don't understand how our money can be easily taken, but not done in return that way. I also contacted a manager above the manager on site but below the general manager, and when i told him the situation, he also said he couldn't make that derision, so then he told i will be waiting until Monday to talk to the one person who can make that decision, i said okay, i want to make sure that we are actually able to talk to this person on Monday because now we are having to cancel our vacation leave date. He said yes he will be there, so then i ask for the general manager's name he says Alex, i then asked what is his last name he says K. I said is that K, as in Kay or are you just giving me an initial, he says K, as in KAY why. I said okay, the i proceeded to ask, what is Alex Kay's official title, he then says well you are asking a lot of questions. I was appalled when he said this, i told well sir, we were asked to lie, then told so many different things from different people, so of course i am asking a lot of question because i want real, honest answers. That shocked me that he would even say that. Needless to say, he gave me the title and then we hung up. I am just incredibly upset that this has occurred and it makes me look at this business in a bad light. Though, Langston was very nice and tried to do what he could, and was the one person who actually listened to us and understood, without cutting us off, and giving different answers to the same questions, we still are very uneasy, and totally uncomfortable with doing any deal because of this mishap. I just purchased my dream car from the guys at Unique Auto Imports. The car was nicer than I could have expected.and Bola has a lot of knowledge about cars. This was by far my best buying experience and a great deal on a hard to find car. The business was clean and Abdul and Bola were very friendly and made this process very smooth and stress free. I wanted to take some time out of my busy schedule to thank you for the excellent customer service that you demonstrated during the purchase of my Mercedes S550. Bola went above & beyond to make certain that all of my needs were met and that I was fully satisfied with the purchase. The car only came with one key and Bola promised that in a week I will have it, at no extra charge. Myself I've been driving Mercedes for the past 20years so I know a key will run about $350 and as promised Bola delivered the key all the way to Washington D.C. As a customer who had a ton of questions, it was quite refreshing to interact with a sales executive such as yourself who was well versed on the vehicle and who also was eager to answer all of my questions. The car was spotless it was free of any cosmetic damage or engine repairs. Purchasing my Mercedes from this dealership has totally changed my view of used car sales. I was refereed to Unique Auto Import by a close friend, i didnt know what to make of it at first until i actually got there. Unique Auto Import is located in Dumfries. Right when i got to Unique Auto Import i was greeted immediately but Mr. Bola. He had the biggest smile on his face which made me feel really welcome. He asked me if i wanted anything to eat or drink before we even began talking about cars, anyways as we walked in i noticed how professional their office was compared to the other 5 dealerships i went to, everyone seemed to be really nice and fun, everyone was having a good time talking about sports and just laughing and making jokes, i loved it. usually when you go to a dealer everyone looks like they hate their job. Bola didnt seem like he wanted to just make a sale off me, he asked me about where im from, my family, pretty much everything, It made me trust him as a salesman. Every salesman needs to get a notepad and take notes from bola. He was exceptional. Anyways i went in looking for a 2010 S550 and boy was i surprised when i saw 15+ Sclass's. They have a beautiful lot. Probably a million dollar lot. i ended up buying a white 2011 S550 for the best offer. I couldnt believe it. Not once did i feel like i was being forced to buy a car. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Unique Auto Import to anyone looking for a nice luxury car. The atmpsphere was amazing, i cant stress it enough. I am so happy i went to Unique! My Wifes bday is a couple months away and i know where ill be going to get her car thanks to Bola and the Unique Auto Import family! i give this dealership a 10star out of 5. Negotiated a deal for an auto they had advertised on line. Went later to pick up the vehicle and they refused to honor their agreement. Said they were losing money on the car. From what I observed, they have little (or no) management controls and are not trustworthy. I would never recommend this dealership!

The first time we purchased a vehicle from the dealership was 5 years ago. At that time it was a good experience. They keep clean reliable vehicles on their lot. The staff is easy to work with and they make you feel very comfortable. You feel like most of the staff is family and that they will work with you and talk with you to make you feel good about your shopping experience. The most recent vehicle that we purchased was on April 19, 2014, I am glad that we made the trip from Louisa County to their shop in Dumfries. This dealership require a complete process and management OVERHAUL!! The sales manager asked me for money before negotiating a price for the vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that I needed have money down before determining whether I qualified to purchase a vehicle. I was told that I would be required to put down money before any process would begin. After driving over an hour to the location, I asked the manager to at least give me the courtesy to run my information before placing judgement on my financial position. After almost an half hour waiting for an available computer, it was determined that I qualified for the vehicle with NO money down, to include tax and tags and a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. I informed the sales manager that this was not the vehicle for me and proceeded to my vehicle and left the dealership. The finance manager called me a few days later to explain why I was treated so poorly. In a nutshell, he told me that 50% of their patrons fall into the bad credit, slow payment category. They tend to treat all who come to their lot the same and I "strangely" did not fall into that category. WOW!! No apology ... Only justification. I told the finance manager that this should serve as a "lesson learned" situation. If you treat all of your patrons with respect, you would not have lost a $35,000 Sale from me ...

