After breaking down on our drive through CT, being towed to Valenti VW was the best thing that could have happened. Service was outstanding. Mark, Dominic,John, and Michael Parrell were really helpful and worked hard to get us back on the road.We felt like we had known them for years.Dominic even stopped off at another dealership on his way home Friday evening to pick up parts to repair the car on a Saturday! They even arranged a loaner car to get us to our hotel for the night. We would definitely highly recommend and encourage others to give Valenti a try!

I had been looking for a new car for quite some time and had narrowed my choices down to the Ford Focus ST, Subaru WRX, and Volkswagen GTI. Chris Kasidas was my sales associate and he was hands down the best sales experience I ever had with a car purchase; Granted, I haven't had many, but he made what I thought was going to be a nerve racking experience into a more than pleasurable one. Every one at Valenti made me feel confident about my purchase and didn't push me into something they thought I wouldn't like.

It was a pleasure to deal with Michael Parrell!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and informative can describe him. Mike took the extra step to explain the beetle r line technology to me. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Valenti Motors!!! My daughter had her heart set on a new 2014 Jetta SE and had all but given up hope when I phoned Valenti. Because there was no trade involved they were willing to negotiate on the phone and we reached an acceptable deal within in minutes.When my daughter went in with her deposit there was a slight glitch with price/financing but Valenti honored the deal we had made on the phone and my daughter was happy!

Valenti Volkswagen provided our family with exceptional customer service as we recently purchased a 2013 Passat. Michael Parrell was so easy to work with and made our purchase quick and easy. We had been looking for weeks at other dealerships where the customer service was lacking. In less than an hour at Valenti, we had found our car, test-driven it and settled the logistics. Michael was efficient, knowledgeable, very helpful, and charismatic. When we picked up the car, he thoroughly reviewed the car and the warranties with us, making sure we had a very thorough understanding of the car and all of its features. Our experience was so positive that we will return to have our car serviced there, though another dealership is closer. I would not be surprised if in the future we return to purchase another car from there. We are loving the car we purchased as well!

Chris Kasidas gave me a great deal on a brand new 2013 Passat this past December. He was very patient, honest, kind, and knowledgeable when it came to covering various payment plans, car features, and how the Passat compared with similar vehicles from other automakers. In contrast to the other salesmen I met with while car searching, Chris was not aggressive, did not push or force any decisions on me, and did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible. After only a week of owning my new Passat, I suffered a seizure while driving and was in a terrible accident, totaling the vehicle. One of the first people to call me to check if I was okay was Chris. His concern about my well-being was something I never expected from a Sales Specialist. The Passat that Chris and I picked might possibly have saved by life. All of the safety features engaged flawlessly and prevented major damage to my body. A month later I began looking to buy another car and knew I wanted to buy it from Chris and Valenti. With all the obstacles of insurance and the DMV trying to process the wreck from my previous vehicle, it took a lot of time, paperwork, and phone calls to get everything squared away so I could buy the car. Moreover, I brought Chris the price of a competitor selling the '14 Passat SEL for less money and Chris and James easily beat their number. Chris walked me through all of these obstacles with grace, making sure that my wants and needs were met. I cannot say enough good things about Chris as a human being and a Sales Representative. He, along with his staff of Business Manager, James Skarzenski, and sales manager Chris Sarafian make a great team. Chris has a customer in me for the rest of our lives.

I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone and all the people I care for. I couldnt have been treated any better. I had an awful situation that turned into an ok one after my salesman Michael was able to do everything he could to help me out. The process of purchasing a car from this dealership was great! I haven't bought a car in 12 years, and Danya, Michael, and the entire team made it such a smooth process. Even when a wrench was thrown into the mix, Michael and the team had a backup plan and executed it seamlessly.The car is wonderful, and I'm very happy with it. But, I'm even more impressed with the customer service that I received. I will absolutely refer family and friends in the area to Valenti Auto Center.

We were from out of town and broke down and towed to this amazing Dealership. Took us right in on a Saturday morning and ordered parts that were not available until Tuesday morning. Repaired our van expertly and promptly. Had us out when promised. We camped out in our Eurovan for 4 days waiting for parts. The people mentioned above went beyond and above the call of duty. Told us to make ourselves at home , gave us a plug for heat, and one of the salesman told us he lived close by and gave us his cell # in case of problems, and also told us we could shower at his house if we wanted to! Unbelievable and stressful experience made better by some great people there. We are extremely grateful to them all. We highly recommend this Dealership??

