The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Found something that needed to be addressed that another service location missed. They are knowledgeable without being pushy. There is a comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages, tv, and a play area for the little ones. From now on, I will come here for ALL my vehicle's needs.

I found the service to be fast, complete, friendly, explained, and very courteous. I did not feel that as a Mazda car owner that I was just a number or mislead in any way. I had to return for a slight correction on one service item and was treated extra important. Happy with the people here.

I was changing out my rubber brake lines for stainless. Bought a great kit from Moss. Got three of the four replace, no sweat. But the right rear, which has a brass manifold to feed both left and right calipers; had a nut so stuck that no amount of fiddling, using PB blaster, etc would work it free. Rather than cause damage, I called Van Horn. They fit me in; did a fantastic job on that fourth wheel. I also had and H&R front sway bar I hadn't put in yet. They did both jobs in just a few hours with their typical excellent work. One thing I found really great was there was no shaming my failure to get the fourth line replaced. I really appreciated Scott and his team doing their usual fast, friendly, high quality work. This is an awesome service facility. We've several vehicles, not all of them Hyundai's or Mazda's; and Van Horn is fantastic on all of them. Don Olson almost always is the guy working on my Miata, and his work is top notch!

I went in looking for a Mazda 3 and knew the car I wanted exactly and Joe Thomas was a great help! He knew so much about the car and he was able to tell me everything about the car including all the safety features that were in the car! Along with all the knowledge he brings he is also very patient and doesn't push you to buy a car he genuinely seems like he is there to help you and not just trying to sell as many cars as possible.

Joe Carpenter was awesome! I walked in wanting to purchase a Mazda 3 Hatchback and Joe answered all of my questions and gave me all further information I needed to know about this car. If there was a question that he was not sure about he made sure that my question was directed to the appropriate person. Financing was easy and I had 2 cars to trade in and believe I got the appropriate trade in price for them. Joe even went with me to my home to pick up the other car! Because there are technical things that I don't quite understand, Joe said that I could come back at any time to have things explained and shown to me. The was a very pleasant car buying experience and I have gloated about Van Horn Mazda to my friends and family and recommended that they go to Van Horn Mazda before going anywhere else! I am very happy with my car and with the quality of service and friendliness I received.

I have a new Mazda CX5 and have no issues with the car whatsoever. I have been able to schedule oil changes without more than 3 day wait. Drivers are courteous to and from work. When I had to wait for car mats that they forgot, I was offered a free car wash and given an additional oil change coupon. Above and beyond my expectation.

Took my Mazda in to get new keys and fobs for it. They end up running into a problem with the fobs and it end up taking them longer then they thought it would. In the end the price for the time it took was a great price and they were soooo helpful.

Zach was just great. We walked in with our minds set on a 2012 lincoln MKZ. He answered any questions we had about the vehicle, Trading in my truck was very easy, I got a great price. They gave me over $2500 more than the other dealership I had contacted. I bought my avalanche at Van Horn, and now I've bought my new lincoln at Van Horn. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Financing was fast easy, we were happy with the payments, price, and trade in we got. The only issue we had was with the car itself the driver seat didn't move, but they gave us card saying they will fix this issue for free and that was good enough for me. The car was absolutely beautiful, the service was fantastic, all the employees were extremely friendly, Fred the finance guy was awesome also was very fun to work with. Over all it was a great experience. I have now bought my last 2 vehicles there and I don't think i will ever go anywhere else. I would drive from out of state if need be for this quality of service.

Joe Thomas was great! He helped us find the perfect car at the right price. We had been to 10 different dealers. Joe listened to us and found us the car we were looking for in Milwaukee. He had it brought up to Sheboygan the next morning. The whole process went smoothly. Greg was very helpful with several of the details as well.

I went to van horn mazda Sheboygan to trade my old car for something newer, due to the excellent service from Zach and the rest of the team I am the proud owner of a 2013 mazda3 itouring. The fact that I wasn't pressured into buying the vehicle and Zach worked with me to get the best possible price for my car and the car I purchased shows the type of dealership and people that work their are very honest.

Cold weather got the best of my battery, Jumped battery and went to dealership to have meter reading on battery. Battery weak and no warranty left. Dealership had battery available and replaced old battery. Staff and service excellent. Very knowledge. Not where I purchased my vehicle but dealership where I purchased my vehicle no longer services mazdas (new ownership). Dealership referred me to Vanhorn Mazda and impressed with dealership. When looking for a new/used vehicle, definitely will do my service with Vanhorn Mazda. Great experience and happy with my experience.