I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning from upstate NY expecting to pickup my used S550 sport sedan that I had previously contracted to buy. The car was ready but it was a S550 luxury sedan, my mistake. Walter calmly said that it was no problem and helped me find, from their big inventory, a S550 sport sedan that I wanted. While the car was being prepared, Langston diligently went over the car's features and I was able to catch the auto train in Lorton, Va. for Florida. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I walk in to check out the inventory one day with a specific car in mind. I saw that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but less than 4 days later I get a call from Bola telling me they have the exact car I want and it was carfax certified. He then sent me pictures and a copy of the carfax. I go back to the dealer that weekend and probably had the best experience. They offered me refreshments, pizza, etc. made everything easy for me as far as financing goes, I even bought a warranty for a good price. Overall the price was alot lower than i expected and the customer service from Bola and Alex was above and beyond what anyone expects from a used car dealer. I drove off in my BMW X5 feeling accomplished. I dont usually spend time to write reviews but this dealer just amazed me and I recommend it to everyone!

My finance brought his car at Global Select Auto 1 week ago and when I went back to the dealership this past Saturday I bought my new Mercedes E350. I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service of Wali and Bola. They guys are great. I would definitely recommend you speak with either one of them. They are so knowledgeable and really helped me through the process. Some places the salesman are very pushy..not these guys they let you take your time and walk the lot so you can feel comfortable. The cars are very nice and classy! I saw my car and I knew that was it! Alex the finance Mgr was great..he walked me through the approval process and I left with my new car! I was looking for a BMW 750 Li..my Fiance looked at a few dealerships online and the last one dealership she saw was Global Select Auto.. she made an appointment for Saturday and when I came from work and saw my car I immediately told her we were going to look at it that day (Friday). I was very impressed with the salesman Wali and Boli. They helped me with throughtout the entire process. Explained the car and it's features. These two guys were very knowledgeable. I met Alex the Finance Mgr and he beat my current interest rate from Navy Federal.. I could not believe it! They said they could do it and they did it! I got the car that I wanted and great customer service. The place was 5 mins from my home so I did not have to travel far at all..This place is the place to go and get your new car! I'm in the military and this was my first time shopping for a car at a dealership. I was weary when shopping around because of what I've heard about dealerships trying to get the upper hand with servicemen. I stopped at them first and talked with Bola, who right away seemed very honest and not pushy, which I liked. I still checked out other dealerships to see what was out there and others were pushy and had less pleasing deals with high interest rates. Sure enough I came back here and from the beginning to the end they were very helpful and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted in my price range. I came to see D.C. and Roberto was my salesman, which both were great, but the dealership worked as a team and all members helped me a lot from giving me honest information to helping me get a great finance rate that I could get no where else. They also unhesitantly made sure the alignment on the car was good, checked the air pressure on my tire, detailed it, and Bola changed out two of my tires without me having to ask to make sure I was more than happy driving the car off!! Hands down they were the best spot I went to and would recommend them to anyone, especially any service members around the area as they even shook my hand to thank me for serving the country. They not only had the best deals I could find, but really worked with the customer to make sure they're taken care of.

After visiting several dealerships trying to get approved for a loan, I had all but given up on getting a car. I had been searching for the vehicle I wanted for a month and kept coming up empty handed. Either the car was not in good condition or the dealer could not get my deal done. I buy trade in my car every year to get another one, first they give me a great customer service. Everyone there is friendly, as soon as I walked in they made me feel welcome. They let me take the car out for a test drive and when I came back we did another walk through of the car and its options and i was sold! The GM, Alex, went above and beyond to make sure i was completely satisfied. Out of all the dealerships i have dealt with this is by far the best in regards to service, pricing, and quality. They had a great inventory to choose from, I bought a lexus 2 months ago, its beautiful inside and out and runs great. Theres no doubt I'll be returning here next time I'm looking to trade in. They were able to find me a car that fit what i wanted perfectly. Not in a rush at all they were very nice greeting me and taking their time to find the perfect Car. Thanks you Guys! ! !

This dealership was extremely sketchy. I drove over 2 hours to look at a BMW and the information they had provided me with was inaccurate from the beginning. They swore the car had never been smoked in, but there was ash in the ash tray, not to mention even the dealership reeked of cigarette smoke. They were then trying to pull a credit report before I even decided if I was interested in the car. I ended up driving down to Fredericksburg and going to Bill Britt, which was extremely pleasant.

You must call to receive price. In my case, I did not get a price until I was there. I was pressured to come in or I would lose the deal. I called and received 2 different prices. My sales person was upset because I called for a price after speaking to him. The vehicle was $5,000 over the price I thought it was. They could not be bothered to with me once I signed the contract. I had to find my way home on my own (I live hours away). They have outrageous fees and you will not be able to negotiate no matter how good you think you are. They DO NOT budge on prices. Very nice cars but overpriced (final amounts). They even made my vehicle price higher by listing several features that was NOT included in the vehicle. I found out when the bank asked me to verify the features they had listed.

They posted a great purchase price well below book value. However once you arrive they add an overprice destination fee to back the price back into line with the other dealer. The Customer Service was the worst and they place one price on my contract to pay off my car and they sent finance company a lesser amount.