I went to Valenti in Watertown to look at pre-owned and new VW Passats because a friend recommended the dealership highly and when I searched the web they had the best looking inventory and prices in Connecticut. We were met by a very friendly and helpful sales person (Michael Parrell) and shown several interesting options. He made it easy and pleasant for us to decide on the lease of a 2014 Passat. Every step was made easy for us - even setting up registration so that I can use my vanity license plates that need to be retrieved from another location. I will recommend Valenti of Watertowm with pleasure.

Guys are super cool and trustworthy, and I felt they were team players who worked well together to sell me the car, which I was on the fence about, but felt comfortable buying after talking to them. Michael is the best car salesman I have ever met......should be selling high end cars because he knows how to speak that language.

My wife and I had our best new car buying experience ever at Valenti VW. Michael Parrell's no pressure style was great and the price was very fair (we had checked out the Costco member price through Crowley VW and Valenti's price was better and they gave a lower finance rate as well). The finance guy (Dave?) was very good as well (no pressure to get the extended warranty). Overall, a great experience.

I was in the market for a new car. One that would get pretty good gas mileage but also had great performance. Stopped into the dealership and met Chris. I was really interested in a Jetta GLI. I was driving a mustang. I test drove the GLI with Chris and he was very knowledgeable about the car because he had the same engine in his own car. I told him I put 25k miles a year on my car and he suggested that I should test drive a Jetta TDI. Wow was I glad I did that! Chris pointed out that the Jetta TDI had more torque than the GLI and got even better gas mileage. After driving it I knew I wanted it. It was even less expensive than the GLI I was initially interested in. Now I am getting over 50mpg's on the highway vs. 20mpg's in my mustang! Thanks for your efforts Chris!

I graduated college this spring and got my first teaching job. My old car was on its last legs so I figured it was time for a new one. I looked at Nissan, Chevy, and Ford. Valenti VW was my last stop. I really needed something good in the snow. I was greeted by Chris at the door. He showed me the Tiguan and educated me on how the 4motion all wheel drive system worked. He tailored the perfect car for my needs. I was working on a strict budget and Chris adhered to that throughout the entire process. This was my first new car buying experience. I really did not know what to expect when I arrived to get my new Tiguan. He spent an hour of his time going over the entire car with me. I drove away feeling very confident and reassured! Chris and everyone else I met at Valenti made me feel very comfortable. Thanks a million Chris!

Mike went above and beyond and got us what we wanted on our trade-in and a sweet deal on a new VW Passat TDI. We actually traveled from Brooklyn, NY to Watertown, CT for this one. We traveled shorter distances to other dealers, but no one took the time, effort or was on point like Mike and the gang at Valenti. Highly recommend.

WOW!!!! A truly SHOCKING experience at Valenti VW. I wanted to purchase a Passat. I was received by Chris and right away I noticed something strange. He was sweating profusely and asked me my name like 5 times. I asked for a test drive. Once in the car, Chris started to complain about the suit that the dealership "forced" him to wear, that he should wear "business casual" instead. Whatever. I started to ask a question about the vehicle, and out of the blue he told me to stop talking and "focus on the drive". Really??? Once back in the dealership, he asked at least 3 times my age, where I worked, and refused to give me a simple price quote, saying word for word "I don't give a crap" or "you can lookup the price on edmunds, there is nothing I can do to for you".... WTF?? Polite at all times, I asked him if there was anything wrong. He looked behind him and said "this is because of the guy over there". I really started to be concerned about the whole behavior of that guy and was very uncomfortable about the situation. I thanked him and just left. Unbelievable. By the way I work in big company and my credit score is close to 800. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Michael parrell was both knowledgeable and personable. He made the visit very comfortable and allowed you to feel no pressure about the purchase. He knew the cars very well and was able to deliver his knowledge in a concise yet clear manner. I spent about an hour and half with him when picking up the car, and he spent his time making sure I was prepared driving off of the lot. I've been to a couple dealer and have never been show such attentive care. Michael Parrell is a great asset to your dealership and would recommend anyone to come visit him at Valenti Vw. Steve Pickerton was also great to work with and very genuine. Very pleased with dealership and I would give Valenti VW a 5 out of 5

I've bought many cars in my lifetime and Michael Parrell was by far the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable about the product, friendly and a fantastic sense of humor. To me, these are the qualities that make your purchasing experience a lot less stressful. We test drove several other makes at dealerships around the area but it was clear that Michael, Valenti Volkswagen and the 2013 Jetta TDI was the way to go. I am already recommending Michael and the dealership to my family, friends and co-workers! Awesome experience!

