Unique Ford is the most professional and efficient dealership in the area. Randy prepared all of my paperwork before my purchase appointment. Prices were honest. Staff was incredibly kind. After bad experiences with other Ford dealerships in NH in previous years…I can’t imagine shopping Ford anywhere else. I plan to return. Highly recommended!

My experience with Unique Ford was exceptional. Marvin was my salesperson and he went out of his way to make the experience no pressure. He listened very well to what I thought important, and showed me two vehicles that met my requirements. He spent an incredible amount of time walking me through each vehicle, test driving and even driving me home to have my wife test drive it. He was very patient and waited the couple of weeks it took me to get everything ready on my end. The closing was equally painless. And at the end of the day, I walked away with a wonderful truck, and Marvin again took all the time to go back over all of its features. I truly felt this dealership was there to support me throughout the process and after the sale. I threw them a couple of glitches and they did not even blink! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a stress free, honest and transparent process.

My best friend got a Bronco Sport and I fell in love with it. I knew that's what I wanted my next car to be. My local dealer ship didn't have any so I started calling around. I was getting discharged because the first few that I called didn't have any either and the few after that only had base models. Then I called Unique Ford in Goffstown. Heather made my day when she said they had the Big Bend model. I immediately called my fiance to tell him that as soon as he got home we were going to Goffstown. We drove an hour and a half to get there and I was worried there might not be enough time to get the deal done since it was almost 3pm on a Saturday. Heather welcomed us and offered us a beverage and snack. We went for a test drive and knew this was the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Marvin was great! There was no pressure whatsoever and he answered all of our questions and heled get the Ford Pass app set up to show us how the remote start works. Then it was off to see Randy in finance and before you knew it, we were headed home. I will definitely be going here for my next vehicle. Thank you Heather, Marvin and Randy for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!

UPDATE: Still waiting to get my tailgate fixed, almost 2 years later. Ask Raeann and Bill, I've called several times to have been told it'll be fixed and part ordered. On June 16th Bill told me he ordered part, would take about a week to get. Still, no call no follow up. How long, and much run around do we get till this gets repaired??? UPDATE: Truck was dropped off for repair today July 21, 2021. It was repaired and driven back to my house by the Service Manager. Very nice I might add. I will have to wait till winter to see if it is still freezing. They are trying to make good now. Very much appreciated. Service Manager told me bring in when next oil change is due and they will take care of for the inconvenience.

Nice people, but proceed with this dealership with caution. We made an offer on a used car and the counter-offer was $500 MORE than the sticker price. When we hesitated, the sales rep stated he was going to increase the price another $1000 when we left. (Which, true to his word, he did). He mentioned an asterisk on the website indicating fine print; I believe there may have been some confusion about the term "asterisk", as there is none.

Excellent experience with this dealership. Heather was our first phone contact and she was excellent. She called right back, very pleasant and answered all our questions. Joe Martin, the Business Manager greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to Bill, our salesman. He was a very pleasant salesman and very helpful. Glen the Sales Manager processed the financing pieces and was also very helpful. They were all great to work with. Very welcoming place. We received a fair deal. We love the Mustang!

