If I could leave zero stars I would. Do you have no shame in how your potential customers might view your lot? Cigarette butts everywhere, employees just throwing them any and everywhere. A nice pile has piled up right by the front door. A sales person or employee right outside the front door smoking a cigarette blowing smoke into customers faces. Most places ask their employees who smoke not to do so right outside the front door. Seems they encourage it. Grass overgrown around the cars. Trash blowing through the lot. If a company has no shame in having their lot look like this imagine their standards when buying or selling you a vehicle.

A great car buying experience. Diana was great to work with. She listened to what we were interested in, gave us honest information about the cars, and didn't try to talk us into anything we weren't already interested in. Everyone was very friendly with no issues getting a couple of different cars for us to test drive, and the cars were all clean and ready to go when we were. We ended up with a nice car and drove it home that day. Highly recommended.

Universal Motors has a friendly atmosphere. The salesmen and women were friendly and very professional. Overall everything was great. The inventory was awesome. I was very pleased with my car and everything else. I recommend anyone to go there if you want a vehicle.

My initial salesman, Dillon, was extremely friendly and seemed eager to assist in my search for a vehicle. The following day he was out of office and the process continued with Diana, the sales manager who had been my initial contact and had been rude right upon pulling into the dealership. The process was slowed down by her dismissive and disinterested nature. She was extremely unfriendly, unpleasant, and difficult to deal with and I thankfully was able to find a car elsewhere. Had all my interactions and dealings been with Dillon, I may have continued with the purchase.

Not your regular car dealership, exceptional customer service, Dianna and Rebecca helped put my daughter in a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for school. They went out all the way to make sure the payment was just right for her and had her in the car of her choice... great customer service