I just recently graduated college and decided to look into purchasing a new car. I always loved the look of the new Jetta spent weeks doing my research. I live near the Danbury VW dealer but herd throu my friends parents about Valenti VW. I called and spoke to Chris Kasidas and express my interest in the Jetta and made an appointment to test drive the car. I arrived at the dealer and out in front was the car I had discussed with Chris ready for a test drive . Now I can't explain how excited I was. I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by Chris. After the test drive the manager Charles Sarafian greeted me at the door and asked me how I enjoyed the test drive and offered me a refreshment. I felt so comfortable being there. The manager explained the college graduate program and decided to go forward with the purchase. If any one is looking to be treated like a Queen or King this is the place to by a car.

Corey and the rest of the staff at Valenti VW are friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere.Corey is very knowledgeable about the products and the trade/buy process went smoothly.I would recommend Valeni VW to a friend and I would buy another car from them too.Overall experience gets a 5, but the other categories get a 4. This is because I'm tough on my ratings, and I think there is always room for improvement.

Walked in to look at a Jetta TDI, instantly fell in love with it, and Corey helped make it mine. The process was quick, easy, and painless. All my questions were answered, applying for financing was a breeze, and everything went perfectly. First looked at the car Tuesday, drove it home Saturday. Great price for the quality of the car, great finance rate, and a full tank of diesel off the lot! My first Volkswagen, but likely won't be my last (unless this TDI runs forever, which I'd be perfectly OK with). Would definitely recommend Valenti to anyone, and Corey was great!

I bought a 2008 R32 from these guys brand new then it came out and every service stop during those 4 years has been great. But now I saw the new Golf R on the horizon and I wanted to make the jump. Back in October I walked in and Evan the Manger was super honest and told me they're coming but we don't know when. I liked their honesty everyone i talked to at other places and it seems like they where making stuff up to seem smart but they had know idea. I had to wait a few months for VW to ship the car from Germany. During that time Cory from sales did a great job getting everything ready for the big day when it would come. Both Evan and Cory even gave a a good grand in offer for my R32 seeing how it had close to 80,000 miles in just 3 and a half years. Because I was a return costumer I even played below MSRP on my Golf R which for a car like that is unheard of. The icing on the cake is then the car came in Cory took pictures of it being unwrapped. It was nice getting that email at work. I love these guys and I'd recommend them to any VW fan or for people that wanna make the jump.

I have used the Valenti Audi dealership for both sales and service over the past 10 years and have always been impressed by their excellent customer service. So when I needed to trade in our other car, a VW, I asked my friends at Audi to recommend a VW sales person. Matt Daubney exceeded my highest expectations. He was polite and courteous, patient and understanding as to our needs. We walked out of the dealership with a brand new car a couple of hours after we met Matt. He made it easy to do business with and made the experience at Valenti VW a very pleasant one. He even went above and beyond by picking up our new car from our house ( 25 miles away! ) and bringing it back, a day later, with the extras we needed installed. Matt Daubney is an awesome sales person! I will definitely go back to see him or recommended him to anyone who would appreciate the extraordinary customer service that Matt and the Valenti team provide!