I knew I was going to buy a new car -- but was not sure where. I wanted a dealer close to home, and there were two nearby to choose from. I picked Unique Ford because of the message on their web site about "no pressure", "no games", and so forth, plus their philosophy of how they treat customers. In my experience, the employees met the stated expectations and then some, and better than the best of my previous experiences with buying a new car from other dealers. I was on a mission to find a 2006-2010 Mustang GT, and had been in and out of several dealerships throughout New Hampshire. On the tail end of my journey home from a long day , I pulled into Unique Ford of Goffstown...and there she was...an absolutely gorgeous 2006 GT! I immediately pulled up Unique Ford's website on my phone and submitted my name and expressed a sincere interest in the vehicle. I told my husband that I was going to spend the night in their parking lot (given they were closed when I had arrived) because that car was all mine! I, almost immediately, received a response from Heather who is the Business Development Manager. I was so appreciative of her professionalism and sincere interest in me as a new customer to her dealership. I set up an appointment to meet at the dealership the next morning. Needless to say, I was there an hour before they opened. I wanted that car very badly! The staff of Unique Ford were arriving promptly to begin their day. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Patrick. I immediately felt comfortable with his approach, and knew that this sale was going to go very well. And it did! Patrick's knowledge about Mustang's is truly amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Joe who was extremely pleasant and accommodating, and I was very appreciative of Glen and his expertise in Finance. Patrick had introduced me to the Service Department as well, and I was appreciative of their warm welcome to Unique Ford. There was absolutely no pressure throughout this sale, and I didn't have to spend hours on end to finalize the sale neither. Quite refreshing! My sweet baby girl is home, and I'm looking forward to an amazing summer with her! Thank you, Unique Ford, for all that you've done to bring this fine looking GT into my life!

My 74 year old mother bought a new 2014 Escape at Unique. She never bought a car on her own. Unique was respectful and patient guiding her through the process (I was with her for moral support). When it came time for me to purchase a vehicle, Unique was at the top of the list. I bought a pre-owned 2013 Explorer that I scoped-out on their website. I was prepared to buy a vehicle that day and had the necessary paperwork with me (title, insurance, down payment). The people who work at Unique are low-key, professional and want to help you find the car you want. I worked with Joe, Chris & Glenn. The purchasing process was as painless as it can be and I got a fair price for my trade-in. I walked in driving my 2004 Explorer and walked out 3 hours later driving my 2013 Explorer. Top notch business. Would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from Unique.

When I found out a 2016 was not a good fit for my budget, they all jumped on their computers to search for the correct truck to suit my needs.They found the most beautiful 2015 black f150 I have ever laid eyes on, with all the options my wife wanted. I am a returning customer for Unique Ford. They assisted me with the purchase of a 2011 Ford F-150 Supercab, with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6. It was an amazing experience and they made sure to not sell me something I could not afford. After driving my truck for over 94,000 miles and experiencing an amazing maintenance free, 21 average gas mileage, I decided it was time to trade my truck in for something a bit smaller. I went back to Unique Ford and we attempted to trade into a 2015 F-150 XL with the 2.7 EcoBoost, but unfortunately the numbers just were not there. So Unique tried the best to find me a vehicle I could afford without breaking the bank again. We were able to find a 2016 Ford Escape SE that was pleasantly surprised me. This has the 1.6L EcoBoost inline 4 cylinder engine. EPA MPG is supposed to be 28 MPG, and I am already getting an average of 34.2 MPG. I am definitely pleased with the experience with Unique Ford and their staff. Heather, Joe, Glenn, and my sales person, Mike; made the trip and experience well worth it. I implore anyone looking to get a new, or used vehicle to pay Unique Ford a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I knew the car I wanted would need to be ordered and this dealership worked very well with me. The only disappointment was how long it took to get it (not the dealer's fault). But it was really worth waiting for. Delivery was really fun and operating instructions for all the gadgets were excellent. Heather always keep me up to date on the status of the order and was a real pleasure to work with. A much better experience than the "Big City" dealerships.

I drove up from CT because of a specific car's availability. After working with these folks I realized that they were a good group to work with - very straightforward. Of course there was the usual car dealership business, but the people were straightforward. After the deal was made and I was about to leave, we realized that I was missing a spare key for the car. They arranged to get me one with a few phone calls, free of charge to me. Deal was done, they know I'll likely not return being from out of state, but they did it. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I live in MA but came across Unique Ford in Goffstown in May while searching for a new Ford Fusion Hybrid with a specific set of options. I initiated a dialogue with their Internet sales contact, Heather Templehof, who confirmed that the car was available. We stayed in touch for a while and when my schedule opened up I made the 50 minute drive to Goffstown to test drive the Fusion Hybrid. Marvin Martin worked with me on the test drive and when we were back at the dealership, he was able to put together a quote for the new car and a trade-in value for my existing vehicle. There was never any pressure to do something "right now". I decided to sleep on it for a bit and discuss things with my wife.We decided to wait until June to see if the Ford factory incentives improved at all. They did, in fact, and we decided to go ahead with the transaction. It took me a couple weeks to get back up to Goffstown to complete the purchase but never was anyone from the dealership pushy or threatening. Marvin had the car ready to go at the agreed upon time - on a Sunday - and we finalized the paperwork with very little fuss.I would definitely purchase another vehicle at Unique Ford. It is "unique" indeed to still find a low pressure, low volume, independently owned new car dealership in this day and age.

