It was wonderful to be allowed to walk through the lot without interruption when first arriving at the dealership. We entered the building after we had chosen a car and were introduced to a very polite salesman by the name of Bryan. He was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the buying process. I was not looking forward to purchasing a car; however, Brian made the event easy. Thank you to all the people of Vaden Nissan of Hinesville: Brian Fennell, Patrice, Tatum, Byron and Casey.

I went in looking at the 2016 Nissan Versa. I had test drive a used 2014 at another dealership. Decided to check out a new one. The staff was great, and the car was clean, and enjoyed it. The atmosphere there is very pleasant, and the staff was very friendly, and not overpowering. They even helped me get approved. Staying there quite late to make it happen. Thanks a million!

Jermaine the sales manager, his manager went well beyond what could be expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. Infinite patience. The only reason for a rather than a 5 is the manager of the parts department. She gave me a hard time getting what should be done. She doesn't know about customer service. When asked to dosomething about the used vehicle I bought by salesman and management she acted like it was her money. I bought a new car also because of Jermaine. He was in my corner all the way as well as Mike. I will buy my next vehicle from Jermaine

My wife and I were in the market for a newer vehicle. I walked in to Vaden Nissan and had a great deal delivered by Branndon Page. He was courteous, professional, and willing to help us. We have a rough credit score that is finally being cleared up, but still not that great. We were happy that the deal was for a newer vehicle and a reasonable price on the warranty that we purchased with it. The best part was the low down payment and the decent monthly rate for what we financed. Overall, just a great experience with a respected car dealership.

I didn't purchase a vehicle at the time of my most recent visit this month. However, I purchased a Nissan Rogue in 2010 and my husband purchased a Nissan Frontier in June 2013. We will definitely use this dealership again for our vehicle purchases.

Took my car here for the first time to have it serviced and to have a small oil leak investigated. Not only did they service my car quickly and thoroughly, but they identified and fixed the source of the leak which ended up being due to a crappy "homemade" and unauthorized oil plug gasket that was purposefully installed by the previous shop that I took my car to in Richmond Hill. The previous shop had also rotated the tires and put the wrong lug nut on one of the tires which the Vaden guys found and replaced for free. Great service and prices. I would definitely go back.

Outstanding Review. The service process was a good experience. I brought my care in for a oil change. The service I received was very professional. I was able to drop off my car and wait for the service to be conducted. The service was conducted in a timely manner and I was able to get back to work on time due to the early availability of my appointment. I was pleased with the convenience of being able to receive my oil change at 7:30 am which allowed me to get my oil change before IO went to work. The customer service professionals were eager to help and kept me updated on the progress of my service. I have always received excellent and professional service.Kimberly Babers

This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. They took the purchase process slowly and made sure I was satisfied at every step. They were upfront about the deal from the start. "I purchased a new car from Vaden Nissan and the sales team was AWESOME!!!! (C. Reid). He waited 3 days while I change my mind about 1000 times. He was more like a father than an salesman. He catered to my needs and nutured me through the process making sure I was in control of this purchase and this major decsion. So I got the car and then it was time was financing and boy was I anxious. The finance professional "oh my God" patient and knowledgable of hisd skill. He made the close of the deal a special one even going as far as announcing my purchase over the PA and playing my favorite song (L. Whitehorn). We were referred to the dealership by one of our friends. They are still our friend. We came in and asked for Laron. He took great care of us. Showed us a few vehicles in our price range and left with a new car. Forgot how long the process was going to be but not disappointed. He also had a great sense of humor and managed to keep up with me. Definitely recommending this dealership.

My first visit to Vaden Nissan of Hinesville was one to remember. From the moment I stepped out of my previous vehicle, I was being helped. The staff at this location got me into a vehicle that day, and worked as many options as needed, without beating up my credit score with hard inquiries. They seemed to be trusted in the auto industry, so finding financing was no problem, as long as their staff trusted me as a customer. I got a traffic ticket that day, on my way to shop for a new vehicle, but their kindness made me forget all about it. I even have recurring friendships with a few of the staff. Even my children took the staff members, and they get hugs every time we go there for services. In my entire life, I've never had such a positive experience from auto dealership, or any other business for that matter. Vaden Nissan of Hinesville, Georgia is the best. That is true because of the staff....All of them! I would recommend them, first, to everyone in our region. I also love my 2014 Nissan Murano, thanks to the staff!

We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Versa Note, Casey was our salesman. He is so friendly , patient and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase of our new car. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Vaden Nissan of Hinesville . They are all great! I also have an 05 Nissan Murano that I have serviced there on a regular basis and I would never take it anywhere else. The service department is also so friendly and helpful and thorough. The whole dealership treats us like family and makes us feel at home.

My family went into Hinesville Vaden Nissan to purchase a vehicle after our total loss. The sales manager and myself got into a argument bc I had someone willing to purchase a vehicle for us and to be co-signer. At first he said I couldnt get someone to purchase the vehicle for me and I said how about if they co-sign. He said no. So I got a little upset. And told him to not raise his voice at me in front of my family. He said we get settle this like men outside and started coming at me. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also tried reaching out to Mrs Jane VADEN Thacher. She is the owner of the VADEN automotive group.

I told the salesperson upfront what I was looking for (age of the vehicle, mileage, and budget), and the salesperson worked hard to meet my needs. Went into the dealership with a specific car in mind. Told my sales rep Jesse Hobbs exactly what I wanted (which was very specific and very demanding) He was very patient and a never tried to up sale me anything. He took me around to every car that fit in my criteria. He was amazing and i left with exactly what I went in there wanting. The financing manager was amazing. I got an amazing deal. I went in thinking I had my financing covered but when the company fell through the finance manger got me a loan with less interest that the loan I went in there with. The buying process was easy and they make you feel so important and special while there. Very amazing service and I will never buy another car anywhere but there!!

We first stopped at Vaden Nissan in Hinesville to look at the Nissan Quest mini-van. For starters, when I asked to see the baseline model to compare with my research on base models for the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna, the salesman, Otis, told me he didn't know which one was a base model. Another salesman said the "SV" vehicles were the base models. Later research on the internet proved this false. The "S" is the base model. Nevertheless, I returned a few days later with my wife and daughter in tow. Otis and other sales reps used several "shady" but common sales tactics and offered a poor trade-in on our SUV.We decided to look at a few other dealerships in Savannah but would return to look at one Quest they offered a deal. A few hours later, on our return from Savannah, we received calls from Vaden Nissan in Hinesville, saying we'd "better hurry because other people are looking at the minivan [we] liked." One of these phone calls happened ten minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes before I finally told them we were leaving. Of course, the vehicle had been "sold," but they could get us a similar model at the same deal from another dealership. We told them to go ahead, but get us something with standard upholstery instead of leather seats. The final price for the newly requested minivan was higher than what we were quoted for the one with leather seats. That was it. We no longer wanted to deal with them, and we don't recommend them to others looking for a Nissan. Just keep driving past the Vaden dealership.

The salespeople and management at Vaden Nissan of Hinesville were amazing. They are incredibly willing to work with you to get you what you need. And Nikky, their Customer Care Manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I made my initial contact with the dealership via email, and Nikky answered all of my questions and never got pushy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