My experience at Valenti VW was without a doubt the best I have had when it comes to car dealerships, sales, and service. I was very specific about what I was looking for, and how much I was able to afford. Matt from sales was very helpful from the first minute. He quickly answered any questions I had, and was very quick and efficient when it came to finding the right vehicle for me. Steve, along with Matt and the rest of the Valenti team, took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I took possession of the key to my new Jetta SE. I have never had such a great experience with any car dealer in Connecticut. Matthew was very knowledgable about our car. He answered every question we thru at him. And believe me, we did our research before we got there. My husband had no intensions of getting a car that day, but I did. When we left to "talk about the car" my husband said I think we should get that car! I couldn't wait. I called Matthew back and told him we needed to look into some "other things" and he said take your time and let me know what you decide. No Pressure! After researching a little more, I decided I had to have that car. Within the next few days, Matthew was handing over the keys. This car has all the "Bells and Whistles" and I had no idea what half of them were, but Matthew was very patient with me and always took my calls and explained. He even met me half way when I got my new car mats. I truly cannot say enough about this guy, all I know is I look forward to buying my next car from Matthew Daubney at Valenti VW. Coming from a Chevy-only family and owning my last car for 8 good years, I was nervous to break the family tradition. I had done my shopping and fell in love with the 2012 Jetta GLI Autobahn with Navigation. I had started working with another dealership close to my hometown of Mahopac, NY, but was treated so horribly by the salesman that it almost detered me from buying a VW at all. A friend of mine gave me Matt Daubney's contact information at Valenti Motors and he took my appointment the very next day. To say he was helpful is an understatement. The other dealership almost crushed my dreams of buying the car that I fell in love with, but Matt was so sensitive to my where I was financially (I work for a children's non-profit - so every penny counts) and worked out every option possible to see what would work for me without ever making me feel that I couldn't get exactly what I wanted. Having come to a monthly payment that worked for me, Matt ordered my new car and gave me the estimate of approx. 8-10 weeks and he was right on the money.When I went to pick up my new car (last weekend) Matt spent an hour with me going over EVERY single detail of the car from the navigation to setting up my iPhone (which he did for me!). I couldn't have asked for a better salesman (especially after what I dealt with at my local dealership). To drive an hour in order to get superior customer service was nothing. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Matt and the team at Valenti Motors. Being the first in my family to buy a non-Chevy feels pretty darn good. Loving my VW!

We went online and shopped for a new Passat TDI - specifically the SE. We test drove the SEL because, as we were told, the SELs were the only available model at that time. We liked it, but wanted the SE. 3 separate dealerships called us up asking us to come on down even though the SEs were not out yet - 2 even promised us they had SEs on the lot! (we drove out to one... they didn't, and expressed sincere apologies for the miscommunication) Valenti was completely different. We test drove the Audi A3 and the Passat (Valenti's Audi dealership is right next door); one right after the other. Both sales guys took the same approach: choose the right car for you, there's no pressure to buy mine. That extra level of comfort with the sales staff made it really easy to chose a dealership... and once we chose the VW, Matt was a huge help. We had every thing setup in advance, to the point where we swung by after work on a weeknight and were home with the new car before dinner. Everything was as promised or better: VW's biggest kept secret is that the EPA mileage estimate for the 2012 Passat TDI is WAY under (I'm getting 43 City, 50 Hwy).We're driving a nicer car, saving money doing it... and it didn't require us to break someone's arm or fight tooth and nail. It was an easy and almost pleasurable experience.

i am sad to say i went to valente already owning a volkswagan and looking to trade for a new VW. i also will add since i've owned my VW i have had it serviced there every six months and just did my 40,000 mile service check. when i went to look at a new car and see what i could get for my mine and told them what i wanted and what i wanted to pay, they basicly told me i needed to live within my means. first of all to make that assumption had to be the rudest comment i have ever gotten from someone. no one knows what the next person has or doesn't have. it wasn't that i couldn't afford the car i didn't want to have to pay more than a certain amount. needless to say, i left there with no car and absolutely no respect for valente!!!i might add as well, i just bought a brand new car from jeep fully loaded and i'm paying less than what i told them originally.apparently jeep wanted my business. i think you need more customer satisfaction over there.

Matt was awesome...we actually went to the dealer to test drive an Audi and feel in love with a VW. We never felt pressured through the experience (while deciding what vehicle to purchase) and all members of the Valenti team worked to make the delievery of our new car a joy. Our company was in the market to purchase a vehicle. John Ramos worked with us to pick out an economical car that was also gas-efficient. We have been extremely pleased with our 2010 Golf as well as the service provided to us by John Ramos and the team at Valenti motors. Without a fraction of a doubt - we will be purchasing all of our future vehicles from Valenti and hope to have the pleasure of working with Mr. Ramos again.