I purchased a used truck from unique in December. I bought it during the night and thought it looked great, but after about a week( wax wearing off) I realized how many dents dings scratches( they tried to cover up with touch up paint which they did sloppy too). Week later a pulley goes and they replace for free but now has a continual squeak! So if you buy used just check it VERY thoughly.I felt taken advantage of. Wish I just went to Grappone in concord.

I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler with low miles and no under body rust. My search took me 2 months until I found one online for sale at Unique Ford. I e-mailed the contact person in the ad and she (Heather) replied within 5 minutes with information about the Jeep. I drove over an hour and a half to see the Jeep and I wasn't disappointed with it. The description and pictures were exactly as advertized. Pictures can be deceiving but the ones sent to me were dead on.As soon as I arrived to see the Jeep, they had it parked outside ready for me to look and take a test drive of it. Joe was my salesman and he was very honest and polite. He didn't try to hassle me or persuader me to buy something I didn't want.A+ dealer.

Title pretty much sums it up. I wanted a specific set of options on a Ford Fusion and knew I had to order to get what I wanted. Heather provided timely quotes over email and phone as my wife and I were debating the exact set of options we wanted to order. I found that many of the other Ford dealerships in the area insisted I come in to talk to a sales manager to get a quote on a special order (which I usually read as high pressure to follow). The quoted price was great. The follow up with Mary Beth once we had the order pretty much squared away was seamless. Mary Beth had us come in to get an up close look at the colors we were deciding on. Again, no pressure the whole way. When it came time to take delivery Glenn the business manager walked us through the add on options such as extended service plan, etc. with no pressure - it was purely a here is what we have, here's what it'll run you, here's what I can do for you if you combine x, y, & z. I can't recommend this dealership enough. I've had experiences buying new vehicles at two other Ford dealerships in the area and both left me with a bad taste in my mouth to the point I never want to go back. I'll be going back when I need another vehicle and recommend it to all my friends who are looking for Fords.

We recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion at Unique Ford. We had a terrific shopping experience from the moment I reached out to the dealership. From the first phone call to the close of the deal our knowledge as consumers was respected and heard. It was as seamless a process as I can imagine -- and quick! The low pressure environment (sales staff on salary) really fit our needs. We were under time constraints which was respected - I would expect most dealers to up the pressure when I tell them we are tight on time and that just wasn't the case. We ended up with what we wanted at a price we were happy with (no root canals here - felt like a partnership!). It is a well named dealership as I can truly say we had a 'unique' experience buying our first brand new car. Low pressure, friendly atmosphere, real people...we would highly recommend Unique Ford.

I was in urgent need of a new truck to replace the one that was lost in an accident. I was very firm on what I wanted because it needed to match my old truck. Trust me my option list was not common and Unique Ford did not have it on the lot. To make matters more difficult I was on vacation with my family but Dennis and Heather work with me by phone, internet and e-mail to find exactly what I wanted. When I returned from vacation I made a visit to their dealership to look at other colors and options because the search was turning up nothing. Dennis was not happy with me "settling on" something so he suggested I sit with him and line out my most desired options so we could attempt to locate the truck one more time. To my amazement he found the truck and within hours after working out the deal my new truck was on the way to Unique Ford. Two days later I was driving my new truck.I must say I received a great deal with respect to price and the folks at Unique Ford are very friendly folks who care about what you want. The day of delivery Dennis spent over an hour going through all of the truck setup details and showed me all of the features in great detail.I cant say enough about this dealership they are great and helped me get back on the road with exactly what I wanted.Thanks Unique Ford!