Joe Thomas of Van Horn Mazda/Hyundai made buying our new cars a breeze. VERY helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and leased a Hyundai Elantra from Van Horn at the same time. There was no PRESSURE at anytime to make a decision nor did we feel pushed like at another dealership in Sheboygan. Joe was GREAT. Answered all our questions, got back to my with either a phone call or email quickly. I was in the dealership 3 times this week and he was very patient with us. My wife was torn between two colors for the Mazda. Joe actually drove a blue CX 5 INTO the SHOWROOM and parked it next to a Gray CX5 so she could compare them side by side under the lights. For my Elantra, he pulled two colors up to the doors under the lights so I could choose. After we purchased these, he offered to set them up outside with Christmas bows so we could have a cool picture. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a Mazda or Hyundai. Plus Greg Fencl who assisted with the purchase was great to work with. As was Evan the finance manager. Worked those documents quickly and got us out fast once we decided to buy. Again....GREAT sales experience. Thanks Joe Thomas!

Zach Norman, was an excellent salesmen to work with. He was knowledgeable, relaxed, and patient as I made my final decision on purchasing my Mazda CX-5. The manger was helpful as I filled out the required paper work to make the purchase final. The payment plans and additional warranties I felt could have been better explained, but as I want over those in more depth which each individual they where very patient with me. So overall a very good experience.

I talked with Crystal online about coming in on a Saturday to look at a specific car. She was very quick to email me back and very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership that Saturday, she set me up with Jim who took very good care of me. He listened to my needs and made it possible for me to drive home with my new car. The other sales associates were very friendly and joked around with me when I waited between approvals. It was a great day!

My 97 M-Edition Miata was making some strange rear end noises. I made an appointment for an oil change, checkout of the noise and Dave O, the service tech, found one of the rear bushings had deteriorated.Repair service a few days later once Scott got parts in was done perfectly. The diagnosis was spot on, and new bushings, and the realignment done perfectly. Speaking of alignment; Dave O was careful to do this so well the steering wheel is centered, and handling is excellent. As I use this car for Autocross; having a suspension aligned well makes a difference.While VHC always has excellent lubes, and for my other vehicles I use their standard lubricants, I asked if I could use a specialty lube for engine, transmission, rear end. The accommodated my request, and even neatly stowed the extra in my trunk. Car came back nice and clean (rain when I drove up). Checkout was fast and friendly. Quality of work excellent. Oh, and price competitive. These are the reasons I've continued to get my seven vehicles maintained at VHC in Sheboygan.

Our experience at Mazda was excellent! Coming into the dealership we knew which cars we wanted to test drive at Van Horn (4 cars) and Joe walked us through each one, thoroughly explained all of the features and test drove each one. He answered any concerns we had and was great throughout the entire process. I would recommend Van Horn Mazda to our family and friends!

My car has almost 100k miles on it and had been taking it to a different service center for the last 2 years. However, they no longer service Mazda and recommended I take it to Van Horn. From the very first time they listed to my issues and I believe found other issue my previous provider neglected. I find it impressive that the use my first name in all our discussion. Dan Wicka was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. His knowledge was evident as he helped me to secure the rate with the finance officer that would work for me. Dan Wicka was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with him in explaining and demonstrating the features of the CX5. He answered all our questions and has assured us of his help if we run into any problems in the future. We will recommend him to our family and friends. Dennis Erdly was also helpful and friendly. We took our vehicle in for an engine light on. We had this fixed there and were given a loaner to use which was wonderful, this is one of the reasons why we bring our vehicle there. Within the next week the engine light came back on and when we dropped our vehicle off there, we were given another loaner to use. Scott in service was very friendly to us and very accommodating to our situation.

I needed to stop at Van Horn Hyundai for other business and since it was time for an oil change, I thought I'd stop in to the service desk to see if they had any openings. I know they are very busy and I normally don't just "pop-in" but I figured I try anyway. Brian Siegert, the service desk advisor, took a look at his schedule and saw an opening that fit perfectly in his schedule. By the time my other business was completed, the oil change on my vehicle was done and I was on my way, easy-peasy. Thank you Brian for squeezing me in!

I usually equal going to a car dealership with going to the dentist but todays experience at Van Horn Hyundai was more than just painless, it was actually fun. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and you could tell they were there to make you experience the best it could be.

This was the third mazda dealership and farthest away from our home, but was definitely worth the effort. We were ready to forget the car buying all together because our experience hadn't been very good. I gave it one more shot and decided to use the internet first. That's when Ryan Smith was online. He made us decide to come to Sheboygan and we were not disappointed. We ended up buying a CX-9 and couldn't be happier. Tom Lewis was the salesman we dealt with in person. Thank you Van Horn Mazda!!!