When I first called the dealership I spoke to Heather on the phone. She answered all my questions with no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership one hour before closing I was greeted at the door. During the negotiation process Marvin Martin was courteous and respectful the whole time. During the process business hours have expired. Not once was I pressured so they could go home. They were patient and understanding. I left that evening with no signed agreement because I wanted to discuss with my family and sleep on it. They understood and was patient with me needing the additional time to make my decision. the next morning I was contacted and decided to go ahead with the purchase. 5 hours later when I was able to return the F-150 was all cleaned and waiting to be taken home. The finance department explained all my options and answered all my questions with no pressure.Marvin took all the time I needed and went through the truck and explained all the features and answered all my questions. Not once did he allow himself to be interrupted while going through the process with me. I had his complete attention through the whole process. Something other dealerships can learn from. I will strongly recommend Unique Ford to all my friends and family!

My experience at Unique Ford began with a warm and sincere welcome by Leigha, who -- over several visits -- answered all my questions with both knowledge of the cars she showed me and a sincere patience with my interest in the details She made my "shopping" for a car so easy and comfortable, and she never pressed me about my ultimate decision-making. I think the best word to describe her -- even more than "helpful" -- is SUPPORTIVE.When finally I made my choice, after considering also the valuable thoughts and perspective of Unique Ford's Service Chief (Mike), the General Manager, Joe, was able to make possible for me the car that Leigha and I found to be right at a price which was both fair and right!I really like my "new" car, and I look forward to telling my friends and colleagues about my experience at Unique Ford. Yknow I drove away last night feeling like I didnt get screwed. I felt everything was fair and fairly straightforward. More specifically I don't think they were trying to screw me.I expected to pay around a certain price and got about within a few hundred dollars of that. They gave me better than I expected on my Trade. I know they made some money off of the deal, but that's how it works, they aren't going to sell something below cost, otherwise they would be out of business.The sales associate was particularly not pushy. He was willing to let us walk if we weren't ready to buy or wanted to think about it more and was totally ok with it. (We had multiple conversations where he asked us if we wanted to think about it and come back but we decided no, this was the car [after a lot of searching and probably 15 test drives]). Financing was straightforward and the finance guy was easier to deal with than the past two cars we've purchased at other dealers. We walked in wanting a particular vehicle that they had in stock, it was in the right color, style, year and had the right features. We have good credit so we knew what to expect for interest rates and had hard lines of where we wanted to be with everything.Bottom line: Know your credit, know the value of your trade, know the value of what you are buying and know what you want to spend on it and be ok with it, and it will probably work out.My only "complaint" would be that I wish they were a little faster with pulling all the paperwork together as we spent quite a time waiting on printing paper. But that was minor. I've had a couple of questions for them after the sale and they have been really helpful.

Admittedly I went to Unique because they had the specific truck that I wanted. I was far from ready to buy that day but they made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and were extremely friendly.I was also under the impression from cars i have purchased before that my current employer could get me discounts. I told unique Ford I was eligible as I thought I was. These guys stepped up to the plate big time and honored the price we had all talked about. This is above and beyond what I could have expected.All around Great People !!

Inquired online about a Taurus SHO they had on the lot. Heather promptly emailed me back asking for more information so I returned it back. She gave me an e price that seemed great. I scheduled to come see and test drive the car. I get there and was directed to the salesman Jesse. He was nice, prompt and got me on the road for the test drive. I liked the car and here came the pricing. I learned that Heather quoted me a great deal, they showed me all the paperwork and clearly explained all the discounts to me. If you're looking for what may be the best deals around on a new Ford, this is the place. No pressure, upfront pricing and a reasonably relaxed environment. I will be returning for another purchase and would comfortably recommend family and friends to try this place out for their next purchase Would recommend Jesse for your salesman, returns calls, no pressure and was very helpful. Glenn in the finance department was good, no pressure, clear on all the services they offered and was upfront about rates and financing. Thank you again in what I consider to be the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought quite a few fords in the last 10 years.

When I first walked into Unique, I was going to lease a new vehicle... however, I looked at a Jeep (2005) instead and fell in love with it instantly. What really helped was the knowledge Jeremiah has with not only Fords but Jeeps as well and he showed me many things I would never have known to look for. On the day of delivery, the Jeep needed aftermarket parts to pass inspection and the team at Unique came through with flying colors which allowed me to drive my new vehicle off the lot as anticipated! Thank you Unique... I love my Jeep!

Simply put, unique Ford made the experience painless. From the start I felt like they heard what I was saying and worked with me. I have honestly never walked into a dealership anticipating anything but pushy, aggressive, haughty salesmen. Unique Ford positively changed my perspective! I was greeted with friendly, professional, unpretentious associates who let me explain what vehicle criteria I was looking for without interrupting me or speaking to me in a condescending manner. This means a great deal to me , as I had fully expected to be treated as an 'uninformed' female. The entire staff was courteous, down-to-earth, and unassuming. Jack Leary patiently answered all my questions, shared valuable advice & insight, offered me drinks & snacks, truly gave me his undivided attention. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that the salesmen are not commission-driven! That in itself removed so much of the anxiety that I initially had. I test drove several cars, debated over which mode of financing to choose, spoke to several other associates about their experiences with different types of vehicles; ultimately I decided to lease a 2013 Ford Focus. It's only day 2, but I love this car! Terrific, unexpected features: lots of room; feels solid; smooth, quiet ride; everything plus more than I could ask for! I would very comfortably recommend Unique Ford to anyone looking to be treated fairly, importantly & honestly. When we came to Unique, it was just to test drive a new truck. Not sure that I could qualify, but needed a newer truck. We drove the Supercab and then tried the Crew cab expecting to replace our old Supercab. As we drove the larger truck, it became clear that we liked it better. Cory was our sales person. He went to a lot of trouble to make sure that we had the options we needed and not too many extra ones. When we wanted another truck it was no problem. They didn't pressure us to take the truck that was in stock. We walked in , were greeted in a very friendly manner and were treated very well. This is my fourth time buying a truck as a female, and it was by far the most stressless.

Everyone at Unique Ford was very courteous and professional. Dana our sales person was very thorough and very knowledgeable in his presentation to us in our quest to replace our Jeep. Dana,our sales person, is a valuable asset to Unique Ford . There was no sales pressure in meeting our needs. Heather Business Development was in contact with us from our first inquiry-initial greeting-and a final "Thank you" when the sale was complete. Overall a VERY excellent experience at this dealership and we would very highly recommend this dealership to our friends or anyone looking for a vehicle.

My first communication with Unique Ford was with Heather Templehoff. She was helpful and curteous over the phone and was prompt answering emails.Jack Leary met us upon arrivel.The knew we were interested in the Edge and promply showed us the carwhich we then took for a test drive.He explianed all functions of the car in great detail.The financial process all so went well with a fairly quick agreement.I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

My experience at Unique Ford was reassuring from the moment i walked into the dealership. Heather met with me to discuss what it is i was looking for and what i was not interested in. The conversation never once felt like a "sales pitch", her concern was about finding me a car i would love and feel comfortable in. Heather couldnt of been anymore friendlier and professional. She took away any nerves or concerns i may have had going into the second biggest purchase of my life. Mark M. was not a typical car salesman...he was very easy to work with and again i never felt pressured into anything...he took extreme pleasure in knowing the Ford cars and assisting me in understanding the ins and outs of each vehicle. He was more than informative. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a car to give them a call. You wont find a better dealership that is more confident, professional and most of all truly concerned about you.

I visited 2 other dealer before finding Unique, and it was hard to feel like they really cared even if I bought a vehicle from them. Heather and I communicated over email to narrow down what I was looking for and a trip to the deal (which is closed at the time) we stumbled upon Dana Jackson who assited with the purchase of the vehicle. These two define customer service and it seems this has become lost with many of the other dealerships.

I have been lokin for a Ford Fusion for a couple of months. Hoping to find one on a lot to try. I contacted Unique Ford through their website to inquire about some stock that did not specify whether it was auto or manual transmission. Heather contacted me that evening and said she would check and follow up with me in the morning. She promplty did so and though they did not have one she asked about my trade and stated to stop by and they would get one and work up some numbers. This is usually an unpleasant and time consuming process but not so at Unique. Jesse and Ken were thorough and quick, presenting a good offer right up front. Found a vehicle for me the next day. The pick up process was just as smooth. I will return and recommend to friends and family

Contacted many dealers, looking for either a new or used Ford F-350. Unique Ford, which is 220miles away, was the only dealer that took the time to return my communication. Heather responded to my email via phone the next morning concerning a used truck and answered all my questions. Questions that needed more info, were answered by her via email, quickly. Went to NH the next day to look at a few trucks at various dealers in addition to the one at Unique Ford. The day was not going well as the other vehicles looked at up to that point either had various issues, dealer attitudes, etc. Then while in the parking lot at a competitor, I received a phone call from Heather following up on our earlier days conversation. Talk about perfect timing! Left and drove to Unique Ford, and from the time I first walked thru the front door, I just knew this is where I was meant to be.Heather introduced me to Gary, my sales person. Told him what I was trying to accomplish and the goal. He took the time to cover the options, review the trucks, both new and used, all at a very relaxed pace with no pressure. The end result is that I purchased a new F350, as Unique Ford gave me the best trade in value and overall price in addition to positive customer service that I thought no longer existed anymore in this hurry up world. I have purchased many vehicles and usually once the deal was done, then usually everyone disappears. At Unique Ford they stayed with me, took the time to cover all the manuals and information, plus once the vehicle was ready, Gary covered all the controls and any information needed to correctly and successfully operate the vehicle.When it comes time for my next vehicle, my first and only call will be to Heather at Unique Ford!

I actually went all the way from CT to NH to buy my vehicle. I just wasn't comfortable with the CT dealerships as most didn't even want to put in an effort to make a sale. Dealing with Unique Ford was effortless. They answered all my questions and made the purchase process painless and quick. I highly reccomend them.

Tried to buy a new car, spent 2 hours at this dealership trying to get them to decide on a price after trade allowance. Finally got someone who then offered thousands less than trade was worth and marked the price that was on the windshield up $2000 to offset trade allowance with their old school scam of "push pull or tow minimum 2k trade" - yet they wont offer you what your trade is actually worth never mind adding the $2000 to that. Completely disregarded their previous conversations about values and trades etc, all tactics to get you in the door.Wasted day better spent at a modern car dealer where the price is the actual price and you get an actual fair value against that price for your trade vehicle. Spent the last half of the day dealing with a fair dealer that sold me a car at a realistic price without hours of bologna.

I went in to look, and test drive, a 2011 Ford F-150 with the Eco Boost. I was brought in by Heather and was supposed to meet her for 9AM. I came into the dealership at 9AM and met Al Helie. Al told me the Heather was out of the office getting some coffee for the salespeople and that she would be awhile. Not a problem for me, as Al was very knowledgeable of the truck and gave me a wonderful test drive opportunity. After being there for a majority of the day, and talking to Al about the small town events in Goffstown, I drove away in my brand new F-150. After owning it for only 2 days, I have driven almost 500 miles and am simply amazed at the ride, fuel economy, and power of the truck. It was a serious pleasure coming into Unique Ford, and I will do my best to send as many people I can to Ford. Thank you for taking the time to sell me this wonderful truck.

I went to Unique Ford not knowing anything about the dealership. I had been emailing with Heather about a truck they had coming in this spring, so I decided to visit so that I could talk about my options. I was met at the front door by Dana, who shook my hand with a warm smile and asked how he could help me. He introduced me to Ken, the manager, who was just as courteous and professional. Dana even took the time to introduce me to the service manager, because I had some questions regarding the proper care of the twin-turbo's. He was tuned in to all of my questions and concerns and answered each of my questions, and even made some suggestions. In the end, I purchased with great ease, a 2011 F-150 ... it's a gorgeous truck whose beauty was only enhanced by the sales experience. This experience far exceeded all of my expectations, and I'd be honored to send my family and friends to Unique Ford for their future vehicle purchases.Thank you to all the wonderful people at Unique Ford!

Heather began by making the experience pleasant and personal...and very professional, returning my emails immediately. Unique Ford had the best price of multiple dealerships for the new Ford Explorer we had researched. Heather knew and never forgot over a few weeks of working together, what we wanted and where we needed to be financially. The smallness of the dealership and their willingness to work with me made us choose Unique Ford. Gary was the sales associate we were handed when we came to look at the car we ended up buying. He let us know up front that it was his third day at Unique and if he couldn't answer our questions, then he would immediately find someone who could. Matt helped aclimate me to the technological features of this car when we came to pick it up, and Gary looked on to get educated. Gary was professional, pleasant and accomodating. Matt was a very thoughtful and proficient at all the "gadgets" of the car! We were so pleased with all of them.

Unique was the only dealer to email me lease pricing. I went in when after they closed and Ken the manager still test drove my trade and discussed numbers with me. When I came in the next day Dana showed me the trucks that fit my needs. We test drove, negotiated a price and signed. Dana explained the truck in great detail. I was also impressed the recon employee happened to be there and punched in on a Sunday and cleaned my new truck. Thanks to all.

I would like to say that this dealership's name says it all Unique. From the time we walked in, until the time we left we really felt comfortable and 100% sure we picked the right dealer to purchase our new car. There were no sleazy salesman catch phrases, no hiding the price, no pressure to purchase at that exact moment for the best deal, like all the other dealers we had been to. Their approach was friendly, direct with pricing, and willing to spend the time with us, to make sure all our needs were satisfied. Our salesman was Adam Fletcher. He was a complete pleasure to work with and I will definitely buy my next vehicle from him and Unique Ford. This is suppose to be a positive review for Unique, and it is, but I want to let everyone out there looking for a new car the under belly dealerships we had the pleasure of going to first. Grappone Ford in Bow, dealer showed me the Explorer I had called about, never asked if I would like to drive it. I asked about the Ford Flex, his response was "That's a forty three thousand dollar car miss." Well look whose driving the Flex now, ME! Kiss your commission goodbye. Auto Fair in Machester, stay as far away as possible. Called the night before to make sure the vehicle was there, I was told there we 11 on the lot with everything I wanted. Guess what there were ZERO. Then went into Auto Fair Ford they just wanted your personal info before they would talk price, NEVER GIVE IT TO THEM. When they did quote me a monthly payment on a thirty seven thousand Explorer it was two hundred and eight nine dollars more than what I'm paying from Unique. I'm no math wizard, but something's off. As a women alone in the dealership, I was also asked "Could you buy this right now, without your husband's permission?" With that comment, I laughed, and left Archie Bunker to sit amongst his unsold cars.All I can say is go to Unique Ford and ask for Adam, tell him Stacey sent you. You will not be disappointed.

I live in Mass. and was doing a internet search for 09 Ford P/U. I contacted Unique Ford by e-mail and was contacted by Al Helie by e-mail with a quote. The price was great and well worth the 80 mile trip. Al was very easy to do business with and no going back and forth with managers for the final price. The whole buying process took about one hour. This is a small dealership but they have great customer service that the big dealer's have forgotten. One nice customer perk was the two year calender with the picture of my wife and I standing by the truck. Six months after I purchased the truck Al called and wanted to know if everything was going good with the truck. I wished they were closer to home because I would not hesitate to have it service there.
